My account was disconnected due insufficient balance, i recharge rs 800, then i refreshed my account, after 30mins, service didn't start, then i called customer care, he told, your account will be refresh after 10 mins, after 20mins, i again call to customer care, he told your account is disconnected due to some technical issues, and your service will active next day.
They are only service provider, they are charging too much amount for services,
What the hell is going on. They are making fools in name of service. I miss my football match due to this.
