I deposited RS28900=00 as income tax on 22March2016 with VIJAYA BANK LONI ROAD SHAHDARA (6022) VIDE CHALLAN NO - 03 BUT TILL DATE AMOUNT IS NOT CREDITED IN MY PAN-AAUPT3533F. I lodged my complaint on 27 March 2017 Complaint no PGRS[protected], But approx. 15 days has passed but TAX IS NOT CREDITED IN MY PAN -AAUPT3533F .[Please do needful at your end.

    While transferring amount from my account to paytm wallet, transaction got failed on 14 march 2017, 5000rs of amount dedected from my account but its not in paytm also so i am roaming from 14th march, to paytm office and vijya bank and i gave a written complaint twice in vijaya bank still my amount has not credited into account. i am not satisfied from their feedback.

      Money is not credited to the said bank account since now.


      Kindly take necessary steps to refund or credit the amount to the said account in emergency.

        I K.SRINIVAS having an a/c in the vijaya bank dombivili(e) branch a/c no [protected]
        when i tried to withdraw rs 2500, 4000 from my a/c on[protected] around 19.59 pm from the dombivili (W) atm machine. i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm .
        but when i checked the balance, the balance was deducted from my a/c.

          As per government order I am asked to pay salary of my staff numbering 8 through net banking. I was asked start a Current account with a nationalized bank in my locality. Since I have SB account in Vijaya bank Kuthuparamba, I started a Current account in Vijaya bank Kuthuparamba. As per instructions from Labour office the required software was installed in my computer and verified by labour officer. I was asked to credit the required amount for the salary of all of my staff to Current account and it was done.On 06.03.17 the required amount was debited from my account. But my staff did not get the salary. When my branch manager was contacted he told that the transfer of amount to respective accounts of the employees were done from head office at Bangalore, and in a day or two the employees will get amount. My staff did not get salary till 13.3.17. I put up a complaint (PGRS[protected] with head office and I got reply problem solved. They transferred the amount back to my account and local branch transferred the amount to respective accounts. Since that was not the procedure as per Labour office I put up a complaint again with head office (PGRS[protected] of Vijaya Bank asking them the reason for, that much delay in transferring the amount to the accounts of my employees and I have requested them to let me know whether this much delay will be there in future transactions also. I am yet to get a reply. Time for paying wages for the employees for the month of March is approaching I do not know what is to be done.
          I request you to take action to be taken against the bank for this type of irresponsible behavior. Other banks in my locality have approached me stating that they can handle this work. Should I change the Bank?

            I am Anil Verma a loyal customer of your bank and I am having a savings A/c. in your Bank. My savings bank A/c nos. is [protected]
            During shopping in Reliance fresh dated on[protected] time 12.09 pm at greater Noida. the shopkeeper asked me to pay Rs 3728.54, I gave him my vijaya bank debit card He swiped and asked for the PIN nos. and i entered the PIN nos. He waited for sometime and told me that the transaction is cancelled. Then again he swipe the card and this time payment was done, at the same time I Received text msg from vijaya bank my A/c shown amount is deducted twice from my A/c Immediately I ask Manager of Reliance (Mr Pramod [protected]) and told the same. then he checked in their account and showed me all the transaction (find attached) of that particular day. Reliance fresh receive only one transaction Rs.3728.54 from my A/c. After requesting, bank & vijaya bank costumers care (complaint nos. CRM[protected] )still not received my Amounts. Today is 23rd March 2017.this is request to you Pls refund my money as soon as possible. might be go for legal.

            As per our records the amount is already settled to the merchant bank (HDFC) and no refund has been initiated so far. Therefore, a charge-back has been raised. The same shall be settled once we receive the settlement from merchant bank.

                I have housing loan account with Vijayabank, Sattadhar Cross Road, Ahmedabad Branch bearing account no [protected] . I was charged fix amount of Rs.12720/- towards EMI of housing loan. Before availing the housing loan we have paid all legal file and Insurance charges as per bank policy. One day when i requested for account statement i was shocked looking to the charges debited towards inspection chgs, verification chgs etc. We all are aware that bank gives only 80% of loan on actual value of Property, then why you need to get the property valuation and verification done every year and the value of property has always gone up in Ahmedabad so where is the need of such activity and if bank require to be on safer side its they have to pay why burden on client. I had so many and also made online complain on banks website where they are having only one standard reply as its been debited as per banks time to time policy. I have already paid all legal charges before availing the loan as per policy and now this EMI amount includes principal and interest amount then why extra money debited without customer consent. So i request to take a strict action against banks such policy and arrange to get all the amount deducted from my account with interest and also for mentally torchuring for putting unwanted burden on loan payment.

While doing the transaction it showed the transfer failed but unfortunately that amount got deducted from my bank account. I tried to call so many times to the bank customer care, nobody picks the calls.

                    I have transferred a sum Rs 12000/- to Canara bank A/C Through IMPS from Vijaya Bank Mobile app on 31 July 2018 and during the process it showed the transaction failed and amount is deducted from my saving A/C but the amount is not received at the opposite end.
                    I have called the Service desk several times but there is no response from the helpdesk, also I have sent email to IMPS team and there was no response .

                            I went to ask a form to open an account .But I didn't get form but I felt indecent behaviour as if the particular employee doesn't like to give the form or he doesn't know to deal with. If he busy or timing is not proper he could tell it proper way I was ready to wait for another day.                               I made two purchases from snapdeal for Lavie Alpha 2 Red Backpack (Order ID: [protected]) Placed on 19 Jan, 2017 and Woodland Browntan Leather Formal Wallet (Order ID: [protected]) Placed on 19 Jan, 2017. Later I cancelled them and refund was processed by snapdeal. Snapdeal has confirms that they have refunded the money in my bank account, with transaction reference number HHMP[protected] and 023790, but bank has denied of any such transaction. Vijaya bank has very pathetic customer support. Nobody receive calls nor replies to emails. Branch says they do not have any information.

                                Dear sir i tried to transfer the money from vijay bank atm card to my another account canara bank account through the option using card to card transfer from canara atm while doing this the transaction got declined but the amount got deducted from my account but did not got tranfered to my canara bank account, i did this twice 10, 000 + 10, 000, after ward i took the mini statement where its showing nfds twice the time as i did, now i dont know what to do to get this amount back in my account iam very worried what to be done now plz advice me

                                  I am an A/c holder at Vijaya Bank Malakpet Branch and my A/c no: is [protected]. On 21st December 2016 when I shopped at DMart and paid through my Debit card there was a network error first time my card was swiped but the amount got deducted from my account. I have made numerous complaints at Vijaya Bank Malakpet Branch and they are saying that they have done the needful and the Head office is not taking action and hence the delay. It is now 2 months and still I have not got back my amount. I want to know is this how Vijaya Bank treats its customers and puts them through inconvenience I have lost a lot of my time chasing this complaint. I hope there will be quick action taken against any careless employees who are being paid just to sit around and not help the customer. Awaiting a response at least this time.

                                    Incident date & time : 31/12/2016 18:06

                                    I tried to withdraw 2000/- from my debit card from vijaya bank atm,
                                    Brach name: gufa mandir, lal ghati, bhopal (M. P.), after processing payment was not received but message came on mobile as well as receipt came out from atm that rs. 2000/- has been withdrawn from my account. Brach was closed at this time. Next day i had to travel to leh (J&k) as i m posted at leh airport, hence could not make a complaint to vijaya bank because at leh city there is no vijaya bank. On 15/01/2015 i make a complaint at customer care with complaint id: crm[protected].
                                    But still they did not resolved it not they contacted to me.

                                        Hello i went to bank pay cash the man seating on cashir mohan mahatre at papdy branch vasai is a rough guy lazy in wrk and spoon feed person he is taking ten to fifteen mins for one customer i went to manager name as vishwajeet kumar instead of helping me he supported his staff and telling me to quit the account how rubbish manager he is and this would cause a highly affect on bank businnes bank director should take action to these person and there is no atm machine since one year and its nationalize bank plz solve this problm immediately and help customer for better service
