Dear Sir/Ma'm This is for your kind consideration that I've purchased three Hitachi A/Cs from Vijay Sales outlet at Janakpuri in New Delhi on 11/05/2015 vide invoice no.-303-DJK05-15DNFWP456, 449. At the time of purchase I was told that with the purchase of Hitachi A/Cs I'd get Hitachi recommended Ryoku voltage stabilizer for each A/C for Rs.400/- per unit.When I paid for the A/Cs and asked outlet officials to make bill for the stabilizer along with the A/C, I was told that I had to collect the stabilizer from the outlet itself on 12/05/2015 while the A/Cs would be delivered to the customer address and bill for stabilizers would only be generated at the time of delivery. When I approached the outlet on 12/05/2015 I was told to collect the stabilizers in the next two-three days. Then again when I visited the outlet on 15/05/2015 I was told that the stabilizers were not available and would be available by 17/05/2015. On 17th of May I asked the outlet official over the phone about the availability of the stabilizers and I was confirmed to collect the stabilizers. When I was just to reach the dealer shop I received a call from the dealer shop that the stabilizers were not available. After getting harassed with such an unprofessional attitude of the dealer I reached the outlet and asked the officials to not to make such false commitments with the customers as it was quite unprofessional and unethical at their end and requested them a lot to provide the committed stabilizers as I'd suffered a lot without having any fault on my part. Then only I was given one stabilizer and told to confirm for the rest two after two days. Today, when I called at the outlet to confirm the availability of the stabilizers I was told that the scheme was given by the company and now we are not receiving stabilizers from the company (Hitachi), then it is not possible to provide the rest two stabilizers. Your good self is requested to take necessary action in this regard as I've suffered a lot without having any fault on my part. Regards Ashish Rathi Mobile No.-[protected]

    mai ne voltas ka 1 tone ka ac liya hai jo ki warrenty mai hai lekin kuch proble hua tha 19 ko mai ne service center mai complent register ki our unka banda aj 22 date hai abhi tak nahi ayaa hai ye hoti hai kay voltas ki service india ka no 1 brand hai na apko customer ki koie value hai ki nahi sabse faltu service ho gai hai voltas ki bhi aur vijay sales ki bhi voltas walo ne to complent no nahi diya lekin vijay sales ki comlent no hai 1505B202093 koie answer nahi aya hai iska matlab customer ko chutay bana ne ka kam kar raha hai company and service center . mai ne 19 or 20 date ko 15 call kiya hai service center mai. alredy 2 cell number extra diya hai taki koie call nahi laga to dure pe kar sakta hai lekin aj 4 days hone ko aye hai service center se koie banda nahi aya hai sabse bekar service hai both company ki

      Dear All, Greetings for the day! This regarding a Carrier AC ordered from Vijay Sales. I, Mr. Rony Chatterjee purchased a carrier AC Model no Estrella Plus 3 Star 1.5 T from Vijay Sales Lajpat Nagar on 10/05/2015(Sunday) in the afternoon. The Delivery note specifies the No on it as 362-UIP05-15SDN-434 and the code as[protected] The delivery of the same was assured to DLF Ankur Vihar, Loni Ghaziabad area on 12/05/2015(Tuesday) by 12 pm without any delivery charges. We were following up rigorously up with the Lajpat Nagar branch with Mr. Varun and finally got to know that thes same will be delivered from your Indirapuram branch. A call was received in afternoon from Mr Dinesh from Indirapuram branch and he conveyed that the delivery will be chargeable @ Rs 2100/- which is some sort of Nagarpalika Tax and later on after a discussion the same was settled for a payment of Rs 720/-. We gave a green signal for the delivery amount on receipt of the tax challan of Rs 720/- . After continuous follow up and wait for the complete day on 12/05/2015, we were informed in the evening that the same cannot be delivered on the very same day. And if delivery is required the same day (12/05/2015) either the product can be pickup on our own from Lajpat Nagar branch of Vijay Sales or the same will reach our place from Indirapuram branch on 13/05/2015 noon. As it was already evening time and we are working people we opted for the second option still trusting the words of Vijay Sales. But again the company was a fail to fulfil its commitment of delivering the AC in noon on 13/05/2015 by giving us silly excuses by your branch officials on weather and no transaporatation available with the Co.. And the product reached us by 8.30pm on 13/05/2015 along with the technical people to install the AC. And finally the product reach with very unfruitful and sour argument with your branch heads of Lajpat Nagar i.e. Mr Varun and Indirapuram i.e. Mr. Dinesh for the payment of Rs 720/- which was a Nagarpali tax according to your staff without the receipt. And we were harassed for the payment of delivery by Vijay Sales for payment of the amount without the receipt of tax, which was not intimated to us at the time of purchasing the item.. And on top of that the technicians for installing the AC were not carrying any required material like Ply, plug and MCB. And on asking them they intimated that the same was not given by the Comany. Understanding that they will be carrying the material which will be provided to them by the company. On top of that the rotating wings of the AC are broken. I fail to understand that first of all the material of installation is the company’s work specially for the delivery in late hours of the day, when all the shops are almost closed and secondly the same is to be intimated to the customer the very first time if the same is to be arranged by the customer. The people we came across during all this conversations in these 4 days were Mr. Varun, Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Narender and Mr. Vijay, Mr. Rajeev, Ms Jyoti Tiwari collectively from your Lajpat Nagar and Indirapuram Branch. Even though we were on the suffering side, all of them were really rude and harsh with us in all their conversations. The whole episode was really annoying, torturous and harassing experience for us. And will never ever turn back in our entire life to So called Vijay Sales and will make sure not to recommend your company to any of our known people after such a worst experience. If you people have 1000 customers, we too as a customer have 1000 shops to purchase products. But these type of horrible experiences not only harasses the customer as well as wastes his time, which was complete 4 days in our case but on the other in a spot on the brand name as well. Carrier along with Vijay sales management should sensitize and advise the staff to give proper and apt information about everything to the customer the very first time. And deal with the customer in a soft and acceptable tone instead of being harsh, rude and using un parliamentary language to This mail is not for any individual in the organisation or for the delivery charges. Its about the unmanaged the way the organisation works and experience a customer takes away to his home along with the product.         This is for your kind information that we had purchased a washing machine on 27.12.2014 Order No.172-PNV12-14SOA 381 Serial No.J77 Electeolux WM ES80EEWH Maroon White from last 2 days we are trying to contact the Vijay Sales Panvel Branch but there is No. response as there is only one land line number[protected] we are repeatedly calling this number to complain as we are facing problem in the washing machine we want you to send some techinician to check the washing machine. Sorry to say why only one land line number[protected] at Vijay Sales - Panvel what should a customer do in case of emergency. Please send us any other numbers if possible.           i wonder why do you have that customer care number on the site. i have been trying these numbers for the past one hour, but there is no response from the other end. i am having a problem with the television set that i purchased from your borivali branch. arrange an attendant to answer the phone. picture quality is bad.

            Highly untrained, unprofessional and I'll mannered staff no knowledge of product or after sales make all false statements I bought a voltas ac at janakpuri on 2/5 and today on 5/5 its still lying uninstalled despite their promise to get it installed very next day all their numbers are non working when you go there they have misbehaving staff and didn't even reply emails they cheat the customer and once its sold they will treat you like dirt don't ever buy anything from there.

            Their executive and customer care personal called and get installed the air-conditioner after two days and at last the job is done

                This showroom provides pathetic services. The sales people are so uneducated about the products that they either give wrong info or no info, . I have faced this twice in a month. The person who sells iPhone there and a North Indian lady who sells laptop. I would never shop at Vijay sales Dombivli ever again The laptop lady gave incorrect info because of which I had to spend 5000 extra and the iPhone guy provided wrong info because of which I had to pay 1300 extra... A additional 6300. Be aware of the ignorant staff at vijay sales Dombivli. If you love your hard earned money.. Please stay from vijay sales dombivli

                  You have shattered dream of my teenage child by delivering a faulty 1.0 split AC of Carrier that I have purchased on 03/04/2015 through your Inorbit branch inside Shopper Stop in Malad (West) Mumbai. From day1, the AC has not worked at all. Upon frequent follow-up, the technician took away the inner unit of Split AC and informed us after 48 hours that due to moisturise inside the unit, all Gas has evaporated. They refilled the gas and installed the machine back which is of no use now. After daily following up with Vijay Sales Customer Service Head office, I am hearing from the lady officer that she has understood my complaint after 72 hours and will get back to me positively by evening. I fail to understand that how a new machine can have no gas inside and please explain me how moisture would evaporate entire gas of a brand new AC machine. The technician of Carrier have been very unapologetic about the entire events and have compelled us to take away machine form my residence and put it back after repairing. All request to Vijay Sales and Carrier Service Centre to replace the machine altogether had gone to deaf ear and I have been promises response after 24 hour on every call with no solution to the problem. I consider this as a failure of Vijay Sales to influence their supplier to replace the faulty AC. I appeal Vijay Sales to strongly intervene and provide me with new AC unit and leave it to your reputation. This is a serious credibility issue for Vijay Sales and it can have severe repercussion on customer faith in them if this issue is not resolved. Lastly, your inaction will compel me to reach out to social media, press and consumer court and all of this can be avoided if you take stern action now. Regards,

                    I have purchased new AC of PANASONIC COMPANY on 19th march 2015 2-3 days after installation AC is stop working, no cooling at all We had complaint In PANASONIC as well, before 10 days We had complaint Vijay sales as well before 5 days, No one is still visited and solve the issue. Is this kind of customer service Vijay sales provided ??????? Then close your store and shut it down.
                    I have purchased Panasonic Inverter A/C 2 weeks back from Vijay Sales Andheri West branch. I was told this is best company and with good service record. Till date my A/C is not installed and to my shock the installion call was not recorded for last 2 days, today they have finally come with a bill of 3300 where as my installation was for 499/-. That too was not communicated to the installation guys neither was the installation charges sheet shown at the time of purchase at the vijay sales outlet. I feel cheated that before installation I am facing problem what would be the service after installation. Very poor n pathetic way of handling customers from Vijay Sales and Panasonic.

                    They delivered a defective LEDTV

                    I've Purchased a 50Inch Videocon LED DDB Tv but it is not delivered with promised services and quality.

                    The TV remote is not working and the DDB services are provided for 6 months while they sold it confirming, the services are for a year.

                    I'm trying to contact them since last week but not received any response from them.

                    Please help.

                        I placed an order for a Videocon semi-automatic washing machine (6 kg) with the Noida branch of Vijay Sales, on Saturday 28 March 2015. The product was delivered the next day (Sunday) and the product engineer came for a demonstration today (Tuesday, 31 March 2015). The product design has numerous faults - the water inlet pipe does fix into the machine properly, leading to water coming out of the pipe joint when the water flow is not smooth. Plus, the spin tub has water inlet at the top of the 2nd shield door, which again leads to water leaking out when the spin tub is in use. These are faults that the sales staff should have pointed out at the purchase time itself, when I asked them for the product features in detail. The staff was extremely unhelpful and I feel extremely cheated. The product is an electronic machine and the water leakage problem poses serious danger to me and my family. I demand an apology as well as a full refund of the product.

                          Hi i have purchased Samsung E7 on 23rd March from your Vijay Sales store in Vadodara, Gujarat. Next day i.e. on 24th March i came to know that the instrument has hardware problem i.e memory slot is not working in said mobile. So i visited your store same day so, customer care guy Mr. Kamlesh suggested me to visit samsung service center for said problem. Service center has confirmed that device has hardware problem so they asked me to get the IMEI Number stickers from vijay sales. But while opening mobile box sales guy has tear the sticker in such way that the sticker got damaged so vijay sales could able to provide me only 2 stickers instead of 3 stickers. So samsung service center didnt issue DOE Certificate for replacement. Till i.e 31st march vijay sales guys giving me commitment that they will get approval from samsung company for consider 2 stickers for DOE approval & everyday vijay sales guys are commiting for next day but till today i havent get the new instrument i have visited your 6 times in last 9 days. Request you to look into a matter & resolve it today itself because its heights of cheating & keep postponement.

                            Hello i just purchased orient actus cp 30001 h air cooler from your borivali west show room on 29 march and today that is on 30 march i got a problem that when the cooler is on with the water in the tank the water is coming out of the tank from downside even if the lid is closed and the water indicator id not working how come a new piece can do this i cant understand please contact me asap possible myname is krimesh.shah and no is [protected]/[protected].and make your service man to come as soon aspossible

                              In respect of the subject Sales order an advance of Rs 500 was paid on 21 March and thereafter a transfer of Rs 22, 500 was done on 22 March 2015 from ICICI bank reference BIL[protected]. The delivery has not been carried out as yet. We have tried contacting Vijay sales several times on the telephone 61710000 but there is no response. We have also sent several emails but have not received any acknowledgement. The purchase was done by Prakash Gidwani [protected]. The delivery needs to be done to 38, Lovedale, Colaba. The need for speedy delivery was communicated at the time of delivery and 8 days have passed since the transfer was done.

                                Respected Customer Care Team, I wanted to report a pathetic delivery experience I had with your company. I booked a washing machine by the name of my wife "Vidhi Shah" on last Saturday (dated 28th March, 2015) from S G Highway branch and which was supposed to be delivered on Sunday (dated 29th March, 2015).Till 7:00 pm on Sunday, no one from your end reported for any delivery updates and I tried keep calling multiple times but insane ending up all in vein as there is no responsible executive to reply from your side. After so much of efforts, I am able to reach to your executive in evening and he told me that they can't delivery the machine on Sunday (so this shows that you guys don't have any delivery plans... just working like haphazardly..) and finally they commit to deliver on Monday morning.Today also till 12:30 PM, as expected no updates from your executives and again I have to called you guys as I did the full payment (which was a biggest mistake I did). So I have to go to your branch again (which is again investing my time...mean money) and there is no senior person on the floor to answer.So I wanted to ask you that this is how you guys are doing you business, , really??Still they didn't delivery the machine and I am just hating my decision to purchase an item from your shops.I thinks this is how your quality standards are and the poor and pathetic customer service level.                                   I have purchased a Whirlpool washing machine on 25th Dec 2014 form Vijay Sales exhibition at BKC .ALomgwith the washing machine I was promised a free gift of Avon and Park Avenue by your sales executive Mr, Jayesh Ph no:[protected].Now after repeated calls and complaints till date ie 30th march 2015.I have still not received the free gifts.

                                    I am Nilesh Ibrampurkar and I have purchase kenstar food processor from Vijay sales 3 weeks back. we have been told that there will be demo person coming at your place for food processor. Its been 3 weeks no one has come yet. Infact this person by number [protected] has been promising to come for last 3 weeks but not turning up on time committed by him. He has wasted our time 3 to 4 times. Such kind of people are threat to your brand. You should fired him asap. because me and my family, family friends and relatives will not be trusting vijay sales because of this .

                                      I purchased Godrej refrigerator on 25/03/2015 from your Ulhasnagar branch and as per commitment and as mentioned in sales order, delivery of above mentioned product is to be delivered on 26/03/2015. Till evening 7 PM there was no communication from above branch. At 7 pm I asked for the same, Attendant said that product you have selected is yet not arranged . I requested to transfer the line to Manager but unfortunately Mr Manager not willing to talk with me. After some time I received call saying that delivery van is out of order in between the destination, again I requested to transfer phone to Manager so that I can ask Why they have not inform me regarding reschedule of delivery when I was full day waiting only for receiving the good at home. Again I treated in the same way and no response from your manager. I don't know why your responsible officer is behaving like this. I would like to register my complaint so that higher authorities should know about the attitude of the responsible people working in Vijay sales. Since six days have been passed but your executive has yet not come for Installation of LED TV. So request you to send him today as soon as possible.
