Hi i tried to paid my electricity bill by bill desk, after entering all my debit card details clicked on submit button.
Money deducted from my bank account, but i didnot get any confirmation after entering the details, page was not refreshed for long time and finally showed the message transaction failed due to network issue.
Could you please refund my money back.

Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation is cheater. I paid My Tubewell's bill worth ₹1870 on 31st December 2020 then there was not a single Penny was outstanding to pay but UPPCL created a bill again worth ₹1870 on 4th January 2021 again that's also paid by my son that's why I need to know that "Why UPPCL is making fool to its users?" I want My Money back....

Dear sir, I have applied for advertisement 05/VSO/2020/AA
During payment the fees deducted 2 times (1000+1000) because of network issue.I was informed that the excess amount will be refund after form closure.This is so ridiculous and totally a mental harashment. your helpline number is not working properly and unable to help us.
now there is almost 4 months passed but no refund initiated.
Help desk emails are not doing...

My current bills is not coming by meter reading and in my meter total reading is 40 and I already paid the bill till 23 units and till 23 Nov 2020. I consumed only 17 units in till 23 Dec 2020 as I have solar system at my home so I am using electricity very limited purpose. But my bill is generated 1305 for 273 units and I only consumed 17 units and This is happening every month but I cant go every time power house as they behave very rude....

I have paid electricity bill of same month twice. First from Amazon Pay and second from PayTM. I Want refund of the total amount or adjust my money in next month electricity bill cycle.

My Account no. at UPPCL is[protected]. I paid an electricity bill of Rs 3731/- on 10/10/2020 using BHIM UPI but due some technical issue transaction could not proceed and was showing pending. On 13/10/2020 I tried again the same payment of Rs 3731/- and this time payment got successful. But the previous pending payment also got successful on 21/10/2020 and paid to the UPPCL. Now the payment has been done twice to UPPCL. BHIM UPI & PNB bank...
