I returned back the product with order id[protected] on 1st January, 2022 but have yet not got the refund. What they text me everytime is your account is frozen, which is totally false. They are just making their customers fool by doing scam. Kindly help me get my refund of 1, 672 back....

I had returned 3 products to urbanic . however not received any refund back yet. Did many follow ups .l, however no reply and also provide the bank statement from my end, still no response...

I returned the product with order id[protected] on 1st january 2022 as the colour was fainted and updated my bank details with them on asked by them, 4 times but have yet not got the refund....

When will i get...

My order has been picked up on 6th jan and today is 12th jan but till today i haven't received my refund. I enquired with customer care and they said they initiated the amount on 6th itself and to check my bank account but i have been checking it since 6th but till now its not reflected in my account. Please return my money....

I am raising this complaint regarding Urbanic return request. I have raised a return request at the same day I received my order and since then I have been waiting someone to come and pick up the return orders and I have been in constant touch with their customer care regarding the same issue and they kept saying someone will be here to pick them up and kept saying me to wait for 24-48 hours. And itoday on 11-January-2022 as I again tried...

It's about to 5 days ...and i haven't got ny refund yet...

Fake and fraud service
Customer executive named Rishab and Aman has lied to me, they didn't raise any return request for me.
Again I connected with Saloni she said she didn't find any return request initiated by previous executives.
Luckily she was honest to initiate it as I got a whatsapp message as return pick up confirmation.
No 1 came to pick up my order.
UNTRUSTWORTHY...

Its nearly a month I have not received payment of Rs.2328. I have order from Urbanic many times but these time i regret saying their refund processing system has to be properly processed.

I have buy few things . Tried returing them.. but refund is coming as cancelling . Delivery person has picked up the things .. but amount isn’t back to my account . And its showing cancel on return window.

I had ordered a pair of jeans for urbanic which was pretty big for me so I applied for a return. The delivery guy took the jeans 3 weeks ago but I still haven't got my refund back....

I have ordered a product from urbanic on 23rd december 2021. The order id for that is[protected].
Firstly I got this delivered so late, and the quality of product was so bad that I had to return it back the very next day of delivery i.e. on 2 jan. 2022
Since then my refund request has not been processed.
Why is taking so long for the refund to process ?
This is the worst app ever with a pathetic customer...

I had placed a prepaid order for a simplicity pullover on 27th dec 2021 and the expected delivery time was from 4th to 8th january. Till date I haven't received any update about my package. Whenever i open the app it says package not delivered but whenever i check in with the tracking id it says pickup not done. I want you people to resolve this issue as soon as possible....

Simplicity pullover sweater and positioning printing pullover sweater total cost of ₹ 1995 . The product is returned but I have not got the refund . This is a fraud case, the product has been returned since 12 -14 days but no refund . Please help me to solve this. Please give me back my money!...

I ordered top + sweater on 26th dec... I paid the amount through phonepay and after the payment i cancelled top which cost rs388...tho i received the sweater but i didn't receive refund for my cancelled top... I mailed them and talked to customer care... All they say is the refund has been initiated by their side and it'll take 7-10days... But it's been more than 10 days already... And haven't received any amount back

My order was about to be delivered between[protected] to[protected] . But still showing processing....

I ordered the product dize 34b but what i get is way to smaller than the recommend size. This product don't even match with the standard size chart or their own size chart. Even when I complaint about that they said its a non returnble item. And stop replying....

I have ordered 2 products it was not perfect fit. I returned back both now it's more than 30 days i haven't received my payment back. Amount is 2200. Kindly look into it and resolve. They are not responding on calls and messages. Worst service....
