Re : Pending delivery of my Audio video system since a long time.
Dear sir, i have had the displeasure of buying an Audio video system of Mitashi ltd, model no. MX2007 chassis no.[protected] , invoice no. 07-pd05-10csi 2270 dated 31 st may 2010 from vijay sales prabhadevi branch. Delivered on same day. Soon it stopped working so i complained on 4th july 2010 for the first time, complaint no. 1007 mb040151, so the company person came around 7th of july he said it had some problem which he fixed in no time, my wife did ask that if the piece is defective it better be replaced but he convinced us that it will be ok.
Again it stopped working and i complained on 17th September, complaint no. Mb171421. No response from your side so i again had to remind on 25th September when same complaint no. As given by mr.Kiran earlier was now given by miss leena. Your person came to repair on 9th of October he said there was some screen problem.
Soon it stopped functioning again(third time) so i personally went to Vijay sales Prabhadevi and submitted it for repairs but strongly recommended a replacement. Challan no. A20296 dated 24 th nov 2010.
Since then there are many reminder calls given, some of which are as follows:
26TH NOV 2010 i called vijay sales after which they called saying now the system is being sent to mitashi and experts will look at it, when i stressed on a replacement rather than an extremely low quality piece that was originally given to us.
I also called on10th dec 2010, 12th dec 2010, 20 th dec 2010.
I personally visited vijay sales on 28th dec 2010 but till date that is 18th January 2011 i have not received the system nor any feedback. I must say that neither vijay sales nor Mitashi are bothered about the inconvenience caused to their customers, i wonder about the future goodwill of both your organisations. Customer care service and the value system of the people working for your organisation are surely NIL. I MUST SAY MY ENTIRE FAMILY FEELS CHEATED.
If you think morals are anything then you will instantly replace the piece which we have paid for but hardly had the pleasure to use.
