I glade to inform you that I had purchase new micro max led dated 29.10.2014 and they told that we install your led in 1 week today dater 7.11.2014 I call in vi jay sales [protected] 1st time receive my call but no one answered me and than not receiving any call I try 4 to 5 time but no answerd from your side so please do the need ful for that...

I had purchased LG washing machine from Vijay sales Pimpri godown, Following are the details V:No 222-PBG11-14SI26 Order No: 195-PCH11-14SOT17 Item Name: LG WM T7222PFFC DATE 02.11.2014 I got the delivery on very next day and the LG service engineer was also came on the 04.11.2014. When box was opened then it was observed that, machine was badly damaged from backside (photo attached) . I called Vijay Service Pimpri office for the replacement.I was very happy to here that machine will get replaced on the same day. sequence of event for the disappointment from Vijay Sales and their staff 02.11.2014 machine purchased 03.11.2014 machine delivered on my address 04.11.2014 Service engineer came for Demo and observed damaged piece On same day I called Vijay Sales for replacement, their commitment " machine will get replaced on the same day i.e 04.11.2014" No delivery of machine on 4 th 05.11.2014 I called again, they said they will call back I called again after three hrs, machine will get delivered till evening reply from Vijay sales No delivery on 05.11.2014 I called again on 06.11.2014, same reply machine will get delivered in evening I called again 1900 hrs on 06.11.2014 for reminder "machine is on the way and will reach by 2100 hrs." Till the time machine is not yet delivered This is my first experience with Vijay sales.Totally disappointment, no staff is having the status, always they are giving wrong commitment.Even LG as a good brand also giving defective damaged machines to their customer. Pl let me know what to do for the replacement.

Good Afternoon, I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner ( Trendy Steel ) on the 20th of October from Vijay Sales, Shop No.B1/679 Janakpuri, Block AB, New Delhi, Delhi 110058, Phone :[protected]. The Particular product was defective when we opened it. We tried calling all possible numbers available of Vijay sales on the web and it is on 4th November the Eureka Forbes technician visited our place to declare that the piece had a manufacturing defect and you should consult the dealer you bought it from. We again tried calling Vijay Sales but nobody answers their phone so we visited them and we are still unclear about the status. The Vijay Sales customer support is pathetic and have kept us hanging about the replacement. Their manager has to say that Eureka Forbes will replace it and the company says your delaer will replace it. We've been harassed by the staff and they are very cool about this issue that we can't do anything. I strictly suggest some legal actions must be taken against this retail chain Vijay sales against Fraud and defective piece management. Our piece is 10 days old and we need complete replacement. The LC AC has still not been delivered. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 you are required to deliver the LG AC LSA3SP3M (3 Star) 1T SPL - SET to me within a reasonable time mentioned by you i.e, 29.10.2014. As 29.10.2014 has elapsed since I placed the order, you have failed to fulfill this statutory requirement and are therefore in breach of contract. I contacted to your Store also. Dear sir, My name is Amit Shetty . I want to complaint against electronic Vijay sales shop who has cheated me with my laptop . I don't have any knowledge about computer so I went to these shop trusting them but, one of the sale person cheated me with laptop, this guys has not given me any accessories items with laptop, he cheated me with charging extra amount and he has not installed any programs in my pc, now I am facing problem with document uploading, I came to known about this betray when my other friends brought this computer and they have received same pc without any problem please help me out with my problem . I really feel fool when I see my pc .

i purchased tv from vijay sales belapur br. on 23/10/2014.. and they promptly delevered on 2nd day 24/10/14. but for installation no call from them till 30/10/2014.. and after six days still installation is still painding.. sorry to say vijay sales service is very poor.. and next time i never purchased anything from vijay sales.. i called also your customer service care two three times but i don't get any possitive responce from your side.. hopefully you taking the matter on priority and install tv and dish early as possible. I have purchased Xperia M2 Dated 9-Oct'12 and have done complaint regarding hardware issues to Vijay Sales. But as per them, they will not replace the mobile once the mobile sold.Also i went to Sony Customer service and got DOA(Dead on Arrival) certificate, even after that none of them is taking initiative to replace a new handset. DOA no.-D[protected] All the procedure have been done by self, But at least i can expect some follow up from Vijay Sales With Sony regarding my Cell phone as am their customer.. What is the role of Vijay sales once the product is sold?? Its better to purchase from local shop where you also get some discount rather than purchasing from vijay sales But Once the handset is sold, they are least bothered.

Dear Sod, I had purchase lenovo laptop on 15/8/2014 Model no: Z50 with a scheme of warranty of 1+2 years free (2 years free extra warranty), but few days ago i had received email from lenevo that your warranty is not valid or extended for two years. my samsung led tv is not working properly, as it gets on-off automatically 5-6 time if its appears once. so please come and resolve my problem, its 32" inch led tv as model no. UA32F4500 BUYED ON 26-12-13 . before 1 months it apears only for 1 time and now before a week it appears 6-7 times in a day and now its not working properly.

Dear Sir, Videocon washing machine is not working, however Vijay Sales is not taking our complaint seriously... Videocon engineers have replace each & every part of the Machine in one & half year... only metal body is there... now machine is making lot of noise ... my mother has blood pressure problem age 61yrs... and washing machine is making noise like band... My mother is planning to approach consumer court. She is ex-government official I[censored] have facility to upload video I can upload video for ur reference... in Vijay sales am coordinating with Mr. Mukesh ghatkopar branch... Mr. Mukesh is trying to support me & in Videocon with Mr. Ajit bhilare zonal manager... but these guys are only giving dates... i don't have any faith on Videocon seriously... service is really bad... I want the replacement of the washing machine Or from Vijay sales I will expect to help me to go for other brand washing machine... I would want to buy new machine on good discount..! We have purchased Vijay Water Heater (25 litres) on 24.07.2013. Now facing the problem of leakage in Inner Tank, for that I have complained on toll free no on 16.07.2014, Your representative visited and ascertained the complaint on 19.07.2014 and told that the tank will be replaced with in 3 days. But despite my repeated phone calls nobody turned to my home till date. Kindly look in to the matter and arrange for replacing the tank.

I want to inform u that I purchased Samsung refrigrator Model no. RT47H5679SL Dt. 11/05/14 From Vijay Sales, Model Town, Delhi.There was dent on Front door when it was delivered Telephonic complaint was lodged to Vijay Sales on the same day. As three months have passed and in spite of my several visits to the dealer, no action till date have been taken .
The Old Manager of Vijay sales Mr Deepak Bhagat was committed that he will change the fridge. After few days he transferred to the another branch. The Floor Manger Mr Narender also committed the same. But now no body listen.
Floor Manager Mr. Narender was not capable for Manager position.

I had purchased a mouse on (27/11/2013) from vijay sales which is held in kalyan at bindu towers, now its not working which is in warranty period, now when i went to the store they totally ignore of giving service, they told me to go at vikhroli for the service, and it is not possible for me, if vijay sales can't give the service than they are selling the products of other company. Atrocious Customer Service This is to inform you that i ordered an AC from the Preet Vihar Branch and we received a dented unit. This unit has not been replaced up till now. I have made hundred calls and the person Yogender talked rudely with me and my mom. Moreover, he banged the phone without resolving the issue. We have not received the AC as yet. It has been an awful experience shopping with Vijay sales and this is for sure that i am not going to shop anymore from Vijay Sales. As of now replace the unit today it self else i'll lodge a complaint against you people in the Consumer Court.

Dear Sir/Madam - This is to inform you that i have purchase the Voltas AC on 7th June against bill No. 32-VSI07d -14SJAO58, ORD/SIAO No. 32-VSI06-14SO838, Item code - 32321e[protected] from your Vasai branch. Sorry to inform but the AC stopped working within 1 month itself.I launched complaint with your customer care they informed person will come and repair the same within 48 hrs.Today your person visited my place, just saw at the AC and informed that it will take 5-6 days to repair the same. This to inform you that we have purchase the AC by paying full amount but now when we launched the complaint why it should take one week to repair the AC. Vijay Sales has good rapport in the market then Why so laziness in doing the things quickly. We have our own training class and due AC not working we as well as our students are getting problems. We have purchased an Gas Stove of SUNFLAME 3B SPECTRAN N of serial no VAK022. We have reg the complaint regarding stove as its not assembled propelry and the parts of it are not jointed properly. In short the Gas stove is not jointed properly and having some issues also. We have purchased this item on date[protected]. We have already reg a complaint also and from ur side u have told that we wld replace this item in 2days but its not yet replaced. One more thing, we r very disappointed from the customer care no.
