I have purshased usha machine (Sm allure delux) on dt.29.12.19 from usha international ltd. Chowringhee shop, 15/6 jaharlal nehru road, kolkata-13.

They have provided only a time demo.
I am a several time call hm from 13th. Mar'20 onwards till today but they have not taken any action. They are commitment to me 24 times we are provide demo but till now only one time deprived me.
One serviceman (Rabi halder) told me what you have do i don't botther me.

I had purchased a usha mixer grinder on 14th march 2020 and from now isn't working properly and its is in warranty period so kindly request to uh please repair it earlier we will very thankful uh for that...

1)fan base is vibration & base moving.

I bought halogen oven in aug. 2018 from osaba emporium, n. Delhi. It worked very well but now it is not working. Kindly send someone who can attend my problem.

Fan is suddnely slow and slow continue and after some time compliteliy stop.
kindly resolve as soon as possible.

I buy a fan o[censored]sha branded company made on november 2019 and in may 31st 2020 it stopped working. This is really troublesome for us because too hotter these days and without fan we can not live. For a branded company like usha this type of technical faults are really not acceptable and compare to indian made chinese products are much better because if they will work then they really works well for longer duration otherwise they will stop working in a day of 2 -3 days.

The fan is broken

I purchased USHA fan as we're running fine but after some days it automatically stops. I although registered complaints but there is no response from her side till now I registered 4 complain but there is no single response from her side.

We have purchased usha desert cooler model striker 70sd1 from sargam electronics at karnal (Haryana) on 22nd may 2020. Bill number karn-20-285 and hsn code is 8479600. The cooler is not giving the proper cooling in the room. Need immediate support.
