    I ordered 5 items for ₹5000+ on 24th November yet I still haven’t received them. It is currently 5th December and it’s still under “Processing” and has been stuck at “Ready To Send To Dispatch Centre” since 28th November. There have been no updates whatsoever, please look into it.

      I placed an order on 22nd November, which was supposed to be delivered by 29th November but still it isn't delivered not even is the tracking I'd shared no update regarding the order is shared.

        The order has not been delivered yet by urbanic. It's been more than 3 weeks the order is still in Transit phase to dispatch centre. They have been delayed a lot . The estimate delivery date is 1st Dec, 2022 but still no delivery done

          I received my order but while paying the delivery agent my transaction was in process but the delivery agent said that it got declined already so i paid in cash and now my transaction has been processed after a few hours. So in short I have paid twice.. Please check into it and refund my money . It's been 4 days now I haven't yet received my money back nor have they responed to my mails

            I had order 2 dress and even paid the amount online on 15th Nov. Since 8 days I am trying to track my order from their app. It just keeps saying order is getting ready for dispatch center. When i tried to contact them they responded through whatspp that they are facing logistic issue. I am tensed shall I recieve the order safely i want it before 30th Dec. I cannot claim refund as I am not sure if they will provide that on time.

            This usually happens when they product gets out of stock after you placed the order.

              I ordered a few item around a month, ago and it hasn’t even been shipped yet, i texted their costumer support many times still they apologise and say it will be delivered soon, its been almost a month and i have an international flight in a week, i am very dissatisfied

                    Collecting my experiences I can clearly say that Urbanic is pathetic.
                    I ordered on the 8th of October for my trip on the 22 October. Until 22 October I did not get any update regarding the delivery date and after asking your customer support they are just saying that my order is delayed. How much, they don't know.
                    Still, I am patiently trying to get in contact with your terrible customer chat support for which I have to wait 2 hours for their reply and they step away within 1 minute of waiting for my response.
                    Even my previous experience was not quite good. I hope you are understanding my point as a customer.

                      Hey! My order[protected] was confirmed on 11th november and i still have'nt got my package. I have to WEAR that dress on 28th november monday. Please try to understand. After that i dont need my package i will have to cancel it. Its been two weeks today is 24th november please i want it by 27th november and i am also ready to pay Extra for fast delivery. Because your app is very very slow and annoying. Never ordering anything again.

                        Hi, i have ordered cloths on 14th Nov and it has not been delivered yet. When you(URBANIC) can't deliver on time then why you take orders. One of the worst site to order. It's past delivery date and don't know how much longer they will take. Never going to order again from this ### website. Deliver my order ASAP.

                          I had placed my order on urbanic on 14th November, expecting it to deliver in maximum 10 days, till 18th November, 2022 i was able to see all the processing of the order thereafter which the tracking is stuck on order ready for dispatch, i had ordered since i am travelling international on 25th November, despite telling the urgency of order there is no reponse and escalation.                             I placed an order on 7th November.They showed the estimated delivery on 17th November.But it had been more than 13 days the product is not shipped yet.When I enquired about this from their customers service they are saying that it will take another 5 days to ship the order.My question is if you are not able to fulfill the order then why you are providing false information to the customers.

                              I ordered a button classic blazer 'black' colour and 'L' size on 13th november. This is my order ID:[protected]. I want to return my product as I received a wrong item. It is a blue blazer. So i applied for return. But today I received a message on whatsapp saying that they couldn't fulfill my return. And asked me to send pictures of the item. I have also sent the pictures through mail still they haven't replied me or haven't taken any action. I need my refund back. I have been the regular customer o[censored]rbanic this is the first time I am facing this problem. I really need my money back. Please allow me to reinitiate the return request again. It's showing request is under review. Please it's an humble request to you to help me out.

                                  HI, I have placed 2 orders[protected] &[protected], one was placed on 09th Nov and other on 11th Nov, the Expected date of delivery was between 19nov to 23rd Nov, today its been 10days and the order is still getting ready for dispatch, this is ridiculous, if its still not dispatched, how the hell is it going to be delivered between 19th-23rd Nov ??I had ordered these products as a gift to my sister for her birthday, how would you think that it will make sense it it reaches me after her birthday? Kindly treat this on priority and let me know when can i expect these products to be delivered to me.

                                        This is the order id[protected] and the order isn't dispatched yet and the executive are not responding i have paid in advance still the order not delivered yet after seeing reviews about the same fraud ..
