I have purchased Sony DSLR SLT A37 Black Camera from Vijay Sales
Ulhasnagar Branch on 22/12/2012. but i have received the faulty piece.
There is problem in the LED of the camera. I want replacement of the camera with the new one or moneyback.

    I purchased Godrej Refrigerator in the month of Nov 10 from Vijay Sales. Came across cooling problem within 6 months. When contacted Vijay Sales, they said we need to contact Godrej Customer Care for the same. when contacted Godrej Customer Care, no one responded over a long period of time. For next 5 months, I attempted to contact Godrej Customer Care many times without service. During the last month of warranty, I called head office of Godrej Appliance and then got my compressor changed. Compressor again stopped working after 4 months. Then I was forced to extend the warranty for 3 years to get compressor replaced. What a great service experience.
    During this entire period, Vijay Sales said they can not help me.

      Purchased Panasonic Microwave open day before yesterday. Promised date of delivery was 15 Nov 2012. Since morning I have been waiting for the delivery. Contacted several times and got different timings for delivery. There was a time, when they switched off the phone. Contacted customer care and without inquiring about the actual cause, operator casually said that product will be delivered tomorrow due to some reason. Still waiting for the delivery because the driver called us and told I am coming within 10 minutes (before 2 hours). So, effectively they wasted my whole day. At the time of sale, Vijay Sales never mentioned that we will have to wait for another 2-3 days for engineer to come for the installation.

      Vijay — Delay of Delivery

      Dear Sir,

      We Have Booked Honda Shine on Dec 20th 2010. and also we have paid the full amount on Jan 3rd 2011. They said that we will delivered in with in 2 to 4 weeks but still they didn't delivered the bike. now there were no response. Please take some action immediately.

        Vijay Sales people would tell you that the computer you are buying from us has onsite warranty under which if your laptop is not working or has any kind of problem then you or your laptop doesn not need to be taken anywhere, infact a person from the company would come to your house and will repair it then and there. But when you would face any problem and you would call customer care then they would tell you that you do not have any onsite warranty. Information provided to you by Vijay Sales is incorrect. That means just for selling their product they would make you a fool. When you would ask them about this then they would start misbehaving with you. Please avoid going to Vijay Sales for buying any kind of product if you really want to save yourself from getting cheated. They simply cheat. Every one raise your Voice against these corrupt people. Please share this with as much people as you can and share it on Twitter, facebook and everywhere. Lets finish corruption. Please email me on [protected]@yahoo.com for your views.

        Vijay Sales — Wrong Warranty details

        Purchased Lenovo G470 laptop in the month of Feb 2012. Recently encountered with some problem in display and found that one year warranty period is already over in Oct 12. date of purchase in Lenovo online system is Sep 11. Now, Vijay Sales asked me to contact Lenovo only for service.

          Hi

          I want to complaint about the incorrect information given to and incorrect suggestion given to me to buy products that does not suite my needs. On 22nd of September 2012 I visited Vijay sales to buy a washing machine, sandwich maker and a 24” LED i decided to buy Samsung LED but I was advised to buy a Lloyed TV if I want to get more benefits and discounts. I was tempted by the sales rep to buy Lloyed LED TV as I will be given more discounts on it. During the conversation with the sales rep I had clearly asked if I can watch HD moves on the Lloyed LED TV connecting a USB devise and was informed that in can do that. The whole purpose of buying the LED TV was so that I can watch moves in my bedroom. After the TV was installed in my bedroom the first thing that I tried was to connect a USB devise to watch some of my favourite moves and to my surprise I found that the moves that were stored in my USB were not visible on the TV when connected, so I called Lloyed Customer service and was informed by them that the model that I have purchased does not support any video format and that I cannot watch moves via USB.

          I was really disappointed after I came to know that the model that I been recommended and sold to me does not support any video format and that I cannot watch moves via USB, so I called and spoke to the same sales rep at Vijay sales and to my surprised the sales rep mentioned that only few formats of videos are not compatible with Lloyed TV and this was the 2nd time when I was given the same incorrect information again and then the sales rep promised me a call back in few Min as she wanted to check the information given to me which clearly shows that she was not sure about the information which was already given to me twice. after waiting for few Min I received a miss call from the store instead of a call so I called back the store and spoke to the same sales rep only this time the sales rep completely changed her words and said that no video will work on the model that I have purchased and completely refused to take any responsibly about the incorrect information that has been given to me and instead of apologizing for what has happned she refused to come up with any solution for the problem. I have decide that I will never purchase any goods from Vijay Sales because the sales rep over there are just interested in making a sale and can provide incorrect and misleading information to the customers and there is absolutely no after sale customer service . I have decided to take this as further as I can.

My TV has been replaces with what i was expecting, and the service that i received from Vijay Sales after i complaint was just amassing. i have no regrets.

            Why you are set up a customer care unit if you don’t understand how to take care of your customers???????

            I had purchased LCD TV Model No. 32HV10 on 20th May 2012 from Vijay Sales vide Invoice No.12-GDB05-12SICD 1326.
            Since 20th September 2012 there are some vertical lines are coming on my TV screen and also colours are get blurred automatically. I had already launched complaint on dated 22nd September 2012 at Vijay Sales Vide Complaint No.1209B221226 and also complaint launched at Toshiba Customer Care vide Complaint No.[protected].
            After several calls and reminder given to your entire customer care team finally your customer care executive (technician) had visit at my residence on 27th of September 2012 that means after 5days from complaint date.
            After checking and inspecting entire TV and function, your technician has told that LCD can not be repaired and it will replace by giving new TV against my said complaint. The duration for replacement has been conveyed by your technician is one month.
            How could you keep pending the complaint for such a huge period of 1 month when the product had been purchased just before 123 days. Why you are set up a customer care unit if you don’t understand how to take care of your customers. I don’t expect such a worst service and defective product from a reputed brand like “Vijay Sales” and “Thoshiba”.
            If I have not received your favorable reply regarding replacement against the defective product in 24 hours time then you are forcing me to take legal action against the same.

              On August 26th 2012 at around 2:30pm I went to Vijay Sales Pune (Satara Road) to buy Water Purifier. I asked the executive about the features and he explained me very well. I asked the executive that if I purchased this now then how much time does it take for you guys to send me the fitter at my place to complete the fitting of my purifier. He said “SIR I ASSURE YOU THAT TOMMOROW BEFORE 06:00 TO 08:00PM OUR SERVICE MAN WOULD BE THERE AT YOUR PLACE”. Before I made the payment I again asked him and he said the same thing. (BIG LIER)
              Finally I purchased it and next day which is today I was waiting for their call. But no one bothers to call me or try to update their value customers about their delivery.
              Finally, I called them at around evening 06:30pm to check. The lady gave me their Manager’s contact number which is +91 [protected]. I called him and he said don’t worry sir I’ll call you after 15 minutes. I was waiting for his call and finally he called me and conference me with Sachin. He said Sir I’ll today we have an off so it is not possible.
              Tell you what I was so angry because on August 26th my father who already made the advance payment of 2000/- Rs at ORANGE HOME APLICANCE (Lakshmi Road) opposite Ranka Jewelry. I cancelled that order from Orange just because I thought that that VIJAY SALES service would be on time. But I was wrong they really cheat their customers and they don’t even look after their customers. They are so busy with their own stuffs that they don’t even have time to give additional information to their valuable customers.
              Anyways, just now 07:56pm I called Sachin +91 [protected] and he said Sir I’ll give the engineer number and he gave to two numbers +91 [protected] (Pawan) & +91 [protected] (Shryash) and after a long waiting Pawan answered and very casually said that today at around 3:00pm we have received your complained and hopefully we will be at your place before 4:30pm.
              I really want someone to look into this matter so that the other customer should not face these kind of service from them in future.

              Vijay Sales — Difference in payment

              I bought a washing machine from vijay sales on 15th august were they charge Rs.14290/- for the same but at the time of delivery they gave me the bill of 13890/-. I am asking them for the diffrence but not getting any reply from there side. Regards....... Manish

                Hi, this is Dr. Irfan.A. Hamidani.I am doctor by profession. Working at sterlings hospitals gurukul memnagar ahmedabad since last 5 years. Today i went to vijay sales krusnabaug maninagar ahmedabad branch to buy an SMART LED SAMSUNG TV AND A WHIRLPOOL 300 LITR. REFRIGERATOR AT 4. 30 PM ON 20TH AUGUST 2012.
                I selected the model and understood the entire process. The sales man had explained me if i want to go by finance that would be possible for me. i agreed on that.They asked me my entire details which i have given them including the xerox of my driving licence, my identity card of doctor. pan card no,electricity bill,salary slip of last 6 months,one blank cheque of BANK OF INDIA, R.C. BOOK OF MY CAR.
                They told me that they will do the process and let me know as soon as possible as i had asked them to deliver me the products by tmw as tms is our EID on which they agreed and told me to wait for 3 hrs. they will inform me within 3 hrs.
                At 8 pm one of the sales person mr. aashish and mr. tejas called me and told me that ur finance would not be possible and ur application is rejected.I asked them the reason. they told me that it is from higher level and i am coming in a negelcted zone and a negative area.
                So does it mean that AS I AM MUSLIM AND I AM STAYING IN A MUSLIM AREA SHAHEALAM ROZA AHMEDABAD u will reject me. I was really shocked with the statement.If such is the scenario with VIJAYSALES IN AHMEDABAD IT WOULD BE THE SAME EVERYWEHERE.
                DONT WE HAVE RIGHT TO BUY THE PRODUCTS IN FINANCE.
                WE ARE NOT TERRORISTS.I AM COMING FROM VERY REPUTATED FAMILY WITH MY FATHER BEING A LAWYER AT GUJARAT HIGH COURT, MY ELDER BROTHER BEING A DOCTOR.WHAT ELSE PROOF DO U WANT TO US TO PROVE OURSELVES.
                THIS IS REALLY ABSURD AND RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOUR ON THE PART OF VIJAY SALES AHMEDABAD. AND I WILL ENSURE THAT I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO UR SALES COMPANY.

                    In front of Shreyas Cinema, Ghatkopar - East, Mumbai - 75. The product is in damage condition and have informed same to Vijay sales shop but they refuse to accept the product and replace the same with new machine.As a consumer i request to help me to take a correct action against Vijay sales.

                      I have bought laptop of Sony in August 2011 from Vijay sales palm beach road, Vashi.At the time of purchase the Vijay sales persons told that all the services provided by us on the product. But now i am facing some hardware and soft ware problem in my laptop and when i gave at the Vijay sales they are saying that we are not responsible for it you have to go Sony center for all the Service. Why they have commit for the services before any one purchase product from them if they are not ready for providing the same.

                        We purchased a branded air conditioner from Vijay Sales Janakpuri Branch . Unfortunate to say, it was the worst experience of purchasing any product
                        Vijay Sales- the so called Mumbai organisation is the worst and the deceitful company we have ever visited.

                        The prices quoted for the air conditioner were wrong and the model in conversation while dealing was different. Somehow we compromised on the same but even then the company stooped so low and the Sales man quoted the lesser charges for installation to sell the AC that time . However the same proved to be wrong when the AC company's service person came for installation

                        Further height to this incident- when the sales man vanished from the scene and the customer service from Vijay Sales asked us to pay the same amount as quoted by the AC company

                        This is not the matter of paying higher amount but the commitment made by the company were false and the whole series of events harasses customer a lot

                        Vijay Sales commits wrong prices and makes false commitments while selling the products and the same should be brought to notice so that this does not continues further

                        DO NOT VISIT VIJAY SALES ELECTONIC SHOP.....THE WORST DEALER IN THE MARKET!!!!

                          My name is Neha Gupta Pillai. I am compelled to address some issues to you as in the last few days I have experienced the worst customer service I could imagine from a company that says they have “45 years of Service”
                          I have made a purchase of an Air Cooler (Symphony Diet 22 E) from your store on 23rd Apr 2012, following which I have also purchased a Split AC (Lloyd FLS13A3C 1.0 Ton) on 24th Apr 2012. When purchasing Cooler as well as Ac, I was politely attended by your Sales rep – Arvind.
                          I have complaints regarding both the products.
                          1. The Ac installation has possibly done properly as there is water leakage from a pipe attached to the compressor. And in spite of lodging the complaint 5 days ago, and been given a commitment that a service representative would be there on Friday, no one has showed up at my residence. My husband and I have taken leave for this. Not only have we lost 2 days’ pay for this, we have kept aside other important work for this visit. But Lloyd as well as Vijay Sales has only given us false commitments and wanted our time. Repeats calls from my end and call backs from Vijay Sales and Lloyd have not resulted into anything but frustration.

                          2. Within 5 days of purchase of the cooler, we discovered that the cooler is throwing out water. The throw of water was so fast that within 5 minutes of turning the cooler on, the area at a distance of approximately 4 ft., of the cooler would get wet.

                          3. To address this issue, my husband and I contacted your store over the phone. We were advised to visit the store and make a complaint in the Customer Service Dept. We visited the store on 3rd May 2012. Your salesman named – Atish Niwate volunteered to help us. However his Malicious behavior has not only shocked us, but shaken our trust in your brand name – Vijay Sales!
                          The moment we started talking to him, without even listening to the entire issue, and without even apologizing for interrupting us, he spoke over us and chuckled saying “definitely this is bound to happen”. We asked him to listen to our concern first. But paying no heed to that request, he spoke over us again saying “see the cooler has to be placed in a ventilated room, and should be kept at a great distance.” We still advised him to listen to us first, then give us suggestions, but he did not want us to talk. He started raising his voice and started explaining us the mechanism of the cooler. By this time, giving up all our hopes that this rep would be able to help us, we insisted him to let us talk first, and if he can’t do so, call another rep or store manager, who would let us address the issue first.
                          Your rep Atish was so misbehaved, that he was constantly interrupting us, and mocking at our issue. Disappointed and annoyed with the way he was behaving with us, we raised our voice and requested for someone or anyone to help us. A floor manager then intervened and said he could help us. We however insisted that he first should ask Atish to apologize for his behavior and then only shall we state our issue.
                          He however didn’t do so and was more interested in pushing the misbehavior and misconduct of Atish under the carpet, and sidelining the misbehavior of Atish.

                          4. What is more shocking or annoying is that when a servicing representative from Symphony (Pradeep Kumar), visited my house for attending the complaint, He clearly said “under no circumstance should this cooler throw out water.” Ironical to what Atish Mockingly said “Defintely Cooler hai toh Paani Bahar Ayega hi Na..” this also highlights another aspect of Vijay Sales’ Salesmen – No Product Knowledge. My question here is, if a Sales rep doesn’t know about a particular product, why doesn’t he say so, lets the expert handle the issue? Or if he is wanting to HELP the customer, why does he mock and chuckle and interrupt and raise his voice on customers? And if this was less, he has to be told by the Store manager to Apologize….

                          My Disappointment here is that Vijay Sales is only concerned about customers when they are making purchases from your store, but shows indifference and utmost disrespect is customers come back with an issue. Your store/staff has not only disappointed me when it comes to customer relations, but also shocked me. Never would I have imagined that a brand name so popular, cares a damn for not only its customers but for the brand name itself. I have been ill-treated and my intelligence has been insulted by your sales rep – Atish. Off course he doesn’t care about your Brand name or image, but what has left me shocked even more that the floor manager also did not think ill-treating customers, or talking over customers, or mocking at customers is a BIG DEAL! This visit to Vijay Sales had definitely made one thing clear that Vijay Sales is interested in only Selling and not Retaining its customers.

                          Is this what Vijay Sales want to give its customer??? Is this the Image you want customers to have about your Brand???

                              I bought an Apple IPAD 3g worth INR 41000 on 12th Feb'11. Retail invoice number -73-DJK02-12SICD

                              560 from Vijay Sales janakpuri, West Delhi, New Delhi India 110018.Within two days of

                              purchase(14th Feb'11), My Ipad's 'homebutton' stopped working. I went back to Vijay Sales on 15th

                              Feb for which they confirmed that I need to go to Narayana Apple service station and get the

                              Official letter which states that the IpAD has technical problem. on 15th I went to Narayana and

                              got the IPAD checked for which they released an Apple care Service report which stated "Homepage

                              button not working"(No.1175) and told me that I need to show this letter to Vijay sales and they

                              can replace the product then and there. Immedialty I've reached Vijay sales and told them the

                              entire story and handed them the product for replacement. Today Iam writing this letteron 19th Feb

                              and so far I have no idea when I will get my product replaced. They are saying its getting delayed

                              from Apple's end. This is worst customer service from both Apple and Vijay sales end.

                              Ive been duped with a waste product for which I am running post to pillar to get this prodct

                              replaced.
                              Can anyone help me to speak to Vijay sales and get my two day old IPAD replaced.

                                I have purchased DELL make LAPTOP model - INSPIRON N 5010 , from M/s Vijay sales at Borivali (west) on 10 Feb 2012, It was doubted that while handing over the LAPTOP that there was exchange of the piece which was shown in original. As when petty pack piece was shown, after confirmation of the TAG No. on the piece and on the box , I signed my initials on the box, same initial sign was not available when opened at home also the TAG no. in the bill was different. I have reported the fact to M/s Vijay Sales next day, M/s Vijay sale has exchanged LAPTOP with new petty pack piece on 21 Feb 2012. I started having problems with battery for giving red indication and not charging the battery and not holding the charge in the battery in the month of Jul 2011. Same time the complaint for not charging of battery was given online to customer care on contact no[protected]. The online executive has given some suggestion for two to three time every after 15 days. The defects were not resolved even after following to on line suggestions. The laptop was taken to DELL authorised service center at Andheri on 28 Jan 2012 by my wife Mrs Neeta Jalgaonkar, Address – Dell authorised service center , A/ 336, 101 Ist Floor , Aisha Manzil, Near Subway , Opp. DCB Bank S.V. Road, Andheri – west, Mumbai- 400 058, Ph No.[protected].
                                The lap was registered with Dell service center for two defects - 1 . keypad ‘N’ key is not working and 2. Defect with battery - Battery is not getting charged , battery does not hold charge. While taking over the laptop, Dell executive has checked for PPID No. which was not available on the battery provided with laptop, he has shown same to Mrs Neeta Jalgaonkar and express his helplessness and views for non- renewal of batteries. As the battery cannot be renewed without PPID No. The cost of the battery is Rs 5000/- ( Rs Five Thousands ). I came back from my outstation duty on 29 Jan 2012. On 30 Jan 2012, I called Dell service center, andheri for insisting to renewal of battery, they have refused for renewal of battery without PPID No. As a customer I am not aware about the PPID No. on the battery , it is either to given by supplier M/s Dell with packed piece or by the seller M/s Vijay Sales where the seller opens the pack pieces. I have checked the PPID No. on the other laptop battery , which not removable so easily or cannot loosen / removed even after heated up of the battery. I am not aware how the removal of PPID No. is taken place. PPID No. is not been given either by supplier M/s Dell or might be removed by M/s Vijay Sales. There may be quality control mistake for not putting PPOD No from manufacturer end.
                                It is requested to register consumer non satisfaction case with M/s Dell for non-renewal of defective battery within guarantee period as PPID No. is not available and malpracticing for removal of PPID No. either with the manufacturer M/s Dell or seller M/s Vijay sales , Borivali (west ).

                                    I Anil Singh purchased LG washing machine (LG WM (T9022PFRV)from vijay sales (borivali) on 27th October 2011 . The person for demo after many calls came 5 days after purchase of the above mentioned product, after he attached all the machine the demo given by him was not satisfactory, we asked him to for proper guidance he assured his senior will visit us, which never happend till today i.e 5th November 2011. Inspite o[censored]ncountable repetitive calls. The person came to us on demo once on verbal communication on phone mentioned him self that there was a leakage in some pipe which he did not mention on the date he came for demo. On asking him to come says can not visit us unless gets order from company. We are fed up we keep on giving many calls every day but we got no response. We will highly obliged if looked after the matter on urgent basis. Looking for positive response.

                                      My name is Bilal Kothawala and I am from Ahmedabad. I ordered one Washing Machine (Model: LG WM T7222PFFC) before 7 days and the payment mode was cash from Ahmedabad (Showroom: C G Road, Panchvati, Opp Havmor) . It has been a week now that we haven't got the machine. I don't what to do now, apart from sending you this complaint.
                                      The machine which got delivered after 2 days of order, was of 8 KG instead of 6.5 KG which we ordered. We informed the showroom's sales rep. to kindly replace the machine as it was mistakenly delivered, then it took another 2 days to give us a new machine which was again a damaged piece. I have been trying the showroom's number and and they are just taking me for granted. I am now fed up and really frustrated, the people there are so annoying. They don't receive my calls, sometimes they receive my call and just do hang ups saying that we will call you back later. I also visited the showroom on Saturday and the bloody Manager there was so confident in committing the delivery on Sunday, due to which my mom stayed at home the whole day waiting for the delivery and doing follow up calls to their sales rep. till night 10, cancelling all her plans. And it is Monday night now and yet the delivery is not done. This piece of is the feedback of their service.

                                      This is the most pathetic service I have ever received from somewhere in my whole life. Its really frustrating for us to do such follow ups to get a machine inspite of giving cash payment on time. The situation has come to an extent where we are begging for the product.

                                      I don't understand why these guys are so careless. Its a big question mark on their Reputation.
                                      And Also, if this is the case at the time of the delivery of the product, then I really wonder what's going to happen if some problem will arise in the machine.

                                      Up till now I was purchasing all our electronics from Sales India and this was the first and also last time that I opted for Vijay Sales. I will make sure that none of my family members, relatives, and all my other friends will buy anything from you people. This is something that is not at all acceptable.

                                        I am highly disappointed with the the LG fridge which I received from Vijay Sales Hadapsar in the month of May 2011. The fridge I received did not do any cooling so..I lodged the compalin and..........
                                        1. after 25 days the technician came and reviewed the fault
                                        2. again after 15 days the technician came and refilled the gas
                                        3. it worked for 10 days and then again resulted in same problem
                                        4. I reported a complain and then after 1.5 months technician came and asked to replace the fridge.
                                        5. It got replace after 20 days
                                        6. The replaced fridge rings ALARAM after every 5 mins and stops cooling.
                                        7. I again register the complain. after 4 days I receive a call from customer service to PUT COCONUT OIL IN THE ALARAM SWITCH TO STOP THIS malfunction. ( WHat NONSENSE )

                                        SO SINCE 5 MONTHS I HAVE PURCHASED THE FRIDGE I AM NOT ABLE TO USE IT. Pleas help ....
