My name is Neha Gupta Pillai. I am compelled to address some issues to you as in the last few days I have experienced the worst customer service I could imagine from a company that says they have “45 years of Service”
I have made a purchase of an Air Cooler (Symphony Diet 22 E) from your store on 23rd Apr 2012, following which I have also purchased a Split AC (Lloyd FLS13A3C 1.0 Ton) on 24th Apr 2012. When purchasing Cooler as well as Ac, I was politely attended by your Sales rep – Arvind.
I have complaints regarding both the products.
1. The Ac installation has possibly done properly as there is water leakage from a pipe attached to the compressor. And in spite of lodging the complaint 5 days ago, and been given a commitment that a service representative would be there on Friday, no one has showed up at my residence. My husband and I have taken leave for this. Not only have we lost 2 days’ pay for this, we have kept aside other important work for this visit. But Lloyd as well as Vijay Sales has only given us false commitments and wanted our time. Repeats calls from my end and call backs from Vijay Sales and Lloyd have not resulted into anything but frustration.

2. Within 5 days of purchase of the cooler, we discovered that the cooler is throwing out water. The throw of water was so fast that within 5 minutes of turning the cooler on, the area at a distance of approximately 4 ft., of the cooler would get wet.

3. To address this issue, my husband and I contacted your store over the phone. We were advised to visit the store and make a complaint in the Customer Service Dept. We visited the store on 3rd May 2012. Your salesman named – Atish Niwate volunteered to help us. However his Malicious behavior has not only shocked us, but shaken our trust in your brand name – Vijay Sales!
The moment we started talking to him, without even listening to the entire issue, and without even apologizing for interrupting us, he spoke over us and chuckled saying “definitely this is bound to happen”. We asked him to listen to our concern first. But paying no heed to that request, he spoke over us again saying “see the cooler has to be placed in a ventilated room, and should be kept at a great distance.” We still advised him to listen to us first, then give us suggestions, but he did not want us to talk. He started raising his voice and started explaining us the mechanism of the cooler. By this time, giving up all our hopes that this rep would be able to help us, we insisted him to let us talk first, and if he can’t do so, call another rep or store manager, who would let us address the issue first.
Your rep Atish was so misbehaved, that he was constantly interrupting us, and mocking at our issue. Disappointed and annoyed with the way he was behaving with us, we raised our voice and requested for someone or anyone to help us. A floor manager then intervened and said he could help us. We however insisted that he first should ask Atish to apologize for his behavior and then only shall we state our issue.
He however didn’t do so and was more interested in pushing the misbehavior and misconduct of Atish under the carpet, and sidelining the misbehavior of Atish.

4. What is more shocking or annoying is that when a servicing representative from Symphony (Pradeep Kumar), visited my house for attending the complaint, He clearly said “under no circumstance should this cooler throw out water.” Ironical to what Atish Mockingly said “Defintely Cooler hai toh Paani Bahar Ayega hi Na..” this also highlights another aspect of Vijay Sales’ Salesmen – No Product Knowledge. My question here is, if a Sales rep doesn’t know about a particular product, why doesn’t he say so, lets the expert handle the issue? Or if he is wanting to HELP the customer, why does he mock and chuckle and interrupt and raise his voice on customers? And if this was less, he has to be told by the Store manager to Apologize….

My Disappointment here is that Vijay Sales is only concerned about customers when they are making purchases from your store, but shows indifference and utmost disrespect is customers come back with an issue. Your store/staff has not only disappointed me when it comes to customer relations, but also shocked me. Never would I have imagined that a brand name so popular, cares a damn for not only its customers but for the brand name itself. I have been ill-treated and my intelligence has been insulted by your sales rep – Atish. Off course he doesn’t care about your Brand name or image, but what has left me shocked even more that the floor manager also did not think ill-treating customers, or talking over customers, or mocking at customers is a BIG DEAL! This visit to Vijay Sales had definitely made one thing clear that Vijay Sales is interested in only Selling and not Retaining its customers.

Is this what Vijay Sales want to give its customer??? Is this the Image you want customers to have about your Brand???

    I purcjase of fridge from vijay sales palm mall vashi they delivered but i install the fridge fridge are not working i complain in vijay sales but they only give escuses not replacement

      I bought an Apple IPAD 3g worth INR 41000 on 12th Feb'11. Retail invoice number -73-DJK02-12SICD

      560 from Vijay Sales janakpuri, West Delhi, New Delhi India 110018.Within two days of

      purchase(14th Feb'11), My Ipad's 'homebutton' stopped working. I went back to Vijay Sales on 15th

      Feb for which they confirmed that I need to go to Narayana Apple service station and get the

      Official letter which states that the IpAD has technical problem. on 15th I went to Narayana and

      got the IPAD checked for which they released an Apple care Service report which stated "Homepage

      button not working"(No.1175) and told me that I need to show this letter to Vijay sales and they

      can replace the product then and there. Immedialty I've reached Vijay sales and told them the

      entire story and handed them the product for replacement. Today Iam writing this letteron 19th Feb

      and so far I have no idea when I will get my product replaced. They are saying its getting delayed

      from Apple's end. This is worst customer service from both Apple and Vijay sales end.

      Ive been duped with a waste product for which I am running post to pillar to get this prodct

      replaced.
      Can anyone help me to speak to Vijay sales and get my two day old IPAD replaced.

        I have purchased DELL make LAPTOP model - INSPIRON N 5010 , from M/s Vijay sales at Borivali (west) on 10 Feb 2012, It was doubted that while handing over the LAPTOP that there was exchange of the piece which was shown in original. As when petty pack piece was shown, after confirmation of the TAG No. on the piece and on the box , I signed my initials on the box, same initial sign was not available when opened at home also the TAG no. in the bill was different. I have reported the fact to M/s Vijay Sales next day, M/s Vijay sale has exchanged LAPTOP with new petty pack piece on 21 Feb 2012. I started having problems with battery for giving red indication and not charging the battery and not holding the charge in the battery in the month of Jul 2011. Same time the complaint for not charging of battery was given online to customer care on contact no[protected]. The online executive has given some suggestion for two to three time every after 15 days. The defects were not resolved even after following to on line suggestions. The laptop was taken to DELL authorised service center at Andheri on 28 Jan 2012 by my wife Mrs Neeta Jalgaonkar, Address – Dell authorised service center , A/ 336, 101 Ist Floor , Aisha Manzil, Near Subway , Opp. DCB Bank S.V. Road, Andheri – west, Mumbai- 400 058, Ph No.[protected].
        The lap was registered with Dell service center for two defects - 1 . keypad ‘N’ key is not working and 2. Defect with battery - Battery is not getting charged , battery does not hold charge. While taking over the laptop, Dell executive has checked for PPID No. which was not available on the battery provided with laptop, he has shown same to Mrs Neeta Jalgaonkar and express his helplessness and views for non- renewal of batteries. As the battery cannot be renewed without PPID No. The cost of the battery is Rs 5000/- ( Rs Five Thousands ). I came back from my outstation duty on 29 Jan 2012. On 30 Jan 2012, I called Dell service center, andheri for insisting to renewal of battery, they have refused for renewal of battery without PPID No. As a customer I am not aware about the PPID No. on the battery , it is either to given by supplier M/s Dell with packed piece or by the seller M/s Vijay Sales where the seller opens the pack pieces. I have checked the PPID No. on the other laptop battery , which not removable so easily or cannot loosen / removed even after heated up of the battery. I am not aware how the removal of PPID No. is taken place. PPID No. is not been given either by supplier M/s Dell or might be removed by M/s Vijay Sales. There may be quality control mistake for not putting PPOD No from manufacturer end.
        It is requested to register consumer non satisfaction case with M/s Dell for non-renewal of defective battery within guarantee period as PPID No. is not available and malpracticing for removal of PPID No. either with the manufacturer M/s Dell or seller M/s Vijay sales , Borivali (west ).

            I Anil Singh purchased LG washing machine (LG WM (T9022PFRV)from vijay sales (borivali) on 27th October 2011 . The person for demo after many calls came 5 days after purchase of the above mentioned product, after he attached all the machine the demo given by him was not satisfactory, we asked him to for proper guidance he assured his senior will visit us, which never happend till today i.e 5th November 2011. Inspite o[censored]ncountable repetitive calls. The person came to us on demo once on verbal communication on phone mentioned him self that there was a leakage in some pipe which he did not mention on the date he came for demo. On asking him to come says can not visit us unless gets order from company. We are fed up we keep on giving many calls every day but we got no response. We will highly obliged if looked after the matter on urgent basis. Looking for positive response.

              My name is Bilal Kothawala and I am from Ahmedabad. I ordered one Washing Machine (Model: LG WM T7222PFFC) before 7 days and the payment mode was cash from Ahmedabad (Showroom: C G Road, Panchvati, Opp Havmor) . It has been a week now that we haven't got the machine. I don't what to do now, apart from sending you this complaint.
              The machine which got delivered after 2 days of order, was of 8 KG instead of 6.5 KG which we ordered. We informed the showroom's sales rep. to kindly replace the machine as it was mistakenly delivered, then it took another 2 days to give us a new machine which was again a damaged piece. I have been trying the showroom's number and and they are just taking me for granted. I am now fed up and really frustrated, the people there are so annoying. They don't receive my calls, sometimes they receive my call and just do hang ups saying that we will call you back later. I also visited the showroom on Saturday and the bloody Manager there was so confident in committing the delivery on Sunday, due to which my mom stayed at home the whole day waiting for the delivery and doing follow up calls to their sales rep. till night 10, cancelling all her plans. And it is Monday night now and yet the delivery is not done. This piece of is the feedback of their service.

              This is the most pathetic service I have ever received from somewhere in my whole life. Its really frustrating for us to do such follow ups to get a machine inspite of giving cash payment on time. The situation has come to an extent where we are begging for the product.

              I don't understand why these guys are so careless. Its a big question mark on their Reputation.
              And Also, if this is the case at the time of the delivery of the product, then I really wonder what's going to happen if some problem will arise in the machine.

              Up till now I was purchasing all our electronics from Sales India and this was the first and also last time that I opted for Vijay Sales. I will make sure that none of my family members, relatives, and all my other friends will buy anything from you people. This is something that is not at all acceptable.

                I am highly disappointed with the the LG fridge which I received from Vijay Sales Hadapsar in the month of May 2011. The fridge I received did not do any cooling so..I lodged the compalin and..........
                1. after 25 days the technician came and reviewed the fault
                2. again after 15 days the technician came and refilled the gas
                3. it worked for 10 days and then again resulted in same problem
                4. I reported a complain and then after 1.5 months technician came and asked to replace the fridge.
                5. It got replace after 20 days
                6. The replaced fridge rings ALARAM after every 5 mins and stops cooling.
                7. I again register the complain. after 4 days I receive a call from customer service to PUT COCONUT OIL IN THE ALARAM SWITCH TO STOP THIS malfunction. ( WHat NONSENSE )

                SO SINCE 5 MONTHS I HAVE PURCHASED THE FRIDGE I AM NOT ABLE TO USE IT. Pleas help ....

                  Hello, I go to Vijay Sales to perches eureka forbes vacuum cleaner on 18th Oct 2011 and select one Vacuum Cleaner machine than I pay amount of Rs. 2490.oo with my Indusind Bank debit card. after payment I told to Sales Girl to check it at me for working or not, sales girl reply me that it is working you can take it, but even I told her to check it at my present. she check it but machine did not start. than I ask to give other Vacuum Machine. they reply me that it is out of stock. than the void my sale and give me void sleep but till the date and time I have not receive my money back or credited in my Account, Now I cant trust on either Vijay sales of Eureka Forbes products......

                    I, Jatinder Ahi, would like to highlight here the Irresponsible attitude of Vijay Sales Corporation (Electronic Store). I had purchased an Air-Conditioner and a Refrigerator from Vijay Sales - Pitam Pura branch somewhere around Jul-2010. The details of the bills are mentioned below:

                    Samsung Refrigerator - RT32CDLB, Hitachi AC - RAV018EQDZ

                    From more than last couple of months time, I tried reaching to Vijay Sales on their phone number & thru emails and mentioned about my complaint however, none of them have listned to, even no response yet.
                    I am really frustated from the services from VSP, even the centralized number of VSP-Pitam pura doesn't work and when approaching HO, then no action from them.

                    Can somebody help me in getting my complaint register against Vijay Sales, so that they can get my AC and Fridge on normal condition/ working.

                    We had purchase the TOSHIBA LCD television on[protected] from vijay Sales ( Maninagar Branch, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India). On[protected] there are problem in the LCD.We had complain in TOSHIBA through Vijay sales(Maninagar Branch). We got the complain no[protected]:40 PM). But we are not satisfy with the follow-up taken by Vijay Sales (Maninagar Branch). Till there is 48 days of complain but till it is unsolved and also not take any type of the follow-up by the branch. I request to you please solve my query and also take the follow-up of it.We hope you will take personal interest and also improve the quality of the service of it.

                      I have purchased a Sony HIFI Music Systems from Vijay Sales Pune Station, piece is defective as its CD system is not working properly. Customer Care number of Vijay Sales is washing their hand off and asking us to take the product to customer care of SONY.

                      The piece itself is not working I have purchased a FM Radio at INR 8700 I think. Anyways I will always suggest please do not buy any material from Vijay Sales as their post sales service is very rude.

                      Customer care man[protected] was very rude and not ready to listen to issue, he says they will give a call tomorrow, but till date I have not received any call from Vijay Sales.

                          I will never purchase a product from Vijay Sales any more or recommend any one to purchase because, I had purchased a Refrigerator & Washing Machine from you, For the installation of Samsung Washing Machine i tried more than 100 time on[protected] Vashi Store ) nobody was answering the call properly. One Mr.Rahul attended the call and assure me that on 9th Engineer will come to fix the machine... but till date no one attended the call.

                          What will i do if you service is like this... Washing Machine is lying idle in my home which i paid and no use for me ... Keep yourself on my place and think..!!!

                            I have bought a LG Refrigerator Model Code LG (GL 274VTG5 Pink Tango) from Vijay Sales ( Charni rd Branch)on May09,2011
                            I work for TCS. Due to some reason I was unable to answer any calls during office hour. That time delivery van guy called up from no #[protected] which went unanswered by me.

                            Let Me tell you that Vijay sales do have my home contact no for followup.#23718667

                            When I was free I called up the same no at 5.30PM on 11th May 2011. However the driver was searching the Landmark J.J Hospital for my address. Let me tell you the address which I have provided to Vijaysales.

                            My address is prety much simple to understand and deliver the product. Landmark is J.J hospital which is Asia's largest hospital. What else you want as a landmark.

                            I left from my office from Goregoan and reach Vijay Sales at 7.10 PM on 11th May, 2011. The Manager Mr. Sharma was not at all helpful and said delivery could not be possible by today and it will be done by next day thats 12th May,2011.

                            Due to the Kind of helpless response I have cancelled my Order.

                            The reason why I want the same on 11th May is that I have some family function the next day.

                            Thanks to Vijay sales for not delivering the said details on time and distroyed my day.

                            Very much dissappointed by the way Vijays sales took 2 days for delivery and not delivered what is promissed.

                            LG such a nice brand has association with its partner Vijay sales is an abousule shame. VijaySales is contributing towards the negative publicity of your brand believe me for that.
                            This is a complaint to your good office with respect to the service I have receive when purchase your product from Vijaysales (charni Road)

                              I have bought Fridge and Washing machines from Vijay Sales Delhi, Lajpat Nagar. The people are most impolite people that I have come across; their services are abominably bad..and now I am really regretting having to buy things from them. They take long long time to deliver things, and when the customer requests to hurry them up, they misbehave ;;;

                                Bought 1 ton vIdeocon AC from VIJAY SALES on 3.1.11 biILL no. 14-GDB01-11SICD 169 chasis no. [protected], AC was faulty and confirmed by technician , they offered for repairs which was not acceptable to me and i asked for replacement since it is new machie and found faulty.

                                Today i went to enquire about replacement and their manager Mr. Marathe of ghodbunder road br. behaved like roadside gunda . It means that they are just interested in selling and if things found faulty one should not ask for replacement and behave like gunda's.

                                Looking forward to your appropriate and prompt action against them and need replacement of abouve product.

                                  I bought coffee maker of Morphy Richard from vijay sales, Thane. The sales executive show me the show piece and told me to pay the bill amount and then she will give pack piece of same product.
                                  I pay the bill n she show us the pack piece . i told her to open n show me the accessaries n try out its working or not. but she told me that all the accessaries are inside it n no need for try out it will be alright. i believe on her n took that piece. when i reach home and open it, i found that there is no glass jar inside it. i gave ring to vijay sale. after continious trying for 30 mins they receive the phone. n when i told her about the missing part they told me it cant happen.
                                  These big shop owners are realy big cheaters and they are white collar decoit.
                                  Our Govt. should take action against these people as they are just counting money and harrassing customers.

                                  Vijay sales, thane — Fraudulent services

                                  Purchased samsung window a/c as recommended by the technician but since the day of installation there isnt any cooling in it. After complaining to vijay sales about this the technician suggests that the functioning isnt correct due to lack of proper ventilation but this should have been mentioned by the technician who did the site inspection before the purchase. The manager at vijay sales now suggests to buy a split a/c but the changes have been done in my room for window a/c and on me asking him to take the a/c back he is charging me rs.500
                                  i shall be highly obliged if the necessary is done asap.

                                    I, Rashmin M. Dambhawala have bought a LCD from Vijay Sales, Prabhadevi on 28th Feb. 2011. But the person incharge for fitting the wall mount have still not fitted my wall mount. I have called up VIJAY SALES several times, but the answer is always "It would be done within 3-4 working days". I even had to visit personally from (Vapi (Gujarat) to Mumbai) for the wall mount stand of my 24" Toshiba LCD. I even asked them to give me the wall mount, I can get it fitted myself, to which their reply was "If you get it fitted personally the warranty of the product would be over. Now what should I do?                                     Same scenario here, my in-laws have bought a Sharp LCD and its been 3 months now, Borivali Vijay Sales have now stated that the wall mount may cost extra or we directly take this up with Sharp.

                                      SAMSUNG SPLIT AC 1.5 ton was sold to me by VIJAY SALES.
                                      Did not work for more than 6 days.
                                      Service complaint was shabbily attended to.
                                      After repeated calls, follow ups and positing in online forums, finally VIJAY SALES admitted to have sold a machine which was not being manufactured by the company any more.(Essentially means sold from old stock to clear off).

                                      It has been a painful 8 weeks of association with VIJAY SALES and SAMSUNG.
                                      I hope the problems get sorted out soon.

                                      The said machine was delivered the day after the purchase. However installation took 6 days only after repeated requests. M/S Modern Enterprises at NIBM installed the machine and they did a shabby job. They charged 2250/- for installation and an additional Rs. 1400/- for drilling a hole (did not give any receipts or bill for this).

                                      The machine was used only 6-7 times and in the first week of March, 2011 it stopped cooling.

                                      Complaints were logged both with VIJAY SALES (REF: 1103B090017) and with SAMSUNG ([protected]).

                                      It has been more than 2 weeks since then and the problem is yet to be rectified. Every time the technicians come and do the work and the next day the problem starts again.

                                      The Manager in MODERN ENTERPRISES has committed replacement of the machine. It is now over 3 days and we have no news of what is the status.

                                      Would appreciate if the problem is resolved without any further delay.

                                        we bought onida tv from vijay sales from ghatkopar branch as on[protected] & we find very poor servicefrom vijay sales.television which we broght it takes too muchh time when we on the tv & even when we change the channel screen get blank then next channel will come.its not good in quality when we complained they blame onida product.they told us that all onida product will be like this only.so will u please take some action against him.they told us that its defalut in that product only its not mistake of vijay sales.so kindly do the needful

                                        I have purchased Onida Tv (CO21SLP35OBU) dated on[protected] from Vijay Sales in Andheri (Infiniti Mall).They delivered, but the problem in next week was, pictures were not fitting in the screen & While connecting dvd player you could see vertical lines in the picture.

                                        I called up Vijay sales, a engineer was send but he said you have to submit a complaint to the ONIDA PR in Vijay Sales, we did that. again he came he said there is a fault, have to replace some part. then a bunch of 3 people came after 2 weeks they said we will replace the tv. 1 month went no reply from the vijay sales team.

                                        Again we called they said you will get the service by 20-8-10. again no reply. We called up, then there was a rude PR name PRIYA who was talking like a Municipality Nurse as if she is doing any favour.

                                        Don't expect anything from Vijay Sales who knows 43 YEARS OF BAD SERVICE. there name should be "VIJAY SELLS BOGUS PRODUCTS".

                                        The staff at vijay sales opera house are not trained. They have no product knowledge nor do they they know how to communicate with customers. I made my own decision to get a bajaj.But to get the product from the go down they made me wait for more than an hour. I lost my patience inspite of complaining to the floor manager.I returned without the product.
                                        I have never seen any store managed with such unprofessional staff like Vijay sales. If you are ready to face horrendous experiences...You have the guts to enter this store.,

                                        We bought a Kent water purifier from Vijay sales (Noida, Sector 18). We are waiting for its installation from last 4 days. The sales person Asif assured us that it will get installed the very next day after delivery but we are still waiting. We are also trying calling the store but no result.
