i have applied for pan card in december 2013 and made the payment online. after that i have also sent the hard copy of completely filled form along with the relevant documents that are mentioned in the requirements. but i have not received the pan card yet it had been nearly 5 months since i submitted the form. plz look into the matter immediately. when i am trying to check the status of application it is saying invalid coupan number.. plz provide my pan card as soon as possible. my application or coupan number is NOOO184566. thankyou.

I have requested PAN card in the month of September 2013 but have not received till today.

As per New Delhi utiitsl, PAN card was tried to be delivered twice via courier people but nobody received from our end.

They are be-fooling us as my wife always stays at home as she is a homemaker. We left two phone no. but never received any notification call for the same. They are highly irresponsible and careless. I asked for Tracking number and courier people details but did not give that to me.

Dear Sir, I, Geeta Upadhyay regret to inform you that I had applied for a new PAN CARD in the month of September 2013. I had received a SMS from UTITSL on 26.09.2013 that PAN CARD NO.AEBPU3346J has been sent through speed post no.EQ[protected]IN on 21.09.2013. Accordingly, I have noticed from speed post tracking that the PAN card under reference, though, has reached at Shipra Sun City Post Office (Ghaziabad) on 27.09.2013 but it has not been delivered at the given address i.e.501-C Nyay Khand-1st, Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad (UP). Sir, I have visited several times to the post office but no body is bothered to handover the above referred PAN Card sent through speed post as stated above. If the PAN CARD has reached Shiproa Sun City Post Office on 27.09.2013, as to why the same has not been delivered to its applicant at the given address despite lapse of 12 days. I have now been compelled to lodge this complaint with an hope that same shall be attended as soon as possible and PAN card shall be delivered immediately. It is submitted that I am the bonafied member of Border Security Force & presently performing duty at Sector Headquarter Border Security Force Kishanganj. I had process the procedure to obtain PAN Card through PAN Service Center Agency Kishanganj. As per acknowledgement (Photocopy of same is attached with this letter for ready reference) received from above agency my requisition application No. is[protected] & coupon No.[protected]. Further, when I not receive my PAN Card after prescribed limit of time, I inquired the status of PAN Card Internet. On inquiry following information come to notice :-

(a) PAN Card bearing No.DCHPK1181A has been issued in favour of me.
(b) PAN Card had been dispatch from Mumbai on 10.06.2013 vide consignment No. EA56188736IN but same not received by me and further return to Mumbai from Head Post Office, Kishanganj(Bihar).

But the PAN has been issued in the name of Desiganboxes Creatives Private Limited. Also, the card was dispatched on[protected], but till now we have not received the same. Find the attached copies for your reference.

After that we filed correction application for correction in name and for hard copy PAN card on[protected] vide coupon no.[protected]. But no process has been made. As the company is in urgent requirement of PAN such kind of clerical mistakes or negligence can not be tolerable by customers.

Being a well known and prestigious agency, we strictly force you to issue corrected PAN at the earliest, otherwise we have to take further actions against the agency.

I have applied for a pan on Jan 6th since I lost my pan card .

I tried to follow up with the people in pancard helpdesk and it was very difficult to get connected to them.
Finally they told me my application is under PPC objection and finally I got a letter from them on Feb 2nd
I sent the reply along with the proofs on same day and it was delivered there on Feb 6th as well I sent an e-mail also on the same day.
Till feb 14th I called them and I got the same reply like " please tell me your courier number and we got your courier and it will undergo verification soon".On 14th I called them and again asked them whether any other objections are there.The helpdesk lady asked me to sent the same letter and proofs again through e-mail, eventhough they have my letter.I asked them what is reason behind that.She asked me to wait a minute and I wait around 10-15 minutes and disconnected the call since I didn't get any response from her.Again I called on the same number and she took the call, and disconnected the call after recogonising me.Then I again called in same number and told her I want to complaint to her manager then she gave the phone to another lady.
She speaks very nicely and told me that there are some other objections.
Today I again sent the mail and id proofs and again I have to go through this painful process again spending my time, money and energy.
I urgently need my pan for my job.
Please do the needful or again I have to wait for another 1 month to get the pan.

I registered my complaint on uti website and got there response that
"pan application has been rejected and returned to the applicant on 29/05/2012 since father name short "

actually sir in pan application I had written my father's name "h p shukla" ,which is written in my 10th class certificate and in all other documents as passport, driving licence , voter ID card etc
Here I have attached my high school certificate where my father's name is "h p shukla".

please look into the matter as I am now in great trouble as I need it urgently.

I have not received maturity amount of my US64 Bond Certificates No.20761032 and20761041,
I have also not received the amount o[censored]S 64 Bond[protected].My complaints to Vice President ,UTI Infra,Tec, and Services Ltd. Navi Mumbai remain unattended for last many months. Kindly help. Thanks,

2. On personal inquiry from Customer Care Centre on 06 February 2012 regarding the status of PAN Card, it has revealed that the PAN Card pertaining to me has already been sent for delivery, however, the same has not been delivered due to the reason not know.

3. Again on 07 February 2012, I submitted an written complaint for non delivery and assured the same will be received shortly, it has not happened.

Again I have sent claim of my wife Smt. Vijay Garg for the same treatment on 22nd December, 2011 to you alongwith original Bill No. 12037504 dt.12/12/2011 of Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon for payment and all other relevant documents in original. But till today we have not received any reply from you. Kindly let us know the status of my claim.

I have applied for a duplicate PAN card 3 months back through UTI bank and was requseted to submit certian documents.
I have submitted the relevant documents however still there is no feedack from the UTI authority and the people at the office make me go to the office again and again without a concrete reason and this is delaying my PAN card. though m in urgent need of it.

The status of my PAN card application shown on UTI site says "UNDER NCC OBJECTION".
The people at UTI PAN card office have no clue what it means, they give reasons saying they will call there senior, no internet etc.

This is highly disgusting and hence I want to file a complaint against UTIITSL PAN card services for non-complaince to consumer rights.

Currently I am in Jabalpur (MP)
Kindly if help me in this regard.
