Herewith i bring to you kind notice that i had applied for a new pan card having no: bxnpa1545f in the name of istayak ahamad.
Which was dispatched to my address but returned undelivered. I couldn’t receive the pan card

Therefore, i requesting you to resend my pan card to my address mentioned below.

I applied for a new pan card and my application got rejected as i didn't provided my aadhar copy and they didn't mention the next step to do and i tried number of times to contact them but they didn't lift the call even once. So i mailed them but there was no reply. It was waste of time and money they didn't even refund my money back. Customer service is very poor.

My name is poonam devi. I applied for pan card in march 2017
My application no is u[protected]. I haven't received my card and yhe status showed that it was returned undelivered.
I contacted pan card office mumbai and they told me to submit a mail and call again. It's been five months and i have tried calling them hundreds of times but my call is not received. I therefore am requesting you to please redispatch my card on same address.

Aadhaar not matched using demographic details - will not be linked with pan. This application is being returned and will be processed, only on its re-submission by the applicant subject to successful biometric authentication of the applicant's aadhaar at this branch office o[censored]tiitsl.

As i am not in a position to proceed further i, request you to refund the amount to my account.

I am bhargavi cr and i applied for pan card in the month of august the (Application coupon number[protected], southern region) and it's been 4 months and i still haven't received it and the application is still withheld for processing (Applicants name /title not valid), but the provided details are correct, and i hereby request you to process my pan card as soon as possible, as i really need it

I had applied for name change in my pan card which was wrongly given by the bank through which i had applied. I am trying to change the name since 2014 (Multiple attempts, all paid online - nsdl and utiitsl) the recent being with utiitsl. Currently the application is withheld for processing stating mismatch in father's name. I had send clarification letter through post (Delivered on 30/10/2017) and email. Still the status is same.

The reciept shows the documents were recieved on the office 21/05/2017... Bt the status is same from30/05/2017... It says "physical documents not yet recieved"
