Dear Sir, I am Anil Kumar Yadav. I am a student of LL.B 3 years VI semester. I live at Ghandhi Nagar Behind Narayani Palace, Telibagh Lucknow with 2 other students Ashish Tiwari and Anand Tiwari at the home of Mr. Lavkesh Tripathi. My exam is started from 15 May, 2015 but power could not supplied by UPPCL. If 10 Minutes provide, 20 minutes cut off. When I make a call with customer care No. and I try again try that No. is not respond by any mobile number. I am humbly requesting with you. Please do the needful and solve my problem. I hope that my problem is solve as soon. I am very grateful of you.

        On 14/06/2003, I deposited Rs 3518/- for 4-kilowatt connection in -Bed Room Flat sized approx. 900sq ft. again on 06/07/2013 department demanded Rs 10959/- for increase 1- kilowatt connection ie total 5- kilowatt load. which I deposited immediately. I enquired from Ex Engr. Vasundhra Ghaziabed regarding interest on security as well as Excess charges. but received NO satisfactory reply. Now from newspaper HINDUSTAN HINDI EDITION dared 29/04/2015, I came to know that department is not paying interest on security deposit . Whereas Mr. A K Gupta, Chief Engr. BIJLI NIGAM has sujjested to claim interest on security deposit and electric department will pay interest. It is astonoshing, when interest on security deposit is payable to every consumer, WHY NOT PAID ? It is, therefore, requested to IMMEDIATELY do the needful.           Dear, sir i am Neeraj Kumar Dwivedi (Adv. HIGH COURT) S/0 Nand kumar dwivedi R/O villege & Post Shishamau Colonelganj Gonda [protected], Sir in my villege electricity transfomer not working from last six months, regarding this several comlaint given to concernd authority of power house colonelgang as well as office at gonda. They have not taken any action on my complaint. Being aggrived having no other option i am complaining this matter on your web portel. So sir please take appropriate action.
          I m the resident of Colonelganj rural, ghoshipurva, distt -Gonda, UP Pin-271502. Transformer of our area not working since last two days and requires imidiately replacement. Already reported the matter to the concern authority but no satisfied outcome received from any officials of colonelganj electricity office.

After Some Year Vidyut Vitaran Division divided into Three division and Our connection number has been written two division (Division First Number 3505/42423 and Division Third Number 3409/42423). I have received bill of connection number 3409/42423 and paid it yet now. Some time ago we have got a recovery notice of connection number 3505/42423 (Girish Prasad S/o Ram Bharoshy Lal). I have summit application to close connection number 3505/42423 because I am already Paying our bill of connection number 3409/42423 ([protected]). Please solve our following Problem:- 1. Why our one connection is written to division (Division First Number 3505/42423 and Division Third Number 3409/42423). 2. Who is responsible for it and what penalty should be charge for it. 3. Why this wrong connection (3505/42423) is not deleted after informing (application date[protected] about it. 4. This wrong connection (3505/42423) should be delete. 5.                   Dear Sir, ( ' Don't permit commercial connections in residents) The flour mills machine they want to installed at agriculture land but no power in now a days. Mr. V.P Tripathi told hope that power will get shortly. I think the velachery EB Department received some of amount of something ie Corruption. Please don't permit the power line of his residents because at the time of running the machine is very sound and aged people living in our area, school students studying in examination. Please take immediate action or other wise we will inform to UP Pollution Control Board and UP corruption department. Thanking You, Vivek

                    M a resident of sector-3f vaishali, my meter is changed on jan 2012 but no ceiling paper is given to us and we r continuosly submitted bill every month on rdf basis. we are continuosly go to the electricity office and meter lab sector 4, vaishali, gzb but nobody is responding. And now a person named Balveer come to my house to threaten and harrass us and told us that we have to pay a big amount bill for 2 years. kindly sort out this.

                        Escalated Electricity Bill generated

                        Dear Sirs, I am astonished to see a bill for Feb 2015 for Rs.16930/- and Rs.1571/- Both bills are generated on 28th Feb 2015. Both are having same consumer no, [protected] Bill Nos. are different . How can this be possible. Bill No :[protected] for Rs. 1571/- for 244 KWh Units Bill No.[protected] for Rs. 16930/- for 2845 KWh Units.                         Sir, I yogendra Kumar Trivedi Connection No [protected] have deposited domestic bill of october 2014 in cash counter aminabad lucknow. which is of Rs 1213. Receipt No of this bill is[protected]. But this bill was cancelled automatically and it was carry forwarded to the bill of nov 14. In nov 14 when I went to aminabad lucknow cash counter for depositing the bill then bill was made including the bill of oct 14. I have made a complaint to SDO of Madhyanchal vidyut vitran Ahibaranpur lucknow. He has told me to deposit the bill of Nov 14 excluding the bill of oct 14. I have deposited the bill of Rs 1200 on 24 nov 14 . In dec 14 bill of oct 14 was again included in the bill of dec 14 stating that bill of oct 14 was not deposited which I have already deposited in oct 14. Now SDO has routed me to Ram Ram bank chouraha for correction of bill. IN ram ram bank chouraha they are telling that they can not do anything because it is negligence of cash counter of aminabad lucknow.In aminabad cash counter they are telling that money has gone to bank and there is some problem in exchange and statement of bill can not be taken.No body is taking the responsibility and I do not know who will correct the bill of oct 14 which I have already deposited.From last two months I can not deposit my bill due to this problem.they are telling if you want to deposit the bill you have to again deposit the bill of oct 14.                           Hi, This is to bring to your kind notice that our neighbours at VARANASI - Address- GOSWAMI MEDICAL HALL, HOUSE NUMBER - S - 2/2 and S - 2/3 are not having any meter since last 15 years. This is a huge house where 6 families are living. They have huge consumption of electricity while sanctioned load is just 2KVA. They are even not paying electricity bill. This is happening in consultation with employees of electricity department. Who take some amount and adjust there bill. Can someone genuine audit the place and check. We all neighbours are disturbed as we are paying for our exact usage and they are using without paying. Regards R. Srivastava

                              Hi my bill for past so many months have been unusually high against the usage. I don't have any electronic appliances apart from AC, TV and refrigerator still I end up receiving a high bill. For December 2014 we were out of the house for good 13 days and still the bill is for 664 units which is simply not correct. I need help in this regard, would like to go the right route to get this issue resolved ones and for all. Please assist.                                     Dear sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that our power connection no. P-0010, of 2400 KVA on my work place under the name of “M/S GROVER STEEL ROLLING MILLS” being supplied on a 33000 KVA transmission by Electricity Distribution Division, Pilkhuwa was PERMANENTLY DISCONNECTED on our request along with the removal of metre on[protected]. But, despite of regularly approaching the XEN, Pilkhuwa for the we have not been handed over the FINAL BILL for the same. Since then its almost 4 months now, we have been requesting the concerned officer to give us the final bill but it was all in vein. As per our knowledge, we are having a CREDIT outstanding balance of Rs. 10, 00, 000.00 (ten lakhs only) approximately in the last bill and because of which the officer is not interested in generating the bill because once the bill will be generated, he will have to refund us that credit amount along with the SECURITY AMOUNT which is to the tune of Rs. 50, 00, 000.00 (Fifty Lakhs only) along with the up to date interest which is around Rs. 7, 00, 000.00 (Seven lakhs only) approximately . We are having a continuous follow up with the following officers but it seems that no one is understanding the seriousness of our problem. 1. M.D., Pashchimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Victiria Park, Meerut; 2. Chief Engineer, Ghaziabad Zone, P.V.V.N. Ltd., Ghaziabad; 3. S.E., Rural Hydel Colony, Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad & 4. Executive Engineer, Distribution, Pilkhuwa. We have shut down our plant for good and are under very heavy losses, so it is a kind request to you, help us get the refund of the entire amount lying with the Electricity Department, Pilkhuwa.                                       This is regarding harassment by your Clyde road office for connection of Mr.Ajay Gupta on Ashok Marg. The bill is never provided to us and we get is collected ourself very month. However, today, a person from the Clyde Rd. came to our residence saying our bill is pending and gave the bill copy to us & immediately disconnected the electricity WITHOUT GIVING TIME TO PAY THE BILL. We are unable to understand what kind of customer service this is. How can they not provide time to the customer to pay & how can they disconnect without any warning? It seems the people here are totally rude & misbehaved. We need explanation for such instance & how it will be compensated & stopped in future.
