D2h provider is activating expensive channels without my authorization & not supporting either to deactivate (Being in lock-in period) & also refusing to refund. Customer care experience is worst, every time when i call, they commit that they will start working, they have escalated, they have deputed responsible person to resolve the issue, but no work takes place. This i am hearing every time when i call them. Worst part is i have to explain them in detail every time, then they will transfer to their senior (Which takes 15 to 20 minutes), their senior also replies all above.
I need full refund of channel # 135, shorts tv active, inr 59 per month, activated since 6th nov.19 without my consent.
Also disconnect other channels as below -
Channel 270 : music active, inr 40
Channel 271 : music active masala, inr 40
Channel 278 : songdew, inr 20.
Also i need compensation & mental agility (As of 12th jan.2020) of inr 10000.
