My application number is u-n[protected]. On 21/12/2017 i have applied for pan application and also pay rs 110.00 using bank of baroda debit card. Due to of difficulty of sending my pan through offline mode, as i dont have time, i may not able to sent my pan application to utiitsl office. I consider to apply it offline. So please help me in getting refund i. E. Rs 110.00, and i also apply my pan card by offline mode

Sir, i apply to correction of name in my pan card through online on 30 apr 2017. And my coupon no is q[protected]. And also again resubmitted on august 2017. Rejection status are on website is that annexure a not submitted with application. But annexure a, aadhar card, existing ban card are attached with application form. And resubmitted the same documents three times. But not any such information received till date. Sir i facing hardship due to not received of pan card. Such as income tax return and refund and opening of demat account etc. Sir please do needful.

I have applied for a pan on nov 1st 2017. I haven't received the pan till date. When i checked the status, it is showing as courier returned - door locked on 12-12-17 which is very incorrect and the card is returned to mumbai.
How can a government recognized bodies work like this, without checking at home or calling to the customer they take back the consignment. This is very poor...

I applied my pan card offline from uti 12 august 2017 but today date is 10 january 2018 i call uti customer care i asked him my pan status to with held to process what is solution he talk to me i send my voter id card and my 10th mark sheet to mail after that your pan card status process to dispatche after 30 minutes but last two month mail my documents but status not to process succesfull i have no pan card and i hava no take my three months sallary becuase company sallary no sallary provide without my pan card my problem no any solution without my pan card please suggess me what i do?

Lately i also come to know that same has been returned undelivered due to certain reasons & i have been asked to contact regional office of mumbai. I was waiting to receive the same but in vain.

1. My on-line pan application no:nil 07/01/2018. I have applied on-line for a new pan and i have paid rs.110/- by using my sbi net banking on 07/01/2018 vide sbi ref. No. Lsbi[protected]gacrjdnd1. After make payment, for a long time system plays web page is not available. So, i cant' take print out. On that day i have applied another pan in the same name vide ack. No. N[protected] dt.07/01/2018. Hence i request to refund the amount debited from my a/c of rs.110/- for the ref.1 pan application.

I have got my acknowledgement number as u[protected] for the pan card i have applied. But, i need to know my pan number for the respected acknowledgement number. Since my joining in tcs is scheduled on 08/01/2018 i needs my pan card on or before 07/01/2018 atleast i need to know the pan number, and should know what is the current status of it? I apply the pan card in 22/06/2017, we attached the docs in adhaar card but if i download the applicant application so i cant found how do i do this because we will sign this application & attached the photo on it. My application number is n[protected]. Please tell me the solution. When i was open the homepage o[censored]tiisl site i click the correction or edit the application. If i entered my application or coupon number those provide by the utiisl site. So he shows that application was not found what is that rubish please solve it asap. So i get it my pan card. If i call on utiisl helpline number so its busy always.

This is with regards to my change of name in pan application.

I had applied for a change in my pancard details online. I had submitted the detailed form along with the necessary documents. However, when i tracked my request, it says it has been withheld because of lack of documentary proof and it asked me to contact the utitsl office. I have been trying to contact every other office since december. However, there is no response from the office. They do not pick up the phone when i call them and i don't know how else to contact them. I have even called the income tax department tool free number but only to be told that i have to contact the regional office where i have submitted my application. The funny thing here is when i call the office, the phone rings and no one picks up the phone and then the next minute it is engaged. There are days when i try calling them the whole day but they would never ever response.
So i would like to know how should i try to contact the office if you are not responding? I cant travel to chennai from hyderbad just for this! Or would i need to?

I am seriously disgusted with how this office is functioning. May be i should just write to higher authorities or tweet to the prime minister because nothing happens in india if you don't involve higher authorities.

Please let me know what is wrong with my application so that i can do the needful and get on with my life!

I applied for my pan card on december 7, 2018. Now it is about 5th january, 2018. The status of the pan card is "application is inwarded". I was in hurry thats why i did not placed the application on nsdl which gives the pan card in just 7-10 days. My job requires a pan card thats why i applied by thinking that i will get that in 15 days atleast. Now see that worst service o[censored]ti.
I think government or income tax service should ban uti or improve their service as compared to nsdl. Please the people on uti just take some time and kill yourselves.

Unable to pay by visa credit card for the pan card using any of the 2 payment options utiisl have provided. No errors messages given and it just reverts to the original online application saying to make payment again.

No errors with the application, only payment issues by credit card from abroad.
