I purchased a Panasonic 42 inch 3D TV on 13 Oct 2013. As a process the TV gets delivered the following day which is on 14th Oct. The Tv after multiple requests was finally delivered at 9.45pm. To my utter surprise it was an Open Box piece. The delivery boys as usual said "Sir we open to verify", first false statement. When they took out of the TV, I could make out from the various screw points and Ports that the TV was used in the Demo section. Also the Box was very old and almost tattered. I went immediately to the Vijay Sales GB Road Thane branch and to my right instinct I saw that there was no more Demo TV on that place. As it was almost 10pm only the Store Managers were available and as usual, they are lost and unaware of anything. Today I have escalated to Panasonic but did not receive any feedback. I have also escalated to Vijay Sales HO, they have requested for an hours time. I am confident that they would be coming up with one of the out of the world's reason of such a mistake and also would feel million time sorry for the same TV's unavailability or not being able to deliver.. This is highly unethical and bad business practice for a showroom of this name and fame so called.

As usual I receive a call from Vijay Sales Manager after my repeated calls and I am now being told that they are checking with Panasonic for a new Packed piece. I asked does it mean you don't have any piece readily available but he never gave any satisfactory response. Now I am sure Panasonic will take its own sweet time and so is Vijay Sales. This is our Incredible Indian Customer Service. As I have already fully paid, I cannot do anything but just to bear this nonsense.

    I Just Bought a Bosch Refrigerator From Vijay Sales in Faridabad. Purchase Date 22nd Sep 2013. I made the Payment and i was promised the delivery with in 3 hours. While the product was the Demo product , i told them to give me a new one. The Product had a problem on the front door which seems to be repainted . The sales rep told me they will clean it and send the product to me. When i received the product the patch on the front door was still visible and there was a 5 inch dent on the right side of the refrigerator. The Delivery guys told its not their mistake. When i called back the Store i was shocked with the response. I was told that if you can bear with it please keep it with you. This made me think why did i purchased the product from vijay sales. Anyways now the store does not have another one is spare and they can't promise when will i get replacement. Also , when i questioned the Sale rep why did he sent the product when i told him not to send if the patch on the front door does not go off , to which he replied i didn ot check the same before packing the product. he did not do any inspection. Right now the defective product is with me and i'm ask not to use to till i get the replacement which they can't promise when.

      Hi my name is Rohit mathur , i bought an apple i phone 16 gb 2 days ago from vijay sales janak puri where i was told the price of the product is Rs 31,800 where as they said if you exhange any smart phone there will be a buy back for Rs 8,000 . I did give them my phone and the price comes out to be 23,800 however now when i am checking the online price it says Rs 25,999 . When i went to vijay sales they refuse to co-operate with me , they said once the item is bought we cannot help with that , I feel like i have been cheated big time please help me . i live in New Delhi . please help me . Your early response will be appreciated .

        On 10.08.13, we had purchased a L G washing machine model F 8091MD2 - Delivery Note V. No. 09-GE08-13SDN 359 in the name of my son Jitendra loyal. We were assured that delivery and installation will be done within next two days. Although the machine was delivered the next day but installation has not been done so far despite repeated requests. What is the use of making promises if they are not to be observed? Vijay Sales should contact the installation staff of theirs or that of the manufacturer and then only give the exact date on which the installation will be done.

        I am a retired Central Govt. Officer aged 80 years and the only person from the family to be available during daytime. Accordingly, my son had taken leave from his office for getting the installation of the machine and is waiting under frustration.

          I bought Eureka Forbes's vacuum cleaner from Vijaysales, Borivali(W), on 16th of July,2013. as per the instruction written in the manual, equipment can be use for 3hours non-stop. Actually, equipment stopped working in 2hours only and now not starting again.

          i registered the complaint with Vijaysales on 17th in the afternoon. as per the attendant, problem will be addressed and resolved in 3days. Today is the 7th day but no one from Vijaysales (being a seller) OR from Eureka Forbes (being a manufacturer & service provider) has attended the issue.

          As per the bill, the seller is not liable to exchange the product and as per the product manual, equipment/product sold will be examined by the service provider for sufficient time and then only replacement will be given.

          Service center personnel calling, twice in a day from last three days but no one has come till today.

          Vijay Sales — Nokia phone not working within 2 hours of purchase

          Today I purchased a Nokia-C2 handset from VijaySales (vile parle -w) and after reaching home when i inserted the sim it has stopped working.

          Bought sharp refrigerator from Vijay sales. it not functioning properly. all vegetables and food are getting wasted. and we have already done the compailnt to vijay sales for the same in same week of purchase. but till now it is not reolved and they not ready to replace it
          Ridiculous companies with the after-sales service and support.

            My Name is Niraj TAXXX. I am from Pune,India. Number : 7709XXX100.

            I bought siemens machine WM07G060IN on 11-July-2013 from Vijay sales for better service. But today Till 16th June New machine has need been installed from siemens service center. If while installation I will get such service from vijay sale as well as from Siemens service center don’t know what if service needed in future? I think my decision to buy is gone for toss .

            Problem : I Got new UNFORTUNATELY damage Machine (One leg is broken/damage). Till date it was not installed so no question o[censored]sing it. also since it is new , there were no problem about guarantee or warrantee. But I am struggling with my FIRST installation. Service boy told me that his senior manager will come for inspection but no one has come in spite of daily follow-up with both service center.

            Hope my voice reaches proper channel, I will get extended support in this matter. Either from siemens or from Vijay sales.

            Washing Machine — One leg is broken

            The day(8/2/2010) we received the washing machine one leg was broken from packing itself.I dont know about the customer care in kolkata what they are doing they are keep on telling that it will come within 1 week then 2 week so on.1 month has salready passed.So pls do simething as soon as possible.

              Ordered an A/C , took a 5 star for obvious reason however the delivery and installation was done for a lower star AC,

              Have raised multiple queries for solution but have been given commitment many times and no solution.

              Bloody chors! I am not going to spare them.

              Despite me running to the store and multiple calls i don t see any solution coming and its pretty obvious that your intent has been to cheat the customer .

              I am not going to spare vijay sales for this .

                I purchased a Sony Bravia LED model no. KLV32EX330 from Vijay Sales Opera House Branch, 29 Mama Parmanand Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Tele-[protected]) on 14th May 2013 and the delivery was to be done at city Dhrangadhra, dist Surendranagar, Gujrat, on 16th May 2013. Inspite of repeated calls to Vijay Sales no positive response has been received by the selling agency neither the TV has been delivered till date.

                  I Mrs.Mumtaz Batliwala inspite of several reminders to Vijay Sales opera house manager Mr.Shahid and Mr.Gurgesh of Bajaj Finance that allot me n.o.c. letter for clearing my old E.M.I. loan on refrigerator they are not alloting me since last two months.
                  Yesterday i went to shop i told them that i will not pay remaining balance of air conditioner E.M.I. untilll and unless u issue me a n.o.c. letter of refrigerator they are not responding my request hence i will stop payment of other items..
                  Last month i have purchased an IFB micro oven and within ten days it stop working i complaint on call center and vijay sales they demanded Rs.350 for that equipment i refuse to pay so they take ten more days to visit their executive they are un-neccessarily charging the amount.
                  So unless and until they will not issue me a NOC letter i will not pay remaining balance of other products.
                  Please solve this matter as soon as possible.

                  vijay sales (opera house) manager (MR.SHAHID) has committed that they would give noc in next two days;and today they have send a replacement for IFB micro oven but it was a used one and in bad condition;so i called to mr.shahid and inform him about the condition of oven so he told me that he would send a new oven...now i am waiting for a positive result ...

                      I purchased Godrej Refrigerator in the month of Nov 10 from Vijay Sales. Came across cooling problem within 6 months. When contacted Vijay Sales, they said we need to contact Godrej Customer Care for the same. when contacted Godrej Customer Care, no one responded over a long period of time. For next 5 months, I attempted to contact Godrej Customer Care many times without service. During the last month of warranty, I called head office of Godrej Appliance and then got my compressor changed. Compressor again stopped working after 4 months. Then I was forced to extend the warranty for 3 years to get compressor replaced. What a great service experience.
                      During this entire period, Vijay Sales said they can not help me.

                        Purchased Panasonic Microwave open day before yesterday. Promised date of delivery was 15 Nov 2012. Since morning I have been waiting for the delivery. Contacted several times and got different timings for delivery. There was a time, when they switched off the phone. Contacted customer care and without inquiring about the actual cause, operator casually said that product will be delivered tomorrow due to some reason. Still waiting for the delivery because the driver called us and told I am coming within 10 minutes (before 2 hours). So, effectively they wasted my whole day. At the time of sale, Vijay Sales never mentioned that we will have to wait for another 2-3 days for engineer to come for the installation.

                          Vijay Sales people would tell you that the computer you are buying from us has onsite warranty under which if your laptop is not working or has any kind of problem then you or your laptop doesn not need to be taken anywhere, infact a person from the company would come to your house and will repair it then and there. But when you would face any problem and you would call customer care then they would tell you that you do not have any onsite warranty. Information provided to you by Vijay Sales is incorrect. That means just for selling their product they would make you a fool. When you would ask them about this then they would start misbehaving with you. Please avoid going to Vijay Sales for buying any kind of product if you really want to save yourself from getting cheated. They simply cheat. Every one raise your Voice against these corrupt people. Recently encountered with some problem in display and found that one year warranty period is already over in Oct 12. date of purchase in Lenovo online system is Sep 11.                             Hi

                            I want to complaint about the incorrect information given to and incorrect suggestion given to me to buy products that does not suite my needs. On 22nd of September 2012 I visited Vijay sales to buy a washing machine, sandwich maker and a 24” LED i decided to buy Samsung LED but I was advised to buy a Lloyed TV if I want to get more benefits and discounts. I was tempted by the sales rep to buy Lloyed LED TV as I will be given more discounts on it. During the conversation with the sales rep I had clearly asked if I can watch HD moves on the Lloyed LED TV connecting a USB devise and was informed that in can do that. The whole purpose of buying the LED TV was so that I can watch moves in my bedroom. After the TV was installed in my bedroom the first thing that I tried was to connect a USB devise to watch some of my favourite moves and to my surprise I found that the moves that were stored in my USB were not visible on the TV when connected, so I called Lloyed Customer service and was informed by them that the model that I have purchased does not support any video format and that I cannot watch moves via USB.

                            I was really disappointed after I came to know that the model that I been recommended and sold to me does not support any video format and that I cannot watch moves via USB, so I called and spoke to the same sales rep at Vijay sales and to my surprised the sales rep mentioned that only few formats of videos are not compatible with Lloyed TV and this was the 2nd time when I was given the same incorrect information again and then the sales rep promised me a call back in few Min as she wanted to check the information given to me which clearly shows that she was not sure about the information which was already given to me twice. after waiting for few Min I received a miss call from the store instead of a call so I called back the store and spoke to the same sales rep only this time the sales rep completely changed her words and said that no video will work on the model that I have purchased and completely refused to take any responsibly about the incorrect information that has been given to me and instead of apologizing for what has happned she refused to come up with any solution for the problem. I have decide that I will never purchase any goods from Vijay Sales because the sales rep over there are just interested in making a sale and can provide incorrect and misleading information to the customers and there is absolutely no after sale customer service . I have decided to take this as further as I can.

                              Why you are set up a customer care unit if you don’t understand how to take care of your customers???????

                              I had purchased LCD TV Model No. 32HV10 on 20th May 2012 from Vijay Sales vide Invoice No.12-GDB05-12SICD 1326.
                              Since 20th September 2012 there are some vertical lines are coming on my TV screen and also colours are get blurred automatically. I had already launched complaint on dated 22nd September 2012 at Vijay Sales Vide Complaint No.1209B221226 and also complaint launched at Toshiba Customer Care vide Complaint No.[protected].
                              After several calls and reminder given to your entire customer care team finally your customer care executive (technician) had visit at my residence on 27th of September 2012 that means after 5days from complaint date.
                              After checking and inspecting entire TV and function, your technician has told that LCD can not be repaired and it will replace by giving new TV against my said complaint. The duration for replacement has been conveyed by your technician is one month.
                              How could you keep pending the complaint for such a huge period of 1 month when the product had been purchased just before 123 days. Why you are set up a customer care unit if you don’t understand how to take care of your customers. I don’t expect such a worst service and defective product from a reputed brand like “Vijay Sales” and “Thoshiba”.
                              If I have not received your favorable reply regarding replacement against the defective product in 24 hours time then you are forcing me to take legal action against the same.

                                On August 26th 2012 at around 2:30pm I went to Vijay Sales Pune (Satara Road) to buy Water Purifier. I asked the executive about the features and he explained me very well. I asked the executive that if I purchased this now then how much time does it take for you guys to send me the fitter at my place to complete the fitting of my purifier. He said “SIR I ASSURE YOU THAT TOMMOROW BEFORE 06:00 TO 08:00PM OUR SERVICE MAN WOULD BE THERE AT YOUR PLACE”. Before I made the payment I again asked him and he said the same thing. (BIG LIER)
                                Finally I purchased it and next day which is today I was waiting for their call. But no one bothers to call me or try to update their value customers about their delivery.
                                Finally, I called them at around evening 06:30pm to check. The lady gave me their Manager’s contact number which is +91 [protected]. I called him and he said don’t worry sir I’ll call you after 15 minutes. I was waiting for his call and finally he called me and conference me with Sachin. He said Sir I’ll today we have an off so it is not possible.
                                Tell you what I was so angry because on August 26th my father who already made the advance payment of 2000/- Rs at ORANGE HOME APLICANCE (Lakshmi Road) opposite Ranka Jewelry. I cancelled that order from Orange just because I thought that that VIJAY SALES service would be on time. But I was wrong they really cheat their customers and they don’t even look after their customers. They are so busy with their own stuffs that they don’t even have time to give additional information to their valuable customers.
                                Anyways, just now 07:56pm I called Sachin +91 [protected] and he said Sir I’ll give the engineer number and he gave to two numbers +91 [protected] (Pawan) & +91 [protected] (Shryash) and after a long waiting Pawan answered and very casually said that today at around 3:00pm we have received your complained and hopefully we will be at your place before 4:30pm.
                                I really want someone to look into this matter so that the other customer should not face these kind of service from them in future.

                                Vijay Sales — Difference in payment

                                I bought a washing machine from vijay sales on 15th august were they charge Rs.14290/- for the same but at the time of delivery they gave me the bill of 13890/-. I am asking them for the diffrence but not getting any reply from there side. Regards....... Manish

                                  Hi, this is Dr. Irfan.A. Hamidani.I am doctor by profession. Working at sterlings hospitals gurukul memnagar ahmedabad since last 5 years. Today i went to vijay sales krusnabaug maninagar ahmedabad branch to buy an SMART LED SAMSUNG TV AND A WHIRLPOOL 300 LITR. REFRIGERATOR AT 4. 30 PM ON 20TH AUGUST 2012.
                                  I selected the model and understood the entire process. The sales man had explained me if i want to go by finance that would be possible for me. i agreed on that.They asked me my entire details which i have given them including the xerox of my driving licence, my identity card of doctor. pan card no,electricity bill,salary slip of last 6 months,one blank cheque of BANK OF INDIA, R.C. BOOK OF MY CAR.
                                  They told me that they will do the process and let me know as soon as possible as i had asked them to deliver me the products by tmw as tms is our EID on which they agreed and told me to wait for 3 hrs. they will inform me within 3 hrs.
                                  At 8 pm one of the sales person mr. aashish and mr. tejas called me and told me that ur finance would not be possible and ur application is rejected.I asked them the reason. they told me that it is from higher level and i am coming in a negelcted zone and a negative area.
                                  So does it mean that AS I AM MUSLIM AND I AM STAYING IN A MUSLIM AREA SHAHEALAM ROZA AHMEDABAD u will reject me. I was really shocked with the statement.If such is the scenario with VIJAYSALES IN AHMEDABAD IT WOULD BE THE SAME EVERYWEHERE.
                                  DONT WE HAVE RIGHT TO BUY THE PRODUCTS IN FINANCE.
                                  WE ARE NOT TERRORISTS.I AM COMING FROM VERY REPUTATED FAMILY WITH MY FATHER BEING A LAWYER AT GUJARAT HIGH COURT, MY ELDER BROTHER BEING A DOCTOR.WHAT ELSE PROOF DO U WANT TO US TO PROVE OURSELVES.
                                  THIS IS REALLY ABSURD AND RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOUR ON THE PART OF VIJAY SALES AHMEDABAD. AND I WILL ENSURE THAT I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO UR SALES COMPANY.
                                  DONT THINK THIS IS THE END. I M GOING TO PUT THIS ON SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES SO THAT PEOPLE MAY KNOW THE EXACT PICTURE O[censored]R COMPANY.

                                      We have purchase washing machine worth 25,000 rs. from Vijay Sales
                                      In front of Shreyas Cinema, Ghatkopar - East, Mumbai - 75. The product is in damage condition and have informed same to Vijay sales shop but they refuse to accept the product and replace the same with new machine.As a consumer i request to help me to take a correct action against Vijay sales.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have bought laptop of Sony in August 2011 from Vijay sales palm beach road, Vashi.At the time of purchase the Vijay sales persons told that all the services provided by us on the product. But now i am facing some hardware and soft ware problem in my laptop and when i gave at the Vijay sales they are saying that we are not responsible for it you have to go Sony center for all the Service. Why they have commit for the services before any one purchase product from them if they are not ready for providing the same.
