As from 7th May to 6th June 2021 we were not in our home than also aur electricity bill was 918 Rs which I have paid on 28 June 2021. than from morning to evening we used solar panel than also our bill arrived 1490 Rs of 15 days. I Have also complaint 1912 also where I found no solution. My request is please send one man to check my meter.

Over the last few days, the electricity meter has been causing problems. No electricity supply in my house from the meter and not so display.

Therefore I request you to send someone to check my meter immediately. Or, if it is defective in any way, replace it with a new one, so that I do not have problems in the future.

This Vinod Kumar from RC 198b Rajeev Vihar khora coloney I am noticing form many days that lite is going after 1 to 2 hours as this is summer season and days are very hot it is very hard to stay inside and outside it is suns heat so it's my humble request do work on this as soon as possible

Its about more than 3 weeks that the power in my region was not continuous. Every night power goes off and did non gets reconnected for the whole nigh. And for the past 2 days there has been power cutoff for more than 21 hours in a day. Please look into this matter, i really need to study and complete my work but because everything is online and digitalised, its a major requirement to have a working and reliable power connection. And this kind of cutoff is making it seem impossible.

I live in church compound area near civil hospital Saharanpur. A very high voltage fluctuation in a minute. Who will be responsibil for any mis happening.i request you plz take necessary action

Here the power supply comes very bad & poor it keeps coming & going through out the day. Here electricity officer do nit take any action even after complaining. My two inverter is dead once in a month reason of bed power supply many times cut of the line in evry 5 to 10 minutes.
Plz take the action. And resolve my problem.

Their is being a issue of excess bill amount .it's the first time tolerating this major problem .it's a kind request to look into the matter immediately. Or else I will go higher.

Power supply timing is irregular
Duration in 24 hours is very very less and is about 8-10 hours that to in bits and pcs.
Voltage is very low.
Please see the attached video of the fan spee and you can understand the quality of the power supply.
We can't do any work for which we are paying for 6 ke connection.

The account id is mapped on name of Mr. Sunil Gautam at my residential address - F-5, 2nd Floor, A R Apartments, Plot- 2/10A, Sector -9, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. We are using this connection from past 3 years at a load of 6 KWH, however from past 2 months our bill is coming penalty stating that the used load is 7.5KWH. however, we are neither using any additional electric equipment nor is there any increase in nay living members in the house on the contrary there is a reduction in members and so the consumption has decreased, same is evident in my billing amounts as well, if compared to previous year invoices of same months.
We need a resolution of this penalty amount.

Dear sir from last 1 month daily power cut is happening in a day 3 to 4 time every day totally per day 3 hr, and no massage or information about the power cut. When I try to call customer care 1912 they are asking all details without giving any information disconnection the call.

Dear UPPC,

I am writing this to raise my compliant against electricity power cut in my area Shin Nagar, Gandhi colony, Muzaffarnagar.

I have recently both new AC for my parental home but dew to excessive power cut in the area my parents can not use it at all. In the area there is no power for almost 8 hours some days or comes for few hours then they cut the electricity for long hours. The power cut has been causing problems to so many families. Please help here.

This is just to inform you that one street light get diffussed automatically from the past two days.Due to which peoples were suffering a lot.They walk in a dark light.Kindly prioritize this.

Please check all the street lights of particular area.

This is a prolonged complaint, in our area when the rain comes, our neutral phase has current due to which some lights always remain on in spite of switch off. Please get it checked and rectify.

sir...i am a medical student...i am facing the problem of power supply...which causes a lot of problem in our studies, electricity is available for about 6 hours in 24 hours that too Will turn off the supply for 2 hours! Then the light will be on for 1 hour! and my block
People of Khuniao are also facing this problem...! The power operator's phone is always switched off... if J.E. And call SDO, to know the problem, both people cut the phone and block the number... Both people do a lot of arbitrariness.
is. And both these people misbehave and abuse us students! The two people do not have the guts to talk.

I would like to bring in your notice about the Wrong Placement of electric Pole in front of my plot at Vikas Coloney, Pakka Bagh, behind Guru Nanak Cold Storage Pakka Bagh Etawah by the electricity department without any permission or informing us.

So I request you pls take a action against the person who placed the pole without our permission in front of my plot and remove this pole on immediately basis and place it any other place.
