This is a final attempt to get my concern address. I had applied for some rectifications on my pan card in the month of July 2017. The request got processed by Sep 2017, and I received an email stating that the pan card had been dispatched.

I am yet to receive the pan card! This is highly irresponsible behaviour on the part of the team concerned!

On 19/8/2017 i am submitted this q[protected] application no but i couldn't file original document of id proof and address proof then i am not find our application status i am sent documents with signature by post

Recently (28/11/2017) i had applied for new pan card through utitsl and the payment was successfully done. & all document & application submitted with e-kyc. But now checking status of my application it shows “your application is withheld for processing.”. What will be the time frame for updating the pan data? How many days i have to wait for the update? Unfornunately i have not received any coupon no/application no from the site.br...

Regarding coupes number, u[protected], uti system is showing that docs are withheld. Due to not having docs proof. I had sent 3 set of my aadhar card as proof for dob, residential, and identify proof. Aadhar card is having these details. I really worry and surprise about this. Then whatelse they need. For ths, i have called their chennai offic - many times. Phone is ringing, but not answering. How can i shortout this issue. If they dont let me know about docs error. Kindly help me sir. Kindly request u to ask them to proceed urgently, since i have submitted all the docs

Sir, I have re-applied for PAN Card becausein 1st time I couldn't get PAN card due to non-delivery by Postal Staff and this time they have withheld the processing of application with above mentioned objection.
I have already submitted Aadhaar Proof in which father name is clearly mentioned as "Ajit Kumar Singh' but according to them ITD data show father name as "Ajit Kumar" only.
My PAN and Aadhaar Number is also linked then I don't find any reason for them to withhold my PAN application.
I am in urgent need of my PAN Card so I request you to please resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

As i have applied for pan card correction where my name as displayed as DASARATHA PRABHU BALASUBRAMANI to DASARATHA PRABHU B
but the correction is not done where i am getting the same card printed as it is so i have requested one of the customercare in income tax department to verify my pan details he told that the name is not changed

My name in pan card required changes and i have applied on 04.11.2017 and application number is q[protected]. I have sent my below proofs on 06.11.2017 to address uti itsl chennai through profession courier and awb no is trp5926451

I confirmed that, my courier reached them on 07.11.2017 by tracking.
Still yesterday the pan status is pending and today surprisingly when i track my pan status, it shows that, your pan card courier on 31/03/2010.
What is happening there sir???
