My setup box not working since 26 of september i have made complain to videocon customer care for same 6 times, nearly it was 25 day my issue not resolved setup box not repaired nor replaced even after accepting for payment charges. Team unable send a setup box. Once technician visited with used setupbox not working condition and said will come with new box, from one month unable to get 1 box what kind of service

No proper response for customer care.

The customer care team is worst not in a position to what issue of the customer after giving complain, so many times would like to new complain every time not able listen about previous complaints and no escalating actions. From yesterday no action no response has taken by videocon team.

    I have paid the amount of 749 rupees to change my setup box from SD to HD. I have paid the amount on 13th Oct 2019 and the customer service told me that it will be changed within 24hrs. Till today, after 4days of payment my issue is still the same. No one visited yet. The engineer called me and asked for extra 200 as visiting charges. When i informed the same to customer care after that the engineer didnot respond. Every time when i am calling the customer care they are saying the same line repeatedly that by tomorrow it will be resolved. But till now the issue is same. Every time they are sending one message with a new complaint number. I have wasted 4 working days for them but they do not even bother about their customers. When I asked to refund my money and i will change my service to any other operator. Then they said it is not possible. They are simply taking the money without giving any service.

      I am again complaining against Videocon d2h services .2 days go I had made a complaint that signal are not coming they within 24 Hours an engineer will visit but till now noone visited .TRAI get number of complaints against them every month but why they are not taking any legal action against them IS TRAI CORRUPTED? I want to suggest to TRAI such companies should be black listed in India their services are worst why TRAI is getting complaint against only Videocon d2h not other providers

        My videocon d2h account no. Is[protected] and my name is Rakesh Gupta. I recharged my account on 25th September 2019 of amount 538/- for 1 month and today date is 17th october 2019 and my account got disconnected. Later I called the d2h customer care and I asked them the reason why it got disconnected before 1 month they told me that I have added the Add-on pack on 1st october which I did not activated and they charged me for that 200 rs. For 2 channels of cartoon and later i told them to send me the record they refused and told me we do not have any records and again I asked them then how did I activated they told me through SMS or website then I requested them for the screen shots of my request for activation of addons pack.. For this they said they cant send me.

        Wanted to inform you that these videocon d2h are cheating us and taking double the charges of HD channels and not ready to give the proper answer and also they activate the additional channels on their own.

        I hope you take the necessary action on these videocon d2h.

          Sir, I have registered a STP complaint over customer care number regarding signal not available problem. An Engineer attended and asked to replace the adapter since the problem exists in adapter. As per his advice I asked to replace the same but he replaced with old/used adapter and collected Rs.450(250 for adapter & 200 for service). Now the same problem often arises. I tried to get in touch with the engineer but he didn't attend the call. I reported this issue with agent who sent the engineer but I didn't get any response. Even both the engineer and agents are rude in talking. Please resolve my issue.

              Incident-1 -28-aug-19: - stb box not working complaint raised 4870762, after 24 hrs visit done by engg and suggested for stb replaced, after that stb not replaced 5 days. After that 5 days stb got replaced and services restored, huge delay in stb replacement, also false commitments by customer care and area service managers.
              10-oct-19:- complaint no 4885350
              In just 1 month time again stb not working, in just a month services goes down and now they are asking for engg visit charges and again my recharges goes unused for no know how many days.

              This is really pathetic services provided by operator, as a regulatory trai have to look in to this, why i pay if i not using services for days. This is not correct in interest of consumer.

                      I haven't seen such worst call centre services in any industry.
                      Staff is not properly trained, not fulfilling commitment, no fear on wrong communication.
                      Sr. Executive is not being present and hence communicating customer to call after 1 hr. time. It's not fulfilling TRAI Guideline.
                      I am also marking copy to TRAI authority with this mail so that they can keep note of the same.

                      Nature of Complain : services get disconnected
                      Issue : Recharged with OMNI HD plan yearly pack and before 1 year, plan get changed automatically to highest pack Platinum HD category Pack due to which pack get exhausted earlier than its defined limit. Moreover it was also not communicated by any means of medium.

                      While talking to Sr. executive Mr. Vijay(Escalation) on above complaint, i have asked for communication ref no and hence above no given by sr. executive. As per him, problem was genuine and credit with remaining amount will happen in next 8 working hrs. and asked to wait till 6 pm of 05Oct19.Mr. Vijay also told about no customer complaint no since he is directly giving mail instructions to respective team. At the same time, Ch 301 & 307 were not working though it was part of pack and hence it was reactivated by him and asked me to observe or else confirmed service engineer visit.
                      Now surprise from Videocon D2H and got another trouble. my pack price got increased without any notification again.

                      Again called up CC and registered complaint on 05Oct19.
                      They have again agreed that it's mistake by agent and will be rectified. They agreed to remove additional 301, 307 subscription and confirmed. Still 301 additional subscription showing online. Also wrong NCF charges also reflecting.

                      While talking to CC again today when my services got disconnected completely, once i have been told to call after 30 min and again after 5 min been told to call after 1 Hr. since no Sr. executives available so asked to call once night shift incharge joins duty. How ridiculous is this system?

                      This is leading to Cheating, Fraud & harassment case on Videocon D2H.

                        Dear trai,

                        I am purchased a new videocon d2h connection through their website on 13.09.19. I paid 1799rupees through online payment. That time i got a message from videocon d2h that is your product will be delivered and installed by our engineers within 48 working hours.

                        But sir till date i don't get the product. I called several time their customercare number everytime they said after 8 working hours u will get your connection. But i don't get. Nobody was called me.

                        Then i tried to call their nodal officer number but that number is not exist.

                        They are cheating me. I already paid the amount of 1799rs. Now 27 days gone.
                        I didnot get my connection. I am cheated.

                        Please take an action against videocon d2h. I have the documents. I have the screenshots and i have my bank statement. I am recorded customer care calls and their store manger calls. He told me arround 32 new connections are still pending. They all are paid through online payment. But the product is out if stock. He said what i do i am helpless.

                        But sir this is a big mistake from videocon d2h. Because already they know theire products are out of stock. But they are not mentioned the website also they are collected new payments from too much people's.

                        So please take an action against videocon d2h and one more thing i want compensation. Kindly do the needful.

                          My account was disconnected due insufficient balance, i recharge rs 800, then i refreshed my account, after 30mins, service didn't start, then i called customer care, he told, your account will be refresh after 10 mins, after 20mins, i again call to customer care, he told your account is disconnected due to some technical issues, and your service will active next day.
                          They are only service provider, they are charging too much amount for services,
                          What the hell is going on. They are making fools in name of service. I miss my football match due to this.

                            I am a videocon d2h user. My set up box get defected. I complained on videocon customer service twice but they didn't even listening my complaint. They cut my phone in between the call. My phone was attended by their supervisor sidhi, he just cut the call and not even listened my complaint.
                            The complaint number are[protected] on 4th oct and[protected] on 5th oct.
                            I even recharge for 670 + 100 rs two days ago and still i didn't get the services.

                              Unfortunately i have recharged excess amount through my atm cum debit card number [protected] on 10th august 2019 and they informed me that they have reversed, refunded the excess amount rs 9, 735/- to my debit card, rupay card on 12th august 2019 at 2:35 pm with reference number [protected]. But this particular amount not yet received back to my vijaya bank ac [protected] with ifsc code vijb0002051. Kindly cross verify this particular amount rs 9, 735/- and reference number [protected] and refund to my bank ac.

                                Respected sir / madam,
                                This email is in regards to my refund from videocon d2h.

                                I had requested for a new connection via the d2h website on 18th sept 2019 and paid rs. 1799 /-.
                                I received a message from d2h stating that a work order[protected] has been created and a technician will contact me soon for the installation. The technician never called up and after multiple follow up i was informed that d2h cannot provide a new connection for me as there is a “local cable operator” issue in my area and cancelled my work order.
                                Since then i have been chasing the customer care seeking refund of my money but o[censored]se and it has been more than 2 weeks and i have not been refunded the amount that i have paid online.
                                I have now lodged a complaint with national consumer helpline and the complain number is 1648105.

                                I am attaching a copy of the payment that i made and also the screenshot of all the complaint numbers that was provided by your team.

                                Ps note - the customer care has also blocked my phone number and now i am not even able to contact your team for status of my refund. This is a great example of cheating.
                                Hope i will get a positive outcome from your team soon.

Company representative called me that on payments of rupees 1 i will get 7 days free watching of channel no 130. But instead of 1 rupees they subscribed their full pack of that channel, and my pack become 292 rupees instead of 246.
                                  This is totally loot of the customer and cheating too. So, please kindly look in to matter to control such loot, and order them to refund my extra charged money.

                                    I have a connection of videocon d2h, the set up box has hanged from 25th of september, 2019, i call to customer care and book a complain, they told it should be resolved till 26th of september but till now 4.10.19 it is not resolved by the service provider.

                                    Videocon d2h is a waste service provider as i ever seen. I have given 0 rating, please don't buy videocon d2h.

                                      I have been using a d2h connection a very long time.
                                      I have recharged d2h for annual pack of omini hd plan in december 2018.
                                      Validity of this pack is december 2019.
                                      Unfortunately my d2h has been discontinued in month of september 2019.
                                      D2h has been reduced my validity without any region and information.

                                      I have raised my complain with videocon customer cell executives on 26th september to increase my d2h validity to december 2019.

                                      I’m very sorry to say that i’m fed up with videocon customer cell executives, as from last 7 days i am continuously called but still problem is not resolved.

                                        I have used videocon d2h last five month
                                        And face the same problem. They add channel without my permission and deduct my balance. I am very disappoint. We do not know which channel they add without my permission and deduct my balance.

                                        I want they give some extra day as a compensation for this. And i want in future you never add any channel without my permission and do not change the my plan without my permission.
