I purchased from your Vishal Mega Mart solan Himachal Pradesh they also charged for carry bags without include it in the Bill when I asked them for this issue they can't satisfy me

I brought a set of glasses on Thursday evening. I lifted the cartoon and got it packed and gifted it to my friend. On opening there where only three glasses instead of 6 glasses. This is pure fraud. When you are taking money from the customer how can you do such a blunder of packing only 3 glasses in the box.

Sir i was purchase some items from your mart on 6 Apr 22 at 1859 hrs, counter No 5 billing by Avinash Kumar. During bill one bag also billing by Mr Avinash Kumar for Rs 1399.00 but suddenly i told to Mr Avinash that i was not required that bag and delete the bag in my bill. He told me that i have deleted and i believe him because he is VISHAL MEGA MART EMPLOY. But when i was came my home i check and found that the item is also include in the bill. Sir I am a soldier and now posted in CI Ops. So now my wife went to your mart for refund of amount but your mart located at Kalyanpur Kanpur U.P. Mr Gaurav missbehave to my my wife and today. She request Mr Gaurav to check CCTV recording that the bag already return during billing by Mr Avinash. But any one not any help my wife. Sir please help me what i am doing in this condition. I purchased one set of NON STICK COOKWARE from vishal mega mart ludhiana for home on 21 June 2021 but it s layers got dameged within 2- 3 months. It s useless for us. It s warrnty is 2 years

My parents went to vishal mega mart located in Jabalpur road katni as they usually visits every month. Today they billed what they purchased in counter no 9 with bill no[protected] made be 6053851 shahin parve timing 20:14:53 on 12-Apr-2022. It was summaries as 42 items with 55 quantity. All the items was in the cart and handed over to the person making bills. But accidentally he forgot to take out the slip of one item but added in the bill and pack all the items in the bag taken by us. During exit crossing the gate hooter sound was made due to that slip which was not taken out by the person making bill. But the guard and the whole staff humiliated and insulted parents without investigating and finding the problem. later on after several request they recalculated and checked every item and found that it was the mistake from their side only. at last they didnt provide the offer which was on the billing amount. Moreover they were rude at the end too saying its a mistake from your side as you have to check the same. Is this the way one should treat the customers like this??? my parents were educated and thus too felt so embarassed what they do for the people who are less educated. i request a sincere apology from the staff to my parents as it was a full mistake from them. my parents were cooperative still your staff were harsh to them

I purchased 16 curtains on 09.04.2022 with a 20% discount offer. Later on, I found that three curtains were defective. Therefore, I exchanged the same curtains with the same design and price on 11.04.2022 at Vishal Mega Mart, Ludhiana, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana. But the staff charged an extra price I.e without discount price. When I told him that I am only exchanging it, he told me that I have to pay the price without a discount as a 20% discount is available on the purchase of 10 curtains, therefore, I paid extra charges. It is pertinent to mention here that if I purchased 16 curtains with 20% discount and out of which 3 curtains were exchanged then why did the store charged an extra amount for the same? One suggestion- There should be adequate sitting infrastructure for customers as well as staff. At least to billing staff.
Standing for long duration causes serious health problems.

I purchase some household stuff from Vishal mega mart
First i used the credit card for payment which was declined I went for the same procedure again with credit card and again it declined

Then i used UPI for the same and this time i was able to make the payment

But the amount was deducted from my UPI i.e from my A/c and also from my credit card

I visited Vishal mega Mart yesterday for shopping. The bill was rs 2635 and as written here I was supposed to get a FREE EGV WORTH RS 400. But i didn't received any free gift from the Mart.

I am writing you today to explain you about a bad exeprience i had at your store on 27.03.22 while i have have taken 7 to 8 tshirts of my choise from the clothing section and went to the cashier for their billing .
There i witnessed that one by one he is disapproving my choise of t shirt, so when i asked him about this he first completely ignored me for some time and after that in a harsh way told me these are bought by the holesellers and they are not for sale now.
when i asked him that if these are not for sale then why they are showcasing these tshirts on the sections and if they are sold then why any of the employee told me about that, after this question i belive he just lost his temper and started shouting at me that wheather i want any of the products or not . Same as all of your section heads were also there but not doing nothing about that so after that i hav"nt bought any of the tshirt from your store .i like to tell you that i am a very old and loyal costumers of your store and not been treated this way in any of the store or in my life.
I trust that this is not teh way that vishal does business and that you will mention my concern with Arpit kushuvaha about the incident .Iam open to discussing the matter further and should hope that you will respond with a solution to prevent this incident happening again

This is umesh birha...i m from jabalpur...in 24 march we visit Titanium, 932, near Maharashtra High School, Wright Town, Jabalpur around 1pm..m parked m bike in there parking area provide by mart...after that whne i returned my bike are missed..after that they didn't provide any quires and didn't support even cctv camera are missing nd no any seucrity guard available in parking area...tottly worest serviec ever i have seen tilll now...plz complian against visal mega mart...& also their manager are so rude...

On 17 March 2022, I bought many things from Vishal Mega Mart Chinhat, Lucknow on account of Holi.
Today(22 March 2022) I visited there to return some clothes and shoes and wanted refund. Because on the hoarding it is written that return and get 100% refund that's why we bought many things and we thought that we will get refund.
But when i visited today instead of giving refund they give credit note.
I am a regular customer of VMM and i want my money back because now I am in big trouble. After holi we are facing financial problems so please return my cash.
It's a big amount (₹1496). It's a humble request.
