Unable to pay by visa credit card for the pan card using any of the 2 payment options utiisl have provided. No errors messages given and it just reverts to the original online application saying to make payment again.

No errors with the application, only payment issues by credit card from abroad.

Website content looks good but totally rubbish to use.

    I have applied for my pan card on 3.12.17, uti system is showing that application has been processed successfully and pan card allotted,
    But uti didn't dispatch the pan card yet, and i din't receive the pan card also.
    For this, i have called uti office at several times, but no answer for my call,
    Kindly support me to receive the pan card within this week urgently,
    Since i have urgent work with pan card, i need it badly,

              Hi,

              This is a final attempt to get my concern address. I had applied for some rectifications on my pan card in the month of July 2017. The request got processed by Sep 2017, and I received an email stating that the pan card had been dispatched.

              I am yet to receive the pan card! This is highly irresponsible behaviour on the part of the team concerned!

Keeping that in mind, I am thankful for the positive effect that the above complaint has brought (within hours). Seems like your matters get addressed only once you lose your patience and start bad-mouthing the service provider! A poor state of affairs!

              I will update my complaint as and when I receive the rectified pan card.

              the above application shows the status to regenerate application, whereas at the regenerate application portal it shows application number not found, although I have submitted the documents physically to the uti Mumbai office the status is still the same the payment is already done.

                          Regarding coupes number, u[protected], uti system is showing that docs are withheld. Due to not having docs proof. I had sent 3 set of my aadhar card as proof for dob, residential, and identify proof. Aadhar card is having these details. I really worry and surprise about this. Then whatelse they need. For ths, i have called their chennai offic - many times. Phone is ringing, but not answering. How can i shortout this issue. If they dont let me know about docs error. Kindly help me sir. Kindly request u to ask them to proceed urgently, since i have submitted all the docs
