      This is to complaint you that I Mrs Renu Agarwal R/o railway colony near railway gate opp. kisan inter college Agwanpur Moradabad, applied a new connection on jhatpat seva portal application no.PCL0114287. After few months UPPCL survaied my property and marked a remark Not OK LT LINE 600 MTR KIDURI PR H
      Which i could"t understand this and now yesterday i.e., on 1st feb 2021 they came to me and offering me the conection wthout appling online and asking for 10000 Rs against new coniction without giving any recipt and harising me when i refused to take such type of fraud conection please consider my case as i am senier citizon and i am living without electricity since many years.

        Hi Dear Sir / Mada, I've applied (UPPCL Jhatpat Application No. : [protected] for only 1KW Domestic) for new temporary connection for my location near Saidata Ashram, Arjunganj Lucknow 226002.

        On Survey, they rejected my application stating that they cannot provide new connection due to OVERLOADING on nearest transformer. But the reason for rejection of application, they have mentioned as INCORRECT APPLICANT DETAILS. When asked reason for the status, they informed that this is the only option they have to mention even the real cause is overloading.

        I asked another department personal, who informed that it seems they are interested in bribe as 1KW load is very little load on Transformer and overloading could be easily avoided. This reason definitely sounds silly. But no matter what formulties you fulfill, but they will not provide new connection without you pay minimum Rs 20K. And top of that, once you'll apply the connection from temporary to permanent, you'll have to bribe them again. Or else they'll keep you running behind them for even 6 months with no outcome for sure.

        So either pay Rs 20K to get new electricity connection or approach chief minister / energy minister / MP who knows you very well. Or else forget about New Electric Connection. This is Uttar Pradesh. Welcome to UP. This is first time for you to face any govt department work. You might not be knowing that People cannot even die here well without bribing.

        Please help us to get new electricity connection without bribing them.

          सर हमारे द्वारा कई बार बिजली विभाग में शिकायत करने पर तथा ऑनलाइन पोर्टल जनसुनवाई पर शिकायत करने पर कुछ भी परिणाम नहीं दिखाई दीया 12 दिसंबर 2020 को जब हमने गलत बिल की कंप्लेंट डाली उस टाइम हमारा बेल 28000 कुछ रुपए था लेकिन बिल ठीक होने की जगह और भी बेकार हो गया 25 तारीख को जब हमारा बिल ठीक हुआ तब वह भी ₹81000 का था जो कि पूर्णता गलत है उसके बाद 5 दिन में बिल 85000 उसके बाद बिल 73000 हुआ और अब बिल 42000 शो कर रहा है जोकि गलत है आपसे अनुरोध है कि हमारा बिल अधिकतम 20000 तक का होना चाहिए लेकिन वह और ज्यादा दिखाई दे रहा है कृपया आपसे निवेदन है कि इस बिल की जांच करें तथा में ठीक बिल प्राप्त करेंगे हमारे बिल का अकाउंट नंबर है[protected] अकाउंट होल्डर का नाम राजकुमार अग्रवाल है कृपया इस बिल को ठीक कराने की कृपा करें धन्यवाद

              I had raised an online request for load extension for my house from 2kw to 3kw on 22nd Jan 2021 and made the payment on 23rd Jan 2021 which was successful. But till now it has not been update and even i reached out to customer care though call but they told me that now online load extension is not getting fulfilled and have to go to SDO office to get it updated but there also no one is listening to my case.

                ग्राम सिरसा खैरगाढा नवाबगंज गोंडा में पिछले 5 दिनों से बिजली की समस्या बनी हुई है प्राइवेट लाइनमैन आता है टेंपरेरी जोड़ कर चला जाता है और पैसे लेता है कितनी बार आता उतनी बार पैसे लेता है और वह चोरी से पानी के मोटर चलवाता है जब भी जोड़ने आता है तो गांव वाले उसे मना करते हैं कि जिस लाइन पर मोटर चलता है वह मत जोड़ो और जो लाइन शार्ट हो वह मत जोड़ो लेकिन अपनी मनमानी करके जाता है समस्या पिछले 5 दिनों से बनी हुई है कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है लाइनमैन को फोन करो तो सीधे धमकी देता है कि जिसके पास कंप्लेंट करनी हो कर लो मैं कुछ नहीं करूंगा जब टाइम होगा तब बना लूंगा नहीं तो नहीं करूंगा तुमको जो करना कर लो बदतमीजी से बात किया जाता है.. लाइनमैन का नाम शिव शंकर यादव है क्या सरकार इसलिए पैसा देती है कि कंजूमर से बदतमीजी से बात किया जाए कृपया इसे संज्ञान में लेकर जल्द से जल्द सही करवाएं आपकी बड़ी कृपा 🙏🙏

                  I like to invite your kind attention that some villagers have approached me with some illegal bribe case mentioning that a Junior Engineer posted at Birapatti 33/11 KV Substation under EDD-I Division, Varanasi is asking for an illegal bribe of About Rs. 30000/- for a new domestic connection. He is rejecting the online application submitted by a large number of new applicants with giving reason "details not found" and asking for money.

                  So, you are requested to kindly investigate the matter and take suitable disciplinary action against the aforesaid Junior Engineer in the interest of the public and nation.

                    We are living in industrial area BHEL, jagdishpur, Amethi and there is power cut off at pns phase from last 24 hours when we call to power house station they told us that it will be repaired in evening. They repaired it but still electricity is not coming in some houses and now when we are calling them they have switched off there number one has said that electricity will not be repaired today without telling any valid reason. This not the way to do work as far my knowledge because we are living in industrial area not in village either they should tell us valid reason or repair it.

                        Hello! my area that is Roshan colony near Eidgah Road, Deoband district Saharapur .is suffering from power shortage since past 2 weeks .The transformer that is being used is of low watt and the areas to which is it connected and concerned are many many more .So in a result it gets fused off because of low watt and supplying high electricity .After so many days its been replaced by new but the watt is same and last night i.e 22 jan 2021. it got bust off and life of many residents came in danger due to its fire and bust off .Kindly look into this issue because if any residental member lost his life it will be only your responsibility .

                          I have taken new domestic electricity 1 kw connection on 01 Sep 2020. My account no is[protected]. As per meter reading since 01 Sep 20 to 22 Jan 2021 I have consumed total 228 units but four bill generated for 416 units. Thus 188 units extra units biiled on my name. On 1912 helpline Lodge 15 complain they shown it as resolved without any solution or correction. Kindly get correction for extra billed units 188 at earliest.

                                Hello sir my electric meter is giving wrong reading my last month reading was 913 in november and in december it was 915 so basically my avarage consuption unit is around 12 to 15 .But this month it showed 2681unit it is around more than triple unit from my lifetime consuption unit please normallise it or change meter please help me sir thank you

                                    Money deducted from my bank account, but i didnot get any confirmation after entering the details, page was not refreshed for long time and finally showed the message transaction failed due to network issue.
