I used my Vijaya Bank ATM card to withdraw Rs 1, 500/- at Punjab National Bank ATM at Trimurti Nagar, Nagpur-440022 on 10/01/2017 . But money was not dispensed. I Registered complaint to Vijaya Bank as well as Panjab National Bank call centre and text complient.But Both Bank are avoding my complaint and not give proper answer and guide.
I request you to kindly arrange to get back Rs 1, 500/-

    I am unable to use my vijaya bank debit card at shops, petrol pumps or at malls and it is so irritating that i have to go to the atm and withdraw the amount, i can't even withdraw certain amount due to the new rule from rbi it is so annoying that i can't swipe my card, it gives "card error" in edc, and the reason i get is demonetization from the bank employees, whatsoever i'm able to withdraw the amount from atm.

      I am resident of channaptna town Karnataka my compliant is as fallows I had sent an online request on 19th November 2016 to Vijaya bank website and its given a ID as fallows VIJ[protected] and as mentioned in website I took December 2 2016 as appointment date to visit a branch (Channaptna VIJB001044) but as the instructions that official call letter will be sent by mail([protected]@VIJYABANK.CO.in) to us regarding appointment but I am still not got such call letter. More over when visited branch on 25th December 2016 enquired a bank employee to open a savings account but he told me come on January 2017 but when am visited a branch on 2nd January 2017 enquired about saving account he told me come after one week, am again enquired another employee as same he told me to come 25th January 2017, I am so upset by this . And this shows how bank employee treat a ordinary people this a exact mirror of how poor people not getting even basic needs from banking system, please don't think it's a small case give Us a justice .. We are believe on higher authorities please do something on customer favor banking. And strictly instruct them to not repeat this again and giving equal priority on every person ... Please give us justice ...

        I rukmakar shetty having an a/c in the vijaya bank mulinje branch a/c no [protected]
        when i tried to withdraw rs 2000 from my a/c [protected] on[protected] around 05.45 pm from the karnataka bank uppala atm machine. i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm .
        but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

          Yesterday I have made a payment through IMPS from Vijaya bank mobile banking application. While doing the transaction it showed the transfer failed but unfortunately that amount got deducted from my bank account. I tried to call so many times to the bank customer care, nobody picks the calls.
          Even the opposite party didn't receive the payment even after 24 hours.

          Vijaya Bank — Debit card doesn't detect in EDC machine at any shop, pump etc...

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I am living in chennai on 27 th dec-17 i tried to with drawn amount from vijaya bank ATM Rs.3000/= transaction failed message came and i tried in another ATM twice Rs3000/= and Rs.2000/= but transaction failed but when i saw my message total Rs8000/= was deducted from my account and i have given a written compliant but they are telling it will take 1 weak to get credit

          looking forward any kind advice

            I was use vijaya bank debit card to chirayu hospital dombivli east on dated[protected] for my son treatment & there two translation done on translation getting error other translation successful done but two time debit money in my account (Amount is 5000+5000 rs. Total 10, 000 rs.) but still not refund my one translation money in my account

                        I lost my atm card around 7:30 pm on 23 december 2016. I immediately started contacting the bank to block my card but there was no response. I called at all of their help line number :

                        But there was no response from the bank and in the mean time some guy who had found my card was spending my money everywhere.

                        3000 - dennys 3rd phase jp nagar, bangalore

                        I tried calling the bank continuously from 4 different numbers and still got no response and all the while i could see the money being slowly stolen away from my account.

                        The guy who found my card had around 2-3 hours where he withdrew cash, bought drinks, purchased food for his entire neighborhood and i couldn't connect with vijaya bank.
                        Add to that their website was also not working and add to the irony of it, all the while when the guy was stealing money from my account, i was on hold on the helpline number of vijaya bank, listening again and again to the automated voice saying "vijjaya bank, a friend you can bank upon".

                        Definitely not a friend you can count on.

                          I have 1 Fixed deposit in this branch of amount 40, 000 Rs with auto renew after 15 Days.

                          I request your bank staff on Saturday (17/12/2016) to break the FD and deposit the liquidity in my corresponding account.

                          I have already given my FD slip in the bank.

                          But it is NOT yet done till today, I just want to confirm

                          How much time is required to break the FD and deposit the cash in associated account, Please confirm ?

                          If really it require 2+ days in your bank, then I really need to rethink other banking option with some other bank.

                          Please do needful on my service request ASAP, as I need to pay my son’s school fees ASAP.

                            Respectfully I state as under
                            1-I have saving A/C no [protected] since 2005. I have deposited Rs 3, 50, 000 in Fixed Deposit customer ID[protected]
                            2-I had deposited all documents while opening my saving account.Again I deposited Pan NO (AANPC9544Q) while deposting Fixed deposit.I had deposited my Pan No and signed application form to vijaya Bank Hisar.But Bank did not enter my Pan No in my account .During period[protected] total interest accured was Rs 30394 out of which income tax Rs 6079 was deducted. It was 20%.Due to her mistake it was deducted in excess and not showing my Pan No. Income Department has issued me notice to deposit tax which I have already paid. If I donot pay then penlty will be imposed.
                            3-I visited Vijaya Bank Hisar to solve my problem and rectify E TDS submitted by bank for period 2015-16.Officials of Vijaya Bank refused on the ground Ms Parul Thakral P.O Vijaya Bank Hisar had filed income tax return only she can rectify because she had password and user ID. Mr Sanjeev Kumar( Chief Manager) tried his best to talk with Ms Parul Thakral and others emploployees of Bank.But my problem could not be solved .I talked with Ms Parul .She said only bank can solve problem.I am facing problem due to friction of employees of Vijay Bank .
                            4-My account is always of excellent category and can be seen from record.On seeing such behavior I feel to close all accounts.
                            5-I request you to solve my problem and rectify TDS Return for the year[protected]of Vijaya Bank HISAR.

                              Vijaya bank atm (Vasai w branch) dispenses only 2000 notes. All other atms in vasai are shut. After getting 2000 from vijaya bank atm at night 19/12/16, in the morning 20/12/16 went to the vijaya bank cashier to ask for change, as nobody outside was giving change. The cashier spoke rudely. The guard pushed and misbehaved with the customer. The branch manager threatened the customer with police threat. Guard says get out and you won't get any change. The security guard even ordered the cashier not to give change. And when customer insists on change, the guard 'mahadik s s', pushes the customer and branch manager comes and threatens customer with police action. This kind of treatment by vijaya bank towards it's own customer, and in regards with his own money, is illegal and criminal. I request you to take legal and other action against vijaya bank, guard s s mahadik and the branch manager of vijaya bank, vasai rd, ambadi branch asap.

                                      Customer care per baat karo to call uthakar side me phone rakh dete h ya call disconnect ker dete h.

                                        I have received a call today from unknown person request for mpin which i have received a message. We have a saying account in my mother name and she doesn't use atm or mobile banking but i received a call request for mpin so i understood that it's a fraud call, and he was forcing me to give tge details, i request you to take a action on this, here is the number from which i have received a call.

                                        The vijay bank account is in my mother name.

                                        Vijaya Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have received a fraudulent call from an unknown person saying low amount in my savings account and GST renewal. He asked for mpin that I received on the phone. Please contain such malicious activities.
