We have booked A.C. on 1st may. As per our discussion with sales officer they have to deliver A.C. on 3rd may between 2pm to 8pm. But they are not picking landline whole day.Then we try customer care number 3 to 4 times. They ensure somebody called us or message us. But they did not do the same. Also one thing is about customer care officers, they just try to fool us. sir aapko call back ayega, sir aapko message aayega, sir me aapko 1/2 ghante me call karta hu. All this stupid things they told us. But nobody can solve this query & they are unable to give us right status. A.C. is still undelivered in spite of making down payment and all we are received fouls assurance.

    I am sorry to say this but had a very bitter experience with Vijay Sales Gurgaon centre (Near Huda City Centre) and completely fed up with their lethargic and insensitive attitude towards customers, once you have paid the amount. Bought a Sharp Window AC (V.No.: 91-HGG04-14SIAO 96) along with V-Guard Stabilizer and an Onida Microwave (V.No.: 91-HGG04-14SICD 785) on 30th April 2014. Issues are: 1. Some goon and unruly kind of people were sent for installation of AC who were asking for more than twice the amount quoted by the Vijay Sales salesperson (Mr. Rajeev). It was hardly a 5 minute work because everything was in place. Just the AC had to be opened and put up there (There was an AC installed there previously). Anyway, I paid the amount they asked but then they didn't even waited to check if the AC is working fine. They just left after connecting the wires. Just as they left, AC compressor started and technical problems started coming. AC is not able to cool and making lots of noise. Also, the voltage stabilizer is showing lots of fluctuation. I immediately called those Vijay Sales guys who came for installation, they straight away denied to attend the problem and said to visit next day in morning. Its been 3 days, they haven't come yet. 2. Tried connecting to Vijay Sales' customer care number[protected] for last three days continuously. Might have called like thousand times. No one picks up the phone. This is the pathetic condition of customer care at Vijay Sales. Worst ever. Finally got the manager's number at Vijay Sales - [protected] (Don't know his name). He refused to attend the complaint right away and told us to call the customer care number[protected]. I tried explaining him that no one is picking up the phone and pleaded to look into this matter. A new branded AC is not working. He finally said that he will ask the customer care people to call us back. There has been no call from the customer care department of Vijay Sales and when we again tried to call this manager he is ignoring the call. How does you got those "yes sir" etiquettes while selling the products. 3. We were told that some person will be sent to give the demo for the microwave oven. He will come after calling us. No calls has been received as of yet and seeing the attitude till now, I don't expect it anymore. I am going to refuse everyone in my known circle to avoid buying anything from Vijay Sales after this pathetic experience.

      Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that i had purchase one bajaj (TC2007) water cooler from ahmedabad dev arc mall vijay sales ( Mr.Tarandeep/Harshad), Yesterday i was stop working. today i complained regarding this issue service department of vijay sales ahmedabad ask me that they will not respomcible for service bajaj company will be responcible for services i told them i had purchase from vijay sales why should i will wait for bajaj service men. moral of the story, i dont need the product which can not work up to nine days. wait for positive revert.       The seller is not obliged to solve your products related problem. The manufacturer has to give you the solution or the services. The advantage of complaining to the vijay sales is that they are the customer of the Bajaj corp.and their complain carries more weightage as compared to the individual compain. Moreover products in general of Bajaj, crompton greaves, TATA etc are Useless so do not buy in future.

        We have bought Sharp Refrigerator from Vijay sales Maninagar Br, Ahmedabad, approximately 2 years ago. It has 7 years warranty. It is 580 lit. freeze. When they sold it to us we did asked regarding service. They told us that generally freeze would not give any problem and in case if there is any problem we just have to inform vijay sales and they will take care of the rest. Today my freeze has stopped working suddenly. On complaining they told that they would call us back but no call came to us. On calling back they again told the same. On insisting they said that they will lodge a complain with Sharp and it would take 3 to 4 days to get resolved. They did not want to take any responsibility to manage things as according to them it is not their problem... I would like to have a better service and urge costumers not to buy anything from the franchise as they dont keep up to their promises. Dr. Abhay Parikh

          This is with regarding purchase of item from Vijay Sales at Prabhadevi location, Despite apprising several times, that delivery would be required on 26th Apr 2014 the sales man has entered wrong delivery date i.e : 27th Apr 2014 and I am trying to reach out the concern sales man, my phone calls are unanswerable all the time and After calling 10 times, My call was connected to[protected] Vijay Sales telephone number, and even though the phone operator said will arrange a call back but still I have not received any call from Vijay sales. Next, I did my complete item payment, No due payment from my end still I have to face all such delayed in delivery. Very Poor service and now I am struggling to get the delivery today only (i.e.: 26th Apr 2014) because I will be not available in INDIA for next one month. the same I conveyed to Sales person and he agreed to delivered my purchased item in due course then I have finalized the deal. Please help me to expidite this matter.

            Hi, I had extremely bad experience with Vijay Sales, Hadapsar. Booked refrigerator on 29March14 for gifting it on my wife’s birthday (30 Mar). They delivered me demo piece on 30th which had many scratches from inside. I returned it immediately without accepting that delivery and called their customer executive. She told me that they will deliver another brand new piece on next day. For receiving delivery on Monday I took off from office. Kept whole day waiting and following up with their executive. She also kept me assuring the delivery by EOD, but delivery boy didn’t turn up and they were simply lying with me. Next day also I called them early morning and executive told me that they will deliver it for sure today noon. I again took off from office and waited till noon, but again same story. I kept on following up whole day and they kept on lying and taking excuses. After waiting till 21:00 hrs, I lost my patience and decided to visit Vijay Sales outlet. I went there and scolded their manager and humiliated as much as possible. Finally after lot of drama in the office and humiliation, they delivered refrigerator at 22:15 Hrs dated 01April14 (3 days post booking). I came back home verified the refrigerator (again it was without sealed packaging) and found that its keys and safety broucher were missing. I called them again and they assured to provide keys and broucher once it is available with them. I took that delivery as item was better than earlier. They asked to visit their office and collect keys. I visited their office on 03April14 for keys. Now once again these stupid people told me that, the key they were thinking of giving me of same other model is sold out during the day time and key is not available. I patiently left their office as don’t wanted to create same drama in office losing temper because of such shameless people. I kept on following up next day over phone, but no use. On 05April14, I got a call from Vijay Sales to visit office and collect key. I visited their office for the 4th time and finally got a key and safety broucher of some other refrigerator model which also works for Whirlpool Icemagic(as told by their executive). So my rating based on first and last experience with Vijay Sales is 1/5 (Extremely Dis-satisfactory, Poor, Unprofessional). 4 visits to office, waste of petrol, waste of time and 7 days just to finish single refrigerator delivery. Missed precious occasion like wife’s birthday & gudipadwa, because of their extremely poor service. I request all to choose your vendor wisely, better go with small vendors instead of big vendors in the city who doesn’t respect and value their customers. I will never refer and rather dissuade my friends, relatives from buying any item from Vijay Sales. Thanks! Chandrashekhar Dhande

                  I am a regular customer of vijay sales and i have taken many house hold items such as tv mobile vaccum cleaner, fridge from vjay sales but recently they have stopped giving their earlier red colour logo printed bill by the name of vijay sales, instead its like a atm slip which can easily worn out within 6 months then how can a customer keep this for a year as warranty proof and who will take legal action on them and whts this why are they doing this to us pls reply i wnt someone to take legal action on vijay sales now

                    I had purchased a Laptop Dell Inspiron 14 from Vijay Sales Pune in August 2013. It stopped functioning and I had to take it to Dell service centre. I was surprised to know from them that my warranty had expired in September 2013 and I am supposed to pay the service charges. On producing the bill they advised to go back to Vijay Sales and get the date updated with Dell. When I approached salesman at Vijay sales he prompted to pass on the request to his superior who said the process will take at least 10 days, it is a gross negligence on the part of Dell. In the days of mobile phones and Internet should it take this long.Moreover a company like Dell is to be blamed or negligence from Vijay sales which is cause for my loss. James

                      This is with reference to my purchase of SAMSUNG SMART LED UA40F5500 from Vijay Sales, Gurgaon. I booked this TV on 12-Jan-14, got it delivered on 13-Jan and by 15th or 16th of January Samsung engineer visited to install it and on 18th Jan DTH was installed, so effectively from 18th January I started using this TV. On 16th Feb I noticed that TV display was not functioning and even on turning On and Off the TV, the display was not coming. So, on 17th Feb (morning) I made complaint to Samsung and Your engineer visited my place on 17th Feb (evening) and he discovered that there is fault in panel screen and it need to be replaced. I want to inform you that it’s just a month I had purchased this TV and it’s approximately few Hours for which this TV has worked and there is a problem in it. It is a sheer manufacturing defect on your end and we are not going to compromise on the money which we have invested and the Brand name which we have gone for. It’s totally disappointing as the product which we have got is of low quality and we want our total money back which we have invested in it. We are not going to get it repaired by fixing some new spare parts in it. Either we have received a defective product from Vijay Sales or from Samsung. We are stuck in between Vijay Sales is saying talk to Samsung as we are just a dealer. If this matter is not going to resolve soon I am going to escalate this matter to higher authorities.

                        Respected Sir/Madam, I have purchased a Blackberry Q-10 phone on 02/02/2014 in the name of vasudha Gupta from your Indirapuram store Ghaziabad . After 6 hours phone is not working properly and I am facing heating problem and my data also damage due to heating problem. When i have visit ur store on 03/02/2014, your staff ( Mr.rajan and Mr.Dinesh) said they will send my phone to Blackberry service centre tomorrow and after that they will decode what will do. On, 05/02/2014, they said you can take ur old phone and problem is solve. but, I am facing problem last three days and now, I want to change my phone with new one. My experience is very bad with Vijay sales, because they are not deal proper and you have to change my phone. In future I will not recommend to any one for Vijay sales my experience is very bad.                         The AC has not been delivered yet.

                            We had purchased a 1.5 Ton Panasonic Air Conditioner vide bill no.75-DUM01-14SIAO30 dated 09/01/2014 from Vijay sales Swasthya Vihar New Delhi. When we were trying to get it installed, we found that there were no nuts and bolts in the unit. Further more there was Teflon coating done on the AC and the planet of copper pipe was not there.
                            I think it is a used AC and a replacement should be done immediately.
                            We shall appreciate if the matter is set right immediately .

                            Not received goods despite making full payment

                            I had booked 3 ACs for 97500/- of LG and 1 TV of LG in the exhibition of vijay sales corporation. I had booked on 3/1/2015 and made ull payment of 6/1/2015. Though assured of delivery in 7 days the above goods are not yet received.

                              I bought a lenovo g580 from vijay sales and in 2 months it gave me extreme problems. i get shocks from the buttons below the trackpad and it does not connect to the net and gives a lot of problem.They only sell tertiary products. Lenovo dint give me the service but what was more shocking was that vijay sales hardly helped me out. their service is very bad. please people dont buy from this store

                                I bought micromax funbook P600 tabler from ashram road, Ahmadabad in June - 2013. then i went back to abroad. Just after one month use it stopped working. I came back for some family function and gave it to repair. they send me to micromax check point at chinubhai towers on 16th October and micromax staff told me it will be done by one month. Now it was more than one month and still my tablet is not repaired and no one know where exactly it is. I called and did follow up on numer given by micromax but it is constant busy and no one answered. I have return flight tomorrow and met store managre Mr BHAVESH. His behaviour is worst and told me he cant do anything. I explained i have return flight next day then he suggest me that he will look after this matter and sent it to my relative. dont he know no one can send electronics itme to abroad in courier? I will never suggest any one to either vijay sales or micromax products. very disappointed.

                                  i went to buy samsung refrigerator model no. RT26FAJYASA at borivali vijay sales mrp at 19900 but in old exchange offer they are giving it in 18400 over all 1840x8 month emi so i get Dp 3930 so it coasting me 18650 in borivali +charging 250 processing only they refuse to deliever it at nallasopara then i went to vasai showroom to buy the same refrigerator costing 18400 over all 1840x7 month emi so i get Dp 6253 with processing fee 733 rupee so its coasting me 19133 in vasai pls help me 2 buy refrigerator i am nice customer o[censored]r shop i have already 2 product + why so much of vast difference is there?????

                                    i had purchase my A/C, double door refrigerator, 32 inch LCD t.v, dell laptop, washing machine, food processor. 3 year back i had purchase the refrigerator godrej make (double door) but after 2 year in my refrigerator burnt with unknown reason. i put up complaint for that but replay to repair takes at lest on month. unfortunately that fire in refrigerator take place in presence of me.before any disaster i take control on it. it was happen at morning 7.00 we are just going to office. 2nd case:- last month i had purchase food processor .but for demo vijay sale take 2week at least with to may calls.                                       I am currently having an extremely bad experience with Vijay Sales. I bought a PureIT water purifier and an Elica Cooktop on 20th October 2013. I was promised installation within 2 working days. After a lot of follow-ups PureIT was finally installed on 26th October (i.e. 6 working days). However, I am still waiting for Elica Cooktop to be properly installed. On around 24th October, a technicial from Elica had come. However, he was not able to install properly and said he will come back another day. On 26th October, he again fiddled around with the cooktop for about 2 hours and was still not able to installit properly (burner's dim setting does not work). Now, customer care of Elica is telling me some parts is missing! I am surprised and disgusted that Vijay Sales sells products with parts missing. And despite a week having passed, it is unable to instal the product. They are also not responding to my requests to refund the money.

                                      Finally, Vijay Sales and Elica sent a "senior" technician who, after an hour of struggle, managed to instal the cook top on 26th oct.
                                      The lesson for me is that Vijay Sales' claims of being sabse sasta (least priced) must be seen in conjunction with poor quality of service. If I add the 5 hours of my wasted time, it is no longer as cost effective.

                                      I have had much better experiece with Croma recently while purchasing other appliances.

                                        I purchased a Panasonic 42 inch 3D TV on 13 Oct 2013. As a process the TV gets delivered the following day which is on 14th Oct. The Tv after multiple requests was finally delivered at 9.45pm. To my utter surprise it was an Open Box piece. The delivery boys as usual said "Sir we open to verify", first false statement. When they took out of the TV, I could make out from the various screw points and Ports that the TV was used in the Demo section. Also the Box was very old and almost tattered. I went immediately to the Vijay Sales GB Road Thane branch and to my right instinct I saw that there was no more Demo TV on that place. As it was almost 10pm only the Store Managers were available and as usual, they are lost and unaware of anything. Today I have escalated to Panasonic but did not receive any feedback. I have also escalated to Vijay Sales HO, they have requested for an hours time. I am confident that they would be coming up with one of the out of the world's reason of such a mistake and also would feel million time sorry for the same TV's unavailability or not being able to deliver.. This is highly unethical and bad business practice for a showroom of this name and fame so called.

                                        As usual I receive a call from Vijay Sales Manager after my repeated calls and I am now being told that they are checking with Panasonic for a new Packed piece. I asked does it mean you don't have any piece readily available but he never gave any satisfactory response. Now I am sure Panasonic will take its own sweet time and so is Vijay Sales. This is our Incredible Indian Customer Service. As I have already fully paid, I cannot do anything but just to bear this nonsense.
