        Please refer compaint no IC[protected].hardly a month has passed, issue is coming again with processor.

                        Dear team,
                        I am purchase is usha induction cooktop
                        As 03.7.2020 but only 10 day after running induction plat crisis minner. I am complaint 17.7.2020 complaint no ic[protected].
                        I am daily daily follow up but i am asked me approvel done 2-3 day induction received at your home...
                        Second complaint no ic[protected] but without information complaint closed
                        So please help...

                                    We are getting a complaint. But not going my site for technician.
                                    I'm purchasing a usha farrata pedestal fan
                                    From date of 23/5/2019 & fan is not running issue dt-26/3/2020 that time my fan is under warranty. We are calling many times but lockdown time usha care not accept my call.. And now i'm giving a complaint and his asking me.. This service is on chargeble. It not my fold so we are want the warranty coverage service.

                                      I purchased usha strikerfan on 11_10_2018. Now it has been stopped working since february. I have been complaining about the problem since that time till now my problem was not solved. My complaint was canceled every time after placing complaint without any message about cancellation. Now again i complained on 18th july. Still no progress. Allotted technician is not answering my calls. My product warranty expires on november 2020. But company is extending my problem unsolved since february that means almost 6 months. I think you are going to do like this till expiry date. Very worst service i have ever seen.
