Hi Team,

I had booked a complete hair reduction laser package with Vibes Gurgoan in Aug 2019.

I got few sessions done but in Feb 2020 as we got a pandemic crisis and due to covid-19, everything was shut down so my sessions were stopped.
As of now I moved to Mumbai due to my job issue so I had asked Gurgoan Vibes clinic to get my center changes to Vibes Pune which is in Kalyani Nagar as it is not going to be possible for me to visit Gurgaon center.

    Hi There,
    On 19th of Aug, 2020 I visited Vibes Centre Indiranagar and Mr.Haseeb Ali explained me about the treatment i.e skin tightening. I agreed and I was ready to take 3 sessions for trial but he insisted me to get 10 sessions instead without explaining me about their refund policy initially. I doubted that, I would require that many sessions and was not ready to pay for 10 sessions (INR.25, 000) in advance but he assured me by guaranteeing that my money is in safe and right place and if required he will refund 100% of the amount. After he gave me assurance I agreed to pay in advance and paid in full for the treatment but when I got the receipt after the payment was done, it mentioned that the money cannot be refunded once paid.
    I got concerned and asked Mr. Haseeb Ali regarding the same but he gave me same answer that my money is in safe hands and he will refund if required.

    After 4 sessions I started feeling pain in my bones during the session and could only do 2 more sessions. So, out of 10 paid sessions I used only 6 sessions. The person who was performing the treatment for me (Radha), told, there is nothing to be done and hence that is the reason my body is reacting that way and no more sessions are required. I trusted the lady's words and took a break after that because of my health issues.

    On 08th Day of November, 2020 I returned to Vibes Centre, Indiranagar and spoke to Mr. Haseeb Ali regarding the refund for rest of the sessions since there were no sessions required and that time, he told me there is no refund policy. I was shocked and reminded him what he had promised me, so I asked his Manager's number/Concerned person's phone number or email address which he refused to give me at that time and told me he himself will talk to his senior regarding the refund.

    I had to call him every day and ask about the update if he has spoken to his Manager. He would say he had already spoken to the concerned person and already sent an email regarding the same. When I asked him to forward a copy of email, he has written to his senior he said he will forward it to me but after asking him end number of times he still hasn't sent it to me.
    I visited the Centre again on 18th of November and he told me that his senior will be visiting Bangalore in the first week of December and asked me to wait till then. As I waited till first week of December, I did not get any update from him and called him again, this time he gave me the email address 'Idn.[protected]@vibes.co.in' and told me that his Manager is not travelling due to the current pandemic situation. Isn't it his responsibility to tell me?
    Anyway, I emailed to the email address provided but there was no acknowledgement from anyone.
    I called Mr.Haseeb Ali and from this time he started ignoring my calls.
    I called from my Husband's number and he picked up the call at once and told me that his senior is in the town and still hasn't visited Indiranagar Centre.
    After all these I came to realize he is been lying to me all this while and anyone could have lost the patience after waiting for more than a month with no clarity.
    On 16th December I called Asha (the dietician) at Vibes, Indiranagar and asked her when her manager will be visiting the Centre, she replied, she visited on 26th of November and will be visiting again on last week of December 2020.

    Everything was clear that I was cheated by Mr. Haseeb Ali and Vibes he is feeding me with all the lies, all these times.

    1.The sessions were purposely overcalculated insisting me to pay for all the sessions in advance making all the false promises
    2. They are refusing to refund my rest of the amount which I have not used or is not required for the sessions.
    2. If it was mis calculated and I was asked to pay for more sessions, they are liable to take the responsibility and accept their mistake and refund my money
    3. I am not bearing the cost for Mr.Ali's and Vibes's mistake and he should be held liable for it being a consultant

    I visited Vibes Centre, Indiranagar on 16th of December with my husband, after what Asha (the dieticien) had told me and till then there was no update or no reply to my email.
    We asked the Manager's number and still Mr. Ali was not ready to share her number.
    We had a discussion since I caught his lie and when asked about the email which was sent to his senior more than a month ago, he said he is unable to find. We checked the reviews on the internet and got to know it is their normal practice to cheat and deceive people till they get the money in their hands.
    We both left by warning them that we shall take Legal action for cheating innocent people.

    After we insisted so many times Mr. Ali called his Manager Sumeeta and she was unprofessional, ignorant and not willing to listen to my request even after knowing it's their fault.
    Instead she told me the refund is only possible if they have no service to provide to the customer which I told her, is exactly my case. There is no service that they can provide to me and I paid for extra sessions insisted by Haseeb and hence as per their policy I should get the refund .

    Also, given an opportunity to talk to these people I can prove their policy is not legitimate regardless of what is written on the bill.
    It is not only about my money but these kinds of frauds will continue cheating innocent people accumulating to millions of rupees if no action is been taken, thinking nobody will file a complaint for few thousand of rupees.

    Adding to the above issue these people at Vibes has mentally harassed me by asking me to write good review about them in 'Google', by asking my friends and relative number for reference continuously even after I told them I don't have any.
    They used to check on me by asking me after every 10-15 minutes
    to invest more money for other types of treatments which I am not interested in. They hounded on me to get more money and that made me mentally sick or even step on their Centre.

    Police complaint was filed and I had to go police station 6 times to check on the case update because even after called by the police they did not bother to come by which resulted wastage of my time, petrol, and Loss of pay at work.
    Also, Haseeb Ali accepted at the police station that he did not or rather would not tell any of the customers about any of the policies including the refund policy before a customer makes the payment.A copy is attached with this complaint.
    Please take necessary action.

      First Savitri forced me to take facial package for pigmentation and detan which is for Rs- 9000(total 5 seassions), and then in between third seasons of that package again she forced me to take chemical peeling (for 10 seassions) of Rs-18000, by saying that facial alone will not help to remove my pigmentation and dullness. Then for my hair fall they suggest me to take prp which I took it in around Rs-43000 for 6 sessions, After taking 3 seasons there was a gap for around 2 months due to my timing issues as I work in a St John's medical college n hospital. Then when I went for my 4th prp seassion they told me that they cannot proceed the prp as there was a gap so again she forced me to take 3 seassions of Plasmolift which cost around Rs-19000, and then due to this corona season as I work in hospital and also staying at hostel which is inside the campus, and due to management's various rules and regulations I couldn't visit koramangalas vibes branch. As I already took my first dose of Covishield vaccine today I went to take one of my remaining ( 2 seassion
      of facial, 3 seassion of chemical peeling, 1 seassion of Plasmolift, which cost around Rs-25000) seassion, savitri told me that my packages has been expired which she didn't mention while taking the package. They can't give any of the services without renewing and for that again I have to pay around Rs-8000, and also when she was forcing me to take those packages she clearly said there's no expiry for this when I said her that I didn't want those packages that time as I didn't complete my previous package then she said I can take it any time. And also about expiry I didn't get any information from vibes. Therefore I request to refund my money as I did not take the remaining services, , and also take action against the branch manager Savitri, or provide me back those remaining services

        I have took PRP & Stem cell Hair Regrowth Package for Rs.99, 120/- which includes 6 Stem cell + 6 PRP treatment.

        I have totally took 5 session (3 PRP + 2 Stem cell) till date, Post which there were no Doctor in the Chennai Alwarpet center since Nov 2019. No proper response from reception & Centre Head Ms. Rim Zim.

        Since you couldn't find a replacement Doctor for the center, you are incapable of handling this, hence request you to repay amount Rs. 49, 633/- towards the pending (3 PRP + 4 Stem cells ) treatment, i have been following up with you more than an year now.

        Let me know for any clarification

          I started my weight loss program in last yr in 50000 the promise to loose 20 kg then the lockdown start n I lost my 10 kg in lockdown period I went there n said that I lost 10 kg own my own. Every time me. Pooja demand ye service le le ye kar le itne paise le aa loan le le. I said M not an account I don't have money. U give me the services they promise me to give me NSLS services. N for indiba I give the 10000 more in lockdown ab kehti h ki 60000 rs mei 10 nsls degi.
          M sorry to say that this is the wrist weight loss place. Sirf paise dedo to khush kaam kr time zero.plz return my money back. I can't go for it.n yeah I already told her m gonna send u notice but she didn't replied till yet so m sending u the notice.

            I am taking full body laser treatment. Suddenly they changed the laser technician & the new person(padma) is not doing properly. After shaving total my skin was bleeding and I observed cuts in many places. She also not available on phone. We need to struggle for taking appointment.She is asking me to shave your self total body before coming because "I don't have time to shave" and she took 5hours for half body laser treatment. We are paying huge amounts for taking sessions. But these people are playing with the customers.
            This is my request kindly appoint the previous person(krishnaveni) for laser treatment.
            Not only me but other customers are also feeling the same.

              Im writing this email with deep disappointment. I'm feeling I have been cheated with taking services from Vibes.
              Attached is the bill copies of the Laser treatment i have taken up with Vibes starting this Year.
              Before making the payment, i had asked multiple times to the representative that if needed can i take the lessor sessions in Gurgaon or Delhi as i was moving out of Bangalore. I was informed that I can rearrange the session anywhere and would just need to call up the representative and request them. Hence when i had moved to Gurgaon and was stuck here due to the COVID situation, i had called the representative and requested them to rearrange my sessions here. She even tried but the Vibes was not open.

              Now that representative has left Vibes and I have been asked to get in touch with someone else. When I requested the same from the New representative I was informed that there is a transfer fee of 3k involved if I need to take any sessions from any other city. I was shocked and have informed the representative multiple times that I have never been informed about it. If i was aware i would not have taken service in Bangalore itself and booked it in Delhi as i was moving here.

              I have been unnecessarily penalized for no fault of mine. If this is the policy then i should have been clearly informed while i was booking. I have not signed any such policy as well. For a customer Vibes is vibes irrespective where they are taking the services.

              I'm not sure how you would be handling this, but I'm literally fed up repeating the same things. I was not informed about anything and if the representative has left you guys cannot penalize the customer. I have not asked for cancellation or money transfer for which I should be treated like this. I joined vibes with a trust and now it's broken. I had even decided to take body polishing and stretch mark treatment but after facing this I would never wish to take any service from Vibes.
              I came to vibes through a reference but i would make sure that i would not refer this kind of service to anyone.
              Noone had predicted the COVID situation. I would have finished my service in Bangalore itself if lock down was not there.

              I need my remaining sessions to be either rearranged in Delhi or cancel my remaining sessions with Vibes and refund me the money back. I have paid 45K for 6 sessions which are attached. And i have taken only 3 sessions for full body and 2 for bikini. It's not my fault that I was not informed about your policies. I would at no cost pay any extra hidden amount.

                  My laser sessions are pending. I tried to reach out to the employees of vibes many times, but there is no proper response. The office is shut down for many months.
                  Customer service is also very pathetic. There is no response from customer care. I am greatly disappointed by this kind of reckless behavior.

                  I would like to know a definite date of reopening of the vibes Chennai branch.I other wise want refund.

                  Kindly please help.

                        I am writing this email to request for a refund. I joined vibes laser hair removal-Full Body program on 08 March 2020, and paid the amount of RS.50000 .I could take only 1 session for 2 body parts after which lockdown started because of COVID. My plan was on EMI and it became very difficult to pay bank`s EMI. I am unable to pay my EMI from last 2 months and they are adding up penalty and late fees on the remaining amount. I called VIBES to stop my plan but they explained to me this is not possible, then I called the bank for the same and they asked me to pay the remaining amount.

                        Now I was informed that this branch is not in operation and planning to relocate and if I want to take service I should go to Green park or Pitampura branch which is more than 15 kms far from my residence which makes it impossible to take services there. Now when the lockdown is over and I intend to take service, but due to closing down of your Preet Vihar branch this is not possible.

                        I want you to refund my money because of non-execution of services promised by your salon.I am attaching my payment receipt with this email for your reference. Waiting for your positive response.

                          I have taken full body with 3 extra sessions laser treatment from Vibes sliming centre kalyani Nagar Pune in March 2019 costing 70 thousand rupees.

                          During counselling, they have thourghly checked my body parts for type of hair growth and asked me my case history, and came on conclusion that i have reverse hair growth due medication of hairfall treatment which i did in past.

                          I had called vibes for an appointment for laser but the person on the phone said we have to fill out a Google form for the same. She told me that she would send me the form within a few minutes but she did not. On calling up again, she said that she would send me the same within two minutes but it has been quite a while since I did not get any link.

                                Vibes preet vihar is closed from long, how long does it will take to open again or else kindly transfer our services to other centre. As i hav laser treatment ongoin and its getting diffclt to prolong it, its already been 5 months now

                                  I had a bad experience with vibes koramangala. I went there for prp and i paid 29494.00 for 6 sessions. Later they convinced me to do hair transplant. I told them that i'll be in bangalore for only 1 month. They agreed me to complete hair transplant and prp within one month. Then they send me to some other clinic for hair transplant. The doctor said that you cannot do prp immediately after hair transplant, at least wait for 2.5 months. I asked them to refund which i paid for prp, because i have to leave bangalore within one month. But they denied refund. Due to lock down i stayed in bangalore for another 2 months. After lock down i asked for doctor consultation because i had itching on the donor area. They didn't give an appointment so i consulted a doctor from outside. Vibes not caring post hair transplant surgery. Total i paid 76696.00 rupees for transplant and prp, i need a refund which i paid for prp since i'm not completing the session. I have taken 1 session for prp before transplant.
                                  They will treat us very good before registration. After that we have to follow up many times to get an appointment. Very bad service

                                      Hi, this is not the first time i have complained about their service.

                                      I have paid around 80000 for laser treatment and i could not even find 1% difference in the hair reduction.

                                      After each session, they say, you can see the results in next session.!!!

                                      I just want my money back and nothing else!!
