I have applied for pan card and pay all amount, after some days i received a mail that your pan [ cfqpr6776b ] card returned undelivered due to [address not proper / incomplete ] on 01/06/2016 and lying in new delhi office
While no one contacted me at the time of delivery

Please send my pan card on my address house no. 30 opposite gali no. 5 hanuman mandir road, molarband extn. Badarpur new delhi 110044 near tvs showroom

I've applied for pancard through utiitsl agent on 17th and got the coupon number[protected] on the same day. After 20 days i tried several times to check the status through their website, but it was showing "record not found."

I called them (Utiitsl chennai) branch and received a status that still the application is not uploaded and pan will be delivered after 35 days only. I don't understand why it takes more than 10 days to upload an application? If its that much difficult for you to upload pan applications, then what is the point of continue the service for customers?

On 1st sep, 2017 again i called them and insisted to get my application status. Initially they said still its not uploaded and few minutes of conversation they told application processing withheld due to some reason and given a word that they will update the online status and will process further to upload my application. Also i sent mails to them about their service.

Today its 3rd oct 2017, still the same status is displayed on their tracking system and i tried to call them no one is picking their phone, also there is no reply for my mails.

So i'm decided to raise my complait on this forum, please respond to this complaint.

A pan correction request was submitted to uti around 5 august 2017. It was first rejected saying aadhaar is not accepted as proof of name (Please note their website recommends acceptance of aadhaar). There after, again the application was submitted with copies of passport and electricity bill as proof, and again the same is rejected. Currently, reason is unknown and i am unable to contact uti as all their numbers are busy.

I have applied for pan cards on 17.09.2017 for making pan cards for kumari jyoti rani parjapati and mamta rani parjapati. I made payment for rs. 110/ for each pan card. The payment status was success.
But i no reply received so far.

The amount rs. 110/- pan card fee debited in my account. The payment status is success.

UTISL (UTI Infrastructure Technology & Services Limited [UTIITSL] who is receiving our PAN application on behalf of Income Tax Dept. are not carrying out their duties well.

We have done every single procedure they instruct us and submitted the PAN application. On receiving the Application we had no respond or status of our PAN so we keep on mailing and at last they told us to send the courier details so we sent them and after few days the marked saying forwarded to ITD. Now the status showing withheld for Processing due to non fulfillment of PAN address since 2 months, whereas the address were correctly mentioned.

I have been mailing them again and again and what their response is? On verification and correctness of Application we will do from our end. What the...
Aadhar was sent and it was filled. What else do you need?

I appled new pan on[protected] application number a[protected] it as objection for biometric failed after that i update my bio metric sucessfully and i get aadhaar card also still now your data not sync with uidai it show after update also same thing and i attached error screenshot and updated aadhaar card also when you people update my detail and allot pancard...

Dear sir, i applied for pan card. My name anvarsha s. Only i have 9 digit acknowledgement number. This number is[protected]. I don't think this is correct receipt when some organisation is asked for the pan receipt. Sir please send the proper receipt in my gmail account within 1 day because next day is the last date for submitting the application.
