I paid rs. 1675.80 on oct, 3rd by on-line through credit card, to renew their services for six months from oct 7th on wards. After my making payment, their set off box went on a booting mode for updating my payment status. It didn't come out of that rebooting mode and videocon d2h services, tried to rectify it remotely but they couldn't do that. They then sent a technician who came and said that the set off box is spoilt and needs to be replaced. He mentioned that it will take over a week to organise a set off box as there are 200 people already waiting for replacements. On calling their customer care also confirmed of waiting period. I told them that i cannot wait without tv functioning for that long and suggested to them to cancel my account and refund my payment already made. To this account, i also wrote to them on oct, 3rd itself to cancel the services and refund the payment. On oct 9th, they got back stating that they don't have a policy to refund for which, i have again wrote to them on oct 9th itself explaining my situation and requesting them to refund my payment. And i have not heard from them at all. If you desire, i can forward to trai my communications with them.
