I am not able to wear the jacket anymore
Shame on you benetton
Plz give me the solution
Or exchange the product as soon as possible or i will put a complaint in consumer court .

I bought United colors of benetton slider from the store from Ahmedabad city Gujarat.
When I washed it it became smaller then the size it was and after second wash the slider became 2 size smaller then the actual size.

I bought the product from Amazon.in on 23 June, 2020 and was delivered to me on 24 June, 2020. The handle stopped working just after one use as its handle does not work while I try to extend it. I stay in Bangalore, Karnataka- 560093, and I would like to get information about any service centres available in Bangalore, Karnataka so that I can get it repaired.

I purchased UCB shoes from Ajio on 17 October 2020. The TAN COLOUR pair was of such low quality. Both the right and left pair of shoe torn out from the side within couple of days. The material is not pasted properly and torn out part is getting increased day by day.

I purchased a ucb trolley from Amazon, and it was delivered on time to the address but went somewhere else after coming back to home after a year then I found this trolley is defected and I'm unable to return as return policy got expired by Amazon.
Then I tried lot of times to call customer care o[censored]CB but there where no any response I got then somebody told me about this to drop a complain then they will action on my defective product replaced.
Kindly replace my trolley on priority basis

I had bought UCB lavender wallet from myntra app and on using the product for the first time it started to rip off in a day.

My name is Swapnali. I bought United Colors Of Benetton jeans for my 5 years son. It was a nice pant. But after a few washes, the quality of the jeans degraded. The inside part of jeans become so rough that it gives rashes on my son's skin. There are small balls all over the jeans from inside. I am so disappointed that I am never gonna buy jeans for my kid from your brand and will never recommend it to my friends. I am so disappointed with the quality even after paying so much for a branded sneakers. It feels like i would have rather bought local brand. Visited r city mall on friday 7th feb, where i found the shop o[censored]cb, outside the store, board stated as flat 50% off*/ new collection inside store* / conditions apply *
Store person welcomed / greeted me in a great manner as in general, i started selecting the apparels (Ladies section) according the the required size, wherein i did not bother to ask the cost as i know the brand well, after selecting 4 tops, went to the billing counter, the person at the desk shocked me stating, there is no discounts on the apparel choose by you, as discounts are not available in ladies section.
He, did not even bother to inform me at the time of selecting the apparel, as other brands specify at first, neither he said that this is completely fresh and non sale products, the selection time taken was almost more than 20 minutes, i asked him, what is written on the board outside, why it was not mentioned as the discount not on womens section, he could not justify my queries and bluntly denied to opt for discounts, i informed him to talk to you store manager, he denied for the same, as if he was not even sorry of his serving wrong information to me. Lastly, i selected amongst, purchased 1 top and paid fully and went out of the store, he was such a untrained sales executive, wherein he had no interest in customer loyalty as well as he did not even changed the board at that time and even after 30 min, i saw, the board was same as it is.
I felt cheated and decided to write the same here.
Looking forward for a solution.
