Sir I purchased one year back my leather jacket from delhi airport. Now my jacket has damaged. Product quality is very bad.

I bought leather jacket worth Rs 7999 last season and it got damaged even after I took proper care in handling my favourite leather jacket … I never being disappointed with Benetton but this time I am … In hope of getting a solution .

On 27/10/21 at around 9pm, I purchased a T-shirt in Benetton store, Margao Goa. I paid cash of Rs. 1500 for the same. When I asked for the bill the counter sales boy took my phone no and said the bill will be sent on the phone. However till today morning I didn’t receive any msg regarding the bill. After getting the store phone no Online, I called the store and the man there asked my name and phone no and said he would get back to me.
It’s really disappointing and frustrating for a customer to ask for his right being violated. I would request you to Pls refund my amount as am not happy with your product and service.

I visited store in Pune and while billing I gave my number to counter section for billing purpose only but today I got my from Benetton and message is about to work from home related and when I open the site details whatsapp number they say some kind of cap hill company offers you jobs work from home
I thought it must be brand message but it was fraud
Don't sell my number and details to any other company

TSA Lock is not working

Wheels are not moving properly and code lock doesn’t working

I went to UCB Store, 4D square Mall, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad on 1st Oct, 2021 between 7.30PM to 8.30PM.

This complain is about poor experience from sales person (Dont know sales person name). Before I express my concern wanted to highlight couple of points.

1) The time spent in the store was not more than 20minutes.
2) We knew what we were looking for (T-shirts) and it wasn't like we ask sales person to show us multiple variety of apparels.

One sales person demonstrated few T-shirts, we did trial for three of them but we didn't get what we wanted so we didn't purchased.

When we were coming out from the store, another sales person passed bad comment behind us because we didn't purchased T-shirt.

I am not sure UCB with such huge brand value does any sanity check for Sales persons behavior with customer.

This experience was really insulting and I am sure such attitude o[censored]CB's Sales persons will spoil UCB's reputation and brand name.

I bought a new pair of white United Colors of Benetton shoes recently from an in-store purchase in Noida. I barely wore them a day or two for few hours and the sole got ripped off. They are a complete waste of money as they are not durable and didn't even last a few days. I am highly disappointed with the quality of shoes. I would like the company to ensure the quality of their products. I would like to request a refund of my purchase. I hope my complaint is heard by the concerned authorities.

Very poor quality of stitching done by ucb worst quality of product i got few months back we ordered a bag from myntra brand name united united color of benetton the stiches are out please assist

I purchased the suitcase on Amazon last year. I however have been experiencing difficulty in moving the suitcase as the wheels don't work smoothly. This results in dragging the suitcase rather than a smooth experience.
The suitcase being in warranty, requesting for repair or replacement as necessary.

I purchased a benetton flip flops two months before from your official store and they got a bend in them, the siza got shrinked. now i do have one of 8 size and another of size 7.

Past two months i have been mailing to the benetton company about the replacement of my benetton luggage which is under warranty, and i m not getting the replacement yet even after mailing the benetton team again and again . I wanted to question you is this what you get after shopping with Benetton? No response no replacement even after mailing thousand times ?

My mother bought a t-shirt from ucb in Surat in jakatnaka area and the tshirt seemed to be little bit fit to my liking so I gone there to exchange and the said they don't have exchange policy because it's an outlet, so he refused to me for exchange now what am I supposed to do with the tshirt which does not fit me I feel cheated because every company has return policy, please help !

I bought a UCB PRINTED 15" LAPTOP BAG
Product code:[protected]_blue from AJIO. It is under warranty period and it got bursted due to the use of bad product. Since it is manufacturing defect, I wanted to get resolution but couldn't contact any customer care number nobody picks call. Once contacted a man said we are not providing service as of now. High disappointed. Kindly resolve the issue.

I have gifted UCB slipper to my mother and after using few month - she slip on floor. Quality of slippers is worst and it make everyone fall.

My mother elbow got fractured.
She is in too much pain.

who is responsible for this? What can you do now? who will take care of my mother?

i would like to talk to the team who is closely working on for "daily wear UCB slipper".

Wheel of Small cabin luggage (58cm) soft luggage has been broken. Pl. Let us know the service center around anushakti Nagar, Mumbai 400094, from where the same can be repaired.

I purchased a shirt from UCB with code 19A5AG04U0081, which i wore just 4 to 5 times, after a wash one day, the right hand sleeve got a different colour which i think is the thread colourr.
