Hi my bill for past so many months have been unusually high against the usage. I don't have any electronic appliances apart from AC, TV and refrigerator still I end up receiving a high bill. For December 2014 we were out of the house for good 13 days and still the bill is for 664 units which is simply not correct. I need help in this regard, would like to go the right route to get this issue resolved ones and for all. Please assist.       my continuous units running is under 40-50 but suddenly last month units is 398 only 22 days i meet our JE of electricity office he said to me that your meeter is correct i want to change my meeter but he clearly refused per day units is 18-19 that is fraud so that pls tell me and solve my problem AC - [protected]

        Dear sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that our power connection no. P-0010, of 2400 KVA on my work place under the name of “M/S GROVER STEEL ROLLING MILLS” being supplied on a 33000 KVA transmission by Electricity Distribution Division, Pilkhuwa was PERMANENTLY DISCONNECTED on our request along with the removal of metre on[protected]. But, despite of regularly approaching the XEN, Pilkhuwa for the we have not been handed over the FINAL BILL for the same. Since then its almost 4 months now, we have been requesting the concerned officer to give us the final bill but it was all in vein. As per our knowledge, we are having a CREDIT outstanding balance of Rs. 10, 00, 000.00 (ten lakhs only) approximately in the last bill and because of which the officer is not interested in generating the bill because once the bill will be generated, he will have to refund us that credit amount along with the SECURITY AMOUNT which is to the tune of Rs. 50, 00, 000.00 (Fifty Lakhs only) along with the up to date interest which is around Rs. 7, 00, 000.00 (Seven lakhs only) approximately . We are having a continuous follow up with the following officers but it seems that no one is understanding the seriousness of our problem. 1. M.D., Pashchimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Victiria Park, Meerut; 2. Chief Engineer, Ghaziabad Zone, P.V.V.N. Ltd., Ghaziabad; 3. S.E., Rural Hydel Colony, Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad & 4. Executive Engineer, Distribution, Pilkhuwa. We have shut down our plant for good and are under very heavy losses, so it is a kind request to you, help us get the refund of the entire amount lying with the Electricity Department, Pilkhuwa.           This is regarding harassment by your Clyde road office for connection of Mr.Ajay Gupta on Ashok Marg. The bill is never provided to us and we get is collected ourself very month. However, today, a person from the Clyde Rd. came to our residence saying our bill is pending and gave the bill copy to us & immediately disconnected the electricity WITHOUT GIVING TIME TO PAY THE BILL. We are unable to understand what kind of customer service this is. How can they not provide time to the customer to pay & how can they disconnect without any warning? It seems the people here are totally rude & misbehaved. We need explanation for such instance & how it will be compensated & stopped in future.

            Respected sir, I live in a town-laharpur District Sitapur which is situated 30 kilometers away from Sitapur. We are facing a severe problem of growing instances of power failure for the last few years in our locality. In our town there are many students who are preparing for their competitive(including me) exams as well as for other final examinations. But, this irregularity in electric supply is causing obstacles in our preparation. Sir, it was promised by u.P. Govt to give electricity for 18 hrs everyday but we're facing a very worst situation. There is almost no electricity in our town. In my town supply is provided for 2-3 hours only and not properly.I am not saying that this supply should be given up to 24 hrs but I want to request you to provide us electricity at least10-15 hrs everyday . It will definitely help us in studying. And sir, I assure you that you will see a difference in few months. We shall give you better youths for the nation. I, personally say that at least one scale officer(that may be me also) from our town. So kindly I request you to look into this matter personally.             Power supply issue

            Dear sir,

            This is a complaint regarding the power supply in gangwar enclave, bareilly. From Last 5 days we are facing a big problem regarding light supply. Nobody is listning and all the pepole are facing this problem. Request you to pls resolve the same.

                Dear Sir, There is too much problem of tripping and voltage in middle class area of Rajiv Nagar and Kuldeep vihar colony situated at Quarsi by pass Aligarh(U.P)202001.In both of these area the power supply is from 132 K.V sub station situated at Swarna Jayanti Nagar, ADA colony, Aligarh.The power supply in ADA colony where most of the industrialists and politician lives is regular and there is no problem of voltage and tripping and in Kuldeep Vihar and Rajiv Nagar there is too much tripping and after regular supply of half an hour there is a tripping of one hour.That happens in whole day from 10 a.m to 7 p.m.Where as the supply in ADA and both these areas is from same sub station.Request you to please resolve it as soon as possible. My account no is [protected] which I had paid of Rs 5067 for bill amount on 29th May, 2014 through UPPCLONLINE.COM site after login my account and the paid amount of RS 5067 had been deducted from my Bank account but payment has not been updated in the electricity account till date and arrears of the same amount have been carry forwarded in the next bill and I have registered couple of complaints against it. Neither they are able to update my paid amount in current bill arrears nor refund amount in my bank account back. Couple of complaints I have registered against it but no result came out till date.                         I Commander Pankaj Rastogi is working in Indian Navy and presently posted in Kochi. I have a flat at Indraprasth Estate, Opp IT Crossing Faizabad Road Lko. My electricity meter reading for the month of Oct 14 was appox. 10000 units . In the month of Nov 14 the reading shot uoto 65000 units. Electricity Dept confirmed the fault in meter and changed it. However, they have made bill for one month i.e. Nov 14 for 3, 00, 000/- and insisting to pay the bill else they will cut the electricity. I am being a soldier of Indian Defence Forces posted far away form my home is unnecessarily being harassed My No. is [protected].

IT IS ILLEGAL .PLEASE CHECK IT IN SYSTEM AND ADJUST THIS AMOUNT IN COMING BILL IMMEDIATLY, BECAUSE IT IS THE FAULT OF YOUR EMPLOY.PL ALSO TAKE ACTION AGINST METER BILL READER, WHO HAD PREPARE I ST BILL PREPARE AFTER 06 MONTH, AND INFORM ME IMMEDIATELY ABOUT ADJUSTMENT.

                                Hi, I am a noidauthorities today tod very much upset with services of noida elctricity board. I am a working professional and we do not have power backup.at the end if the day what I only expect is just 8 hrs sleep that too i don't get, and all credit goes to noida elec board because every 2nd day with no fixed timings they cut the power for 2 long hrs in yhe middle of the night or early in the morning. Whenever they wish to cut the light they cut. why the hell are we paying soo much electricity bill if we can not even sleep properly I would req the authorities to take sime action . I beg you all please let us sleep .. please..

                                  Dear sir, I want to bring in your notice that in vill- Narayan pur post -Harauni power station- Fatehganj lucknow up light supply is barred due damage transformer. Currently we have 63 KV transformer but this is not able to provide supply and become damage 4-5 times in 2-3 month. This is also government revenue loss. We have called on customer support UP madhyanchal but no action taken by support team and behavior was not supportive. Please provide 100 KV transformer or take correct action against responsible person for overload. Even GE is asking for 10000 RS for new transformer. Thanks

                                    In my village Itwa, pratapgarh UP, electricity supply is extremely poor. Even if electricity comes, voltage remains very low, sometime 50-60 V. It means light is there, but you can not run fan. This problem is persistent for last many years. No one from concerned department bothered. Request to look into the matter. Thanks

                                      I am a Satish Chandra domestic a customer and submitting electric bills timely but facing too much problems related to electric not come proper day and night only come weekly due to rural area ,

                                      (1) Electricity Not Come both Day and Night due to rural area coming only Come weekly day and night
                                      (2) Not getting proper voltage. Light is very dim.
                                      (3) Electric pole and wire is far away from my residence


                                      I request you please take necessary action and provide electricity in this area both day and night not a weekly.

                                        My Colony is Gulshan Enclave,Khurram Nagar,Lucknow-226022
                                        It has been five years now, that the voltage in my area has been coming very very low (min 110 & max around 170).
                                        People from my colony have been complaining every year in the electricity offfice,but there is no one to listen.
                                        Every year a complaint and a application is submitted for a transformer to be installed ,but nothing happens.
                                        At present there is no tranformer installing for our area...

                                        Please look into the matter on a urgent basis. !!
