Its been 8 days of me not receiving my order, what kind of a service is this... My order is not even shipped yet Its clearly been mentioned that delivery will be done in 3-5 days then how are you going to answer this... If you confirm something then atleast stick to it, customers waiting for their order without being aware of its arrival date is the most frustrating thing during online shopping, I hope you you keep this in mind And atleast try to give a date. Dec 16, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved The problem hasn't resolved at all, what does these people think that just by giving a message of shipping my order is enough to calm down a customer, I checked the mail, the order is stilll sucked at the first stage i.e just order confirmation, either u people dont confirm the order or deliver the product as promised, this all seems like some fun to you people, I am highly frustrated, just so to shut down one complaint, u marked it resolved, woah how funny!!! Its 16 dec now, I placed my order on 4th dec, I am not gonna stop complaining until I get my order Seriously I am gonna confess, I am not going to order anything from urbanic anymore, and I hope u know losing one customer is equal to quite a lot, i'll never recommend this site or app to anyone... I ordered 15 days ago, the order still hasn’t been shipped from their warehouse. I have contacted their customer care several times, they do not have an answer for this problem l, all they say is wait for your order. The service is pathetic, the customer care is absolutely useless. Would never order from this site again.

Horrible customer service, worst delivery!! 👎it's been more than a week since I've ordered (prepaid) and my order hasn't even shipped yet, while my orders from other websites has already delivered.. welcome to urbanic where you get overpriced products that too with worst customer service. This is not my first time ordering from here and everytime it never fails to disappoint me. At least they should take action and try to fix it but no, are we the customers a joke? the business wouldn't work without us purchasing their products, the least thing they can do is help us, it takes more than 2 weeks to deliver and one time it took nearly a month, I'm never ordering from this particular website again. I'm done..
