I purchased mop fm vishal megha mart manesar. Before 4 days.
But woking .very low quality.

Dont understand why low quality product in vishal mega mart manesar.

I have make payment of 820 for the bill in cash but in bill it is showing 393 how it is possible. Please help us...

Vishal mega Mart imlichatti Muzaffarpur is forcing us to pay parking charges of bike this is not fare please take appropriate action...

One suggestion- There should be adequate sitting infrastructure for customers as well as staff. At least to billing staff.
Standing for long duration causes serious health problems.

I purchase some household stuff from Vishal mega mart
First i used the credit card for payment which was declined I went for the same procedure again with credit card and again it declined

Then i used UPI for the same and this time i was able to make the payment

But the amount was deducted from my UPI i.e from my A/c and also from my credit card

I visited Vishal mega Mart yesterday for shopping. The bill was rs 2635 and as written here I was supposed to get a FREE EGV WORTH RS 400. But i didn't received any free gift from the Mart....

I am writing you today to explain you about a bad exeprience i had at your store on 27.03.22 while i have have taken 7 to 8 tshirts of my choise from the clothing section and went to the cashier for their billing .
There i witnessed that one by one he is disapproving my choise of t shirt, so when i asked him about this he first completely ignored me for some time and after that in a harsh way told me these are bought by the holesellers...

Today I visited to your retail shop and bought shirt of Rs 475 but they were asking for 3 rs for carry bag...
Does Vishal Mega Mart charge extra amount for carry bag?...

This is umesh birha...i m from jabalpur...in 24 march we visit Titanium, 932, near Maharashtra High School, Wright Town, Jabalpur around 1pm..m parked m bike in there parking area provide by mart...after that whne i returned my bike are missed..after that they didn't provide any quires and didn't support even cctv camera are missing nd no any seucrity guard available in parking area...tottly worest serviec ever i have seen tilll...

On 17 March 2022, I bought many things from Vishal Mega Mart Chinhat, Lucknow on account of Holi.
Today(22 March 2022) I visited there to return some clothes and shoes and wanted refund. Because on the hoarding it is written that return and get 100% refund that's why we bought many things and we thought that we will get refund.
But when i visited today instead of giving refund they give credit...

Please provide workers at billing counter i was standing for 1hour in a same lane because no one was there accept just one person...

After done shopping of 59280not get any discount or coupon or gift,
And price tag on clothing rack was mismatched when go for billing.

I am at Roorkee Vishal Mega Mart. The behavior of staff is not acceptable. Lack of professional ethics.

Supervisor who is arguing with me unnecessarily.. i select a jeans in which there was no price tag so he went and bought other one which is costly nd brand is also different.. wr I don't want that wave length brand ... I jst asked for what is this? Will this jeans cost this much high ?

Vishal mega Mart Sangrur staff is non cooperative.when they were asked to start AC, they said we don't have company approval. the weather is hot and humid and the building is not properly ventilated.
Either staff or company or both of you are not taking care of the customer.
Resolve this issue immediately othervise I will take up the matter with the concerned ministry of govt of India...

Staff deputed at Sangrur Punjab is non cooperative and irresponsible.
When they were requested to start AC, they behaved rudely and said we have no company'approval
And inthe store,
It's too hot and humid to stay more than 10 minutes
Kindly look into the matter...

Your store in Bahadurgarh is very suffocating. There is no AC facility in the complex. In basement section it is impossible to stay there for more than 5 minutes. I talked to the service staff and they said they are also suffering for more than 3 years.
Please improve your facilities ASAP.
