My benetton luggage that i used to carry which under warranty is broken and as i have to travel abroad I request the bentton team to assist me asap and solve my problem

I purchased a t shirt from men's section of your faridabad outlet. I washed it once and it's loosing its colour like crazy I have wore it and washed it only once and I m so disappointed with the purchase as 2 3 of my other clothes are coloured as I washed them together unaware of the fact that it will loose colour. Please do something about it or else return it asap.

I Sarbjeet Singh Ph no [protected] have purchased clothes for my kids from your store at Bhupindra Road Patiala on 01.03.2021. After trying clothes for my elder son, its found that size of clothes is shorter than actual one. I have called to first store at Bhupindra Road, they simply deny to exchange the size . They told me that I have purchased the clothes in older articles and now they have closed the sale of that articles. According to them they have packed the stock of these articles and now they are forwarding the same to factory outlet. They told me to visit the factory outlet at Urban estate Patiala to exchange the same . After that i have visited the factory outlet at Urban estate but staff at urban estate out let have also denied to exchange the same. They told me that they have also not the articles to exchange.
This is my purchase from UCB and sorry to say but very bad experience on the service side.
Request you to please look into it and help me.

Hello, i bought a benetton bomber jacket (leather) a year ago, i forgot the exact date but i haven't used it. because i consider as a special gift and also i'm living in a hot place so the purpose will be few days in a year when we are on holidays. Because of covid i havent used it for a year, now i just used for 20 mins barely, the jacket was torn without a reason. purely its a worst quality from your company, im using benetton for 5 years but this is my first and worst experiance, tghis made me think twice about your quality. do i spend 8000 INR for two time wear? this is so worse, please help me out.

As I have bought this shirt from ucb mdu Vishal mall
I have wear only one time and I got complain
I went to the showroom but the show room closed in Madurai
So kindly plz change this damage shirt as soon as possible

The handle, wheels are of worst quality. It broke during 1st time use only. Want a replacement.

I ordered a pair of shoes from myntra around 22nd december. i hardly wore it two times and its pasting on the sides started to rip off. There is no wear and tear in the shoe.

We went to factory outlet at Jaggi complex Ambala GT road. We did the shoping and when we went to billing counter.he denied to give the invoice print stating there is server error however we insisted to get hard bill but he didn't have.
He wrote on a small slip price and exchange in 7 days

I bought 2 tshirts for 3200 for the first time from UCB rajkot but as it was my first time from UCB, it was the worst experience I can get and I'll make sure that I don't recommend UCB to anyone. If I could rate it I would give 0 stars.

Purchased a new red trolley bag o[censored]CB. In first use itself the handle got broken from one side.

I am a long time customer of your company and I was very upset when I recently purchased two shirts of your only to have it be defective. (Pics attached) While this is a first for me when dealing with your company, I am definitely not happy about it and would like you to handle this complaint swiftly.

Whenever I have purchased items from you in the past, I have received high-quality merchandise that I am proud to use. This time, however, I am appalled at the quality and I wonder how you could allow such a product to hit shelves at all.

I would hope that this is simply a one-time thing, as I do not want to believe that this company has gone downhill so quickly. All that I am asking, in this case, is to receive my money back, as I do not believe that this product was delivered to me as promised.

I am really not trying to be difficult, but it seems as though too many companies are now offering substandard products and expecting to get away with this. I, however, will not stand for spending my hard-earned money on an item, only to have it not only be defective but not even be the same item that I thought I was purchasing.

I really do not want to be rude, but the quality of this product is nowhere near what I would expect from a company like yours and I believe that this should be dealt with as soon as possible.

This is Munish Wadhwa from Gurgaon. Actually my wife ordered Benetton Men shoes for me through Flipkart on 17th Oct 2020.

Initially we found that few of the threads were extra or note or mis matched but we avoid to return as it was not a problem for us but now after couple of weeks we observed that pasting is peel off from different sides and look like shoes will be scraped soon.

I really don’t think that I ordered global brand shoe like Benetton.

I purchased a sweater yesterday but decided to exchange it for a jacket today. However, a salesman told us that it won’t be possible. I understand that he was simply complying with the brand policy and letting us know of the same but his tone of conduct was absolutely rude. I am highly disappointed that such big brands hire employees that misbehave with their customers, I will probably never shop from there again.
