I received order from urbanic on 06/12/2022
And because of fitting i places return request which has been approved instantly. But Today date is 18/12/2022 still they have not arrange the pickup for the product... I contacted then through email nd live chat many times..they ask my to wait for 24-48 hour but I'm not getting any resolution still pickup is pending... please help me out

Why you guys are delaying refund I didn’t cancel my order but it’s canceled itself but that’s not the problem here not only that I don’t get my product I also lose my money I need my money or product immediately

I have ordered a dress from urbanic on 17th dec and the expected delivery date is between 01 jan -04 jan. As i really wanted to wear this dress on my new year party i request urbanic to deliver it atleast a day or two days before it's expected time i.e. 30- 31 dec 2022. I'll be very glad if you do this favour for me 🥺..

I ordered a dress for an occasion which is on 23rd December. This is cleared logistics and limited stock issue.
Timeline-- Ordered on 27th November --- received updates till 1st December -- stopped receiving updates till 15th December-- 15 and 16th December receiving updates. From the complaints here i can see that apart from processing stage the dispatch stage too has issues of delay.

I have started receiving updates on my order however I would like to know if there is an estimated delivery date for my order as I need it for the 23rd of December 2022. I want to know if it has at least reached the Indian warehouse as that would provide at least some relief. Attached below is a screenshot of the progress, can you please speed up the process of delivery if possible.

Also a suggestion -- I realised your products get out of stock immediately after order.. if you introduce new products on your site please be ready to handle the influx of orders for any product, everyone is trying to enjoy the best and speedy services.

I have ordered from Urbanic 4-5 times before and have never faced such an issue, not sure how Urbanic changed the quality of service since March 2022, because that's the last when i ordered.

I have ordered my package and already paid for it and I haven’t received it till date it was supposed to be delivered between 13-17 dec and i ordered it on 28 nov it has almost been 20 days and I don’t think any company takes this much of time to deliver and when I emailed them they said we don’t have any order of your id. This is such a disappointment, it was my first ordering it from urbanic and also the last time.
Also would not recommend you to buy anything from here if you need something urgently.

I placed the order on 9th November and have been waiting to receive it for almost 1.5 months.
According to the company’s delivery guidelines the order is delivered within 2-3 weeks of placing it.
After trying to reach them 1000 times there is still no update on it. The company has been giving false delivery dates and sharing invalid tracking id whenever I asked for an update.

I placed an order of few clothing items on 13th of December from urbanic . The delivery date shows 28 December but I have the occasion for which I need the order by or before 22 of December. Order ID is[protected] . Please I request you to send my parcel .

I placed my order in Urbanic on 7th December worth 2500 INR and they still have not dispatched it despite the fact that I’ve been contacting their customer care many times that I need urgent delivery.
It’s 16th December today and it still shows “your order is packed and ready to send to dispatch centre” from 12th December and they haven’t updated the same....

I placed the order on 22nd November and was supposed to deliver the order between 6th December- 10th December. I have been doing follow-up by sending emails and chatting on WhatsApp customer care. They are saying the delay is due to logistic issues and they are not mentioning the exact date when will I receive the order. On WhatsApp customer chat the delivery dates are 4th December-8th December. It's been 22 days I am still waiting for the order to be delivered.

I ordered one jeans on 11 nov and I got delivered on 14 nov but I found that I filled wrong address so I called delivery man to return it as cancellation option wasn't there on app . ..since then I am asking for my refund everyday new person comes on chat and says send this detail send that order number ...I paid it through Paytm postpaid so my refund has to come on original source only..I never mentioned my bank account there...and now they are saying me to show bank statement and all but I already shared it on their email address...everyday new person comes on chat and ask for same information I am tired ...what to do ...beacuse I am student I get limited amount from parents and because I took money from postpaid and inability to repay it my Paytm postpaid account got blocked ..pls help me

Pls file complaint against urbanic they took my money but didn't return ..because of this people I got 300 rupee penalty for late fee

Placed an order of 3 items on 26th nov ( Order ID[protected], I reached out to customer care before and they said it will be delivered by 12th December but there has been no update of the order status since tuesday. It still says in transit to dispatch center, it's already 11tg dec. It's been 15 DAYS since I placed the order.

I have ordered my dress which I want to wear on my birthday..I have ordered my dress on 8 Dec and order is expected to be 26 Dec I want my dress as soon as possible

The delivery boy committed yesterday that he will deliver the parcel this morning because I am out of the station and my family was not able that time to pay him.
So, I requested to him can you deliver it tomorrow? He said Yes positively, " yes mam I will deliver this tomorrow morning at your place".

So, today he didn't do that . When i call him he said "Mam your order has been automatically returned so my office people told me get that percel in our place" but I didn't touch any options of return or cancellations. I litterly screamed to him you have to send my percel at my place it's important. infact i told him talk to your office people i will talk to them.
He said ok mam.
Then later I called him he didn't pick my call and switched off his phone.

I ordered a dress on 28th November and did knline payment but the order was canceled because it was sold out and my money has not returned yet, please return my money as soon as possible, i hope you'll do something bout this issue

I placed a order on urbanic on October month for my product and even for the delievery it kept getting delayed and finally i got my product on 28th October
I had ordered 4 products of total 4490 rupees
And the very day i got the product I placed a return request for 3 products, only 1 product was genuine and i have proof of how the image shown and the product given is soo cheap
I kept contacting customer care they told me everytime the product will be picked up with 24-48hrs
I used to always get the reply veryy late
And my return request has been cancelled and again been put for 4 times now for about 2 months and in this time i have mssged them numerous times and not once are they replying to me on time
The total amount i need to be refunded is 3686 rupees

And it hurts me how they have been delaying until now
If the products were genuine i would have kept it but it is not at all good the entire product received is cheap

Its been more than 10 days I haven't received the refund of Rs 2012. Their email support is also not responding and I have shared my bank statement as well.

No communication from their end its highly unprofessional

I had cancelled a few items in my order but haven't received the refund even after a month.

Today my return was picked up from my doorstep order no:[[protected]].I checked the app and it shows refund failed and there is no explaination why? I need my refund, the shirt that u sent me had burnt marks, your courier partner Delhivery picked it uo today and after it was picked your application showing refund failed! Reprocess the refund again
