Sir I have paid my bill yesterday by Paytm but it has not been updated on UPPCL website account no [protected]

One face never comes and voltage is very low

I have applied for new electric connection under Jhatpat Electric Connection vide Application No [protected] on 12.06.2021 I have received some query but in response Query No Space has been provided for uploading Documents required I have sent message to Concern JE TWICE and Has tried two times on Given Number but no response is received My Application is pending till date I have to further submit that I am Widow Lady My Son and myself is Physically disabled to Visit any where I want immediate Solution for the same

There has been excessive power cut since a month. Continuous flipping of electricity. We are unable to sleep peacefully at night with continuous power cut during the summer. People who have no inverter are suffering the most. It's the worst with daily power cuts and flipping for minimum 4-5 hours.

This is to inform you Aftek Homes Colony is loacted at Anaura Kala, behind Breakpoint Dhaba, Faizabad Road, . Lucknow since the year 2002.This site is a residential area, but then till date no pole is located here.Either they are stealing the electricity or there is surely something wrong here.

Request to please look into the matter & do the needful.

Sir, from the last 15 days in my area there is low voltage and frequent voltage fluctuation..
Frequently voltage is fluctuating due to which some of the domestic appliances get shocked.
Please take due concern to our problem...we Will be highly obliged to you for that.

Everyday power cut happens for 1-2 hours 5 to 6 times a day. I pay electricity bill payment every month same day when bill generated. I want justice and waiver. Students those doesn't have inverter are unable to study, working person are unable to sleep. How will we survive in summer season special May/June/July.
No-one here is ready to listen our complaint but interestingly everyone knows our electricity conditions.

Issues are not my personal it's about all Dariyabad Area.

विषय: बिजली के बिल की राशि एवं बिल में दर्ज मीटर रीडिंग में सुधार किये जाने हेतु आवेदन।
मान्यवर सादर प्रणाम,
सविनय विनम्र निवेदन है Customer A/c[protected], मकान-फुलवरिया मोहल्ला लाला टोली, रुद्रपुर टाउन एरिया(देवरिया) उक्त मकान के बिजली के कनेक्शधारी हैं जो कि m.p में जॉब करते हैं तथा वर्तमान में सापरिवार mp में ही रह रहे हैं तथा उत्तरप्रदेश के उक्त कनेक्शन वाले मकान में ताला बंद रहता है और बिजली का बिल नियमित तौर से हर माह ऑनलाइन जमा करते आ रहे हैं।
-उक्त मकान का अप्रैल2021माह का बिजली का बिल 229रु 01मई2021 को ऑनलाइन जमा किया गया था एवं पिछला कोई बकाया नही था। मई2021 माह का बिल 25जून2021को ऑनलाइन चेक करने पर 1182रु बिल दिखा रहा है।
-मीटर की आखिरी रीडिंग अप्रैल माह के बिल में 820यूनिट थी, किंतु मई माह के बिल में जिसे 25 जून को ऑनलाइन चेक किये उसमे बढ़ाकर 851यूनिट दर्शायी गयी है जबकि मकान में ताला बंद है, बिजली का Consumption Zero है तथा परिवार का कोई भी सदस्य पिछले 1.4वर्ष से उक्त मकान में नही गया।
-इस माह के पूर्व पिछले हर माह का बिल लगभग 229रु आ रहा था तथा बिल में मीटर रीडिंग 820यूनिट, Status-Reading not furnished लिखा रहता था एवं Consumption-Zero लिखा होता था।
महोदय आपसे निवेदन है बिजली के बिल की राशि में संशोधन करने व मीटर की रीडिंग में सुधार करने की कृपा करें।

2 months ago the electricity meter of my house got damaged. Then I complained and installed another meter. New meter installed. That too got worse in two days. I have complained many times. But the electricity department is also not coming to change the meter.

This is to bring in your notice that I live in Ganesh Vihar Colony, Sec-N, Gazipur Balram Faizullaganj Lucknow, and we have been provided with a single phase line with which more than thrice connections are done in comparison to regular.
We are regularly paying all the taxes including whole year's House Tax and this is the service being provided that even a single fan is not running properly.
People are forced to install stabilizer and due to which the transformers here disfunction very frequently.
Kindly provide a triple phase line as soon as possible.

I have a tubewell connection at my agricultural land located at vill - Deenpura, under Parvatipura Panchayat of Bah tehsil of Agra district.My tubewell electricity account no is[protected] and is connected with the Bateshwar feeder.
I wish to bring to your very kind notice that my tubewell and probably other tubewells connected through this feeder line are constantly being denied electricity for approx twelve days every month for some or other reason and the denial duration lasts for days together.Last month also a complaint on the same subject was made to your office.I wish to bring to your kind notice that my tubewell is non functional for last six days for want of power.Even before it there were small break downs which were understandable.
You will kindly appreciate that such long absence of electricity effects the agricultural works extremely adversely and causes heavy losses to farmers which can not be accepted under law.
I in view of the above request you to look into this irregular supply which is purely because of laxity and malafide intensions of lower level staff who are never made accountable for these lapses.
Looking forward for a permanent solution of the problem.

Due to severe breakdown of voltage i guess the wire are collapsed due to which we didn't have electricity for whole night at our houses. Other houses in my street has good electricity supply but we didn't have electricity at our place please do something.

There is electricity problem in my region Bhinga Collectorate colony. Bhinga Shravasti.

I am trying to apply for a new electricity connection but junior engineer of Ashiyana power house lucknow didn’t sign on my application. When I tried the first time he said documents are not complete then i have completed all documents attached affidavit as well and submitted to him but he didn’t sign on it and given it to the line man to ask me for black money. It’s been more then 15 days since i have registered my self on jhatpat connection website. I have lost my job due to covid, i am not working from past 3 months, i have no other income and in this pandemic instead of helping customers they are asking for extra money which I can’t afford for now. So need a help for the same.

My meter number ([protected], A-12, Shubham Apartment, Sector 73, Noida) is also entered against one other flat (no one stays there and they dont pay for that reason) due to which the power was cut-off 2 times. Everytime the lineman has to be shown the bill payment proofs to get power restored. I have been paying bill regularly every month.
Please update the records so that this does not happen again.

Also to mention, an application was also submitted for this issue to the Electricity office Sector opposite Sai Baba mandir (near sector 52). They ensured the records have been updated but still the same thing is happening.

Electricity cuts off in Bisalpur Town area 262201 (dist. Pilibhit) . and whenever we use to call the electricity department SDO([protected]) he always makes an excuse by saying there is a fault in the line, there is a short circuit or transformer has broke down. Whenever the electricity comes back it arrives with the voltage as low that not even a ceiling fan can run properly. This is really disappointing, we don't pay for this kind o[censored]seless service. Kindly look into this issue on priority and resolves this escalation ASAP.
