Then i approached chennai branch and requested for redelivery but the status was not changed till now. Plz sir send my pan card to my address on the application....

I have applied for a new pan card in the name of bandana singh which dispatched our address in july 2016. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

But while trying to track the provided consignment number, india post site is showing "consignment not valid"...

I sabita nath had booked a complaint on 18th october 2017. As per my previous complaint on 18th october 2017 in your comments it is mentioned that after receiving valid proof documents it will be issued. Please clarify which valid document have to send. It is clear from your reply that you had received my. Adhar card. Clearly mentioned which other valid documents further required & hard or soft copies which have to send.
