I have been using a d2h connection a very long time.
I have recharged d2h for annual pack of omini hd plan in december 2018.
Validity of this pack is december 2019.
Unfortunately my d2h has been discontinued in month of september 2019.
D2h has been reduced my validity without any region and information.

I have raised my complain with videocon customer cell executives on 26th september to increase my d2h validity to december 2019.

My complaint no. Is[protected].

I’m very sorry to say that i’m fed up with videocon customer cell executives, as from last 7 days i am continuously called but still problem is not resolved.

    I have used videocon d2h last five month
    And face the same problem. They add channel without my permission and deduct my balance. I am very disappoint. We do not know which channel they add without my permission and deduct my balance.

    I want they give some extra day as a compensation for this. And i want in future you never add any channel without my permission and do not change the my plan without my permission.

      Dear sir,

      On 28th sep 2019 i have complained to videocon d2h customer care number for hd box not working indicating no signal. They have sent the same service engineer who came last time. He came and saw the hd set top box and saw in tv 'no signal', then he asked for remote control and i gave what i have been using so far. Then with laugh he said this is for standard box remote and give me hd set top box remote. This same person when came last time after changing to new hd set top box said instead of re programming remote, you can use standard set top box remote also. And he showed how standard set top box remote worked with hd box. And also suggested to buy from a local shop (Naresh electronics). This had happened last month when he came. Today he is laughing at me as if i am a fool if i gave the standard set top box remote. I told him not to laugh and said it worked so far and only problem is no signal it shows. He further said it will not work repeatedly. I called my younger son and promised on his head and said this remote works with this box, just check your set top box only. He said i am going i cannot work. He went down. By the time i switched off the power supply and switched on and set top box started working and i went down and said come now and i will show you how this remote works with this box. (Main problem is this set top box only works for 2 to 3 minutes after switching on power supply after that it goes to no signal) he refused and i hold on to his hands and asked him to come and see. He started shouting don't touch me in singular language. I got angry and said i will complain and go careful else you may meet with accident. He said 'complain to anyone i don't care and you will die by accident.'

      Then i took the hd box and remote. Went to their service center. He was there along with two more staff. As soon as he saw me, again using singular language without respect "you come here also, get out and grabbed my set top box and thrown on the floor and pushed me by his both hands on my chest. I told the other staff 'see his rude behavior, his attitude is very rude and i may have to complain to police. Then he stopped.in that center the other staff took the box and connected and showed me channels coming and i demonstrated how the standard set top box remote working in hd set top box. He accepted and said your set top box is working take and go. But when i came and connected at home as usual only for 2 minutes it is working and then only no signal. At the center also i said this but that staff said it will work don't worry. But it is not working.

      I request you to take action against that service engineer who behaved rudely. His mobile number is [protected] his name as per true caller is gnanavel. And change my hd set top box and make it work properly/ else take back your boxes and give me back my money paid. The balance is rs.6163/-

        As per my subject i paid rs.749/- for old set off box convert in to hd set top box dated on 28/09/2019 & same confirm from videcon d2h customer care dated on 28/09/2019

        As per my conversation dated on 28/09/2019 they told me box will be replacing dated on 29/08/2019

        But today 30/19/2019 till 1.30 pm set top box not replaced if called to customer care again 2 pm regarding same issue they told me it will be done within 1 hours

        But now 5.18 pm i calling customer care again same issue the told me their system dow the not able to provide service

        Videcon d2h not able to give me proper service

          I have done recharge on[protected] at around 9.11 pm until now recharges has not been done but the amount was deducted from my account. Tried to get in touch with the customer support but they could not provide the resolution. They are only cheating the customers. They are only saying to wait and forwarding the concern to the relevant team. I would request for immediate action and refund along with the compensation. Its been taking a long time to get this issue resolved. Totally disappointed with such services

            Just now i have spoken to the customer care.. I am very disappointed with the customer care service of d2h. This is the worst customer care service i have ever come across. These guys are mannerless and worst. They don't even greet customers, they don't have little etiquette how to talk with a customer. Today i have called a while back just to ask why my connection still shows the msg of insufficient balance while i already have done it. The customer care guy has started chatting and asked me to keep talking with him as he is sleepy. I would complaint about the whole customer care process of d2h to the concerning authorities of indian govt. And i will make sure that videocon either change the customer care or they completely shut this off

                I have not received any positive response from videocon d2h side or from their so called nodal officers. I have written more than 14 -15 mails but no proper response.

                Issue:-

                I was compelled to recharge customer id:[protected] with rs 1000/- which was given by videocon agent, who has replaced the old d2h box (Customer id[protected] which was having some defect or the agent has fooled us just for earning money.

                It was assigned by videocon d2h only after raising complaint over call centre.

                When same was informed to the videocon agent then he told me that by mistake he has not given correct customer id which is[protected].

                Then he took the set up box with him and installed it after some hours. Further, he told us to recharge new id[protected] and he has given commitment that recharge of rs 1000/- will get refunded within a week which was used to recharge customer id[protected].

                Now its almost several months, i am following up with him... And now he is also not responding.

                Where am i supposed to go for my own money.

                There are two account showing with the name as follows:-

                Customer id[protected] is in working condition and i want my invested recharged amount to be tranfered in my account customer id[protected].

                D2h agent is a fraud over here.

                  I am a very old customer of d2h, customer id 88554855. We lodged a complaint to d2h for issues regarding settop box on 3rd august 2019, the service engineer visited our place and took the set top box and told that he will call and let us know if it need to be replaced or repaired. Till date the person did not turn up. We lodged several complaint but they are closing all the complaint without getting resolved. It is a severe case of robbery.

                    Dear sir,

                    D2h not showing interest to solve technical problem. A technician came and charge 200 rupees wothout solving problem. He told me that d1h set top box having problem. To be replaced with new one. He came back 3 days later but falied to solve the problem. Then he told, a specialist will come to solve the issue. But its beem 25 days. Nobody came to solve d2h technical problem. 8-10 time i called to d2h customer care. But as usual they only trained to give fake assurance. I fade up now, i asked them for refund my money (D2h money rs. 1500). But they not showing interest to solve my problem nor refund my money. I want to close d2h account. I cant bear any more. Very disastrous company it is. I want my money back. I want to close d2h account permanently.

                      My inbuilt set top box with videocon tv is out of order, and the repairing charge is ₹4500, told by the technitian, and will come to me after 2 months. My subscription has already paid till 24th dec 2019. And an external set top box of videocon can be used in place of troublesome set top box, that too is ₹1158. But videocon d2h is refusing to transfer my existing amount to the new external set top box. So, why they are looting my money and time. Because i am not able to see the program since last one week, in spite of paid subscription till 24th dec 19. Trai, plz help me out of this situation.

                        On the fine morning of 22/09/2019 i call your dth customer service on[protected].
                        And it starts spoiling my whole day.

                        I requested to reset my channels as per my requirement and for the same i mentioned each and every channel. Which cost me inr 316.84. And i accepted the same plan and paid via recharge of inr 320. (Call recording available with me 8:40 am)

                        But my plan didn't changed as per my requirement and then i again called customer service number at this time ms. Rani picked up my call. Rather then setting up the channels as per my requirement she just set the channels in hurry without asking me and created a bill of around inr 396 / - and apart from this rather then explaining me any thing she just transferred my call to senior. (Call recording available with me of 10:02 am)
                        Main kehta reh gaya mere pehele channel set karo kisi senior ko call transfer mat karo mere channel set karo. Par unhone aisa nahi kia aur bill bana diya 396 /- per month ka.

                        The bad service yet not finished. The seniors also decline my request and told ki "30 day to yehi chalega"... Arey kyu chalega yaar.. Jo service maine li nahi hai uske paise kyu bhugatwa rehe ho mujhse.

                        And the very excellent thing is my complaint[protected] was also closed at 5.51pm without resolution and confirmation. Text msg screen shot attached.

                        Worst worst worst service...

                        I dropped mail to file the complaint but problem is yet not resolved.

                            Respective sir,
                            This is the complain number[protected] yesterday we have recharged our d2h account of amount 100 rupees and our service was not reviled so we called customer service and the costumer service executive says that we have wrongly taken twice a loan of 50 rupees on the same day same time. So that recharge amount has been adjusted so you have to recharge again, or take a fresh loan once again. When i asked them there is any kind of rule where your company alows a loan twice in a same time, so after they were telling me that yes its an company policy you have to recharge once again we can't help you. When i spoke to their senior deepak, he told me that its a technical error this problem will be resolved at 20/09/19. At 11:30 am. So once again i call today at 3:55 pm. But now im getting a new excuse that you have to for more 72 hours and im asking the name of executive so she's telling her name only sapna, when i asked her hers last name so she told that she don't have any last name. She's not ready to give her last name so is there any company rule??? And seniors are busy they are not free to take the call so the executive is telling call once again back.. When i requested i can hold the line but the executive disconnected the call... So please do the needful sir/mam im very fed up of this service.. So please do the needful..
                            And help us to resolve it.

                              My cust id[protected], d2h register complaint no.[protected],[protected],[protected].

                              From my account forcefully deducted rs.200/-.
                              When last i raise request for error "e04-4 smart card not inserted properly" in my d2h, unfortunately none of service executive visited my home, but i can see without visiting executive my home and none of resolution provided by service engineer still my d2h account deducted rs.200 and now d2h stopped due to low balance.

                              This is cheating, without visiting my home and without resolving complaint by service engineer, videocon have deducted rs.200 from my account.

                              I am requesting you please help to resolve videocon d2h cheating.

                              Now even after multiple complaint raised to d2h there is no resolution provided, even d2h is not refunding the amount as deducted.
