Myself rajiv s gowda. And i have been informed that my pan card is withheld from processing. Objection marked - [ father name mismatch between itd data and application data ]. Thats way i applied for correction in my pan card. Please let me know the necessary formalities to complete the processing of my pan card.

Hi team,

I have submitted request for my wife's pan card online modification last week. While checking the status it is reflecting as "yet they have not received original docs to proceed ahead". For this i have visited uti office borivali location as per the address available on website but that office is shut over there from last 1 year and yet address is not modified. Then i tried to reach customer care number for several time but no one answered the call. Don't know to how to escalate this and move further. For this i have mailed them to share me their ho postal address so that i can post all the relevant docs to them but they are not at all responding...

I am Bharat Bhushan S/o Hari singh. My residential address is D-10A/362, Bharat Vihar Gali number 8 New Delhi 78. My PAN card number is also issued to another person name Bharat Bhushan son of Harihar Singh my date of birth is 06/08/1980 same as Bharat Bhushan son of Harihar Singh a letter and PAN Card is submitted by me to the Income Tax Department on 26 January 2018 till now the result is negative what can I do suggest me please provide me a new PAN card with a new number

I have lodged four (04) complaints the following date for refund of pan card application fees but till date no any response is received.
1. 8 jan 2018 for refund of rs 110/-
2. 16 feb 2018 for refund of rs 110/-
3. 19 feb 2018 for refund of rs 220/-
4. 28 feb 2018 for refund of rs. 110/-
It is requested to refund the above said amounts at the earliest.

I didn't got my pan card since i have submitted application form last two months back and now it saying that your application is withheld for varification due insufficient proof details. But i have submitted my driving license of 3 copies as it was varified in the online as driving license, so i have attached xerox copies of my driving license and now it is saying that your application form is withheld for varification due to non sufficient profs.. Please tell me what should i do to get my pan card.

Sir i have applied for correction of pan no azwpb6990k. I have applied three times in a row for this and three times 330 rupees debited from my account but the applied form is not successfully completed on the date 01/03/2018. After that in 4th time i applied it was successfully completed. The refrence no of the form is q[protected]. Kindly refund my money.

I have applied on-line for a Pan Card vide No. U N[protected] dtd[protected] and i have paid rs.110/- by using my sbi net banking on 21/02/2018 vide ref. No.LSBI[protected]GACYSKHH8. After making payment the pan card status showing that the application is incomplete due to biometric authentication. I will be sent the another application later for the same after rectification. Hence I request to refund the amount debited from my a/c of rs.110/- for the above ref pan application.

Okref : 1. My on-line pan application no: u-n[protected]. Dt, 04/02/2018. 2. My mail dt.04/02/2018. I have applied on-line for a new pan vide in the ref1. Above cited i have paid rs.110/- by using my canara bank debit card on 04/02/2018. After make payment, application show aadhar not mached using demographic details - will not be linked with pan. I request to refund the amount debited from my a/c of rs.110/- for the ref.1 pan application.

I have applied for pan card under southern region on feb 9th 2018 but status showing withheld process and object source is showing aadhar card matches partially the correct document submit and after that application will be proccessed i tried to contact customer service but not responded and my coupon number is u[protected] please respond to my pan card application.

This is Shaik abdul razak, applied for pan card on 24th Jan.. i have joined a new organization and they are asking for the pan card. its been a month now i did not receive the pan card.. When i checked the status it is showing as under process.. it is same from the last 15 days. its my first job.. im worried if i get the copy on time or not.. they gave me two more days time to submit..
I have tried reaching the customer care numbers but not one answered... this is really hard time for me... Please take action on this and help me to get the card as early as possible.. pls take action on the people who are not responding on calls as well.. i have tried reaching TIN FC[protected]/[protected] lot of times but no one is answering the call.. they are picking up the cal and keeping it aside.. my application number is N-[protected]

I have applied for pan card. Due to some issue my with my Aadhaar card, the process of pan card is incomplete. My application will be processed, only on its re-submission and subject to successful Biometric authentication of my AADHAAR.
Now i don't want to re-register online pan card. Please refund my money which i have paid the time of registration 110 INR.

When my application is in objection then i contact them from phone no but they are not picking phone. After that i send them email but they not give me any reply.
After that when objection is not clear then i submitted another application is m[protected]
That is also in objection saying that same uid no.

I have applied online for two new pan cards vide (i) U-N[protected] dtd 29/11/2017 named Bishtupada Das and (ii) N-N[protected] dtd 29/11/2017 named Ramshankar Bhuinya. Due to Bio-metric problems both the applications could not processed successfully. But the application fees of Rs.110/- for each application have been paid through SBI net banking on 29/11/2017. Hence I request to refund the amount Debited from my A/c of Rs.220/- for the above References two PAN Applications.

I am using pan card (Bjzpr6409k) since 2012, unfortunately my card get damaged so i applied for new pan card on last month applied through third party & the same was received. But the name in the card printed as rajesh kumar instead of g s rajesh kumar even though i properly mentioned in the application what name to be typed on the card with proper proof. Regarding this issue i contacted that third party they are saying sorry for the convenience & kindly contact the utiitsl. As my all accounts & documents having initials it may create an issue in future, that’s why i applied for new one with following documents directly on the utiitsl website &soft copy of the same is attached for your reference.
1. Id proof – psu id card
2. Address proof – voter id
3. Dob proof - passport
4. Damaged pan card
5. Aadhar card – additional proof
6. Ban statement – additional proof for name to printed on pan card
7. Tax certificate

After sending the all above documents there are not processing my application & application status is showing as doccumetns, regarding this i am trying to contact the uti department but no one is picking the phone if the concern government employees are doing like this then as a common citizen where i will go & make the complaint.

I have applied for a new pan card in the name of manish rana which dispatched our address in bahadur garh. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.
