Following are the orders I have placed worth 36000 R.s .As i stated in my my trailing email communication these need to be delivered by end of this week
It's of no value to me if send after 17th Aug

1) Are the items ordered not available in stocks provided displayed on portal/website ?
2) If its time consuming available items ordered can be sent in in two slots for whatever items available in stock .I can pay for delivery cost
3) Orders have been placed on 2 Aug(30+ items) and 5 Aug (1 item) and since then status is in process on portal any only reply i got is after
I started posting comments on facebook account of Benetton
4) I hope you understand this sort of experience shatters the trust of customers

Need refund immediately

In the month of November purchased 2 jeans amount of 8 thousand plus and in the month of March one of jeans get tear from the both thighs after that visit to the store from i purchase they said ma'am we put patches inside this jeans after that again jeans get tears, after paying this much of amount for jeans it's useless because quality of jeans cloth is very poor, and not able to use jeans for the year
So what's the benefits of purchasing jeans of this brand, we can go for other brands.
Really disappointed will suggest not to buy any product from this brand

Jeans material torned after use of once.bad quality material, I spent more than 2000rs n can not use for 6months also

I have bought a pant from united colours of benitton around two months back as the pant was bit lose for me so I called the customer care and they said tht there’s no exchange of the pant hence they said to return the product after some days they asked for my account details and it’s been one month now and I feel like united colours of benitton Indian licensing is a scam please get involved in the issue and solve it and I need ti get compensation for it and take strict action against this matter

I had bought a T-shirt o[censored]CB on 16/04/23 from the UCB store at trimulgherry secunderabad Telangana store for ₹1, 999/-
which I had worn once and made a gentle wash and the colour started bleeding
It might be a defected product or a poor quality product ?

Please Replace me the same piece, same size “S”or Refund me the amount

Recently I orders 3 shirts directly from Benetton India website. First it was delayed by their logistic partner, I received my order after 12-13 days. And when i received the order, it was packed in an additional Delivery bag, the original packaging of Benetton inside was damaged. After opening the parcel, I found only two shirts out of the three. I sent two emails and drop messages on social media, however so far there is no reply. This kind of service is not expected from the brand like Benetton. Very disappointing!!

I had purchased one round neck tee which got damaged after 1 wash. Color got faded in patches. The wash was gentle smooth single handwash, but still got damaged. Suggest me what can be done

I ordered 3 items on 1st April, out of which I returned 1 t-shirt. It's been a month but I hv not received my refund. I tried calling customer care many a times, but no executive attends the call. I even sent a mail, but still not hv received any response. Also I received few mails on the name of Nirmal Rathod regarding same t-shirt. I m not able to understand what's happening.

I bought men navy blue slim shorts from myntra at rs 999. but after first wash, its color faded.

I bought 3 pairs of socks at indiragandhi international airport and all 3vare defective, having holes in them
It's really disgusting that UCB is keeping and selling defective products at such a prime place.

I order a pair of jeans from the company site . I received the product almost after 20 days of ordering and that too in worst condition. When I requested for return I was told to wait for 48 hours for the status to be updated. However even after waiting for a week it was still showing in transit instead of delivered. On calling the customer care several time reverse pickup was arranged and the product was picked up on 2nd March. Since then I have not received any payu link or any update. The customer care person Atul looks uninformed about anything. He only talks about policy of 14 days without even listening my concern. As per him once I will receive the payu link it will take another 14 days for refund. But I haven’t received any link. Kindly help! I feel cheated. Also I have complained several times that I am getting emails in the name of Nirmal Rathod. I have no clue who this person is? I am no where related to this person. I feel cheated.

I have raised this complaint with the Customer Service o[censored]CB on 6-Feb-23. So far, it has not been resolved. Below is the extract of the complaint. I have given all the details of the Invoice & photographs as well.

have purchased two T-Shirts in the KJ Fashions store in Vijayawada on 26-Jan-23 worth Rs. 5298.
1. STROKES ACP PIQUE POLO &
2. SS DIAGONAL BLOCKING POLO.

Both of them were Size 'L'. After the first wash of #2 above, I am shocked to see that it has shrunk by a large extent. It is now probably an 'S' size. The #1 is not yet washed. I am attaching the photographs of both the T-shirts, for your comparison [you can see the invoice as well, in the pictures]. I would like to return both the products & avail the refund at the earliest. Note that we were on a holiday to Vijayawada during that time. We are now back in Hyderabad & want to return in a nearby UCB store. Let me know the process. I can be reached on [protected].

Hi this is Karan jhamtani my return order I'd is P[protected]RC1 as per policy I have to get my refund in 14 days and the return was reached your location at 27 January 2023 and it's been 20 days I haven't received any refund and also while returning I had filled my details for refund such as bank details and other things but again 3 days back I received a message from payu that if I need my refund I have to fill my details again
When will I get my refund plz inform me and get it done asap

When spend more to get a good brand expecting to be true to its name

Worst n pathetic brand. Please dont buy they don't reply and keep on giving excuses. My 4000 are stuck.placed order in September 2022 still not received the product or the refund.

Please note that i had returned my product in the stipulated time necessary for returns on 30th November and till date till they haven't got back to me regarding the same. The courier company shows that the product has been received at their end but yet no confirmation received from the benetton people. I have been constantly emailing them regarding my refund and the whole process but they just don't bother to reply. I am extremely disappointed with this and hope necessary action will be taken. My return no is P03601280 and my refund amount is 3036 rupees.

Recently, on[protected] i made a purchase of Rs. 3048/- and the cashier gave me the bill first and then registered my details into the system.

This way i lost my points to the purchase of Rs.3048/-
