Serious misbehavior by salewoman in kolkata airport branch by a girl called mandeep kaur while i was trying some items. It also disappointed me from buying stuffs and had to leave theshop immediately because of the maltreatment. Kindly do the needful, otherwise regular customers like us might not feel safe to visit benetton store in future... This was utter humiliation.

I bought a tshirt o[censored]cb which cost me 1200 and strips on it started getting cracks only on first wash this is horrible we dont pay you so high for this kind of cloths worst experience with you guys at-least give us good product for amount you charge from us

08/12/2019 at ucb zilmal dhaba store gt road karnal-132001. After some time o[censored]se or we can say that within month it got faded and shrink at first wash. I have to intimate store manager on 05 january 2020 for this issue. I have to plan to buy ucb clothes first time but it got shrink and faded for first wash and ucb brand not good as compare to levi's brand clothes

I am a regular customer at UCB. Was at kolkata airport at 520 am in the Benetton store. Had opened 4 tops and folded them back and had enquired about size availability in 2 of them
. The very rude saleswoman asked me not to open everything as they don’t suit me and to understand and not disturb her at “3 o clock” in the morning as she was alone. Surprised at behaviour of sales executives in franchises of so called international brands. Rather not shop at Benetton than be insulted.

I am a regular customer of benetton for last 10 years or more - also my phone number [protected] is registered with you.

I bought a set of 4 t-shirts of size medium worth below for my son today 24th dec 2019 under the scheme 2 for 2 from your central market lajpat nagar branch.

1) inr 2199
2) inr 1799
3) inr 1799
4) inr 1399

Before generation of bill i inquired if the t-shirts could be changed later owing to a size issue as my son was not with me in the market and we could not try the sizes. It was confirmed by your staff i could.

Finding that my son size is l, i went back to the shop and asked to change the size. Unfortunately the size of one t-shirt of inr 1399 was not available, and changing for another t-shirt became an issue as i need to change another one only of worth inr 1399. I found a replacement t-shirt of inr 1799 as no options in inr 1399 but your staff is demanding additional inr 400??? I donot understand this.

Note that by concept, i could buy another t-shirt less than the maximum amount ie. 2199, but instead now they ask me to replace only with a t-shirt of inr 1399 or pay the delta amount if a higher amount shirt (Even if < 2199) is taken as replacement. The staff tells me not possible to cancel the full bill but only exchange item against item so i could exchange only inr 1399 worth t-shirt.

This is strange as if previously i had taken 2 worth 2199 and 2 worth 1799 it would have worked. Now if my replacement situation is 1 worth 2199 and 3 worth 1799, i am asked additional inr 400.

Can you pls. Clarify policy and help me exchange for a better option applying the concept of your ongoing winter sale of 2 for 2.

Either refind me full amount and i return the t-shirts or allow an exchange of inr 1399 t-shirt with another one that i liked for inr 1799 as its still within the 2 for 2 rule.

In an offer it has been stated buy 2 get 2 free. But i was given only one. Is that each store can change that offer. Wanted to know this because felt like being cheated. When an offer is provided by the company all franchisees should provide the offer. I have been buying products o[censored]cbs since many years.. But never felt offer varies from franchisees

We had shopped at the phoenix mall lucknow, ucb outlet on 15 december 2019.

We were availing the offer 2 items free with 2 items. We wrongly purchased the item of 5999, thinking it to be rs. 2999, due to missing price tag. We realized after it got billed. At the same time we requested to remove this from the purchase order, and we can exchange with some lesser value product to keep the bill within limit.

The agent denied the return and offered us the any products of rs 5999. Value.

Eventually we ended up buying 6 products and getting only 2 free items with 4 items. We request you to consider this as complaint. And provide us amicable solution, so that we can be considered as satisfied customer as always with ucb.

It have been only 2 month of purchase of my jeans and it have been seen that all the treads are seen in the back side all threads are seprated from each and looking so bad i can't wear this jeans. This quality of product is diminising the standard of company i never expect this from ucb its my humble request to the company pls change my jeans i would be thankful to company because customer is paying the amount which is quite high for him so customer expect the good quality of product.

I brought a sweatshirt through online shopping at end of january this year.
First day it was good in colour and fitting also but after washing it two times, it colour fades very much and it also become too much loose in hands and from shoulders. Not it looks very bad and very loose sleeves.
Some days before i went to a benetton showroom, they ask me to complaint about it online.
Earlier i used to buy benetton products but after that sweatshirt my trust comelety end.
Please do something in this matter.

I had purchased these linen pants for my spouse but they have formed lint near the crotch area. She has just worn it just 3 times and this is the result. What about united colors of benetton's quality control?
You are requested to provide me with redressal to the issue within a limited time frame else I would be forced to take the matter forward.

I had ordered united colours of benetton t shirt from ajio. Product code[protected]_green ordered number fl[protected]. After 1st wash t shirt bottom colour smuged all over tshirt. Really sad to get product from brand like benetton.

It would be good if you can return the product and exchange the same.

I was at the delhi airport t2. Highly unfit staff. The entire staff was fighting amongst each other, with raised voices, abusing language as well. I was in the store to pick up something but it gave such negative feeling that i had to step out. They didnt hv the decency to postpone their conflict or reduce their voices, seeing a customer in store.

I have bought ucb shoes from amazon just 2 months ago (26 may 2019)

Within 2 months its soul pasting is damaged. Please check the attached image and you can see the upper and soul pasting is coming out. I purchased it because of the great brand value o[censored]cb but very disappointed with quality of this product. Please help me out to replace the product or refund my money.

I sankalp tripathi bought a shirt of your company costed ₹2599/- (United colors of benetton, lifestyle, mgf mall, jaipur), 2 months before but i would like to inform you about the shirt which got discoloured in only 1 wash, so i would like you to take some needful action regarding this. Its very dissappointed for me guyz... My wife gifted me this shirt on my our first meeting anniversary.. And its got faded now... Look

I bought new ucb shoes from connaught place, new delhi. On[protected]. Sales man packed the shoes of same right feet, insted of packing the pair for (Right & left feet). I need to attend very important family function early in the morning, for which i bought this pair of shoes and today i totally spent about 15, 000 on ucb products. But at the end of the day, it really highly disappoint me.
I am staying very far from connaught place.
What should i do now.
Company should need to keep expert staff members, who are dedicated towards their job & to avoid these type of blunder mistakes.
I need the compensation from the company for this mistake.
I hope to be consider earliest with kind heart.
