These people told me the finger print is for aadhar card verification and they have never mentioned that they're taking a loan under my name using the fingerprint. When their trial treatment for 5 minutes went wrong. I had went through surgery and still recovering from the pain.

I still don't understand how the licenses are not cancelled for this fraud company.

After all these complaints in here, why there's no action against this fraudulent company?

    I have not received any services from vibes for loan amount of rs 115000 and requested to cancell my loan and refund to capitalflot but vibes is denied to close the loan. From jan 2018 i am requesting vibes to refund loan. Pls take action against fraud companies as they are taking lakh of rs for services but they r cheating people by enjoying customers money. Pls take action against this and help to refund my money back

      Hi, i and my sister are regular customers of vibes health care and we have purchased an annual package for regular grooming services. We went their to avail our 1st month service on 19th may, 2018. It was already late in the night and they put the offer of full body hair removal laser treatment. We ere confused whether to accept it or not as the amount was very high i, e, 70000 each.
      Then they gave us another option to take-up capital float loan which can help us giving a loan of the said amount. We found it quite a good option and opted for the loan option. Also i have paid the 1st installment of rs. 9, 167.00 using my credit card and the rest amount i. E, rs. 62, 223 was loaned. But there was one more concern that i have underwent a surgery last year june. I have notified the same concern to the vibes before accepting the offer but the lady jhansi and the branch manager fatima told that it was not harm in any way. However, next day i went to consult my doctor and he suggest me not to undergo such treatment. The very next day we informed this to vibes and requested to cancel our treatment. Also we agreed to take any other service worth the down-payment we made (Rs. 9, 167.00) and asked them to cancel the loan. (However, capital float will not charge vibes any extra amout for canceling the loan) it's been a month that they haven't turn up. On 29th june, 2018 i have contacted their zonal head named babita to know the update but she purely ignored my messages on whatsapp and then blocked me over their. Today, 2nd july, 2018 the first installment of rs. 7, 778.00 deducted from my account.

      I request the forum to help me on this matter. Its been a mental torture for me resulting in hair fall. I am really tensed as the amount really matters to me at this time as am planning to get married and need to save amount for the same.

      I have seen more than 130 complaints against vibes Healthcare all over India. They claim to have well qualified doctors to treat the customers. But after seeing these complaints and experiencing such fraudulent from them, doesn't look like they are authentic enough. I think there should be serious action to be taken against Vibes or rather their license should be canceled.

        Hi, I and my sister are regular customers of vibes health care and last month they have offered us a hair removal laser treatment for the whole body. First thing that day we were in a hurry and and they put that offer in front o[censored]s and we were confused whether to accept it or not as the charges for it was a bit high i.e; 70000 per person.
        Then they gave us a another option of opting a capital float loan that can help us giving a loan of the said amount. We found it quite good idea and opted for the option. And also we paid the first installment of around 9000 to the company.There was one more concern that my sister had a surgery last year June and for the same we consulted to her doc asking can she go for such laser treatment as she has stiches on her body and doc has refused to take such kind of any laser treatment. The very next day we have informed same thing to the vibes manager asking to cancel our treatment saying all these conditions. Also we gave them a offer saying the payment which we have (9000) we are ready to take any other services costing the amount and the capital float loan which they have raised we have asked them to cancel it for which capital float people will not charge any kind of charges to the vibes. It's been a month and they are not ready to take any action on the same issue . It was communicated to them a month ago and we have been following up on it and we have got the zero response from the vibes on it. Please help on the issue.

        Below are the attached images of the mails sent by us for which we did not received a single reply. When we went to parlour and asked about it they kept saying us that as it is a corporate it will take time and were creating cock n bull stories. It's been more than a month and still we had no response on the below issue. We had a talk with corporate lead named Babita even then v did not receive any kind of assistance not the support from the management. Am getting daily calls from capital float people for the EMI but we don't want to pay a single penny. 2nd July will b the date where emi should b paid and we don't want to loose our creditability just because vibes management don't know how to manage their customers. I don't know why these people had opened a services company when they don't know to give appropriate services to their customers. I have seen many complaints on vibes services. We don't think they are capable of giving any kind of services to the people.

        We have opted yearly package from the vibes for emeven for which we want our refund. As know we don't have that trust on them that they will give us the proper services. The package was of rs17770, and we want even that to be cancelled and also request for the refund for the whole amount of RS. 140000+17770. Thanks

          Kindly do not go to vibes as they are rude and they will loot you unnecessary. I went to vibes near dlf-phase1 metro station opposite mega mall, gurgaon. There i met nidhi who sold me her product & was a very rude women with a sweet voice (Sarcastically). I told her i want inch loss but she was so adment to sell her weight loss program that she didn't listen to me (Her customer), she was not ready to tell me about the machines they're using. Still i thought let's try what she is selling (20avt & unlimited vibration session). For a month i tried & did not find it useful. I thought it was a waste of money (Rs 55000 inclusive of taxes). Then slowly day by day they started telling me about their machines for instant results in inch loss + weight loss (Ticar machine). I asked the staff who used to do my avt that why you didn't tell me about the machine when i came to join here? And why you telling me this now? They said we don't know ask nidhi ma'am. I got angry & calmed myself and asked about the ticar machine from dietecian ruchika. She charged me rs 45000 for 10 sessions + 1 complementary (This complementary session i got at the end of the session). These people are very unprofessional and don't know how to handle clients. Once my ticar package got over they force me to give video testimonial even i told them that there's an emergency at home and i can't. Now something major happened for which i feel irritated and angry.
          Well, i should file a complaint against them in police, they treated me so badly and i got hurt in my eyes. While taking their thermo pack session that too for the first time which i didn't took yet they force me to exchange for 1 last avt that was left in my package. They use some kind of 1kg powder and mix it with hot water and will apply on your affected area to tighten the skin, once it is applied it will soon become very hot & will become thick n hard like a cement, then they will remove it. I was getting treated and when that cemented form sh* got removed from my area the particle from that thing went into my eyes. These useless-careless people don't know what to do when something goes wrong with the clients or they're hurt by their carelessness. For soothing my eyes i ask them atleast give me an ice pack to sooth the redness of my eyes. I called my husband to come and drive & goto the doctor as i was not able to open my eyes. I went to the doctor and it took lot of time to remove that particle & my eyes got infected for which i have been given eye medicine to be used for 3 to 4 days. Seriously, i have a worse first time experience with them and will strongly not recommend to anyone.
          They're illiterate, unprofessional, careless, money making buggers. I should actually use dirty words for them.
          I should have gone to vlcc rather than this pathetic & yukky vibes-slimming/beauty/laser.

            Vibes has the worst laser technique ever. I had spend like more than 30k for facial hair removal.Instead of any benefit I even got more denser hairs at places where I dint have before . Everyday I see myself I curse the day I believed on vibes . To be very clear . The performing staff of Bhubaneswar was very good to me . No harsh feeling fir her but I am forced to take legal action against vibes once I get back to India . I had taken like 8 sessions of laser later while they said that I sld hv got fully ridden only with four sessions.
            I wish this problem is noticed well and I request you all to never ever believe their laster treatment. I again request to those who have been fooled in the name of permanent hair removal to come up and put their experience world wide so that they don't cheat the others

              Vibes is a fake place where they only run behind money & all the claims/promises are fake. No weight loss at all, not even a gram of weight was lost after spending 45, 000 rupees of hard earned money. Totally fake place to walk in and you will only end up getting cheated. Filthy cheats running business just to con customers. The advertisements we see on papers and ending up at vibes branches is clearly fake & only to trap customers. Once u walk in, they make sure to take out all money from u & also ending up not losing even a single gram. Later again they try to trap u by asking to pay for extended packages. Please avoid this filthy place to save yourself from loss of time & money.

                I am very old client to vibes health care,
                I spent 1.5 lacks for my sliming, but i don't see result since one and half year. Am following very strict diet, with diet only am reducing wait, not with the vibes treatment am 100% sure.
                Vibes counselors are trained in hypnotism course i think, they use their skill on every client to join in "vibes"

                When mallar, rekha, anuja, rehana, they did job very well, they use to come and check with every client status and update, and they use to give guidelines and suggestion according to client body type.
                When they left from the organization from that time onwards it is very worst in treatment and behaviour with the client too.

                Shantla and nirmala they argued me alot.
                Actually i suppose to come twice in a week but am coming once in a week.
                So i have take vibration and heat twice in a week and one in week massage.
                Because am taking ultra cavitation package.
                I think shanthla and nirmala dont have knowledge in package's and how to manage the client. Now am asking for vibration they are not allowing me to take and they unnessaccary arguing with me, and wasting my time.

                I need my money back immediately i dont want to continue with vibes anymore, and take necessary on benagalore branch team.

                I must say colours is the best slimming health care center. The way they receive the clients, and according to client body type they suggest package and treatment care etc awesome.

                Note: i have seen clearly in the web site 100% money back if your treatment worked out. I have lot of proofs and i want to talk vibes main director.

                My wife under going Lazer hair removal treatment. They charged 80k for 7 sittings. There is no improvement even after 7 sittings and now they are asking another 50k more. Guys BE AWARE these people. When we enquired about this we got to know they have cheated many people like this.

                  This complaint is regarding koramangala branch. I spent 30k for laser hair reduction treatment. Firstly i went for upper lip and they even offered free chin area treatment which worsened the condition. They never gave appointments giving reasons machine was spoilt. And the laser treatment increased my facial hair 50% more and now unable to go out without regular waxing. Please never go to vibes for any laser hair removal treatment. They will make ur life hell and now i am regretting. They are actually looters and not doctors or qualified proffesionals.in total they are money sucking frauds

                    I took some services with vibes for 25k approx. I swiped my cc for the service and was told that no interest will be charged for it. However, every month the bank has been deducting certain amount as interest, which they proclaim is from vibes's end (I have all the bank statements). I took the matter to the concerned customer care executive (Ph no:- +91 [protected]), where every time i call, she says that she will call back in an hour, but she doesn't. Also, when i call back, she disconnects my call. I have been doing the rounds for the past three months and paying unnecessary interest rates. This is a pathetic way to harass or loot a person. Shame on you guys, vibes!

                      Im Siva Kumar from chennai. My wife name is Divya. My wife went to weight loss treatment in Vibes Healthcare Limited, Adayar, Chennai. The Manager Anupama convinced me to take personal care loan from Capital float. She also give me a promise that i[censored] are not satisfied with our treatment you can stop to pay loan. The total Treatment cost is Rs 23, 895 (Twenty Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Five). We paid cash of Rs 3, 645 at the time of joining. They arranged the loan for remaining amount 20, 250 from Capital float. After joining they give basic heat therapy for 2 month. There is no result from this treatment. And my wife also get affected by irregular periods.

                      We contact vibes manager Anupama, she said this is only for hormone fluctuation. But my wife affected after this treatment only. Then we asked to cancel the treatment, but they brainwashed us to continue on it. After 3 month of treatment we realized the treatment was fake. They provide waste & useless session to customer. In this treatment, my wife doesn't had any kind of weight loss. So i asked to cancel the treatment. But they brainwashed us again to give advanced inch loss treatment. That treatment also fake. They are gaining money from customer and not satisfying the customer. We requested vibes to stop the treatment and refund the amount. But they said as per their company rules they won't provide refund. & they don't give any response for lost 3 weeks. So far, we paid Rs 8, 145 for this useless fake treatment. We want to stop these loan provided by the capital float for this treatment. Now, I request you to kindly solve this issue & help to stop from the loan Process and refund our money.                         I got some 10000 gift vocher for some beaty servies so i went to vibes gachibowli branch (Hyd)
                        But i came to know those are not that mush worth also i have skin problem so have taken few peeling sessions and also photo facial for face but initially they said 8 sesions are enough and they promised me that they show results.
                        Now they shown that treated area to someone (They are saying technical analyst) and now telling to pay approximately 30000+ money for results.
                        Though i am not interested they are forcing me to do some more treatments also i am not feeling comfortable i am strongly feeling money minded

                          I have been harrased in theater road vibes opposite kala mandir kolkata. Manager misbehaved with us.. We ain't happy with d service dey provided. Dey charged 5500 for hair color nd it turned out to be disaster. Dey din even bother to change d color nd started fighting nd abusing.. For more information u can check deir cctv footage. Vibes kolkata sucks to d core.. Manager is very cheap. Plz kindly take action against her

                            I paid rs.23, 600 for prp treatment recently. Now that i decide not to take the treatment i want my money back. I've taken services worth rs.2, 600. I want them to exclude the services amount and return the rest. But they are denying to give the money back and forcing me to take services. They attract the customers giving fake ads that the services is for lesser amount but when we visit the clinic they manipulate the customers
                            And waste their time and force them to take services on emi's. Before generating the bill they ask for card payment and before the services they ask to pay the full amount for the treatment of six months. Fake ads fake vibes fake agents.

                              I had taken service from vibes green park, it’s horrible. First it’s staff were not well mannered and the service was not satisfactory. I had the vibe voucher and to book my appointment i called them, i was shocked by the answer of the staff who picked my call. She said don’t waste my time if you just want to enquire. And the she cut my call, this was really insane.

                              Suggestions: please train your staff properly, if not then please stop cheating the people.

                                Record book of customers are misplaced and the staffs deny to give the treatment by saying that your treatment already got over. If you ask for the book, they will say corporate took all the old books. What is this behavior. One or the other staff will say that he will take care but next time when you go that particular individual would have left vibes. This is ridiculous. Please suggest how to tackle the problem.

                                When i started the treatment that time i was assured that i would be given complementary services and they did not keep a record of that and i blindly trusted them, but now the manager changed and they are saying its not mentioned in the record we cannot provide you the services. How the hell customers will know what to make a note and what not to? If cuatomers are paying big amounts for treatments why they will ask for complementary treatment by their own. This condition of vibes is very disappointing.

                                  Ive taken up a package for seventy thousand with vibes, but din get full service from dem, i had discontinue coz i was pregnant, now when i want to continue for the remaining package they are asking me to pay twenty thousand more, i want refund from them, or a different package for the amount i've paid, no cake regarding request to continue, pls do the needful

                                    Its a completely fraud company and anyone who walks in will fall prey and get caught in their trap.in short they do not give any service,
                                    Only electric shocks as per customers feedback who have used their services & got into various health complications.
                                    They swipe ur debit/credit or by any other means take out complete bulk amount and then they start their drama.
                                    There is no service given, its only sales pitch initially till you fall prey. I still dont understand how the licenses
                                    Are not cancelled for this fraud company. Someone politically is supporting them to run the show till now.
                                    If you check in any complaints forum, one will find n number of complaints and only complaints.
                                    If you find any positive feedback anywhere, am damn sure its the fraud employees of this company who has written it. They are looting in broad day light and why no action has been taken yet?

                                      I am writing to request that the loan for fat reduction treatment be reversed because I have not been given professional service from vibes koramangala Bangalore. Instead, I was told different things from various people about what services I would be receiving. Also, I was treated badly and overheard someone who works there call me a 'chutiya' and since I know some Hindi, I understand this. I have repeatedly asked them and the manager of the centre to reverse the loan and been told numerous times I would be called back by her but this has never happened.

                                        I had joined slimming session with vibes thippasandra branch. I had hardly attended 10 sessions which was hardly a month. I was on and off due to personal reasons and unfortunately i lost my father in law in sep 2017 and my husband was hospitalized for almost a month till january with fatty liver and tuberculosis. My presence was required with my family and i couldn't resume the session. I had sent multiple emails to vibes email id as provided by kasturi from the same branch, however no revert received so far. I had asked them if a partial refund was possible but no luck till date. My husband had quit his job due to health issues. And i will not be able to continue the session because of time constraints post work.
