        I purchased the above item last month. I requested for a Demo on 27th Oct. 2020 and given a reg. no. CC [protected] and assured me within 48 hrs. technician will come and attend. From that no one came and no response from Usha International. I made so many calls and reminded them but no response. The item is not unpacked and kept idle.

          There is a tank leakage in the geyser and it is not working properly. I am attaching the bill photograph for further details. It is still in warranty. So please get it repaired urgently.

            I purchased the cooktop in August. I wasn't working fine from Day 1. I lodged a complaint with USHA and they sent the technician only after i forced him to come.
            He did something and said cooktop is ok but the Gas regulator has some issue. On his words we bought a new regulator but still not working.
            I have sent the email to USHA twice but no response. I have raises a complaint twice but no response
            The gas stove is faulty and may cause any incident at my home

                            [protected] ko complaint service ke liye kiya tha, 3 bar engineer aya ghar pe par abhi tak mera mixer grinder sahi nahi hua.
                            one month me bhi sahi nahi hoga to kyu diye hai warranty, nahi dena chahiye tha, 2 complaint jiska reference id 5046 or 4604 hai

                                I purchased a usha fan 2 months ago.. Just 2 months ago..!! And it's motor is not working. As we had the warranty card, we called the person from "company" who came within estimated time and said that motor will come within 7 days. Dude..!!! It's been 10 [censored]ing days and your company still not able to provide a motor and take a complaint on priority.. Being such a big company it's not professional act to delay and making your customers suffer. Btw thank you for letting me know that i won't everrrrr suggest anyone to buy products from your soo called big company as it was my mistake too..
