I have purchased Xperia M2 Dated 9-Oct'12 and have done complaint regarding hardware issues to Vijay Sales. We have purchased Vijay Water Heater (25 litres) on 24.07.2013. Now facing the problem of leakage in Inner Tank, for that I have complained on toll free no on 16.07.2014, Your representative visited and ascertained the complaint on 19.07.2014 and told that the tank will be replaced with in 3 days. But despite my repeated phone calls nobody turned to my home till date. Kindly look in to the matter and arrange for replacing the tank.
