Good evening! I have a complaint about your clothes in Kazan city stores in Tatarstan, Russia.
I visited the “united Colors of Benetton” store in Kazan Mega a few days ago. Your new linen collection is very nice but heavily wrinkled! I can’t believe your workers don’t care much about it. They seem rather careless. It’s not okay.
I don’t think I’d want to buy something high priced and wrinkled as “hell”.

I bought a blue jeans from Benetton Himayat nagar store, the one next to cream stone, for Rs.3000. Immediately after i reached home after making the purchase, i realised that the product was defective as it had a hole made in the area of the inner thigh. I went back the next day to the store with the product and reported the issue. The in store manager said they will have to take approval for the resolution and they will get back. This was in August, 2019. They have never got back and post that, it was the onset of COVID and i could never get back, as i was busy with my personal life events also immediately after that. I have been following up for the last 6 months and the response i get is, it has already given to you after the resolution, so there's nothing we can do abt it. How much ever i tell them that nobody contacted me and i haven't received it, or how much ever i ask them if there's any proof of them giving it to me (phone communication or email or inStore receipt or feedback or anything), it's falling on deaf ears and they are telling me to go do whatever I can! I have been a regular customer o[censored]cb, so much that records show that i have shopped for more 4L in 4-5 yrs, but now, i hate the brand, all because of their unruly behaviour and arrogance. Is their anything that i can do in this case? TIA.

Not happy. Lisbonne shop in chiao, doesn’t Want us to pay by cash without any valid reason just because she doesn’t want to open the cashier before the closing of the store. We didnt have any as we were tourists, 100 euros bill and she speaks about us in portuguese ! Insults…. The second cashier forgot to make us pay the bag she made her ask us 25 cents, she was shouting. Not a smile. We will never come back.

I brought a bag of Benetton
Its marked as waterproof but my books inside it is completely wetting in a slow rainfall. Water moves inside it it is not working as waterproof its lamination inside it which makes bag waterproof is worn out own its own please help me out with this problem i face very problem due to this issue

I have purchased a bagpack last week
now the stiching of bag is worned out automatically

Sir I always buy USB under garments but now I have bought this from your store on M G road pune but the size written on it does not match with the measuring tape hence it is very small and the store owner is not ready to exchange as I have used it once as for under garments there is no trail, please let me know if you have any solution

I have purchased a polo T-shirt from Kolkata airport departure section - unit number DD03. It was a new T-shirt but It has a stain on the button region - see attached photo. Invoice number - 62272. We called the store but got no response

I visited UCB store in Vapi near galaxy hotel on 23/03/22 around 8:30-9:36 pm and I bought 2 t-shirts worth of 3798 rupees where the man at desk took a note of my name and phone number stating that receipt would be sent to mobile number with no time limit . Ok . I tried paying though debit card where he tried my card twice and both time the machine prompted something weird that did made sense as if it dint take money both the time so the girl at desk in some sign language told guy to stop and take money in cash if possible . Which someone how I ended up paying asking from my friend but they never offered receipt and the amount paid in cash was 37800 rupees where they owe me back 2 rupees in change ; whee the employee said thank you rather giving change back, I dint argue but later checked my bank account I found the store charged me both the time 3798 so in total of 7596 in my debit and 3798 in cash for one purchase. This is a total rip off and big scam . I need your help . And against this store some real action needs to be taken . Please respond to this complaint as early as possible .

My sunglasses is fully worsted so i want warranty claim

I have even been told that the delay in delivery could be a result of the holiday!!! Are you for real?!?!. Please send my money back and let's all wait for your process. This is to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience at your Benetton store in Delhi airport, terminal 3. We bought two jackets from your store today and a few mins later we realised same two products we bought were being sold in Myntra in price as less by 40%. PFA bill and screenshot from Myntra app displaying same products. We trusted that we are in your offline store which would offer us the best price and we bought those in a jiffy, without realising that you’re actually cheating us with wrong prices. How is it possible that a third party is selling your own products at prices less than you yourself? I am highly highly disappointed.
We asked for a discount and (Salesperson - Mr Raghav) clearly denied stating the products you have won’t be available elsewhere in other stores, but guess what, we found them on Myntra. We’re feeling cheated.
Need someone from your team to address this promptly and refund the balance by matching the Myntra price!

Leather jacket purchased in 2020 from Lifestyle Kanpur worn out in less than 2 months usage.
The worn out is across all locations on jacket like chest, collar, cuffs, shoulders etc.
