Hi i have purchased Samsung E7 on 23rd March from your Vijay Sales store in Vadodara, Gujarat. Next day i.e. on 24th March i came to know that the instrument has hardware problem i.e memory slot is not working in said mobile. So i visited your store same day so, customer care guy Mr. Kamlesh suggested me to visit samsung service center for said problem. Service center has confirmed that device has hardware problem so they asked me to get the IMEI Number stickers from vijay sales. But while opening mobile box sales guy has tear the sticker in such way that the sticker got damaged so vijay sales could able to provide me only 2 stickers instead of 3 stickers. So samsung service center didnt issue DOE Certificate for replacement. Till i.e 31st march vijay sales guys giving me commitment that they will get approval from samsung company for consider 2 stickers for DOE approval & everyday vijay sales guys are commiting for next day but till today i havent get the new instrument i have visited your 6 times in last 9 days. Request you to look into a matter & resolve it today itself because its heights of cheating & keep postponement.

    Hello i just purchased orient actus cp 30001 h air cooler from your borivali west show room on 29 march and today that is on 30 march i got a problem that when the cooler is on with the water in the tank the water is coming out of the tank from downside even if the lid is closed and the water indicator id not working how come a new piece can do this i cant understand please contact me asap possible myname is krimesh.shah and no is [protected]/[protected].and make your service man to come as soon aspossible

      In respect of the subject Sales order an advance of Rs 500 was paid on 21 March and thereafter a transfer of Rs 22, 500 was done on 22 March 2015 from ICICI bank reference BIL[protected]. The delivery has not been carried out as yet. We have tried contacting Vijay sales several times on the telephone 61710000 but there is no response. We have also sent several emails but have not received any acknowledgement. The purchase was done by Prakash Gidwani [protected]. The delivery needs to be done to 38, Lovedale, Colaba. The need for speedy delivery was communicated at the time of delivery and 8 days have passed since the transfer was done.

        Respected Customer Care Team, I wanted to report a pathetic delivery experience I had with your company. I booked a washing machine by the name of my wife "Vidhi Shah" on last Saturday (dated 28th March, 2015) from S G Highway branch and which was supposed to be delivered on Sunday (dated 29th March, 2015).Till 7:00 pm on Sunday, no one from your end reported for any delivery updates and I tried keep calling multiple times but insane ending up all in vein as there is no responsible executive to reply from your side. After so much of efforts, I am able to reach to your executive in evening and he told me that they can't delivery the machine on Sunday (so this shows that you guys don't have any delivery plans... just working like haphazardly..) and finally they commit to deliver on Monday morning.Today also till 12:30 PM, as expected no updates from your executives and again I have to called you guys as I did the full payment (which was a biggest mistake I did). So I have to go to your branch again (which is again investing my time...mean money) and there is no senior person on the floor to answer.So I wanted to ask you that this is how you guys are doing you business, , really??Still they didn't delivery the machine and I am just hating my decision to purchase an item from your shops.I thinks this is how your quality standards are and the poor and pathetic customer service level.           I have purchased a Whirlpool washing machine on 25th Dec 2014 form Vijay Sales exhibition at BKC .ALomgwith the washing machine I was promised a free gift of Avon and Park Avenue by your sales executive Mr, Jayesh Ph no:[protected].Now after repeated calls and complaints till date ie 30th march 2015.I have still not received the free gifts.

            I am Nilesh Ibrampurkar and I have purchase kenstar food processor from Vijay sales 3 weeks back. we have been told that there will be demo person coming at your place for food processor. Its been 3 weeks no one has come yet. Infact this person by number [protected] has been promising to come for last 3 weeks but not turning up on time committed by him. He has wasted our time 3 to 4 times. Such kind of people are threat to your brand. You should fired him asap. because me and my family, family friends and relatives will not be trusting vijay sales because of this .

              I purchased Godrej refrigerator on 25/03/2015 from your Ulhasnagar branch and as per commitment and as mentioned in sales order, delivery of above mentioned product is to be delivered on 26/03/2015. Till evening 7 PM there was no communication from above branch. At 7 pm I asked for the same, Attendant said that product you have selected is yet not arranged . I requested to transfer the line to Manager but unfortunately Mr Manager not willing to talk with me. After some time I received call saying that delivery van is out of order in between the destination, again I requested to transfer phone to Manager so that I can ask Why they have not inform me regarding reschedule of delivery when I was full day waiting only for receiving the good at home. Again I treated in the same way and no response from your manager. I don't know why your responsible officer is behaving like this. I would like to register my complaint so that higher authorities should know about the attitude of the responsible people working in Vijay sales.                     I have purchased videocon LED on 21.03.15 from old panvel. Code no. of said purchasing is[protected]. As per oral conversation with your sales agent at the time of purchasing the LED will be delivered in next day morning. Accordingly i gave time to Airtel TV to set up the box, however till 12.05 P.M, delivery has not come. I had made several call on no. 27466017 given on the sales order, several times full ring went, however no one had picked the call. Further it is also mentioned that at that time of purchasing sales man told me that there is 3 years warranty on the said t.v. Warranty card will be given after making the payment. After making the payment your staff told me warranty card is not available, come next saturday and collect the same. The above all shows irresponsible behaviour towards the customer. Tell me if the same irresponsible behaviour will be done by such reputated organisation, how some body will come to purchase.

                      After purchasing a Russell Hobbs oven in good faith at the Linking Road branch I have been continually harassed by the team following a pricing error on this product. I specifically asked the assistant for the cheapest oven available and was shown the oven that I eventually bought. It now transpires that the ticket was incorrect and I am being hounded to pay an extra 3100 RS for your mistake. After several requests to stop messaging me on my personal phone number and use my email address I received the following text today: "Sir, I m sending my person at ur place to pick up the otg or to avoid this pls pay the amount at vijay sales" I made it clear in my email to the customer services department that I will not be inconvenienced for their mistake and will not tolerate this kind of harassment. If this continues then I will not hesitate it escalate my concerns to the highest levels.

                        Dear Vijay Sales, I had purchased a FABER chimney from Vijay sales based on an information that the Chimney sucks in the Smoke generated while cooking and will ensure that no smoke stays out. However, to my surprise the chimney was not sucking any smoke from the very first day. Based on my direct complaints to FABER and later on to Vijay sales as well, 5 - 6 different executives came to my house for repair and also did some amendments to the product. However, even after everything when the product wasn't performing, an executive informed us that Vijay sales had not given us the right information and this product is never meant to suck any smoke. Based ont this, we again visited Vijay sales as a new customer and not to surprise, we were again informed that the product is meant to suck smoke, which is completely contrary to what Faber claims. Later on, some other executives of Faber visited our house and informed us that they now wish to convert this chimney into a duct chimney, making it similar to other ducting chimneys. However, Faber expects us to bear the complete conversion cost for no mistake of ours. One of the objective of buying this chimney was to avoid the ducting done. We have now given two options to Faber viz. - either complete the entire ducting at their own cost or else to take the product back and refund our money... Faber has however replied that SINCE THEIR PRODUCT IS FINE, THEY CANNOT REFUND anything... Chimney was purchased from Vijay Sales, Satara Plaza, Palm Beach Road, Vashi. Expecting a quick revert / resolution of the complaint and removal of product from my house / refund of money since conversation with VS & Faber have been going on since almost 6 months now and the chimney is lying unused at my house... Thanks Gopal Sarda.

                          IMr. Ismail A. Gani, had paid Rs.11, 000/ and booked Washing Machine make Videocon WM Vs75Z11 EBONY BLACK(7.5KG) on12.03.2015 at Vijay Sales Chembur, Br, Failed to provide Invoice bill & tryed to delivere the said Machine, in which I returened the said Washing Machine, Thenafter I visited the incharged of Vijay Sales Showroom & they made the correct Invoice & said it will be given to me with Machine delevirey on 13.33.15, today again they brought the said machine but forgot to bring the invoice which they promised to give me at the time of delevery, but they failed to keep thier promise, I asked them take it back, & come with said Invoice, Please note this is call deficiency of service. It my huble prayer that they refund my full & finl payment done to them of sum of Rs.11, 000/- & canclled the deal poor poor neglegence service fron Vijay Saled Showroom Chembur.

I am very upset about your service, in future I did not buy a any product from your shop & I also told my friend & colleagues also; don't buy it from Vijay Sales. Vijay Sales Representative told me that within 2 days he will come at your home. It is not happen. This the worst experience I had. They are not fullfill the promise. What is the point to buy...? Its your name & reputation in the market; we buy...? But the worst experience we had.

                                Hi Team, I bought a refrigerator from Vijay Sales-Vikas Marg-New Delhi for Rs. 8900 for a fridge with an MRP they showed in their excel sheet to Rs. 9690. After I got the fridge delivered, I found the MRP sticker on the box which showed the MRP to be Rs. 9290. So Vijay Sales is duping its faithful customers by showing a false MRP more than the actual one(as of the manfacturer) and then offering a discounted final price. It was like a bolt from the blue when I figured out this mess they are making by playing such a false game.I was truly stunned. When i complained by calling the vijay sales store, a person named Neeraj attended my call(confirmed his name from Sujit later) and said that he was the Floor Manager Sujit Bhattacharya speaking and acting really smart.When he was not able to handle the complaint and English language, he transfered the call to the Original Sujit - the floor manager who was also very rude and unprofessional in his behaviour initially when i was trying to explain him the issue and was showing no concern but was more interested in indulging in a cat fight with me. After a lot of conversation and sending him the snap of the actual MRP sticker over WhatsApp, he agreed to the issue and said that he could only offer a discounted fee of Rs 300, without paying any heed to the chaos they created, the amount of distress and harassment they forcibly indulged me into. I am totally unsatisfied with the service and also the fake business strategy they are playing around with, which is totally Illegal.                                   To, Vijay sales Ahmedabad Sub :-cash back discount offer Dear Sir/Madam I ( shyamjauhari) the customer of vijay sales which is located at C.G.Raod opp Havmor Restaurant Ahmedabad, I did purchased Samsung neo mobile from your store on dated 20 Oct 2014 bill no your .salesman informed me, on buying a mobile of Samsung neo you will get 10% discount from State bank of India & that money will be deposited in your account. Three months over but yet not received. When inquired they said there was no such scheme. May I know from your side the reality . And if there was no scheme then your store salesman convinced me with wrong information and it is not good for your firm, as you are known to give best deal . But now my Meath are broken .I did mistake and not taken in writing. And now your branch manager also behaved like[protected]. ???? This is a big lasson for me and I will not allow others to suffer like me. And I know how I will. I am waiting for your reply .hopefully positive Rgds Shyam jauhari Ahmedabad [protected].
                                  Have made online purchase from Vijaysales.com in the month of July 2020. The said purchase was transacted under scheme of cash back within 90 days. It's being more than 120 days but cash back is not credited back.

                                  Worst online support team. Call Centers doesnt have clear answers. Have mailed all queries but no logical response.

                                    I purchased laptop from your goregan west branch from your sales person mr avinash.At the time of purchase i inquired about the offer availiable at that time and i also told him if any offer coming within 2 to 3 month i will purchased that time.but your sales person committed that if any offer coming within 6 month i will give you that offer. but now your sales person mr avinash is totally refused that he would not committed any promise like that. Herewith i request you that kindly give me the offer which is right now availiable on laptop beacause your sales person commited wrongfully thanking you

                                      I had booked 3 ACs of LG from vijay sales exhibition in BKC on 3rd January 2015 and made fukll payment on 6th January 2015. I was assured in the exhibition that installation is free which was also conformed by the LG person manning the counter. though I was promised deliery by 15th of January, I got the delivery 0n 24th january. Now the ACs are lying in my house and the LG is not installing without paying installation charges and Vijay sales is not giving proper reply. This kind of false and bogus exhibition should not be allowed where customers are taken for a ride. I request that the ACs be installed immediately at my residence or I would like to get my money back with 21% interest. Also strong action be initiated against vijay sales REQUEST TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY VENKAT -[protected]
                                      I too had booked a IFB microwave from Vijay Sales, with a promised delivery date of 14th Jan 2015. It's 5th February today and my product has no signs of getting delivered. Vijay Sales give the same repeated answer that they will call me back with status update, but they have not made a single call to me.
                                      So I called up IFB by around 23th Jan. They 'tried' to deliver the product but sent a damaged piece on 30th Jan 2015. After that, there's no confirmation on when I'll get my product. I asked for a refund, but they are not even telling me anything about my refund.

                                      Feeling totally harassed in the entire experience.
                                      I too have booked a Washing Machine on 25th December they said they will delivery by 31st December 20 days have passed still no call from them about the status, , , , the call center guy keeps on telling they will deliver this week...

                                      One lesson learned never buy products from exhibition

                                        I purchased a Videocon LED DDb tv from vijay sales on the 4 th of January. I was promised delivery on the 5th which did happen. Then installation of the TV set Took place on the 6th and i was assured installation of the D2H will happen in a maximum of 3 days. I waited for 3 days but no one showed up. Then i called Vijay Sales on the 10th and they informed me that it being a Saturday it was difficult for installation to take place and assured it would happen on Monday. Today being Monday the 12th i called them up and I was told a request has been put up. Then i called them up again in the afternoon at around 1300hrs ant the executive told me a request had been put up in the system and he gave me the no of videocon customer care and asked me to call and confirm the time of installation. I did the same and was told that the D2H department will handle this issue and was give the no for the same. I called them up and was very bluntly informed that i had to contact the dealer i.e. Vijay Sales and i did the same. I requested to speak to the Manager Or supervisor and was given an assurance that i would receive a call back within the next 15 - 20 mins, which as expected didn't happen. I called up after 35 mins and insisted to speak with a supervisor, and got the same reply, that i would receive a call in another 20 min and I'm still waiting. Hence if installation doesn't happen within today i would like Vijay Sales to take the product back and issue a full refund.
