I Sumita Padhy applied for correction of date of birth and spell change in father's name downloading forms and submitting with all necessary documents and fees of RS 500 to pan India Delhi office on 25.11.19, pan card was issued without making any correction and same was returned back to UTIITSL, Mumbai on 30.12.19 for making necessary necessary corrections and sending it again but in stead of solving problem and sending correct PAN card, Calcutta customer care unit sending irrelevant replies since last 15 days, requested to solve problem and ensure sending of correct PAN card

        Dear Sir,

        I have applied for pan card correction application for correcting my name and my father's name.I have provided all my documents with my father's PAN card copy for verify his name but my application is withheld for processing due to mismatch my father's name with ITD data. I have applied for correcting my father's name so it will definetely mismatch.

        My PAN card is now under processing. I provided again my documents where my name and my father's name is mentioned correctly with an application written to UTIITS mentioning what needed to correct. Next day it's showing that my PAN card is under processing.

                        My pan card number is mjpps6775j. And d. O. B is 15 dec 1997. I applied for pancard in oct 2019. Now when im trying to download epan card, its showing that no record found in itd database, check and reconfirm the d. Ob and pan number. And im no longer in touch with mentioned id. But im using same contact no. But havent recieved any link on that number. Evn i havent recieved my physical pan card. Because our postman never delivers our posts on time. Please solve it asap.

                          I would like to inform you I had applied for the correction of my PAN bearing the application coupon number : Q[protected]. Today, when I was checking for the updates on my application, I got to know that my application has been withheld stating "Objection marked - [ NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN ITD DATA AND APPLICATION DATA, FATHER NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN ITD DATA AND APPLICATION DATA ].

                          However, there is no difference between the data supplied by me and the records available in ITD website. Request you to kindly review all the documents in the application as all relevant information is available to make a decision.

                          Please let me know the status of my PAN as I am eagerly waiting for my PAN to be reprinted.

                                    In previous pan card father name was updated without initials, but this time the online application will be generated only with abbreviated initials kindly consider and do the needful by processing the same

                                    My husband has paid 3 times for his pan, but still correction is not done, if you want i will give details.
