I have brought TV and Aquaguard from Hadapsar Pune branch and getting the worst service ever both the quipments have problem and there is no say for this. When I complaint directly to the company they said to change it with the store and here with constant calling I am getting negative response. Kindly do tell me what should I do, should I take that my hard earned money is all wasted on purchasing from you?

    Dear Team, This is in reference to the 2 Air conditioners which I have purchased from Ahmedabad - Vijay Sales, C.G Road Branch. The tow ACs we have bought are: 1. O'General 2 ton costing 53000 INR Date of purchase 12/05/2014 2. Hitachi 1.5 ton costing 33800 INR Date of purchase 10/06/2014 The person who assisted us was Mr. Jaydeep (Ph. No: [protected]). We did the initial inquiry of the ACs and have mentioned him that the ACs were to be transported to Surendranagar, Gujarat which is where we needed it. He agreed to it and the machines were delivered. We have mentioned him explicitly that we don't want any installation as we will do it by ourself. He agreed to it without providing us any details on the company policy. While getting the Bill of this ACs, he mentioned that please use this bill for warranty purpose which is of 5 years for the machine. He did not took any signature in written for the same too regarding the installation and warranty. We agreed on it and now after 15 days, we got a call for the installation. We mentioned to the lady operator that we have already communicated with Mr. Jaydeep that we have done it by ourself. Now, the lady is mentioning that you would not be getting the warranty of it as you have not done the installation from company. This is from where the problem started. I reported instantly to Vijay Sales branch. They accepted that the mistake has happen and they are sorry for it as I was a valuable customer who have earlier purchased things from there too. Today, on call they are mentioning that if you need warranty then you need to dismantle both the ACs and then again install it. They asked us to pay extra for the same too. Please note that we are cheated from Mr. Jaydeep. Now they are asking for the installation amount. The reason why I use to buy from Vijay Sales is because of your services and not for the fraud which happened with me. I request you to please ask Vijay Sales, C.G Road branch to give me the assurity for warranty for both the ACs. The cost of both the ACs come is 86800 INR which is a very big amount for anybody. Please do whatever you want and give me the warranty for ACs and the mistake is from Mr. Jaydeep which is representing Vijay Sales. This was not accepted from Vijay Sales and am really unhappy. I want warranty for both the ACs and if not done will file a complain in Grahak Suraksha for the same because I know that I am right. This is total cheating which has been done with me.         I purchased a samsung refrigerator From Vijay sales Noida, on 7th jun 2014. When I selected the fridge, I confirmed with the salesman that the old fridge would be exchanged @rs 2000/-. While billing the salesman forgot the same, and charged me the complete amount without reducing the exchange value. When I brought it to his notice, n He said the amount would now be refunded through a cheque only in 10 days time. I insisted on a cash refund, to no avail. I was told that they will only refund my money which they had overcharged by their mistake through a cheque only. I have received the cheque today (16 days) and guess what...it's not in my name! When I called, I am told it can be changed but will take another 3-4 days. It's is the worst customer service and the most pathetic response from vijay sales team. They are not at all bothered about the customers and just want to make sales. I would advise all of you not to purchase anything fro vijay sales. It was my biggest mistake. The customer care person did not even have the courtesy to apologise. Vijay sales SUCKS!!!

          I am deeply disturbed and disappointed with the service of vijay sale they let me down . I brought sympohy air cooler product number[protected] . There was problem in water pump in cooler we had registered complaint already but there was no response from vijay sale i am deeply concerned and dissappponted by your service it has been 2 days since this problem has occured but no response still from your staff i want to fix this problem as soon as possible i hope you will understand my concern and cooperate with me immediately this is my humble request to please send any engineer to fix this problem please contact me as soon as possible

            I have purchase godrej ref gfe35lvt4n lush white on 14.03.2014 in vijay sales vide v no. 64-dev03-14siaouf 34. On dated 26.05.2014 some voice in refrigator so i am complain in godrej department and his exucutive come on my home 27.05.2014 and tell us that his sensor is not working my refrigerator is double door and both are not working at that time. His exucutive ask me sensor replace in 2 to 3 days. Afte godrej comapmnies excutive come my home on 28.05.2014 and replces sensor but he was not give me new sensor he was feet old sensor i told they at that time so he was tell me this is new sensor company give us in this type. And also he was joint done in my viring. After this my refriferator was not working and problem as it is.
            Than i call in vijay sales for this matter and tell him replace this pieace or replace me new sensor. They was not give propare reply and i ask them i go for complain in consumer forum so they tell me you are customer you go any where we have no problem.
            Till date my compalain is not short out and my refrigerator is not working and voice come loudly. Please sir help me for replcing product becuase in two month his position is not good so what do in future?

              I bought a new Split A.C. of voltas ( 5 star) in october, 2013. On 1sr day itself problem started. I made a complain to vijay sales as well as voltas. Machine is not maintainging the cooling as well there is lot of sound in outside box. They came and checked and accepted that there is less cooling. I made fresh complain in Vijay Sales in February 14. Again voltas peaple came and changed the motors and fans. Till no problem solved. I made a lot of complain to vijay sales. They passed it to voltas and voltas men are now telling me that problem is there and we hv to take it the same to our repair shops. I asked vijay sales for replacement as it is a totally a new machine. But they are not listening. Every time I phoned vijay Sale and they pass it to voltas. now, both company is not responding.what i hv to do. Whether Vijay Sales is giving a fauly a.c? Regards subhash

              I also have the same problem with Vijay Sales. Me too purchased the Voltauchis AC in this month1 and its stopped working in one month itself. I launched the complaint with Vijay Sales. there guy visited our place. Just saw the AC (without touching it) and told it will repair in 5-6 days ie 1 week, I dont know Why it takes one week to solve any problem. Now I have also launched the complaint with Consumer Complaints . Let see what action they will take.

                I bought Azure spilt A.C from Vijay Sales Ahmedabad (S.G.Highway Branch).from last 20 days i have registired so many times of complains against this matter that A.C is totaaly dead.But the Manager of this branch only give m 1 reply that the Azure company is totally wind up from gujarat.So the isssues from Vijay Sales & Azure Company Inthis matter customer is so suffer from last 20 days.& the cusomer is so much aged person due to companys problem.,
                Never heard of Azure. The liability of the vijay sales is till it is sold to the customer but after that any complains related to the product is the total responsibility of the manufacturer. You have to take help of the some local A.C shop to help you, resQ(Reliance digital) or consumer court and Last is CNBC awaaz's Pehredaar.

                  My name is Pravin Yamgar, we have buy the washing machine on 25th may 2014 in S.v.Road goregaon west, sale person he do not knowledge for washing machine, All this stupid things they told us.he is attend to me and i select one videocon washing machine.that time "i told him u get that new piece or display Piece"he told me this is the display piece i give u New Piece, i booked this product. delivery is done on 26 th may 2014 between 2 to 3.that time i m in office, my Mother receive the machine.27 th may demo person came my house that time he remove the back side small Busch.i shocked "literally water is comes out' that time i know sales person cheated to me and giving me floor piece(Display). this is your service?This is your store.every time i purchased the products only Vijay sales or CROMA, but first time i really nervous.But this time i really Know Croma Service is More good compare to Vijay sales bcoz this people understand the customer, and service is good.                     I am Divyesh from Baroda, below is my experience with newly opened Vijay Sales branch in Baroda (Gujarat). Anticipating good service in future i opted Vijay Sales among many reputed local Vendors to purchase Ac, but to my surprise i experienced Worst and Pathetic service that too without using product. I purchased PANASONIC AC (CS-UC12QKY-2) on 03 May, 2014. Today is 08 May, 2014 and still AC is not installed. I keep calling and visiting personally Vijay Sales outlet daily till date however no results, INSTALLATION is still NOT DONE. Everyday customer care persons give 100% promise of installation in day. Now i can't take this anymore IS THERE ANY RESPONSIBLE PERSON AT VIJAY SALES??? Who can answer my simple question WHEN WILL MY AC GET INSTALLED? Installing Ac is few hours job, hope Vijay Sales is aware of this, if not then add this to your company knowledge base so in future your customer care division can at least provide correct time estimates to customers. No person is free at least not me to call you and follow up personally daily. Kindly note this. Vijay Sales should have established proper customer service mechanism prior opening new outlet in city. I am sure to never opt Vijay Sales for my future purchases and would recommend same to my contacts.

                        Samsung 3 star ac costing rs 34000 purchased on 22 march 2014 from vijay sales prabhadevi branch. The installation was done wrongly by soorah services authorised agents of samsung. They burnt our wall as well as the indoor unit. This was replaced, however, 2 days later there was no cooling so once again the outdoor unit was checked however problem not solved. Last saturday the outdoor unit was once again checked and gas was refilled. However still no cooling. We made numerous calls to vijay sales, no solution provided? Request you to intervene

                          We have booked A.C. on 1st may. As per our discussion with sales officer they have to deliver A.C. on 3rd may between 2pm to 8pm. But they are not picking landline whole day.Then we try customer care number 3 to 4 times. They ensure somebody called us or message us. But they did not do the same. Also one thing is about customer care officers, they just try to fool us. sir aapko call back ayega, sir aapko message aayega, sir me aapko 1/2 ghante me call karta hu. All this stupid things they told us. But nobody can solve this query & they are unable to give us right status. A.C. is still undelivered in spite of making down payment and all we are received fouls assurance.

                            I am sorry to say this but had a very bitter experience with Vijay Sales Gurgaon centre (Near Huda City Centre) and completely fed up with their lethargic and insensitive attitude towards customers, once you have paid the amount. Bought a Sharp Window AC (V.No.: 91-HGG04-14SIAO 96) along with V-Guard Stabilizer and an Onida Microwave (V.No.: 91-HGG04-14SICD 785) on 30th April 2014. Issues are: 1. Some goon and unruly kind of people were sent for installation of AC who were asking for more than twice the amount quoted by the Vijay Sales salesperson (Mr. Rajeev). It was hardly a 5 minute work because everything was in place. Just the AC had to be opened and put up there (There was an AC installed there previously). Anyway, I paid the amount they asked but then they didn't even waited to check if the AC is working fine. They just left after connecting the wires. Just as they left, AC compressor started and technical problems started coming. AC is not able to cool and making lots of noise. Also, the voltage stabilizer is showing lots of fluctuation. I immediately called those Vijay Sales guys who came for installation, they straight away denied to attend the problem and said to visit next day in morning. Its been 3 days, they haven't come yet. 2. Tried connecting to Vijay Sales' customer care number[protected] for last three days continuously. Might have called like thousand times. No one picks up the phone. This is the pathetic condition of customer care at Vijay Sales. Worst ever. Finally got the manager's number at Vijay Sales - [protected] (Don't know his name). He refused to attend the complaint right away and told us to call the customer care number[protected]. I tried explaining him that no one is picking up the phone and pleaded to look into this matter. A new branded AC is not working. He finally said that he will ask the customer care people to call us back. There has been no call from the customer care department of Vijay Sales and when we again tried to call this manager he is ignoring the call. How does you got those "yes sir" etiquettes while selling the products. 3. We were told that some person will be sent to give the demo for the microwave oven. He will come after calling us. No calls has been received as of yet and seeing the attitude till now, I don't expect it anymore. I am going to refuse everyone in my known circle to avoid buying anything from Vijay Sales after this pathetic experience.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that i had purchase one bajaj (TC2007) water cooler from ahmedabad dev arc mall vijay sales ( Mr.Tarandeep/Harshad), Yesterday i was stop working. today i complained regarding this issue service department of vijay sales ahmedabad ask me that they will not respomcible for service bajaj company will be responcible for services i told them i had purchase from vijay sales why should i will wait for bajaj service men. moral of the story, i dont need the product which can not work up to nine days. wait for positive revert.                               The seller is not obliged to solve your products related problem. The manufacturer has to give you the solution or the services. The advantage of complaining to the vijay sales is that they are the customer of the Bajaj corp.and their complain carries more weightage as compared to the individual compain. Moreover products in general of Bajaj, crompton greaves, TATA etc are Useless so do not buy in future.

                                We have bought Sharp Refrigerator from Vijay sales Maninagar Br, Ahmedabad, approximately 2 years ago. It has 7 years warranty. It is 580 lit. freeze. When they sold it to us we did asked regarding service. They told us that generally freeze would not give any problem and in case if there is any problem we just have to inform vijay sales and they will take care of the rest. Today my freeze has stopped working suddenly. On complaining they told that they would call us back but no call came to us. On calling back they again told the same. On insisting they said that they will lodge a complain with Sharp and it would take 3 to 4 days to get resolved. They did not want to take any responsibility to manage things as according to them it is not their problem... I would like to have a better service and urge costumers not to buy anything from the franchise as they dont keep up to their promises. Dr. Abhay Parikh

                                  This is with regarding purchase of item from Vijay Sales at Prabhadevi location, Despite apprising several times, that delivery would be required on 26th Apr 2014 the sales man has entered wrong delivery date i.e : 27th Apr 2014 and I am trying to reach out the concern sales man, my phone calls are unanswerable all the time and After calling 10 times, My call was connected to[protected] Vijay Sales telephone number, and even though the phone operator said will arrange a call back but still I have not received any call from Vijay sales. Next, I did my complete item payment, No due payment from my end still I have to face all such delayed in delivery. Very Poor service and now I am struggling to get the delivery today only (i.e.: 26th Apr 2014) because I will be not available in INDIA for next one month. the same I conveyed to Sales person and he agreed to delivered my purchased item in due course then I have finalized the deal. Please help me to expidite this matter.

                                    Hi, I had extremely bad experience with Vijay Sales, Hadapsar. Booked refrigerator on 29March14 for gifting it on my wife’s birthday (30 Mar). They delivered me demo piece on 30th which had many scratches from inside. I returned it immediately without accepting that delivery and called their customer executive. She told me that they will deliver another brand new piece on next day. For receiving delivery on Monday I took off from office. Kept whole day waiting and following up with their executive. She also kept me assuring the delivery by EOD, but delivery boy didn’t turn up and they were simply lying with me. Next day also I called them early morning and executive told me that they will deliver it for sure today noon. I again took off from office and waited till noon, but again same story. I kept on following up whole day and they kept on lying and taking excuses. After waiting till 21:00 hrs, I lost my patience and decided to visit Vijay Sales outlet. I went there and scolded their manager and humiliated as much as possible. Finally after lot of drama in the office and humiliation, they delivered refrigerator at 22:15 Hrs dated 01April14 (3 days post booking). I came back home verified the refrigerator (again it was without sealed packaging) and found that its keys and safety broucher were missing. I called them again and they assured to provide keys and broucher once it is available with them. I took that delivery as item was better than earlier. They asked to visit their office and collect keys. I visited their office on 03April14 for keys. Now once again these stupid people told me that, the key they were thinking of giving me of same other model is sold out during the day time and key is not available. I patiently left their office as don’t wanted to create same drama in office losing temper because of such shameless people. I kept on following up next day over phone, but no use. On 05April14, I got a call from Vijay Sales to visit office and collect key. I visited their office for the 4th time and finally got a key and safety broucher of some other refrigerator model which also works for Whirlpool Icemagic(as told by their executive). So my rating based on first and last experience with Vijay Sales is 1/5 (Extremely Dis-satisfactory, Poor, Unprofessional). 4 visits to office, waste of petrol, waste of time and 7 days just to finish single refrigerator delivery. Missed precious occasion like wife’s birthday & gudipadwa, because of their extremely poor service. I request all to choose your vendor wisely, better go with small vendors instead of big vendors in the city who doesn’t respect and value their customers. I will never refer and rather dissuade my friends, relatives from buying any item from Vijay Sales. Thanks! Chandrashekhar Dhande

                                      i bought aqua crystel ro. on that time that person told me its suitable for my house..today his instalation person tell me that for that water purifier i want also instal pressor pump which price is 2500.. im not satisfied with this product. now i want to change or return it. they will not give me proper answer.. they all are fraud person. pls help me...

                                        type, that sold me led at 39490 rs where as the current price of
