To tell the honorable manager sahebshree that you are refusing to enter your passport passage many times in respect to making a passbook entry in the vijaya bank of sayajipura branch vadodara gujarat. The machine is locked many times, today i am alone, it will not be an entry now. Answering all of these.
so, i'm sorry to say that you are offering your official to work. If we do not see good nature and good behavior from the officials, then the complaints from vijaya bank will be done in the bangalore men's branch.

As I went to the bank for amount remittance but the bank officials had told me that the time is over but it was just 3:15 pm and they had closed cash counter that time already it is not first incident it already happened 3 times already
Sir my account no is [protected] I had transfer the amount of 1900. To account no [protected] of central bank but it doesn't transfered so kindly please refund my money as soon as possible..
Sr my AC no in vijaya bank is [protected]. On 24 Aug my money 2416 was debited twice in CSD pos but till date money was not received. I contacted lot of time by email and telephonically to HO band my br. But no action was initiated.

    Dear sir i request you to look into my following subjects (1) credit card unauthorized charges rs 644.80 billed dated 15 sep 2017 this rs 644.80 amount was already auto debited from my saving account was shown account balance in minus — rs 644.80 because on ccd bill auto debit date 05 sep 2017 my account balance was rs 9237.90 — credit card auto debited billed rs 9882.70 auto debited from my sb account = acc balance was shown rs minus — 644.80 dr - debit. When i later on deposited cash rs 6000 on date 07 sep 2017 then rs 6000 — rs 644.80 dr - debit amt = rs 5355.20 account balance as of now. Why again and again 2nd time re-billed rs 644.80 on 06 sep 2017 is unauthorized debit amount billed. Subject serial no (2) rs 831 long pending credit amount since 18 may 2017 rolling forward and payment not received till date in my saving account and not adjusted in past 4 credit card bills dated 15 jun 15 jul 15 aug 15 sep 2017. How long pending 4 months past over. I have sent 1 dozen emails and telecom conversations to concerned credit cd telephone no[protected] extension 409 with full details in it to [protected]@vijayabank.co.in but no reply responsed to me and not resolved both issues. Therefore i request for these 2 above stated financial frauds initiate legal disciplinary action in vijaya bank card division to all concerned credit card personal. Please do needful in subject at earliest. Thanking you. Regards.

      Sir,
      I was in usa during august2016 till[protected]. I have deposited rs 45500/ on[protected] at rbi chennai.600001. I have made several phone calls which is of no avail. At rbi i was given a tender receipt no che010357 dated[protected]. I was informed that it will be credited to my account with in 2 months after confirming with bank account. I have an account at vijaya bank gen. Cariappa road. Tumkur-572101. I am a pensioner drawing pension at vijaya bank tumkur 572101. My bank has submitted the details of letter sent by rbi chennai on 1-8-2017. But still the amount deposited has so far not credited to my account despite making several calls. Please look in to this and an early action in this regard is appreciated.

        I have few days back in vijaya bank i visited sangam vihar for account opening first they do not have any form so that i can open my account i have visited three time there but they deny they have no form for account now they have form. And they are asking 2000 rupees for account open and 7000rs extra to take scheme after several said i don't want any scheme but didn't open my account and said without pay 7000rs we can't open your account. I want to know why this is happening. I think this the worst customer service and you don't want new customer

          I have just tried to transfer from vijayabank account to HDFC account through online net banking system(IMPS payment) for the amount of Rs. 700. The amount was debited from my vijayabank account but it was not credited to HDFC account.
          When I see the status in account statement it's showing status FAILED.
          I have waited for 2 working days but still not yet credited to any of my account.
          Kindly resolve my issue...

            I am sorry there should be a case to complain about the services rendered by your branch at ambattur chennai (Ifs code no. Vijb 0003060.)

            I am a senior citizen aged 70 years retired as a deputy collector in chennai.

            Today i visited the subject branch to transact business at around 1.50pm. I could witness the security staff started sending all the customers who were inside the premises forcing them out saying that it is the lunch time and under instructions from the manager he is sending all of them out. The premises was duly locked and all the customers were forced to stand out in the scorching sun. Since i was eliciting some more information, the branch manager came out and started behaving rudly that it is their wish and right to keep the premises locked for security reasons.

            I wonder how can there be no security risk during banking hours and the risk will be there only during lunch break. Please explain the rationale.

            I notice all the staff were having their lunch at one go by locking the premises and there were none in the counters to attend to customers. Moreover all the customers were sent out and the premises was locked. The action of the bank manager is arbitrary and dictative. Over and above that the manager's behaviour was rude and shocking. She started behaving as if the bank was not a public utility service and everybody should listen to her dictum.

            To our knowledge as per rbi directive branch managers and other supervisory officials should ensure that the member of staff are available during banking hours at their counters, and no counters remain unattended during business hours. The premises must be kept open and at least there should be somebody at the counter to answer the queries of customer. Here is a case the premises itself is locked and everybody is out their duty during prescribed hours. To our understanding all the staff cannot go for lunch at one go leaving the premises locked.

            The branch manager is rude and discourteous in handing the customers. I would like to specifically point out this is not conducive to good banking relationship especially for senior citizen. A lot of inconvenience is caused to the valued customers who are made to stand out in the scorching heat.

            Trust that you will address the issue and take appropriate remedial measures so that the practice stands amended forthwith.

            Would appreciate your prompt and favourable reply in this regard.

              This is with ref to monthly credit card bill with vijaya bank, it is stated that there was a refund of almost 84000 in my credit card and however rs 139585 has been withdrawn from my account. This credit card is linked with my ca no [protected]. The matter was apprised to the branch manager, vijaya bank, shimla and she further pursued in the planning department as well as the credit card wing. Despite various reminders to her, nothing concrete has happened till date. This is a continuous problem with the credit card department of vijaya bank and a month ago the same problem was there with my account and which was later, refunded after various reminders. I am keeping various accounts with the vijaya bank shimla, since 1998.

                Payment is getting rejected while adding paytm money with vijaya bank platinum debit card details. This is happened 6 times over the last 3 day. I have sufficient balance and my online banking is already activated.
                Tried to add money to paytm wallet - message received everytime was "payment was declined by your bank". My account has sufficient balance so i dont understand why there are so many failures with vijaya bank card

                I am not having debit card also it's not necessary for me. You deducted RS -345+annual charge RS -118 from my account.
                Kindly recredit RS-463 to my account immediately
                I don't get get otp even though i registered my phone number in the branch
                I can't upload my id details in paytm while i'm trying to do that it shows that u have reached maximum id verification attempts for the day.I tried next day and it took a while for loading and when i retried it i shows the same message your attempts completed for the day...
                My money got deducted from my vijiya bank debit card while I was adding money in my paytm wallet unfortunately the money wasn't added and deducted kindly reserve rs 20 to my bank account again..
                My upi reference number[protected].please Vijaya bank can solely initated the wrong credit chargeback for my Amount reversal as soon as possible.

                  My name is harshvardhan gaur. I an mba student at mcmaster university in ontario, canada. My student number is[protected]. I was granted education loan by your bank in january 2017 by the andheri west branch. The bank transferred an initial amount in january. We would need the bank to pay my tuition fees for the coming term too as part of the understanding but there is no response from the bank yet.
                  They only replied once asking for certain documents and then haven't replied for a week. Please understand that this is time sensitive as the university in canada would put a fine on the fees on late payment.

                    I would like to complain about assistant bank manager at palace orchard branch sadashiva nagar who behaved inappropriately with me when i went to inquire about credit card non functioning. He was impatient to listen to my problems and instead of calming me down was confronting me. His behavior with me was nasty and not professional at all.
                    The credit card division in charge too was not behaving well with me and also said at one point of time that "you can close your accounts here" in front of the branch manager. No client would expect this kind of treatment from the bank staff. I am requesting you to look into this matter seriously and act accordingly.

                          I am a nre account holder with vijaya bank, padil branch, mangalore - karnataka state, & my nre sb ac: # 10030xxxxxx7380. My netbaning facility is blocked since more than 3 months, and have been requesting the branch\ head office to reset the account.
                          So, far, i have sent 18 (Eighteen reminders) by email, but the branch has no courtesy to even acknowledge my complaint. Even the vijaya bank head office, bangalore has not taken any action up to now.
                          Resetting of password is that complicated, as normally the private banks like icici, kotak take action within a week from request, or they have even user friendly website service, where customers can help themselves, without in the mercy of officers. Very lousy vijaya bank.. Who does not even have the courtesy to acknowledge simple action.

                                I ordered a motor in paytm on 3-03-17. But immediately i cancelled the order for some reason. The payment was done through debit card (9199). It actually said the refund is in process and will be refunded within 14days. I actually complained about it several times both in bank and paytm. It's been 4months now, i have no trace about that amount till date. Even the day before i complained, no action.
                                I recieved a reference no. From paytm related to refund.
                                No response from the bank, even the bank manager of vijaya bank bilekahalli branch bangalore 76.

                                    I have made online transaction on jabong and transaction got failed. But the amount was debited from my account. After 5 days i received refund from jabong but the amount was not credited by bank. I have submitted complaint in my bank branch but they said they did not receive any response from main office.

                                    I am seriously frustrated of this bank. This bank has no rules and regulations. They don't respond to customer queries. They keep refund with them. I will not suggest this bank to anyone.

                                      I mr shashanth j professionally i am contractor and agriculturist i had a account in vijaya bank hirisave branch, branch code is vijb0001561 and my account number is [protected], i opened a account on may last week as on my friend reference i thought i'll get a better service in your bank but i had worst experience in ur branch, i requested for check book but manager said till six months they will not provide check book, i requested him that i am an contractor last month i transacted more than a lakh and for further transaction if you provide check book i will increase my transaction in your branch but he throw my pass book and said he will not issue the check book. I complained regarding this on 7/7/2017 but i didn't get any calls regarding my complaint still 21700rs balance is there in my account

Tiwari, credit card number [protected] due date 09/19 received the card from the branch moodalpalya not received the pin number after renew the card and unable to get the service from the bank. The branch credit card executive and branch manager sent several mail to the credit card division goes in vain.

                                        I came at 2pm they are not giving response properly. Till 5pm I was wating such an irresponsible person they are not at all giving response such an waste employees no one is proper. please consider this issue. Thank you.
