Dear Sir,
I did not received my pan card till today.
I applied for it in the last week of the July, 2008.
I got my pan card no : BYKPS1894M
Application SR No:[protected]
Coupon No:[protected]

I went to the UTITSL Kolkata branch and lodged a written complaint regarding this.
But I did not get any result.
Then once again I went to the them and they said that if KOLKATA Post did not deliver the card what can they do.
I am still waiting for my card...

Please suggest what to do...

Dear Sir..

I had applied for PAN card and i have been registered for the same, i have got my PAN card number (ALAPJ2431M) but unfortunately i have yet not received a hard copy of the same. I got this PAN number from website. It shows that my card was dispatched on 13/12/2008 but I am yet to receive it. So i wish to ask the competent authority, to whom shall i contact to get my PAN card.

I had applied for the pan september.
the income tax dept has issued my pan card but it could not received to my address yet.
I have inform the uti-tsl office in pune and give them the application about that but since last 3 months they give some fake answers to me which cannot satisfy my queries.
my pan no is AYGPP0690P.

Sir, With reference your letter No.UTITSL/PAN/[protected]/278199, Dtd-16/11/2007, I have clarified that data /details as noticed by your office . But could not get any reply or my pan card .I am facing great difficulty in daily life without a pan card. I have not receive my PAN card at my address yet now. I have applied it 18 months before. My PAN card status is showing that it has been dispatched.

Details are given below

Appl name = KULDEEP SINGH
Status =Card dispatched

Despatch date is 29/11/2008
Status is CARD DESPATCHED
Despatch detail is KOL-POST

I have even received my PAN-Card no. which is AQBPD8776B from the UTITSL Services office.
Now i am in great difficulty as my HR immediately needs my PAN-Card xerox.
Please help.

The letter, UTITSL/PAN/[protected]/48351, Dated on 15th December, 2008, showed some mismatch found in the application data filed by me and NCC data availble with Incom Tax Department against my early doccument.So I would like to rectify the details as follow as,
1.First Name - SIVAN
Last Name -GANGADHARAN

2. Father's First Name - GANGADHARAN (it was wrongly printed as GAGADHARAN in PAN CARD).
Father's Last Name - NARAYANAN

Please do the corrections as mentioned above.

Dear sir, I had lost my pan card and had put up an appication with necessary documents for a new pan card. It was reported that the details furnished by me, pertaining to my father's name were not correct. Then I furter sent a letter stating that Pan Card to be sent as per details in the ITD database. This letter was sent on Mar 2008. Application No[protected] and Coupon No[protected] . I am a serving Army Officer, presently in J&K and it is causing a lot of problems for me without the pan card. I Anil Kumar Tiwari lost my PAN Card with number AETPT6396K. I would like to have duplicate PAN Card. SO, Kindly issue me a duplicate PAN Card as early as possible to my present address.
I have given for duplicate PAN Card before to one Agent but they send me new PAN Card with new number.
So kindaly help me what should i do now to get the same PAN number & how can i surrender this new PAN Card with new number.
