I purchased laptop from your goregan west branch from your sales person mr avinash.At the time of purchase i inquired about the offer availiable at that time and i also told him if any offer coming within 2 to 3 month i will purchased that time.but your sales person committed that if any offer coming within 6 month i will give you that offer. but now your sales person mr avinash is totally refused that he would not committed any promise like that. Herewith i request you that kindly give me the offer which is right now availiable on laptop beacause your sales person commited wrongfully thanking you

    I had booked 3 ACs of LG from vijay sales exhibition in BKC on 3rd January 2015 and made fukll payment on 6th January 2015. I was assured in the exhibition that installation is free which was also conformed by the LG person manning the counter. though I was promised deliery by 15th of January, I got the delivery 0n 24th january. Now the ACs are lying in my house and the LG is not installing without paying installation charges and Vijay sales is not giving proper reply. This kind of false and bogus exhibition should not be allowed where customers are taken for a ride. I request that the ACs be installed immediately at my residence or I would like to get my money back with 21% interest. Also strong action be initiated against vijay sales REQUEST TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY VENKAT -[protected]
    I too had booked a IFB microwave from Vijay Sales, with a promised delivery date of 14th Jan 2015. It's 5th February today and my product has no signs of getting delivered. Vijay Sales give the same repeated answer that they will call me back with status update, but they have not made a single call to me.
    So I called up IFB by around 23th Jan. They 'tried' to deliver the product but sent a damaged piece on 30th Jan 2015. After that, there's no confirmation on when I'll get my product. I asked for a refund, but they are not even telling me anything about my refund.

    Feeling totally harassed in the entire experience.
    I too have booked a Washing Machine on 25th December they said they will delivery by 31st December 20 days have passed still no call from them about the status, , , , the call center guy keeps on telling they will deliver this week...

    One lesson learned never buy products from exhibition

      I purchased a Videocon LED DDb tv from vijay sales on the 4 th of January. I was promised delivery on the 5th which did happen. Then installation of the TV set Took place on the 6th and i was assured installation of the D2H will happen in a maximum of 3 days. I waited for 3 days but no one showed up. Then i called Vijay Sales on the 10th and they informed me that it being a Saturday it was difficult for installation to take place and assured it would happen on Monday. Today being Monday the 12th i called them up and I was told a request has been put up. Then i called them up again in the afternoon at around 1300hrs ant the executive told me a request had been put up in the system and he gave me the no of videocon customer care and asked me to call and confirm the time of installation. I did the same and was told that the D2H department will handle this issue and was give the no for the same. I called them up and was very bluntly informed that i had to contact the dealer i.e. Vijay Sales and i did the same. I requested to speak to the Manager Or supervisor and was given an assurance that i would receive a call back within the next 15 - 20 mins, which as expected didn't happen. I called up after 35 mins and insisted to speak with a supervisor, and got the same reply, that i would receive a call in another 20 min and I'm still waiting. Hence if installation doesn't happen within today i would like Vijay Sales to take the product back and issue a full refund.

        Hi, As week ago I purchased a product of kaff company from vijay sales. We were not told that any executive will be reaching us for installing the product. As we were facing few problems in the product we contacted the customer support of kaff. They simply said that as the installation was not done by their executive the warranty has expired, we reported the same to vijay sales but they just said that they will get back to us. This is a very bad way of fooling the customer n strict action must be taken against them.

            I purchased Samsung galaxy note 3 neo n7500 from vijay sales in bhandup, LBS marg, Opp. asian paints on 27th Dec'14 for rs.23900.But within 1 hr the mobile started restarting by itself.This phone is not reading my sim card.It shows message "not registered in network" when i try to make a call.Also the screen freezes frequently.This was my first purchase from vijay sales and it turned out to be dissappointing.Vijay sales are selling defective product i think. vijay sales manager nitin told me that he will replace the mobile in 3 days time.Manager didnt had the guts to give it in writing that it will be replaced in 3 days.That means even he dont know when i will get the new mobile. Is this how Vijay sales serve their customers?They took full payment from me but when it came to customer service they started running away from their responsibility. I want my money back.                 Dears, I bought this new HP laptop from Vijay Sales, Pune ( Station Rd) branch on 7th Jan 2014 (last Sunday)! To my horror I discovered yesterday that there are some 5 pictures taken in the month of Oct on different dates using the web cam that I found were saved in the folder. Now thankfully the pictures look to have been taken in the store itself! ( What I mean is those aren't pictures of anyone' home and then it would have meant 2nd sales) So, the fact that on Sunday these guys opened a fresh sealed box in front of me, doesn't mean that it's a fresh piece!! They had used the laptop for regular demo, packed it up and sold it to me like a new one! Can't we as consumers not trust even larger retail stores like Vijay Sales to be ethical and do good, clean business? Now though I had complained yesterday and demanded a fresh piece, I may still get an used one and this time they will be smart enough to delete possible traces and all folders and registry, who knows!!??

                  I purchased the dell laptop from vijay sales (faridabad crown plaza) on 17/04/2014 bill copy attached. After 7 month there is some problem in my dell laptop than i call dell customer care than i surprised to hear that from your side no communication is done with dell regarding my dell laptop warranty in dell they having the warranty till jan. 2015 but it having the warranty till april 2015.

                  Dell customer said to me that Vijay sales have to sent the mail to dell regarding the extension of the warranty from the bill purchased date. 2 times i gone to your faridabad store and met Mr. Kishore regarding this but no action still taken from there side.

                    I bought a Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual phone from Vijay Sales, Hadapsar, Pune on 18/07/2014. The salesman tried to convince me to buy a genuine screen guard, which had 6 months warranty. He made a mistake while sticking the screen guard, so it came out a little bit. Since it was little, I ignored it too. But later the screen guard started coming out from the side. This happened within 2 weeks from when I bought the phone. I went back to them since I was told I had warranty and they turned me down saying that we don't give warranty if it came out from the side. I had to go outside India for some work for 2 months and hence could not followup on this. However this is a huge setback from Vijay sales. The salesperson first of all did not tell me that there are conditions that apply to the warranty. Next the screen guard came out because he did not stick it properly.                           I had purchased LG washing machine from Vijay sales Pimpri godown, Following are the details V:No 222-PBG11-14SI26 Order No: 195-PCH11-14SOT17 Item Name: LG WM T7222PFFC DATE 02.11.2014 I got the delivery on very next day and the LG service engineer was also came on the 04.11.2014. When box was opened then it was observed that, machine was badly damaged from backside (photo attached) . I called Vijay Service Pimpri office for the replacement.I was very happy to here that machine will get replaced on the same day. sequence of event for the disappointment from Vijay Sales and their staff 02.11.2014 machine purchased 03.11.2014 machine delivered on my address 04.11.2014 Service engineer came for Demo and observed damaged piece On same day I called Vijay Sales for replacement, their commitment " machine will get replaced on the same day i.e 04.11.2014" No delivery of machine on 4 th 05.11.2014 I called again, they said they will call back I called again after three hrs, machine will get delivered till evening reply from Vijay sales No delivery on 05.11.2014 I called again on 06.11.2014, same reply machine will get delivered in evening I called again 1900 hrs on 06.11.2014 for reminder "machine is on the way and will reach by 2100 hrs." Till the time machine is not yet delivered This is my first experience with Vijay sales.Totally disappointment, no staff is having the status, always they are giving wrong commitment.Even LG as a good brand also giving defective damaged machines to their customer. Pl let me know what to do for the replacement.

                            Good Afternoon, I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner ( Trendy Steel ) on the 20th of October from Vijay Sales, Shop No.B1/679 Janakpuri, Block AB, New Delhi, Delhi 110058, Phone :[protected]. The Particular product was defective when we opened it. We tried calling all possible numbers available of Vijay sales on the web and it is on 4th November the Eureka Forbes technician visited our place to declare that the piece had a manufacturing defect and you should consult the dealer you bought it from. We again tried calling Vijay Sales but nobody answers their phone so we visited them and we are still unclear about the status. The Vijay Sales customer support is pathetic and have kept us hanging about the replacement. Their manager has to say that Eureka Forbes will replace it and the company says your delaer will replace it. We've been harassed by the staff and they are very cool about this issue that we can't do anything. I strictly suggest some legal actions must be taken against this retail chain Vijay sales against Fraud and defective piece management. Our piece is 10 days old and we need complete replacement.                               Sandeep Bothra FLat 902, Span Heights, Off 150 Feet Road, Bhayander West, Thane - 401101 To Vijay Sales Santacruz Branch Prime Center, 18, S.V.Road, Santacruz West Mumbai Dear Sir/ Madam [Reference: order number /Voucher No. 110-SCZ10-14SOA 972 and Code No.[protected]] On 24.10.2014 I placed the above order with you for LG AC LSA3SP3M (3 Star) 1T SPL - SET, for which I paid in advance. The LC AC has still not been delivered. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 you are required to deliver the LG AC LSA3SP3M (3 Star) 1T SPL - SET to me within a reasonable time mentioned by you i.e, 29.10.2014. As 29.10.2014 has elapsed since I placed the order, you have failed to fulfill this statutory requirement and are therefore in breach of contract. I contacted to your Store also. Mr. Manoj (Sales Executive) promised me that the same has been delivered on Monday i.e, 03.11.2014 but the same has still not been delivered as on date. I am now making time of the essence. If you do not send me the captioned Goods by tomorrow i.e, 05.11.2014 I will consider our contract at an end, as I am entitled to do in law, and will expect you to refund me the full purchase price of Rs. 27500.00/- along with the Liquidity damage of Rs. 5000/- for not fulfilling the the said order in time.                                 Dear sir, My name is Amit Shetty . I want to complaint against electronic Vijay sales shop who has cheated me with my laptop . I don't have any knowledge about computer so I went to these shop trusting them but, one of the sale person cheated me with laptop, this guys has not given me any accessories items with laptop, he cheated me with charging extra amount and he has not installed any programs in my pc, now I am facing problem with document uploading, I came to known about this betray when my other friends brought this computer and they have received same pc without any problem please help me out with my problem . I really feel fool when I see my pc .

                                  i purchased tv from vijay sales belapur br. on 23/10/2014.. and they promptly delevered on 2nd day 24/10/14. but for installation no call from them till 30/10/2014.. and after six days still installation is still painding.. sorry to say vijay sales service is very poor.. and next time i never purchased anything from vijay sales.. i called also your customer service care two three times but i don't get any possitive responce from your side.. hopefully you taking the matter on priority and install tv and dish early as possible.                                         I have purchased Xperia M2 Dated 9-Oct'12 and have done complaint regarding hardware issues to Vijay Sales. But as per them, they will not replace the mobile once the mobile sold.Also i went to Sony Customer service and got DOA(Dead on Arrival) certificate, even after that none of them is taking initiative to replace a new handset. DOA no.-D[protected] All the procedure have been done by self, But at least i can expect some follow up from Vijay Sales With Sony regarding my Cell phone as am their customer.. What is the role of Vijay sales once the product is sold?? Its better to purchase from local shop where you also get some discount rather than purchasing from vijay sales But Once the handset is sold, they are least bothered.
