We are using vidoecon d2h hd dish since 5 years and the remote is not working from two weeks. We raised a request for new remote by calling to customer care and there is no other option also. We called the call center 6 to 7 times but remote is not delivered yet. Every time we make a call to customer care they say the request is cancelled but they don't know the reason. Please do the needful.

    Maine apna videcon account ko kuch din ke liye band karwaya tha. Aur maine bola tha jab tak mai call na karu mera accout activate na kiya jaye. Magar aaj maine jab activate karwane ke liye call kiya tha bol rahe ha aapka 26nov 2019 se activate hai. Magar aaj bhi koi channel nahi aa rahe the. Maine jab bola aap apne man se activate kyu kiye. Bol rahe the agent ne yahi date likha tha. Ye to galat ha apne man se activate karna pls mera paisa refund kiya jaye 26nov se lekar 7dec 2019 tak ka. Aur sare customer care wale senior ko call transfer karke call cut kar de rahe hai.

      In 2/12/19 _11.52 am. Company offers chennel no 222 free for one month &add him. But balance immediate deduct from my base subscribed pack money. Immediate i complain to company (Complain no.[protected] date 2/12/19 time 1.56pm) close the chennel no 222 immediate & refund my diduct balance. But company no reply. Again 6/12/19 i complained to company (Complain no.[protected] time 11.53am.) to close the chennel no 222 immediate & refund my diduct balance. But company again no refund deduct amount. So please done any action to refund above mentioned balance.
      Please give right to customer about company give missnews & offer for chennel to consumer & balance deduct illegal method.
      1) company didn't allowe to cutdown any balance from base subscribed pack
      2) company didn't allow to no any chennel add or active if consumer haven't more then base pack subscription money.
      3) finally consumer allow to dth portability to control company monopoly.

        Ihahe recharged my d2h both main and secondary boxes using mera wal plan on 11.11.19. But i feel very bad for alacreta channels discovery kids and nick jr. These channels soils the studies and eyes power. Hence i request you to kindly remove the above two channels from my secondary box immediately. The cost of thes channels may be charged upto the lock in period i. E30 days. (10.12.19.) please arrange to remove these channels immediately. Thanks in advance.

          With reference to above subject matter, i would like to bring your kind notice that, i have recharged my d2h mistakenly for rs 10000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) instead of rs 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) on 2 nd november 2019. I have called customer care many times, almost every day, used to get different person and different answer, the complete in details in sequence are as below.


          Sl no date descriptions

          1 2.11.2019 recharged for rs 10000/- (Rupees ten thousand only), wanted to recharge for rs 1000/- mistakenly

          Recharge for rs 10000/-

          2 3.11.2019 after i noticed, called customer care, they told that, i have to recharge again with min of rs 100/-

          3 4.11.2019 as per customer care advice, i recharge for rs 111/-

          4.20.11.2019 customer care executive confirmed that, amount will be refunded within two days

          5.22.11.2019 customer care executive confirmed that, amount will be refunded within two days. Ie on 24th nov 2019

          6.27.11.2019 called customer care, told that, cannot be refunded.
          7.30.11.2019 received customer care executive call and again asking for top up of rs 200/- to enable refund of 10000/-

          After repetitive calls, we used to get different complaint no and closure dates, however neighter received refund nor any feed back, always used to get false feedback as, will be solved in 2 days etc...

          Indeed its horrible experience to talk customer care executive for issues. Infact i am thinking to cancel the connection and get refund money, if did not get resolved.

          Still i hope, will be happy to be d2h customer for longer period. Hence humble request you please refund the rs 9000/- at the earliest.

            Hi d2h team,

            I have raised a complaint for "signal not available", since 2 days & requested for a technician visit today, saturday 30th nov.

            The technician mr. Sanjay ([protected]), did came and suggested that the dish needs to be replaced since two nuts that keep the dish wall mounted at the back were broken.

            These screws just keep the dish in place on the wall-mounting, but he said that we need to replace the dish as the broken screws helps in singal boosting and all, and without that we won't get proper signals. I asked for an alternative way to fix the screws but he said nothing could be done, we need to get a new dish.

            Also he mentioned the cost of new dish as rs.950, whereas the i checked with the videocon customer act they told me that dish with lmbs costs rs.750 and without lmb will cost rs.175 less (Rs.575), which includes technician visit & service charges.

            So not sure as why the technician told rs.950 for the same and also neither the technician nor the videocon team provides the user with a bill of the service charges.

            So i kindly request you all to look into this matter and please arrange for a new technician visit and ensure that i do get proper response & support from the technician. If the old dish antenna can be used, i want the same dish to be fixed or else if really the need be i am ok with dish replace, but at correct pricing..

              Dear sir,

              I have not credited 60 days free subscription as per offer shown in the display/online [10month (60days free)]

              Please note that as per offer/display shown in the d2h online portal if i recharge for 10 months i am going to get 60 days free subscription. Screen shot attached.
              Same thing i recharged for 10 months on 30 oct 2019. Previous balance was 571rs.

              But i have been credited for only 15 days. Ie for 162 rs.

              As per customer care i complained thru email & sent reminder to customer care from my email id [protected]@gmail.com

              Its purely cheating/misguiding customers. For god sake dont do that, make your portal upto date & credit remaining 45 days into my account.

              Otherwise refund my money into my account ie 3234 rs.

              Again i am requesting dont do day robbery of customers

                I have been user of your broadcasting services under d2h, ci no - customer id 97048755, i would like to submit that this is the fourth complaint being raised by me for not correcting your portal to comply with the govt regulations. I had selected channels from my pack feature. Where i had
                Revised pack value of rs 348.16 and annual subscription at rs 4118 which as per scheme should be for 13 months.
                But in the recharge page of the portal is showing the previous value only of rs 372.
                The complaints has been raised on 3rd nov, 6th nov, 17th nov, but but these complaints were closed without redressal,. I received a call on 18th nov stating that the issue will be resolved once i recharge the account with minimum charge of rs 100 and after refreshing, it will get updated, but now after a week i found that after recharge and using the services it has not been corrected & anomaly in your portal still exists.

                Still the selected channel tariff are not getting updated in the recharge page, the page details have been attached as evidence of how the portal is behaving.

                Today again i have raised the complaint the complaint no - [protected], as communicated by the call center attendant.

                Look forward to your redressal of the complaint or i would be forced to escalate the issue to competent redressal forum.

                  I have called for the engineer's visit as i had a technical problem in set top box. Engineer visited and changed set top box as it's picture tube burned and taken 800 rupees from me for set top box change and service charge. After that on 16th november suddenly my videocon d2h account went into switch off mode, after that i have recharged my account with 300 rupees still channels were not coming and my account was showing -97 rupees. For confirmation i spoke to videocon d2h customer service representative and he said it is charge of 450 rupees have been done for engineer visit and set top box that is 200+250=450 rupees. After i explained to d2h customer service representative about 800 rupees which had been taken by videocon d2h engineer while he visited at my home then the customer service representative of videocon d2h calaculated total amount that is 800+450=1250 which was taken by videocon d2h from me where's the actual charge should be only 450 rupees. And then the customer service representative of videocon d2h assured me that i will get refund of 800 rupees within 08 working hours. After that i have spoken for so many times with d2h customer service team, their supervisors and their managers repeatedly they are giving assurance that i will get my money back and always saying routine dialogues like 8 working hours and apologies. It is 11 days time left still they are saying to wait for 08 working hours, 24 business hours.

                  They failed to solve the issue

                      I complained about the fault in stb in oct 19. Was replaced the very next day. Again the newly replaced stb was faulty. 2nd time complaint raised. Replaced for the 2nd time. Now the currently installed stb is having some troubles.
                      When called to customer care [protected] today, i was informed that new stb will only be provided in case of a new connection!! In my case someone else's stb will be installed at my place with rs. 450 charges!! It will not be a new stb. What can be expected from a company that had 'con' in their name!!

                          I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[[protected]]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

                          Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs-436/- for which i should get services for 30 days but they have deducted 12 days for no reason. Again i have complained to their custmer care executive by giving commetment and target date but to which they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in the month of september and october 2019 also & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again & again
                          Please refer below massage communication from vediocon d2h custmer care i. E. Dear sagar chaudhari your complaint no.[protected] for customer id[protected] has been registered and will get resolved till saturday, november 16, 2019 11.27 am as it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for momment duration (30 min). Many times call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

                          Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money/recharge ammount back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

                          I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                            My d2h videocon customer id is[protected]. I was out of station for 30-40 days. I have recharged my account by rs.385/- on 17.11.2019. Generally after recharge it shows or activate the channels within 1 minute after recharge.
                            But, channels were not activated even after 30 minutes, so i called to customer care to resolve the complaint. They have asked me to tell the message on my tv screen. I have told them that the message was “signal not available”. They said account is refresh or activated from their side and technician/service engineer have to visit to resolve the problem and charges are rs.200/-.
                            I said ok.
                            Then after more than 24 hours no technician/ service engineer visited/attended the complaint. So again on 18.11.2019 i have called the customer care for my complaint. They have said that the complaint is closed and they have asked may alternate contact number, so i provided my alternate contact no also. My complaint was taken by customer care once again.
                            On 19.11.2019 also no technician/ service engineer visited / attended the complaint. So i again called customer care for follow up. They said that there was call drop and my alternate contact was not recorded by them and my complaint was closed. So again i have given them my alternate contact number and new complaint was taken by customer care and they promised that this time complaint will be definitely solved by them in 24 hours. I said ok again.

                            On 20.11.2019 complaint was not attended by the technician/ service engineer. So there was a call from customer care for me to know the status of my complaint. I have replied them that my complaint was not attended/ resolved. Also i have said that you are not caring for your customers as they have not attended my complaint for more than three days (72 hours). I want this complaint to be resolved by d2h for free as they have wasted my 3 days time and also asked to add/extend the three days of my recharge. Otherwise i will end up relation with d2h and take any other connection of dth. The person replied that he will let me know after some time. Then i did not received any call from d2h.
                            So i again called to customer care and told the whole story and asked them to connect with the customer care executive or any higher authority. They connected me with their senior on call i once again told the same story and asked to look in the matter. He replied that you will have to pay the service charges of rs.200/-. I have replied that i will not pay any charges as you have not attended my complaint since 3 days (72 hours). Otherwise i will close their connection and take any other dth connection. And if he is not an authority to decide this then connect with the main authority of customer care. Then call was literally closed from their side (After 20 minutes of call)
                            I once again called on customer care number and asked to reconnect the senior authority and told the complete story again and reply was same. So i requested them to connect with the main authority / manager level to speak with. They connected my call to manager lady after 30 minutes (My call was on). I repeated the same story and asked to resolve complaint as early as possible. Then she again told me that she will take my fresh complaint. I replied i have no time to give daily a complaint. Solve my complaint from your side for free without any charges as they have not resolved even attended my complaint for 3 days (More than 72 hours). And add my 3 days of recharge. She replied that they cant do that and i have to pay service charges of rs 200/- and will resolve the complaint in 8 hours on priority basis. I have repeated my say. Then she said he will cancel my complaint and disconnected the call from their side.
                            So i want to resolve my complaint from d2h without paying the service and other charges for wasting my time and penalize for non compliance as early as possible (Preferably within 24 hours).
                            Otherwise ask videocon d2h to take their box back and repay the amount of dish and refund rs.385/- of my recharge.

                              As my remote was not functioning properly. I called d2h help line and got a new remote delivered to me at a cost of rs 275/- and additional rs 25/- for a pair of 2 aaa batteries.

                              Remote stopped working after 4 days.
                              I called back the helpline number of d2h and shared with them the issue of remote not working, after some discussions they indicated that the batteries are exhausted and need to be replaced, as the remote is not being sensed by the set of box.

                              Irrespective of feeling being cheated for supply o[censored]sed batteries i purchased new batteries and started my remote, and it again worked.
                              But again on 4th day it stopped working same way, convincing me the remote has manufacturing defect, hence the battery consumption is way too high.
                              On calling helpdesk they are not ready to listen and resolve my issue, rather asking me to purchase another remote for rs 275/-
                              I also asked them to stop my service and refund my balance as i don't want to be a d2 h customer now. They alos refused this saying no refund will be made for any balance available in subscription.

                              But after I have put complaint to fixed with HDMI wire they not ready to put it and saying I have to pay extra for HDMI wire even remote also not working properly

                                  I am registered with D2H vediocon for TV channel services. Recently My services were discontinued on 30th Oct 19. The last recharge was done for Amt 4998.19 for 13 months but since the new per channel fee was introduced, the services were discontinued atleast two months before due date. Now I am trying to recharge by selecting channel of my choice, but that is not getting updated in the portal after submission. I had lodged a compliant in IVR systen on 3rd Nov 19. Despite My complaint so far no action is observed. I had refreshed the account after creating my pack feature. where I had
                                  revised pack value of RS 348.16 / per month and annual subscription at Rs 4118 which as per scheme should be for 13 months.
                                  But in the recharge page of the portal is showing the previous value only of Rs 372. The Channel Showing after refreshing my account has not changed, the Recharge web page in my account site even after showing successful submission after creating my own pack doesnot show the amount Rs 348.16 for recharge.

                                  I have put a complaint by mail. but this has not been resolved for 15 days now. The Call center Delgates ask to wait. Look forward that this issue is corrected. I presume this is big anomaly and there may be many subscribers like me who has to pay up more just that the service provider is cheating on us and claimed 13 months deals are misused.

                                    My name is afzal sk, customer id[protected], i have purchased new videocon d2h set top box on october 27, 2019 which is under warranty period, but the new box is not turning on so i'am complaining from october 28, 2019 to till november 16, 2019 more than 6 times to the videocon d2h official customer care mobile no [protected] they are taking complaint but the service engineer not visiting to my home to solve the issue but customer care closing complaint without solving my issue, so my issue is that they are not giving service to me, i want my service or i want my money which i paid to get videocon set top box. Iam very disgusting about their service, please solve my issue

                                      Very despondent services by videocon d2h. I activated my d2h account after a time as i was out of town for some time. Its more than 7 days services are found not functioning with the alarm of ‘signals not available’ and sometimes error p16-4, waited for one day. Second the problem persists, had no other option but for launching a complaint with videocon costomer care. Was told that technician will arrive within 24 hours, waited for it got no response... Again got told that technician will come within 48 hours. Even after 6 days lapse of time the problem not resolved and my balance is getting deducted continuously. Approached customer care again and again no action. Same answer was repeated shamelessly for one week! Now finally they are saying that the suitation here in srinagar is not good so we can't send our technician while as i got my airtel set top box even in these contitions and even their technician came 2-3 times in these suitations.
                                      So, kindly look into the matter and just refund the amount of recharge. No need to activate now.

                                      I am launching a complaint with higher authorities.

                                      Strongly recommend not to opt videocon d2h … a very useless service provider. Staff do not have adequate knowledge for problem attack.

                                        I am unable to use d2h services (Customer id[protected], since my last recharge amount of rs. 200 on 4th sept 2019. Post this, i have made numerous calls, and there were no resolution, nor any complaint raised by the customer care. 3 days back, when i called customer care, finally an engineer was booked, and he called me in the morning, asking for the address, however later he didn't turned up. Called again, and by god grace, issue was escalated, and had an engineer visit at 9 pm, who said that the lnb has gone faulty, and was supposed to be replaced, that will inccur a charge of 300 rs. I denied and asked to close my connection with videocon, and upon this he agreed to fix this without any charges. Finally he confirmed that the issue has been fixed, and walked away with engineer charge of 200 rs. Later, again i had c14 error for my setup box, and called customer care 9 times, and each time was placed on mute, with no response at the other end, and i had to disconnect the call. Finally, spoke to supervisor-naresh (Mohali call center), who with the help of a tech, booked another engineer visit, however denied to refund me 200 recharge amount stating that no refund will be possible, as there no complaint raised from my end. I remember giving calls to customer care multiple times since 4 sept 2019, as shown in the attached call records, however they don't see records of such calls. Asked for his manager, and once again call was disconnected, and no call back was made ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Need help

                                        Hello Consumer Support, no response or resolution from Videocon yet. Received 4 calls so far from different supervisor, and the call was disconnected from their end, while I was asked to speak. They never bothered to call me back. To keep you informed, the service is still not available for me. Need an action and resolution at the earliest please.
                                        Videocon d2h team is not responding on my calls & mails they activated wrong pack. In my account. I am not able to change my packs as d2h team is not responding on calls and mails,
