My name is swapnil patidar, i am videocon's d2h customer. This is my
I'd[protected]. I recharged on 03/12/2019, which accidentally changed
To rs.3000 / - in lieu of recharge of 300. Then i also complained 10 to
12 times. I want a refund, yet no one with videocon coustmer

Till date 27/01/2020 is about to be 2 month, yet my problem is not solved, nor the
Customer gives an executive response.in the name of more information,
Call hold for a long time and then disconnect the call. I am still
Very bad experience has been received from videocon as well as i get a
Call on 18/12/19 from videocon and ask me to do another recharge that
You recharge 397 and process your refund. The d2h account has also
Cut the balance of 3000 from an account and has not given any refund.
Head request from you to solve my problem.

    I am a customer (Customer id[protected] of videocon d2h, my registered phone number is [protected]. I have already recharged of my hindi combo package on 22.01.2020 but still now not getting service. I called to videocan d2h custercare but they are unable to help and balance is deducting daily from my account. There is a massage showing "e16-4-channel is not part of subscription". Same massage showing in free channels. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

    I have paid twice to my Videocon d2h account but till now that is not reflected to my account. I spoke lot of time to customer care center but they are not taking care of my issue.they are cheated me so I'm very disappointed with this service

      Sir, my package is rs - 296/ month. I had recharged on dt.30/12/2019 rs.370, dt-09/01/2020 rs.100, dt - 12/01/2020 rs.100, dt-15/01/2020 rs.380. But they are disconnecting my tv channels contineously. I have called the customer service centre last some days regularly but they are not showing any interest to solve this. So pls, take a necessary action against the videocon d2h service.

        I have applied and recharged my account with rs 749/- on 16/1/2020 to upgrade my existing set of box to hd by having conversations with the customer care as it was not working for few days due to some technical issues.
        Despite several times contacting with the customer care representatives, the issue has not been yet resolved.
        Moreover they ingnore our issues by saying that they there is some technical issues at the backend server and put the call on hold for several minutes and at the end disconnect it.

          Dear concern,

          My Cust id is 77468340 have called customer care of d2h to complaint regarding channel no 308 is not reflecting in my set top box. I have complaint for same several times for the same issue. It is also informed by customer that the channel is shifted to active channel and i have to update my set-top box to HD box

          Few day back, it is said from customer end that it will be resolve by 5pm on same and on same day. I got a sms that my compkaint is resolve.

          Today when i called customer care, for same issue, they people that an engineer will visit at your location and will get the problem solve. When engineer came. He also saw that my set-top box is working fine. But active service is not working on my set-top box. He installed new HD set-top box but probkem remain the same. I have uploaded Rs 750 in D2H account at same the time for installation of HD set-top box. But all waste of money.

          It is a fraud from videocon D2H said and i want my money back and don't to use such fraud services.

          Dear concern, here i want to ask, why my complaint is marked as resolved, where same is not resolved as of now. I am still waiting for my solution to the complaint.

          I have called more than 20 time on company no [protected] in the hope of some solution. But company's executive always makes commitments (my complaint of 308 number channel not working and active state not working on my newly installed HD D2H Set top box) will not resolved. This company with named videocon d2h is making fraud via their executive by making unfear commitments for upgrading of theit set top box. Few days back, i have received a call from the company technician from mobile number[protected] that they are unable to resolve my complaint.

          Hence, my humble request to the complaint forum that kindly help me in refund of new installed of 750 approx. As company is not in the position to resolve my complaint and incapable of providing services their customer.

            My d2h consumer id is[protected].
            D2h provider is activating expensive channels without my authorization & not supporting either to deactivate (Being in lock-in period) & also refusing to refund. Customer care experience is worst, every time when i call, they commit that they will start working, they have escalated, they have deputed responsible person to resolve the issue, but no work takes place. This i am hearing every time when i call them. Worst part is i have to explain them in detail every time, then they will transfer to their senior (Which takes 15 to 20 minutes), their senior also replies all above.

            I need full refund of channel # 135, shorts tv active, inr 59 per month, activated since 6th nov.19 without my consent.

            Also disconnect other channels as below -
            Channel 270 : music active, inr 40
            Channel 271 : music active masala, inr 40
            Channel 278 : songdew, inr 20.

            Also i need compensation & mental agility (As of 12th jan.2020) of inr 10000.

              I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[[protected]]. For last 6 months, i am facing a lot of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes nonavailability of channels, as i am in cuttack, after the cyclone fani there was no signal for 1 month which i got repaired by a videocon engineer who did it in an unofficial manner. But still then 70% of channels were not available.

              The fresh incident is regarding my complaint on 22/12/2019 for which i got services on 26/12/2019 with a payment of rs 225/-. When i checked it was showing no signal available. Again i have complained to their customer care number [protected] email id' [protected]@d2h.com, nodalofficer. [protected]@dishd2h.com (Nodal officer sai ranjan patra), [protected]@d2h.com, anil. [protected]@d2h.com but to which they are not replying. When i contacted an executive officer of d2h service they assured me free redressal of the problem within 8 hours for the last 10 days that is not yet over. Every alternate day in the month of january i used to call the customer care and they will reply the complaint is closed by the engineer as the problem is resolved so give a new complaint. And i am really disappointed by their callous approach of the d2h provider.

              As it's happening continuously without any resolution of problem i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold. Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

              I don't want to use their services but, i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & dish

              I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                My d2h balance 400 rs deducted twice on 26th december from that day i’m raising complaints and they are saying 8working hours but till now it is not resolved and they suggested me to do recharge i spoke with more than 15 different people every time they are putting me on hold for for more than 45 min and call disconnecting
                Abhishek, govind are given wrong information to even though they are managers they don’t know how to talk and many people disconnected my call. They don’t know how much time i spent to reach them
                Finally after 17 days they are saying complaint close we had to raise again
                Is this the comedy to them
                I want tou people to take action an them
                Actually i had to pay 400 to them for relocation but the deducted 400 rs twice
                Till now i don’t have balance to recharge
                And they are not giving my money back
                Now customer care people are put my call on hold for hour and call was disconnected
                I don’t have choice to reach them
                So please take action on them

                  My videocon d2h cust Id[protected]. Mobile no [protected].i placed a request on 21/12/2019 with customer care for temporary suspension as I was going oustation for 15 days. The agent registered my request n said it will b done. Assuming he has done his work I just happened to cross check with the d2h cust care on 02/01/2020. N I came to know they have not even recorded my call made to them n completely deny I had ever called. The same story was told to me by their supervisor. This is an everyday story and customers are cheated like this n overcharged n the d2h company makes money at the cost of the customers. We do not have an option but write to u. I need my 12 days I have lost to be extended in my subscription expiry.
                  Kindly do the needful or let me know I will write to TRAI.

                    I called videocon d2h customer care on 29th december and requested for a new set top box and they have promised to resolve the query in next 24 hours and after that one of their dealer called and told me that we cannot provide this service to you and you can inform to customer care and then again i called them and asked for problem resolution and they given a deadline of 30th Dec till 6 PM.
                    but till now they haven't taken any action and this is not the first time they did it i suffered in the past also because of them.

                    I appeal to take a strict action against them.

                      I have recharged 201 on 29th december 2019. But yet our channel has not activated after so many complaints to videocon customer service but they are not responding. My videocon i'd is[protected]. Previously our d2h had some problems, i agree that you engineer had visited and solve regarding signal it might be dated 14th july this year and we provided 200 rupees on cash to him. After 3 to 4 days same problems again arised and your company told me we will provide engineer visit free of cost. Then after 4 to 6 month i will recharge an amount 201 but our channel is not activating and after complaining they said you have zero account balance as all amount deducted for engineer visit. We want our service immediately.. Other wise i will complain higher authority.

                              Inb bharat business channel l tech_baratb payments — videocon d2h recharge is not successful

This recharge has not been succesful but the amount of inr 300.00 has already been debited from my state bank of india account showing as - to transfer inb bharat business channel l tech_baratb. Payments under transaction ref no [protected]gahrdwlf0 dated 16.12.2019, showing in my account. I do hereby request you to you take necessary action to pay me back the aforementioned rs.300.00 as early as possible.

                                I am lasy 9-10years customer of vediocon d2h id 21216057
                                Last 2 month my d2h problem not resolve last[protected] i had complaint d2h weak / signal not on my d2h engineer com and change lnb and charges of services rs2 00 and lnb rs.250 after 10 days same problem ignore but last 4 days my d2h totally stopped
                                I am register complaint no. S[protected],[protected],[protected]. So can register complaint last 4-5 days my time waste my pack is waste my money is waste, i can refunded my recharge and charges of resolution. Please resolve this

                                  Since almost a month i am facing pathetic services from d2h. The channels are not working. Also while change over the signals is lost for many seconds. Intermittently while watching the signals get losts.
                                  I feel like cheated and have wasted my money on the recharge. The customer care persons are not responding. Even making calls to them is waste of time since there is signals issues there also.

                                  Kindly help else i need to switch over to another cable operator.

                                    Hello Hello sir I am Jitendra Ameta your regular customer of Videocon d2h My Videocon d2h is closed for the last 4 days I am filing a Complaint from Customer Care for 4 days but my problem remains as it was, from Customer Care I got information that Engineer At the time of the visit, the money that he gave to the engineer did not get deposited in the company, because of this, the company deducted the payment from my d2h account, sir. The engineer was not in my house, your company was his fault or why was he being punished for the theft, so please solve my problem, otherwise I would like to close the connection of which videocon d2h and take the connection of another d2h company. I would like my already 4 days gone, so now I am giving you the time of one day, either you start my d2h or I refuse, then I look d2h from another company Employer Entertainment takes me thanks

                                      We are using vidoecon d2h hd dish since 5 years and the remote is not working from two weeks. We raised a request for new remote by calling to customer care and there is no other option also. We called the call center 6 to 7 times but remote is not delivered yet. Every time we make a call to customer care they say the request is cancelled but they don't know the reason. Please do the needful.

                                        Maine apna videcon account ko kuch din ke liye band karwaya tha. Aur maine bola tha jab tak mai call na karu mera accout activate na kiya jaye. Magar aaj maine jab activate karwane ke liye call kiya tha bol rahe ha aapka 26nov 2019 se activate hai. Magar aaj bhi koi channel nahi aa rahe the. Maine jab bola aap apne man se activate kyu kiye. Bol rahe the agent ne yahi date likha tha. Ye to galat ha apne man se activate karna pls mera paisa refund kiya jaye 26nov se lekar 7dec 2019 tak ka. Aur sare customer care wale senior ko call transfer karke call cut kar de rahe hai.
