3 Times wrongly eneterd password and my atm card was blocked how to open it. please help me.

    I am a Vijaya Bank account holder for many years and have recently opted for debit card and internet banking facility. I have been trying to change my online login password for so many days, since the password expires in 180 days o[censored]sage. Whenever I try to change it does not allow me to change and says your mobile is not registered contact your branch. I had visited the local Malakpet Branch on numerous occasions and they said that I have to register my mobile at any ATM.
    Speaking of ATM this is the only bank ATM which is not open in early morning times the shutter of the ATM is down I think the watchman allocated goes to sleep and I found all the other bank ATM's are open (ICICI, Yes Bank, SBH, Kotak Mahindra etc) and when I use other ATM's I get the message try using my own bank ATM to avoid charges so if the bank is not providing me proper facility whose fault is it? Both the ATM's at Malakpet and Dilsukhnagar were closed during the morning so I think the bank people should check on this as it is a real hindrance to get access of ATM's.
    After registering my mobile at the ATM I got a message that Updation successful but still when I try to change the password I am getting the same error mentioned above I kindly request the bank authorities to look into this matter and get back to me ASAP. My mobile is [protected]@gmail.com

    Even though my complaint has been posted uptil now no one has contacted me to know my problem. I think Vijaya Bank does not care for its customers. I am not providing my mobile number as fraudsters were trying to know my account details hence my email id through which I can be contacted is [protected]@gmail.com I hope I am contacted soon.

    Vijaya Bank — Internet banking transaction failed

    Yesterday i paid 1259rs for an order on paytm. The money was not recieved by paytm but was deducted from my account. It is still not refunded

      Today I booked APSRTC Tickets from Hyderabad to Amalapuam and Amalapuram to Hyderbad through my account number [protected] ( Account Holder Name G Sravya, Vijaya Bank, Amalapuram ) through net banking the amount of Rs.1196 was deducted from my account but the tickets was not generated. When I enquired APSRTC told that the amount was not credited into their account. So solve my problem plz credit the amount of Rs. 1196 into my account

      I made complaint against netbanking on 18.11.2015. Issue: on 18.12.2015 I booked APSRTC Tickets from Hyderabad to Amalapuam and Amalapuram to Hyderbad through my account number [protected] ( Account Holder Name G Sravya, Vijaya Bank, Amalapuram ) through net banking the amount of Rs.1196 was deducted from my account but the tickets was not generated. When I enquired APSRTC told that the amount was not credited into their account. So solve my problem plz credit the amount of Rs. 1196 into my account.
      So far there is no response from you its very bad on your part.

        I call Customer care of vijaya bank many times and tried to explain my problem but they don't listen my problem properly and directly advised me to wait for 7 working days every time without knowing my problem, This happened with me from 2 months.My email Id is [protected]@gmail.com

          Yesterday (29.11.2015) evening I wished to withdraw Rs. 10, 000.00 from my account through ATM of Karnataka Bank Ltd, Subhash Chowk, Memnagar, Ahmedabad - 380052. However, afte putting instruction as same in ATM machine, I received a message of transaction failure with reason that they could not access Vijaya Bank link. Hence, I did not receive any money. This can be verified from the CCTV footage as well as from the message transcript of the ATM machine.

          However, today, at 4.03 AM I have received a SMS from you that I have withdrawn Rs. 10, 000.00 as above. This is completely wrong. there is no such withdrawl.

          Please verify and credit my SB account as above today and confirm the same to me today itself.

              I tried to withdraw 1000rs using vijaya bank ATM card from a citibank ATM. The transaction was not complete stating try again later. And the ATM returned back to the home screen. But the amount has been deducted for that transaction. Need justification for this with the deducted amount.

                I had submitted my application for using net banking at my local branch located at Malakpet. It is more than 3 weeks and the even though the branch submitted my details to the head office no action is being taken and up to now they did not provide me a solution. I have tried complaining on their website but the complaint is not going through. I have also attached the image of the error I am encountering while logging into my net bank account. Is this way how Vijaya bank treats its customers I believed Vijaya Bank stood for good customer service but I'm failing to find it in this case. The bank forwarded my complaint with image to Head Office for further action but there has been no response in this regard. I'm attaching the same image.                   On 9/21/2015 i have made an NEFT transfer through V-mobile banking for Rs.50000/- My balance was deducted instantly but till its not credited to Benificiary account.

                  I called Customer Facilitation Centre and also vijaya bank customer care but the response is poor & non professional !! They telling me to wait another 48hrs to get the status of my transaction !!

                  Also the near Branch manager is not good at solving these type of issues & the only thing he tells me is to contact customer care

                  I have not faced this type of problem with any other banks which i am customer of ..

                  Its really frustrating, this delay already caused lot of damage to my business & schedules... So i can't wait anymore...

                  Please Refund the money back to my Vijaya Bank account

                    Vide rt no.058212 Dt 12/09/2015-transportation of bicycle from chamrajnagar to mandya.i haven"t taken delivery in time.railway mandya asking to pay penalty of rs.10/-hour for delay.toady i have requested for delavery.they instructed me to pay rs.751/-for 72hours of delay.penalty for getting delivery of bicycle 10/-per hour may not be justifiable due to waight of bicycle not more than 20kg.

                              My self “Shahbaz Alam Khan”, from Mughalsarai, Dist.- Chandauli (East U.P) -232101. I am working in govt. sector like as Govt. teacher. I have required a loan for housing purpose. I had talk to your bank ( Vijaya bank, Mughalsarai u.p -232101 ) branch manager on 26.Dec.2014. Whose name is " Mr. Suresh kaushik ".First, he asked me that we have an account of the Vijaya bank. I replied "No" sir. Mr. Suresh Kaushik told me that before they will open an account with our bank.Then you can get a loan. And also see all my papers. Then he assured me that your loan will be pass 100%. According to the words spoken by "Mr. Suresh kaushik ", I opened an account at your bank as date on 27.Dec.2014. Whose account number : [protected]. First, he told me that, you will get a loan o[censored]p to Rs 15 lakh within 15th Day from my bank & at that time, he had promised me. And I had been deposited all the papers to "Mr. Suresh Kaushik", According to him. All legal and technical investigations had been completed by bank.Without even informing, two times my balance has been deducted from my account. The information is as follows: Amt. 2585 Rs deducted on 19.Jan.2015 (Time :15:14:37) & Amt. 1800 Rs deducted on 07.Jan.2015 (Time : 17:06:20).So after all, he refused to give me a loan. And describe such excuses, which according to me are totally wrong.When I requested him to help me a lot.Then he told me in slow motion, your loan will pass. But it will give you 10% of the loan amount . I have to share the money between many peoples. And you're also Muslim. You will understand me. When I listened to it felt like the ground beneath my feet are gone. Now, I am facing problems both physical and mental & also with my family. That I have received the above problems from your bank ( Mr. Suresh Kaushik ).It's a shame too. If it is in your bank. I know the banks are always good. There are many bank account of my family also. If I did not do justice to the all account will be closed. I will go to consumer forums & Bank Ombudsman for the correct justice. Therefore, we request that please check it & take right decision & as well as to the appropriate action. First things, we are very thankful that after you listen to me, it started proceedings and I expect the same from you. I have received a letter from your bank. In which, a few points are given. Which are somewhat wrong? According to the point .Which was mentioned in the letter. I'm responding to you like this point. 1)- Before taking a loan, at the same time you told me about the all papers. Which were submitted to the loan? Then you had assured me that I will get the loan as soon as possible. You have to open my new account as well. But you did not tell me where the legal report & valuation report will charge extra. Then, I have to deduct money from my saving account twice. 2)- In the second point, it was written that I do not submit my loan papers in the bank. The first thing is that, I was asked to bring the paper. Those papers, I had already been deposited in the bank. Anyway, when I was not deposited all papers. Then you started to work on it. And you just have this problem, why not told me before about it? 3)- Dear Sir, You have given me so much trouble. Do you know very well about that? I had nothing wrong with you. And I'm not. Despite this, you put me in the dark. I had no pressure on you in any way as you told in your letter. We are Indian citizens. Well understand their culture and civilization. And we give the same education to children’s. I have no problems from you but you did not say anything like that to me before. Respected Sir, when human require a lot of money. Then they go to the bank for loans. You did not give him any loans. But his money is cut off without any information. What's the right way? Whatever happened to me? It was good. And I have no complaints of any kind. The amount was deducted from my account, we request that turned back to me balance or Credit in my account.                                 Dear Sir,

                                I have received a letter from Vijaya bank regarding this complain as before three to four days. First things, we are very thankful that after you listen to me, it started proceedings and I expect the same from you.

                                I have received a letter from your bank. In which, a few points are given. Which are somewhat wrong?
                                According to the point .Which was mentioned in the letter. I'm responding to you like this point.

                                1)- Before taking a loan, at the same time you told me about the all papers. Which were submitted to the loan? Then you had assured me that I will get the loan as soon as possible. You have to open my new account as well. But you did not tell me where the legal report & valuation report will charge extra. Then, I have to deduct money from my saving account twice.

                                2)- In the second point, it was written that I do not submit my loan papers in the bank. The first thing is that, I was asked to bring the paper. Those papers, I had already been deposited in the bank. Anyway, when I was not deposited all papers. Then you started to work on it. And you just have this problem, why not told me before about it?

                                3)- Dear Sir, You have given me so much trouble. Do you know very well about that? I had nothing wrong with you. And I'm not. Despite this, you put me in the dark. I had no pressure on you in any way as you told in your letter. We are Indian citizens. Well understand their culture and civilization. And we give the same education to children’s. I have no problems from you but you did not say anything like that to me before.

                                Respected Sir, when human require a lot of money. Then they go to the bank for loans. You did not give him any loans. But his money is cut off without any information. What's the right way?

                                Whatever happened to me? It was good. And I have no complaints of any kind. The amount was deducted from my account, we request that turned back to me balance or Credit in my account. I don’t want to take any types of loan from your bank.

                                  Dear Sir, My name is Tanmoyee Chatterjee, My account number is-[protected]. On 12th September 2014 I applied for one add on card to my Pune Camp branch in my own name. But I am sorry to say that till date I have not receive any kind of card from your bank side. almost 10 days passed away, no intimation, no confirmation nothing I got from your side. At the time of applying they said withing 7 days I will get my card. This kind of bank service really not up to mark in current scenario, where other banks are giving their best. but here I am sorry to say the service level is very very poor. This is kind request to you kindly look into this matter as top priority as because I wanted the card very urgent.                                     As I have tried to withdraw Sum of Rs.10, 000(Ten Thousend) from Saidapet Branch Vijaya Bank ATM on 11/07/14 at 10.40am(around) in between the transaction the ATM system got shutout and un able to receive the said amount, In continuation of this I have updated the respective branch with a complaint letter. Hence Irequest you to look in to that and retrieve my money at the very earliest in my account.
