On 24.10.2014 I placed the above order with you for LG AC LSA3SP3M (3 Star) 1T SPL - SET, for which I paid in advance. The LC AC has still not been delivered.
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 you are required to deliver the LG AC LSA3SP3M (3 Star) 1T SPL - SET to me within a reasonable time mentioned by you i.e, 29.10.2014.
As 29.10.2014 has elapsed since I placed the order, you have failed to fulfill this statutory requirement and are therefore in breach of contract.
I contacted to your Store also. Mr. Manoj (Sales Executive) promised me that the same has been delivered on Monday i.e, 03.11.2014 but the same has still not been delivered as on date.
I am now making time of the essence.
If you do not send me the captioned Goods by tomorrow i.e, 05.11.2014 I will consider our contract at an end, as I am entitled to do in law, and will expect you to refund me the full purchase price of Rs. 27500.00/- along with the Liquidity damage of Rs. 5000/- for not fulfilling the the said order in time.

So I called up IFB by around 23th Jan. They 'tried' to deliver the product but sent a damaged piece on 30th Jan 2015. After that, there's no confirmation on when I'll get my product. I asked for a refund, but they are not even telling me anything about my refund.
Feeling totally harassed in the entire experience.
