I applied for new electricity connection (Jhatpat connection)in my house
( Address : C/601 AWHO Bahadur Vihar Colony, Vrindavan awas yojna, Lucknow)
vide application form number [protected]
At step 3, the payment was shown as successful
Challan No: J55210442
Transaction Id:[protected]
Amount : 11, 800₹

At step 4 application was rejected as the load was incorrect but the processing fee was not refunded in the account.
It has been more than a month and still there is no refund of money (around 11thousand) in my account

    It has been sometime since I got smart meter installed at my home and I am getting sms for the payment to be made. And bill is not being sent. SMS does not provide any information about consumption of the units which is concerning.

    I request you to please send me my usage history and all details of my meter reading based on what you are raising the bill.

      Nude 11000 V line going very near to the roof, due to which one kind got severe burn injuries. Please cover those lines as early as possible so that this kind o[censored]ntowards incident may not happen in future.

        I lodged complaints many time on [protected] but issue not resolved yet.
        i visit my local electricity house but they said they are not resposible for smart meters

          This month i.e. Feb-2021 I received my electricity bill of rs. 52953 for my customer ID [protected] which was 1400 to 1700 average for last 4 months and it is clearly an error in system as that much amount of bill is not acceptable. In this amount I can pay my 2-3 years of bill and I got this in one month. Don't know how come this is possible to generate this error full bill in such automated process. Request to correct this immediately.

            Dear Sir.
            I have received online bill in rural areas rs 1305 R's it's wrong meter reading bescause I have already paying every month bill on-time.
            But I have seen the Bill from dated 10-01-21 to 14-02-21 meter reading generating wrong? It's actually 235 kWh how to generate 313 unit?
            I'm always paying on time every month?
            But I can't pay wrong Bill.if anything charges extra I'm not going to pay . kindly update my revised bill otherwise EB department Lar salempur sub office is responsible.

              I have applied 2 kw new electricity connection through jhatpat seva via application number [protected]. Meter was installed on 15Feb. Still I am waiting for account number to recharge my connection. On Kesco ratanpur exchange not co-oprating with me regarding this matter. I have also talk to kesco helpline through 1912.
              Please do needful.

                    Electricity bill payment (paid through gpay but not confirmed by uppcl through sms)

                    I have paid the electricity bill through upi (Google pay) and in g-pay it shows the amount is paid. But i got no confirmation from UPPCL at my registered mobile number. Also, the website shows the payment is pending (Account no : [protected] )

                    But the photo i am attaching, shows clear receipt of payment. Please resolve this issue and confirm the payment through sms on registered mobile no....

                          1. Bill generated without adjustment of above bills paid
                          2. Bill generated against whole 366 units without giving benefits of prescribed rate as for 100 units/200 units/300 units etc.
                          3. No timely reading, loss of paying higher rate.

                          I am residing in a village and having very less resources to complain or reach to the concern and also i have always paid bills ontime but now i am deprived by UPPCL.

                          Resolve and generate bill after adjustment of previous paid bills pls.

                                    Bank has given Demand draft of amt Rs 131746 of Oct 2019 but electricity department is failed to collect the amt till date and in this duration 2 time our demand draft was returned by the electricity department stating the reason that we are unable to collect the same.
                                    On Deptt request bank has revalidated the demand draft 2 times even though they are have not presented the same DD for collection till date.
                                    We have many times contacted and personally visited the Ajgain power hosue and met SDO and each time we were given false assurance that deptt will collect the amt and we will be provided latest bill.
                                    Now our connection is disconnected and given notice for the same.

                                    I request you to please get the amt collected which is already deposited in the form of DD on dated 29.12.2020 and provide us latest bill ( without any surchage/penal charges) for payment till date.As we are bank and we can follow so much to leave our valuable time please do the needful.
