I recharged my d2h on 27/03/2020.
But not even single channel is working and they are can't even provide any customer care not even any call about it after waiting of more than 20min on customer care number. And now they do something which cause problem in remote because remote is working and suddenly none of its button is working.
My balance is now reduced every day and i am not even watched anything because nothing is going...

money debited but recharge failed

I have recharged airtel d2h and after payment money debited and show recharge failed the transaction reference number is 14079942 amount 219 was debited from my account but recharge shown failed. Plz help me out of this fraud site in google the security page of payment is not secured at that time....

I am shivprasad shelgavkar. I have a d2h videocon connection under user id[protected]. I had recharged my above said connection on 19th march 2020 with a-la-carte channels and basic pack. But service provider automatically added some add on channels in my pack without my selection of that channels on their website. Dear team,

I want to informed you that while recharging through bhim upi id for my monthly recharged, i have put my mobile no. (Non-registered) [protected] instead of customer id.[protected]. Even after recharge my set top box is not working. They have not provided any service yet even after 26 hours of recharge. Horrible service by videocon d2h. Please have a look at it. My set top box id is[protected] and it is showing error of e 100-4. I also had refresh my set top box as advised by videocon but nothing worked. So please look into the matter and help me....

My videocon d2h id is[protected]. During lockdown, while recharging my account it came to my notice that channel no. 214 ie. Rangmanch active has been added to my account. I have never watched this channel ever before. I am unable to delete this channel. I have been frantically trying to connect to helpline no. S for past 7 days (Call time exceeds 40 min. Without response).
I want refund for this unsolicited attitude from videocon....

Sir, i recharged my videcon d2h on 24.03.2020 with rs 300. After that my set top box is only showing error e100-4 dervice issue. Customer care not responding inspite of email three times. Today on 26.03.2020 i again recharged rs 200. All the customer care toll free numbers are also not attending my calls. I want my money back in my account and switch over to other service provider if they are not resolving the problem or else i will have...

Customer ID is wrong bt balance have deducted .
Your A/C XXX5430 is Debited by INR 250 at 15:47 on account of PRCR/[protected] this is wrong deduction so please as soon as possible my balance have refund....

I recharged my d2h account two times and d2h misleading me now

I made 1st recharge on 18th March 2020 but it's did not reflect in my d2h account. on next day I talked with customer care & he told me that you will get a refund of same and if you wanna continue then please recharge again. Then I again recharged on 19th and it also not done. & from 19th I'm contacting with d2h and they still did not take it seriously. It left me in between, neither I recharge again nor I can watch TV.
