    I ordered a lot of stuff from urbanic and I didn't recieve one item and they gave something else that I didn't order and they have kept me waiting for days and I still didn't get to hear from them and I've already paid . This is just annoying

      I have ordered 29 item the order id is[protected] out of which 5 were missing also the product were delivered late 7 days and i also send the box package which was carefully slit open from bottom and glued it, but after following up for more than 1 moth they told it can not be refunded, this is a fraud, it is the seller responsibility to deliver all the product not the customer.

          I placed the order on[protected], received it on[protected] and placed the request for return on the next day. Its been more than a month since i place the order and i have talked to the customer care executives multiple times, but to no use, they keep making false promises that my return will be picked up, but nothing has been done yet. It was my first order from urbanic and my experience has been pathetic, i did not even get my refund, i can't even think about trusting urbanic again:'((

                    The refund of the order i returned on 7th of January is still pending. Order ID[protected] .its 16th jan now and I want it to be refund as quickly as possible.

                      I ordered 8 items on the 31st of December 2021 and I received only 4 out of the 8 items on the 11th of January and it says in the app that all of my items have been delivered. I'm very worried

                        I have items in my cart that I need to order but when i click on check out it does not nice forward to billing details and so on please help me out, i have re freshed and reinstalled the app twice
                        Need a product back.. I ordered a warm jegging but what came was utter nonsense
                        Need my money back .. the product was utterly useless

                            This is regarding my order which is not being picked up since 3rd January 2022.
                            I have been trying to contact customer care but the issue has not been resolved.

                            The order Id is :[protected]
                            The orders are showing as 'awaiting pick up' since 3rd January.
                            It's been more than 12 days and items are not being picked up.
                            Tried contacting customer support for more than 15 times and everytime I get the same response as 'please wait for some time, we are working on it'

                              They are not refunding my money and simply saying that we have credited your money in your account. I even checked the bank statement, it is not credited. They are playing with their customers. Very bad company.

                                I have placed order on Jan 11th . Order :[protected]. The app says it should be delivered by 15. But no tracking info is given on shipping. It's still under processing status. The live chat messages just doesn't work and mail to support team did not work either.

                                  For the first I ordered jeans and I wanted to return so they did take back the product but did not refund around rs 1200. I tried everything to get my money back but no.
                                  This time I ordered something with my card and it is taking forever to get delivered, if it doesn't get my product in few more days then this means they will have my money again.
                                  I suggest we all take action against and report if you don't want to have your money stolen from these sharks

                                    I Got msg from urbanic saying my product is delivered on 8 th Jan 2022, where as I was present in home and I have not received any product and also check with all neighbours and watchman for my satisfaction nowhere product is delivered. They don't even have customer care number, they have chat service in app when msgd they say they will check and revert in 24hrs, but now its 5 days no revert n msg from them. I feel its fraud company kindly help, product was worth Rs. 1000

                                      My order is to be delivered on 12 of January but it is not dispatched yet nor they are doing anything to dispatch it soon i needed my order urgently all they are telling me to have patience
                                      Not giving me any tentative date and time about my order.
                                      It has been ordered on 9 of january and the products were under the fast delivery products but not delivered yet and not shipped yet!!
                                      Please resolve my issue out!!

                                        I have done a prepaid order in Urbanic app on 31st December 2021 which was expected to be delivered between 9th January 2022 to 13th January 2022. Till date I have no update on the order whatsoever. I have raised the issue to customer care multiple times just to get an update on what the matter is but in vain. The only thing they say is you will get to track the order once it is dispatched but there is no answer as to how and when it will get dispatched. The order in the app now shows kindly wait for some more days to get an update. They definitely have the worst delivery system as well as customer support.
