Sir,
this is to bring to your kind notice that i want to redeem a gift voucher of rs 2000/- issued by Vishal mega mart, the expiry of which is 5 september 2009, but i am not able to redeem it because of some technical fault from the Vishal mega mart store.

I want to tell you that i had recieved a gift voucher of Rs2000/- which was awarded to me in a contest held by Zen Estilo Style Jodi here in allahabad,Uttar pradesh. the details of the gift voucher are:-

when i went to Vishal Mega Mart here in civil lines in Allahabad,uttar pradesh, i was not allowed to redeem it due to some technical problem, and more so when i enquired about the reason then i was told by the Brach managers(Mr.Saurabh and Mr.Raman) on duty that they will call me and tell me later about the problem, but till now there is no response from their side.

so do kindly urgently look forward into this matter and do tell me what should i do as there is no fault of mine in this problem and the expiry of the voucher is near by and it seems that they are just wasting time to reach the expiry date.

    I visited Vishal Mega Mart, HAridwar on 19/03/2009 at 8 PM. At this outlet of Vishal Mega Mart, staff is so rude that they don't show any courtesy to customer. While asking for Trial room for a apparel, they shown the location of Men's trial room in place of Women's Trial room and when myself reches there, they laughed in group.
    Hope my complaint reaches at the right hand.

      I went to Vishal Mega Mart around 8:30 pm. I like Glairs, it was my brother's b'day, so being so excited I purcahsed it, But next day Morning when I saw the brand new glairs again, It was broken. So i went back to store, but they informed Glairs wont be replaced, as i need to chk it there, and the damage must have been coz of me. I told them, If damaged wud have been coz of me than there wud be rashes on it, but there was a clear cut on it. I spoke to Manager Rajesh Dubey. He was really very agrogant.. blaming me all the time for the damaged and talking abt terms and condition. i told regarding ur terms and condition u need to mentioned it juz besides ur products.. I[censored] display damaged products hw can v be responsible for same? wht pissed me off, was his attitude towards a female customer, insted of helping with resoluntion he kept arguing. I honestly feel he shud be thrown out.. I have never seen this kind of pathetic attitude. BEing into customer service if you behave this way with the customer, then wht kind of customer service u they providing, Infact I told him I wont take this Glair, He Said Thank you very mush Shamefully, and also advised to go to Consumer Court.

        Hello Sir,
        My name is Sachin and I am submitting complent against Vishal Mega Mart Pune. I hve purchased Blancket from Vishal Mega Mart fatima nagar pune before 1 month and I found that the Blancket is defective. the defect is so minar and it is not not detectebale easily thats why I found that defect so late.
        When I went to exchange the Blancket they said we doesn't replace it because its too late and you dont have bill of the product but I have logo and barcode on that product.
        So I am kindlly request you to help me if there any chance of replacement

          Misbehave by Security person and other working staff in name of Cheaking
          I have shopped with my family and relatives Rs.3346=00 goods at Vishal Mega Mart, SILVER CITY, LAL KUAN GHAZIABAD. By bill no.[protected] counter no.09 date 11 Jan.2009 cashier no.[protected] While billing billing person packed one of item cost of Rs. 30=00 only with my goods by mistake or "JAANBOOJH KAR", While checking out the buzzer sounded and the security person asked to me about this item Because it was not listed in bill, the security person taken away all my goods without listening me and abused me in front of the crowd and my family members and relatives. Mr. ANJANI said to me " SHARM NAHI AATI" .

          Vishal Mega Mart — Misbehave by Security with Ladies in name of Checking

          I have shopped over 5000+ Rs. goods at Vishal Mega Mart, CP-1 Aashiana Lucknow. While billing, I have asked not to pack one of a 50 Rs. cream and that was given to my hand by the billing person. By mistake he forgot to bill it and handed over to me. While checking out the buzzer sounded and the security person asked to put off my dupatta. Since the cream was in my hands openly along with bill, I have handed over to him. Because it was not listed in bill, the security person taken away all my 5000+ goods without listening me and abused me in front of the crowd then he pulled me to get inside the store to some meet some admin forcefully leaving all my purchased goods with his colleges. Mean while my brother who was in the car parking came back and interfered and then only it was clarified that what has actually happened. I request all of people epically ladies who shop at this outlet to be aware as the security might also run away with your purchased goods when you are alone by creating such fake drama or even could misbehave with you being lady as there is no leady checking staff and gents security person could misbehave with you taking advantage of situation.

          i will blow away silvercity mall and will kill all those security personal as a revenge for the misbehaviour by those security personal
          I went to the store on Tuesday[protected] and did a shopping for 4500 rupees and as per their offer on every 1500 rupees shopping 2 Kg of sugar of free, so i was entitled to get 6 Kg of sugar.

          However sugar was not available so the manager of the store singed the bill that 6 kg sugar is pending and i need to call them up to check the availability

          Now on Sunday when I am calling the number mentioned on the bill for the manager he is not picking my call and disconnecting the line.

          Is this the way Vishal Dealers behave with their customers

          It is really unacceptable i am really annoyed, Its not about the sugar its about the customer service has been offered

            This is with deep anguish and dismay that I have to state this incident that took place at Vishal Mega Mart, Mahipalpur Outlet, New Delhi.

            Hoping to continue an old and loyal relationship with the retail store, I went shopping an 30 November 2008 to the Mahipalpur Outlet, only to find a very disappointing and disapproving customer service. The Business might not be compromising on the quality of the products but the staff there is compromising there goodwill giving out their worst of behaviour to the customers.

            1. I was selecting few coffee mugs and I told them that I would have to select from the lot because the Colour of some mugs was of a LIGHTER shade.

            2. I took 7-8 mugs, kept them on a tray and started choosing the ones that matched the best in colour.

            3. the Attendent there, namely, YOGESH SHARMA, told me in a stern voice, "Jab itne baar haath lagaoge toh colour toh Fade hoga hi."(If you touch the mugs so many times, the colour will definitely fade)

            4. I asked him if there was a problem if I selected the mugs that way, to which he replied with a very RUDE "Yes!"

            5. I asked to see the manager, and Yogesh Sharma said, "Main hi hun yahan ka manager, BOL KYA KAREGI?" (I am the Manager myself, Tell me what will you do?)

            6. I had to raise my voice a little and he talked to me in the same manner.

            7. Irritated and very angry with this kind of behaviour, I explained the situation to the Store Manager, but all he could say was to ask Yogesh to apologise.

            8. YOGESH NEVER EVEN APOLOGISED.

            This kind of customer service calls for consumer attention. Also, being in the service industry, If the store cannot teach their staff how to speak and treat their customers well, I think they should CLOSE DOWN all their outlets.

            I hope you understand that I am free to move to the television media and local and national newspaper to raise this issue in Public at large.

              I express my deep dismay and anguist over the malpractice and customer harrassment at Vishal Mega Mart Centre at Haridwar. I was not only financially deceived but also made to suffer harrassment when I tried to bring the complaint in the knowledge of the staff including manager at the haridwar centre. In the same connection I wish to bring the entire incident to your knowledge before I take another course of action to claim for compensation for mental and financial harassment.

              1. I made some purchased vide bill no[protected] dated 26.10.2008 from your haridwar outlet and some of the items I purchased were on discount. I made a cash payment of Rs.2828/- at counter number01 and collected my purchased items. When I checked the items from the Bill I was surprised to note that item no code[protected]carpet which was on 50% discount was charged at 100% i.e without giving any discount. It was billed for Rs.1099/- instead of 549.50/-.

              2. On the very next day when I approached the salesman at the centre I was told that the item which I bought was without any discount and refused to admit their mistake. I insisted that the counter from where I purchased the carpet had a big display of 50%. Moreover, before purchase I had confirmed the same from the salesman attending the same counter. After that I was made to run from one counter to another counter for more than 20 minutes. Even the manager at the centre did not bother to attend to me personally. Later on, after verifying the rates they admitted that they somehow did not give me the 50% which ought to have been given to me.

              3. It was again very shocking to know when I was told that the difference will not be given back to me cash and for the difference I will have to buy some articles from the centre.

              4. Besides, I made another purchase vide bill no [protected] dated 27.10.2008 from counter no 03. And it was noticed that on item no[protected]Double Bed Sheet I was given a dicount of 39%. Whereas on purchase of same item vide bill no [protected] dated 26.10.2008 the dicount is 31%.

              The same was also brought to the knowledge of the area manager at phone no[protected], but till date I have not received any response.

              In view of the above points It is very clear that there have been lot of malpractices at the Haridwar Outlet and Vishal Mega Mart which claims to be a big brand is simply an eye wash. I have sufficient reasons to prove that it is a centre where lot of manipulations are being designed to cheat and harass the customer. While bringing this to your knowledge I claim a compensation of 150000/- along with may genuine refund with interest for the mental and financial harassement. In case I do'nt receive your response within 10 days from the receipt of this mail, I am free to move to the television media and local and national newspaper and seek the help of consumer forum.

                Dear Sir

                I Purchased One V-Ghee Desi from Vishal Mega mart - Food divn. Varanasi - Bhojubeer crossing. The Price listed on the rack was Rs. 180.00 for One Kg. The V-Ghee pack was 900 gms.Only. The price charged for this pack was Rs. 180.00 at the counter. In reality the prices should have been for 900 gms as One Kg. means 1000 gms, since the offer is for one kg. The counter cashier was helpless.

                This is pure cheating. The prices stated should be either for900 gms or I should be refunded Rs. 18.00 for 100gms extra charged.

                  This side Ms Rupinderjit Mann. Actually the thing is tht I visited V Mart in Ranjit-Avenue, Amritsar a month ago n i saw tht you guys dont have proper security measures.I was carrying my baby n i was asked to keep my purse outside with the security guard who was surrounded by his friends those were not in uniform. I wanna ask you guys if you dont trust your customers then how can the customers can trust the security guard who is sitting outside taking care of so many bags. TO BE VERY HONEST I DONT TRUST THOSE KIND OF SECURITY MEASURES.I came from Australia afta three years n found very inappropriate that personal bags in which i carry my money n other expensive n personal things..how can i hand opver it to an insecure person who is always sitting alongwith his friends not in uniform. Please if you guys are copying foregin ideas do implement it properly with proper security measures .It is your responsibility to take of stolen things from store n not of customers. Do implement strict security measures n stop blocking personal bags which looks so embarrasing n humiliating. Dont keep customers personal belongings, purses with inefficient security man. Work on your policies by yourself rather than stopping others. Improve on yourself if you really want to raise the standard of your Vishal Mega Mart.

                  I m Kirat Singh from Amritsar.Actually today i was visited v mart in ranjit ave at Amritsar.i have do shopping above than 1000/- rs. when i m paid full amount, then they carry my all things in a very cheap quality carry bags( local company carry bags not vishal mega mart carry bags).due to its cheap quality, when even i was in mall its tore and my many things are totally destroyed.
                  when i was complaint about it, then no body helped me.my age is 60+ and i have also carrying my 3 yr baby.that time it was very difficult for me to manage it.when i ask about compliant book, they refused me.i m very much angry with my bad experience.plz take a strict action regarding this.

                    I had bought one mobile handset from VISHAL MEGA MART, ALLAHABAD.That is Vishal Mega Mart product namely Z - LINE, Model No. M - 93F.I have BSNL Prepaid connection and i had activated GPRS facility from BSNL and its working properly but in the mobile, I cannot be able to see any website and E-Mail its not opening after doing automatic and manual setting as per BSNL Peoples.MegaMart peoples as telling again and again we will tell you about this with in 2-3 days but now after 10-15 days they are unable to answer me and the time of selling they had told me you can access internet on this mobile and also they had written the same thing in there manual booklet.But till now i cannot access my E-Mail. BSNL peoples are saying that this is Chinese Mobile and you cannot access internet through this mobile.
                    Plz tell me what should i do?

                      I have purched a water filter of PNB brand. At the time of purched, they informaed me that the stainless sill body will last life time. but with in a year, i found some holes in the body upper container of the filter. I talked to the customer care executive. They informaed me that it will be replaced it. Also they informaed me that they have received the complain about the product, alreday they replaced them. To my surprise, i visited the store they informed me they can't replace it. I was a regular customer of Visal Mega Mart. But after this incedent I decided not to visit the store any more.

                        I would like to bring a very strange incident happened to me today at your Vishal Mega Mart’s Tinsukia (Assam) outlet.

                        Today at around 5 in the evening I went to your outlet with my 3years old daughter, and purchased few things vide bill no.[protected] dated 4th September 2008.

                        After making the payments, while coming out of the showroom your security person checked and verified goods purchased, and allowed us to leave, but as soon as we tried to pass the metal detector, he stopped us and snatched the bag from my hands and brought out the saving cream pack which I had purchased. Opened the pack and removed something from that. And after that just put the tube of the cream back into the packet and handed over the bag back to me.

                        When I enquired about the thing that is being taken out of the packed he refused to show me. But when I insisted and refused to go without seeing that particular thing, he started showing security reasons.

                        I said to them that I don’t want that thing but just wanted to see that. But my every word was futile. And after listening the noise, few of your other staffs came and they also denied showing me the thing.

                        Being a customer, I had every right to see the thing, but where is the right of a customer, to my utter surprise these people started showing muscle power. Even they refused to take me to the Store Manager, and asked me to leave the showroom. Their behavior was more like goons rather than the helpful staff of the reputed store like Vishal Mega mart.

                        One of the people talking to me was some Mr Ankujit. He was behaving like a ‘Gunda’ of the area. And threaten to ‘see’ me if I don’t leave immediately.

                        Behavior of yours staffs was really shameful and humiliating for me in front of so many people around and I was treated like a thief.

                        I was thinking to approach the local police station and take help of the police but unfortunately my little daughter was with me and she was horrified with all the happenings. Therefore I decided to leave.

                        But after coming back from your store I am in a state of great mental tension. I feel like cheated.

                        Now I wish that you will take some steps so that the persons responsible for this kind of behavior will be punished, otherwise I will have no other choice but take legal/consumer court help.

                        I hope you look into the matter and and inform me about the action taken.

                        Vishal Mega Mart — Garnier Hair Color packet

                        I bought a garnier hair color no. 3.16 Batch number B525235 packed on 13/5/08 vide Vishal Bill No.[protected] counter no. 4, dated 18 Sept 08. On opening the box of hair color, it was found that it had only a packet of Glucose bisquits. I do'nt expect this kind of a service being given by Vishal Mega Mart.

                        Vishal Mega Mart — Poor Services

                        This is bringing to inform to you that “Today I have visited Sun City Mall (a unit of Vishal Retail Ltd). Opp vidyut Nagar- Hissar.

                        There I have select some Items after spend 2 hours but when I have reached on the payment counter I was surprised when Executive asked me that credit/debit card not acceptable today. No any place where mention about this. After that I have spoke somebody about complaint box they said it is hanging out side and there is no paper and pen also. No body tell me about complaint no after that I have found landline no as mentioned on the bill & tried to call but no response from other side, Phone no is [protected].

                        I know how I have arranged this money for same and got very poor services? That is not fist time and I feel your Vishal mega Mart is giving irritation to the customer instead of facilitating them with services during purchasing. It’s happened in past also but now inf that why I am complaining and I hope I should be get right solution & with right action.

                        Yes vishal is cheater & they think that customer is foolish & they only smart we are also cheted by vishal they sold us a trouser of faded color.

                        Respectfully I want to submita application against MSVishal Mega mart for non repairing my mobile which I purchase from Vishal out let located at Raujaurigarden in 29 November 2008 with Bill No[protected] which is in warranty period.                         I have purchased a Astra Storage Water Heater on dated[protected] bill no. 201X25806/01 from Vishal Mega Mart address Maldhaiya Varanasi. After buying this when I reached my house Mirzapur (Distance 75km) second day i.e. on[protected] it was not working.
                        As soon as this was not working I informed vishal Mega Mart to one of the staff Mr. Ravi Thakur and he replied me that it will be replaced. When I had visited their then they repaired it. After the reparations of Storage Water Heater then told me that now if the problem comes again then we will replace it.
                        After I reached to Mirzapur and when it got fitted then again it was not working. When I again informed them then told to replace it but Vishal Mega Mart did not replace it.
                        So, I request you to please replace my Astra Storage Water Heater.
                        Because from the date of delivery of this I haven't use till now.

                        If I did not get the replacement then i will have to got to consumer forum.

                        I would like to bring a very strange incident happened to me today at your Vishal Mega Mart’s Jammu ( Bahu Plaza) outlet.

                        Today at around 4 in the evening I went to your outlet and purchased few things vide dated 5th October 2011.

                        After making the payments, while coming out of the showroom your security person checked and verified goods purchased, and allowed us to leave, but as soon as we tried to pass the metal detector, he stopped us and snatched the bag from my hands and checked the pack which I had purchased. And after that just put the things back into the packet and handed over the bag back to me and told me to go upstairs leave the bag at the gate.

                        When I enquired about the thing he said that it is routine check. After going around some 50 feets one of the staff member told me that I throghed some Razor Cartridge that is not billed by me but I told them that is not taken by me . But they refused to listen to me and told me to pay ten times the price of the Blade Cartiges i.e.
                        Rs 1499/-otherwise they will not let me go and call the police and started sending mails to media when I insisted and refused to pay they satrted surching my pockets and taken Rs 450/- from my pocket and my Debit Card, PAN card, car keys and later returned my car keys and debit card but the money and PAN card was kept by them and they told me to urgently bring Rs 1099/- more.

                        I said to them that I don’t want that thing but they started abusing me. But my every word was futile. And after listening the noise, few of your other staffs came and they also passed some comments and abused in filthy language.

                        Being a customer, I had every right to be heard, but where is the right of a customer, to my utter surprise these people started showing muscle power. Even they refused to listen, and asked me to leave the showroom and bring the money and also told me that I am running a gang of thiefs. Their behavior was more like goons rather than the helpful staff of the reputed store like Vishal Mega mart.

                        One of the people talking to me was some Mr Ezaj. He was behaving like a ‘Gunda’ of the area. And threaten to ‘see’ me if I don’t leave immediately and bring the money.

                        Behavior of yours staffs was really shameful and humiliating for me in front of so many people around and I was treated like a thief.

                        I was thinking to approach the local police station and take help of the police but unfortunately I am getting late my little son was having fever my wife at home was horrified with all the happenings. Therefore I decided to leave.

                        But after coming back from your store I am in a state of great mental tension. I was cheated in daylight by a store like Vishal Mega mart Jammu.

                        Now I wish that you will take some steps so that the persons responsible for this kind of behavior will be punished, otherwise I will have no other choice but take legal/consumer court help.

                        I hope you look into the matter and and inform me about the action taken.

                        Dear Sir, we had buy one paint 34 west from vishal mega mart nit 1 no. market. when we trying the same his size was bigger than existing size. When try to return the same in vishal mega mart they dined to change the same and arguing us discounted items will not rerun or exchange. And i said to him if we take this paint but that is not my use my size is 34 and sale us bigger size.

                        My concern is they trying to arguing us and not agreed to change the paint. Please help us. And totally this i monopoly of vishal mega mart it means they sale anything in discount rate Please help us.

                          I am Anuj Jain from Delhi but currently leaving in Ahmedabad from past 3 months.

                          I gave my mobile for repairing to store but even after 45 days I am struggling to get it back. I am writing this mail to you hoping that I would get the justice against the harassment which Vishal Megamart is giving to me.

                          Let me explain you the whole incident.

                          I purchased the Dual GSM mobile Handset (Z-line brand) from Vishal Megamart, Pitampura (Delhi) on 1/10/2007 the same month when it was newly launched across the Vishal Megamart Stores and I bought it for Rs. 10,995 /-.

                          I was experiencing some problem related to voice on the mobile from past so many days during November end, that time I was in Delhi for one day so I went to Vishal Megamart Store in Pitampura and explained them the problem, they told me that checking the problem might take 2-3 days, as I was in Delhi for one day and returning to the Ahmedabad so I told them the same, they asked me to get the mobile repaired from Vishal Megamart (Ahmedabad).

                          I didnt got the time for a week after returning to Ahmedabad as I was quite busy with the work, during the time I also encountered the problem with Mobile Charging Jack which got damaged due to which I was not able to connect the mobile charger on mobile charging jack. On 7/12/2007, I went to Vishal Megamart (Ahmedabad) store for getting mobile repaired as the mobile was under warranty period.

                          This was the day when my worst experience in life started, and which I had it with Vishal Megamart, which is still continuing till this date and today I am in such a situation that where I can think about how far they can go to harass the customers after selling the product.

                          I meet Mr. Vikas (Store Incharge) and explained them the problems I am facing with the mobile, after seeing the mobile they told me that this mobile was not launched in Western region of India, so they need to contact the concerned persons in Head office (Delhi) to find out procedure to get this mobile repaired and told me that we will get back to me the very next day after confirming with the Head office. I waited for 2 days but didnt got any call from Mr. Vikas, I went to store to meet him but again he asked for 2 more days to confirm the same from HO. He told me that they are not able to find the right person so thats why its taking time to provide the solution. I thought, they are saying right so I gave then 2 more days but even after giving more time they didnt called me.

                          Again after 2 days, I went straight away to Mr. Vikas and asked him to give me the solution right now, again I heard the same answer from him. Again he told me that we are not able to contact the correct person who handles the mobile department, Somehow I managed to provide them the contact number of Vishal Megamart, Pitampura (Delhi) i.e. [protected]. Mr. Vikas Spoke to Vishal Megamart, Pitampura (Delhi) Store Incharge. After his discussion with Delhi People, he told me that we need to send the mobile to Delhi by courier and they will repair the mobile and will send it back to us within week. As I already wasted the complete week doing the daily follow ups with them, each and every time I was standing for 2 -3 in the store for getting the responses, so I agreed for another week and asked them not to delay any further.

                          After a completion of week, I went to Vishal Megamart (Ahmedabad) again on 23/12/2007 thinking that today Ill get my mobile back, but again I was informed that it will take another 2 - 3 days to receive the courier. As I was going back to Delhi for a week, I asked them that Ill pick my repaired mobile from Vishal Megamart, Pitampura (Delhi) and also asked them to inform same to the Delhis store. Mr. Kinjal Desai (Store Incharge), colleague of Mr. Vikas, was also aware of this complete problem from the first day.

                          I went to Vishal Megamart, Pitampura (Delhi) after Christmas for picking my mobile. I meet Mr. Amit (Store Incharge) and asked them for the mobile, he told me that we are not aware of any such mobile and there is no one who sent the mobile to us from Ahmedabad. I was totally shocked and the same moment I called Mr. Vikas on his mobile [protected] and explained the situation to him, he told me that Ill be going to speak to concerned persons about such confusion. I again called him but this time he didnt picked even a single call.

                          I spoke to Mr. Amit again and asked for the solution to my problem. Mr. Vikas told me that mobile was sent by the courier and is already been repaired in the Delhis store but Mr. Amit wordings were stating some different story, He said mobile is yet to reached Delhi as person who was bringing the mobile to Delhi from Ahmedabad took halt in the middle. It was like a shocking moment for me and I was not able to understand who was right and who was wrong. I was feeling like cheated by one of the Major Retail Brand called Vishal Megamart.

                          Mr. Amit asked me to come after 2 days and told me that during the time they will coordinate with Ahmedabad Store and Head office to provide the mobile to me. I went to Store again on 30/12/2007, that day Mr. Amit was not in the office, so I spoke to some other Store Incharge (Forgot the name) and he informed me that tomorrow by 8 PM Ill receive either my mobile or the new mobile as replacement. This time again, I went back to my home without having my mobile in my hand. At 8 PM On 31/12/2007 (on new year eve) again I went to Store thought that this time today Ill be out of the panic which I am facing from past 1 month. After meeting the concerned person, I was provided with a second hand used mobile instead of my mobile and he informed me that we cant help you further in this regard and this was the maximum effort we can do it for you. I asked them for something in written for the replacement which I have received against my mobile, but they were not agreeing in providing anything in written on Vishals Megamart Letter pad. After insisting, they provided me in written on rough page that Pitampura Branch is providing the replacement for Ahmedabad Branch.

                          Later on when I checked after coming back to my home, the mobile was having lot of scratches all around the body and found the memory card slot was also not working, even mobile was not getting charged.

                          I was totally shattered with the way I was getting the responses from each and every one in Vishal, somehow I kept my patience and called Mr. Kinjal on [protected] to explain the problems. I told him that Ill be coming back to Ahmedabad on 1/1/2008 and wanted to sort out the issue at this moment. He said, at the time there is no one available in HO to take action for this request but well get this problem resolved after my return to Ahmedabad.

                          I flied to Ahmedabad on 1/1/2008 and meet Mr. Vikas on 4/1/2008 but he told me that now Mr. Kinjal is looking into the matter and I need to speak to him. I spoken to Mr. Kinjal and provided him the replacement mobile and I was being assured by him that they are escalating this issue to Mr. Manish (Head, Western region, Mumbai). Mr. Kinjal asked me to come tomorrow so that he can ask Mr. Manish to speak to me directly.

                          I went again the very next morning on 5/1/2008 and spoke to Mr. Kinjal and Mr. Manish. Mr. Manish assured me that either Ill get my mobile or new mobile as replacement within 3 days and Mr. Kinjal assured me that if It wont happen then he will arrange for the refund for my mobile. I told them Ill be lodging the case against you all in Customer court but straight away they said I can go ahead and it wont make any difference to us.

                          I called them after 3 days, but again both of them told me that give us 1 day and we will give you the final solution. After 2 days, I received the call from Mr. Manish and he told me that we have identified the issue with my mobile and now Charger jack needs to be replaced. He also told me that after getting the mobile repaired, warranty will be void and I need to pay the repairing charges as well. And the complete procedure will take another 10 days.

                          Now at this point of time, I am totally tired visiting the stores and speaking to no. of people. Now I purchased a new mobile just because of this problem and I am really losing my Hope to get my mobile back even after spending lot of money in making calls to each and every individual person in Vishal Megamart and visiting their stores.

                          I would request you to please assist me in getting my complete money back and the mental stress I faced during the last 1.5 months.

                          I am Bindu Saxena from Bhilwara(Raj.).I have a complaint against vishal mega mart staff of bhilwara city in situated in heera panna market.On 25/04/08 the timing was 8'O clock.There was mistake of cleaning staff that there is no proper cleaning on the floor of the mall and when i was leaving the mall the tag of your retail outlet was sticked on my sandels and without knowing any reason the gatekeeper blames me that i m a thief and afetr sometime he himself found his mistake.The thing which shocked me is that no one came too me to tell me sorry.I want to tell you that i m reputed person in the city and i m regular customer of mega mart and it will not good for you to blame such a reputed person without knowing any reason.It was me who doesn't took any serious action but if you don't took any serious reason against my complaint then it will not good for you and your compay reputation.I hope that you will take some serious action against my complaint.
                          I came here to lodge similar complaints but surprisingly there are many similar complaints already.

                          I have shopped over 5000+ Rs. goods at Vishal Mega Mart, CP-1 Aashiana Lucknow. While billing, I have asked not to pack one of a 50 Rs. cream and that was given to my hand by the billing person. By mistake he forgot to bill it and handed over to me. While checking out the buzzer sounded and the security person asked to put off my dupatta. Since the cream was in my hands openly along with bill, I have handed over to him. Because it was not listed in bill, the security person taken away all my 5000+ goods without listening me and abused me in front of the crowd then he pulled me to get inside the store to some meet some admin forcefully leaving all my purchased goods with his colleges. Mean while my brother who was in the car parking came back and interfered and then only it was clarified that what has actually happened. I request all of people epically ladies who shop at this outlet to be aware as the security might also run away with your purchased goods when you are alone by creating such fake drama or even could misbehave with you being lady as there is no leady checking staff and gents security person could misbehave with you taking advantage of situation.

                          I would like to request all of you that Stand Up with me and make some serious things against them because this seems like Vishal culture and taught to Vishal Security Staff.

                          actually i am doing MBA in odisha, and my residence is in Jeypore, odisha. actually i am not complaining any thing about vishal mega mart because i know that it is good retail store and growing day by the day. the only thing i want to say is why one branch of vishal mega mart is not opened till yet in koraput district, odisha. because most of the persons from this places are going to either raipur or vizianagaram or bhubaneswar for shopping. this year relaiance fresh decided to open its one branch in jeypore but it didn't opened. so i want to know your comment specially on this matter.

                          Some how behavior of sales persons is very suspicious psychologically they are not trained enough to treat well with their consumers at Vishal megha mart (bhilwara) so many times they are intentionally miss behaving with their consumer just imagining why this organization is gaining the huge losses ? When the concept is awesome? Answer is lack of planning of size, place of stores as per target market & futuristic competition & its need. Selection of inventories are very poor always create cost burden, electronic item’s & its repairing take too much time customer need to take the help of consumer court if its require its not a matter of shame just a matter of rights so dear all don’t need to feel depressed just fight for your rights whether it’s a small thing or big thing or it’s a matter of pride if you find something wrong you all can go ahead with right source of selection.

                          i have complain regarding ur staff and the way of dialling ur company.

                          i have purchase one gas stove(burner 3 face) from ur rohtak branch around 26th feb 2014.worth rs-2699/-

                          that same day of purchase that gas stove not working properly when we start using at home on the same day.
                          and we drop complain 27th feb to ur same rohtak branch they are saying give it back and it will take some time to repair it same after 10 days they give it to me back and when we start using at home the same problem again we are facing.

                          then we give that same back to ur branch on next day they commetted us they replace it soon and give us new one same.

                          but now after 3 days we recived one call from branch manager

                          he told me that we can not give you that product same

                          you can purchase any other product worth rs same aprt from that.

                          i feel this is a cheating and harasment for customer

                          i want my full money back as soon as possible.

                          if you people resolve this issue as soon as possible otherwise i take legal action against you.

                            I HAD PURCHASED REDAYMADE GARMENTS FROM VISHAL MEGA MART, AURANGABAD ON 16.11.2007. THE TOTAL BILL VALUE WAS RS. 1090.00, WHICH I PAID BY MY CREDIT CARD, BUT WHEN I RECD. THE MONTHLY STATEMENT, TO MY SURPRISE I FOUND THAT THE BILL AMOUNT HAD BEEN DEDCUTED TWICE FROM MY CREDIT CARD.

                            WHEN I WENT TO THE STORES TO MAKE A COMPLAINT, I WAS DIRECTED TO THEIR EDP DEPARTMENT FOR ADDRESSING MY COMPLAINT. IT WAS ALSO FOUND THAT THE CASHIER HAD SWIPED THE CARD TWO TO THREE TIMES ON 16.11.2007, SINCE THE CARD SWIPE MACHINE HAD SOME PROBLEMS ON THAT DAY. THE CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER ASSURED THAT THE EXTRA AMOUNT DEDCUTED WOULD BE RETRANSFERRED TO MY CARD WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS.

                            BUT TILL TODAY, THE AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN REVERSED, NOR I HAVE RECD. ANY INFORMATION FROM THE STORES.

                                I Have purcahses a washing shop from Vishal mega mart , Vijay Nagar Cowk, Indore. Its MRP was rs. 9.00 inclusive of all taxes while Vishal had charges me Rs. 11.oo They had put up an sticker of Rs. 11 on the same and chrging to the product as per their modifie rates.


                                I have the cash Meo as well as the packaging of the packate carryng the shop.

                                This is one of the wasy they are looting the people by giving them misleading offer and benefits.

                                  In the 2nd week of December 2008 I was approached by one of your agents at Vishal Mega Mart for a credit card, I consented to have one for me and then he came to my place and took all the documents as well as forms filled by me. I then got a text message informing me of my application # as[protected] on Dec 23rd. However after that I have not got any communication from you whether this application was accepted or rejected. Kindly inform me what's the status of this application.
